具体来说,如图1所示,本实施例的锻炼按摩椅包括座椅组件、拉力组件、按摩组件,其中,座椅组件包括折叠凳构件和靠背构件,折叠凳构件具有前支架1、后支架2、前座面架3、后座面架4、座面5,铰销6、前连接架7、后连接架8,前支架1和后支架2通过铰销6铰接,优选地,前支架1和后支架2的数量均为两个。前座面架3与前支架1固定连接,后座面架4与后支架2固定连接。前座面架3与后座面架4通过座面5固定连接,优选地,座面5分别与前座面架3和后座面架4可拆卸连接,便于更换损坏或脏的座面5。考虑到锻炼时脚的位置最好固定,前支架1和后支架2的下部在座椅两侧宽出至少10厘米,呈正凸形,实 现固定脚的目的,宽出最外拐点处采用圆滑过渡,方便脚部滑过。为了加强座椅强度,两个前支架1之间通过前连接架7固定连接,两个后支架2之间通过后连接架8固定连接。本实施例中的座椅组件优选折叠椅结构,特别是十字交叉形折叠椅,这种结构可以使按摩椅在不用时折叠起来以节省空间。
考虑到现有的十字交叉折叠椅只是后部触地点宽出,仅能满足稍微后倾的坐姿需求,本实施例的锻炼按摩椅使用者前倾及后仰均较大,对稳定性要求高,所以折叠凳构件的支架与地面的触地点围成的矩形面积大于座面5面积,且使用者重心在地面上的投影处于矩形内,即折叠椅前后触地点都比座面5宽出,且宽出部分足够大以实现使用者的重心在其范围内,保证使用时保持稳定。示例性的,座椅触地点的前后方向上比座面5单侧宽出至少15厘米。当座椅组件为非折叠结构时也遵循这一原则。考虑到座面5的硬度会影响使用者的舒适性,优选地,座面5材质为不具有伸缩性的软质面料,如尼龙材料。座椅组件使用时,前支架1、后支架2绕铰销6转动,带动座面5张开和折起,从而实现座椅组件的打开和收起。
为了辅助使用者锻炼,在座面5的四角布置支手结构,即紧邻前座面架3和后座面架4开设有刚性长条孔13,当人坐在座椅上,手伸入长条孔13中抓握前座面架3或后座面架4发力,可对身体进行支撑。优选地,长条孔13的外周设置刚性圈,如钢丝圈,使其不易变形。
本实施例中,靠背构件具有靠背架9、头颈架10、连接器11、靠背面12,靠背架9与后支架2优选相同轴向串联连为一体,或者,靠背架9固定连接在后座面架4上。靠背架9的下部在座椅左右方向比座面5窄,单面窄出空间不小于使用者大腿尺寸,靠背架9呈Y形或倒凸型。靠背架9背斜角优选120°至160°。靠背架9的上部对称安装有连接器11, 连接器11间连接头颈架10。优选地,连接器11是管夹结构,可通过螺栓压紧固定在靠背架9的不同位置,进而调节头颈架10的位置,以适应不同身高的人使用。为了提高舒适性,头颈架10上裹覆有泡棉或者其他软质材料。靠背架9上连接有靠背面12,靠背面12为一块整体刚性板,与靠背架9平行设置。本实施例中,靠背构件的连接器11,其使用的锁定装置还可以是靠背架9上形成多个孔或凹槽,连接器11上设置突出的弹性负载按钮,按钮与靠背架9上的孔或凹槽配合,或者,通过与孔或凹槽相配合的销、再或者直接用紧定螺钉将连接器11固定在靠背架9的不同位置。
本实施例中,拉力组件包括串联连接的阻抗构件和牵引构件,阻抗构件由弹性材料制成,能够通过伸缩产生对牵引构件拉力的变化。阻抗构件包括两个阻抗元件15,阻抗元件15与牵引构件串联连接,两个阻抗元件15左右对称设置;还包括长度限位条18,长度限位条18短于阻抗元件15的极限拉伸长度,长度限位条18由刚性材质制成,长度限位条18的两端分别固定连接在阻抗元件15的两端,长度限位条18用于阻抗元件15在拉伸变长过程中的限位,使阻抗元件15被拉伸到一定长度后不能再继续拉伸。
