技术问题
现有技术中,一般通过在上盖和控制盘座之间设置弹性装置来减缓上盖的关闭速度,起到缓冲作用,但是现有的上盖阻尼无法很好的解决上盖全过程缓慢关闭的问题,使得上盖的关闭速度不能够得到有效的减缓,以及用户打开上盖需要使用很大的力;还有在下盖接近关闭位置的位置,阻尼力比较小,出现下盖关闭速度突然增加的情况,容易导致上盖突然下落。
技术解决方案
本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种洗衣机的上盖阻尼器,有利于提供与上盖开闭的速度有关的摩擦阻尼力,有效阻尼上盖的快速下降,实现上盖的关闭速度的有效的减缓。

参见图4和图5所示,为了实现连接的稳定性和牢固性,在第二齿轮5上设有与摩擦部3连接的第二连接部6,第二连接部6为在靠近摩擦部3的方向上直径逐渐增大的锥形结构,摩擦部3的柱状本体31为沿第二连接部6远离第二齿轮5的端面轴向延伸形成的。第二齿轮5的直径较小,通过设置第二连接部6为锥形结构,使得摩擦部3的直径增加,增加有利于结构的稳定。
参见图6所示,对于第一齿轮4与上盖2之间的连接固定,在第一齿轮4上设有与上盖2连接的固定部7,固定部7包括沿轴向对称设置的两个锥形的第一连接部71和第三连接部72,第一连接部71与第一齿轮4连接、且在远离第一齿轮41的方向上直径逐渐减小。通过设置固定部7实现第一齿轮4与上盖2之间的连接固定。
优选设置,在第一连接部71和第二连接部72之间设有柱形的第四连接部73,用于增加第一连接部71和第三连接部72之间的连接固定。第四连接部73的直径小于第二齿轮5的直径。在第三连接部72远离第一齿轮4的一端设有用于与上盖2固定的安装部75。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的上盖阻尼器,设置在所述洗衣机的上盖和控制盘座之间,其特征在于,包括:
    设置在洗衣机控制盘座上的轴孔;
    可随所述上盖的开闭而旋转的摩擦部,所述摩擦部与所述轴孔的内端面摩擦产生阻尼力;
    当所述摩擦部的旋转速度增大时,所述摩擦部与所述轴孔的内端面摩擦产生阻尼力增大。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述摩擦部包括位于轴孔内的柱状本体、以及可径向移动的位于所述柱状本体上的摩擦块;当所述摩擦部的转速增大时,所述摩擦块沿径向向外移动,使得所述摩擦块与所述轴孔的内端面之间的压力增加。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述柱状本体上开设有至少在外侧面具有敞口的槽口,所述摩擦块可移动的位于所述槽口内。
  4.  根据权利要求3所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述槽口内有用于所述摩擦块径向向内移动的复位弹簧。
  5.  根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,所述上盖阻尼器还包括:与洗衣机上盖固定设置的第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮的轴线与所述上盖的旋转轴线重合;用于传递所述第一齿轮的扭矩、且实现转速增加的第二齿轮,所述摩擦部设置在所述第二齿轮上。
  6.  根据权利要求5所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述第二齿轮上设有与所述摩擦部连接的第二连接部,所述第二连接部为在靠近所述摩擦部的方向上直径逐渐增大的锥形结构。
  7.  根据权利要求5所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述第一齿轮上设有与所述上盖连接的固定部,所述固定部包括沿轴向对称设置的两个锥形的第一连接部和第三连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一齿轮连接、且在远离所述第一齿轮的方向上直径逐渐减小。
  8.  根据权利要7所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述第一连接部和第三连接部之间设有柱形的第四连接部。
  9.  根据权利要求7所述的上盖阻尼,其特征在于,在所述第三连接部远离所述第一齿轮的一端设有用于与所述上盖固定的安装部。
  10.  一种洗衣机,包括箱体、设置在箱体上的控制盘座、以及铰接设置的上盖,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的上盖阻尼器。