考虑到阻抗元件15的拉伸距离为使用者肩颈摆动距离,因此阻抗元件15优选的连接在靠背构件的上部,而且因为靠背架9背斜角比较大,其上部到使用者有足够的空间来放置阻抗元件15。具体的,两个阻抗元件15的一端均连接在位于头颈架10两侧的支撑架20上,或者连接在头颈架10或靠背架9的两侧,优选可拆卸连接,阻抗元件15的另一端均与牵引元件16连接,形成半环状。阻抗元件15可以为拉力金属弹簧、弹性绳、弹力布、橡皮筋、活塞或其它公知的阻抗装置以及上述元件的组合,并且阻抗元件15的数量可增减。
为了提升使用者的体验感觉,牵引构件具有和使用者上身相适应的形状,本实施例中牵引构件具有牵引元件16、双环扣17,牵引元件16是一刚性条带,可套连在使用者的肩部,材质为软质面料,但这种软质面料并不具有伸缩性,牵引元件16的长度通过双环扣17调节,以适应不同长度的需要。
本实施例中,按摩组件能形成用于包覆头颈部的内部空间,具体的,按摩组件包括支撑构件、连接构件、按摩构件,其中,按摩构件之间通过连接构件连接,按摩构件优选按摩轮组,按摩轮组至少包括一个按摩轮,每组按摩轮中的按摩轮轴向都平行。按摩轮组有多种样式,如图1至图4所示,包括单按摩轮组35、异向双按摩轮组36、同向双按摩轮组37、同向四按摩轮组38等样式,其中,当按摩轮组数量超过1个时,按摩轮组中末级转套361的轴心称为按摩轮组的轴心,本实施例中约定,末级转套361的轴向与按摩轮轴的轴向相垂直称为异向,末级转套361的轴向与按摩轮轴的轴向相平行称为同向。具体的,如图1至图2所示,单按摩轮组35具有轮轴351、按摩轮352,轮轴351上枢接按摩轮352。异向双按摩轮组36具有两个单按摩轮组35和一个末级转套361,两个单按摩轮组35相对的安装在末级转套361上。如图5所示,同向双按摩轮组37具有连接杆371、连接杆372、末级转套361和两个单按摩轮组35,其中,连接杆371和连接杆372一端相对的安装在末级转套361上,连接杆371和连接杆372另一端垂直同向安装单按摩轮组35。如图3所示,同向四按摩轮组38具有连接杆381、连接杆382、末级转套361和两个异向双按摩轮组36,其中,连接杆381和连接杆382的一端相对的固定连接在末级转套361上,另一端分别枢接异向双按摩轮组36。按摩轮转动方向和按摩时头部运动方向相同,即与座椅左右方向相同。
本实施例中,连接构件通过支撑构件连接在锻炼按摩椅上,支撑构 件具有支撑架20、轴销21、轴套22,连接构件包括一级杠杆、二级杠杆;一级杠杆与支撑构件连接,且能够平行于座椅前后方向转动;二级杠杆与一级杠杆一端转动连接,能够平行于座椅前后方向转动;一级杠杆包括一级转套24、一级轴23、立杆25、轮轴351,一级转套24套设于一级轴23上,并能够绕一级轴23转动;立杆25与轮轴351分别垂直连接在一级转套24的两端;二级杠杆包括二级转套26、二级轴27、上杆30、下杆31、上末级杆32和下末级杆33,二级转套26连接在立杆25一端,二级轴27设于所述二级转套26内,并能够在二级转套26内转动;上杆30和下杆31分别垂直连接在二级轴27一端,上杆30与下杆31之间的角度呈钝角;上末级杆32与上杆30垂直固定连接,下末级杆33与下杆31垂直固定连接。按摩轮352或异向双按摩轮组36分别与轮轴351、上末级杆32和下末级杆33的端部连接。具体的,连接构件具有一级轴23、一级转套24、立杆25、二级转套26、二级轴27、上杆30、下杆31、上末级杆32、下末级杆33。按摩构件具有单按摩轮组35、两个异向双按摩轮组36。支撑构件的支撑架20下端固定连接在头颈架10的一端,支撑架20的上端铰接轴销21,轴销21与轴套22枢接,轴套22向座椅左右中心方向垂直连接着连接构件的一级轴23的一端,一级轴23被支撑架20支撑而定位,一级轴23的另一端枢接一级转套24。一级转套24靠近座椅左右中心线的一端,垂直连接按摩构件的单按摩轮组35。一级转套24的另一端垂直连接立杆25,立杆25另一端固定连接二级转套26。二级转套26枢接二级轴27一端,二级轴27另一端分别垂直连接上杆30、下杆31。上杆30、下杆31比立杆25更靠近座椅左右中心线。上杆30、下杆31的另一端分别向座椅左右中心方向垂直连接上末级杆32、下末级杆33。上末级杆32、下末级杆33的另一端分别枢接按摩构件的异向双按摩轮组36的末级转套361。单按摩轮组35的轴心、上杆30、下杆31 三者轴向均平行于座椅前后方向。异向双按摩轮组36轴心、一级轴23、二级转套26三者轴向平行于座椅左右方向。单按摩轮组35和异向按摩轮组36设置于座椅左右中心,也就是所述座椅靠背构件的对称面。
本实施例中,上杆30与下杆31之间的夹角为钝角;轮轴351和立杆25之间的夹角优选为钝角。按摩轮352最大接触的头颈部外皮长度小于使用者眉骨到第七颈椎间的外皮长度,这样不至于按摩轮352按摩到脸部。连接在一级转套24上的单按摩轮组35在按摩时因为对应人体头颈结合部及颈部后面,为了更好的适应按摩部位,按摩轮352外形为球形。连接构件安装在位于头颈架10一端的支撑构件上,这样便于连接构件附带按摩构件绕轴销21向座椅外侧旋转打开,便于使用者直接倚靠头颈架10休息。为了避免按摩组件在使用过程中和头部发生干涉,连接构件的上杆30、下杆31距离座椅左右中心的距离大于使用者头部长度和宽度。使用者头部的长宽高定义参照国家相关标准,长度和宽度为头部的前后和左右尺寸。为了避免其余连接构件、按摩构件在使用过程中和头部发生干涉,按摩轮半径或末级转套361到按摩轮轴心的距离足够大。为了避免按摩组件在使用过程中自身发生干涉,上杆30、下杆31的长度小于立杆25的长度。可选择的,按摩轮在其转动方向和座椅左右方向大体相同的前提下,可以变换放置位置和数量。如为了增大按摩轮组一次按摩面积,减少按摩过程中头部的运动幅度,单轮可替换为同向双按摩轮组37。还可通过增加杆级数来增加末级杆数量,从而增加其连接的按摩轮组。如上杆30、下杆31末端再分别增加像它们那样布置的杆。
本实施例中,连接构件的各级轴与转套之间设置有如图6所示的能够获得不同转角和定位的止转定位结构。具体的,止转套40和一级轴23固定连接或合成一体,止转套41和一级转套24固定连接或合成一体。止转套40和止转套41相配合的面上分别设置有等高凸起,这样,当他 们紧贴串接在一起时,一级转套24沿一级轴23的轴线转动,止动于止转套40的凸起位置,能够防止一级转套24附带的按摩轮组的绕轴旋转角度过大与头颈架10干涉。根据需要调整凸起所占圆周的比例和终始位置就能使各级转套获得所需的转角和定位。如图1至图2所示,二级转套26和二级轴27之间采用的止转定位结构的转角,可使位于上方的异向双按摩轮组36转动到位于下方的异向双按摩轮组36位置止动,从而在按摩过程中,只使用一个异向双按摩轮组36。本实施例中的止转定位结构也适用于其他实施例。
为适应使用者头部尺寸的差异,连接构件上设置长度调节构件或角度调节构件。如图7所示,长度调节构件包括调节套57、调节杆58。其中,调节杆58插入调节套57中,且插入调节套57中的深度可调,使用时,将紧定螺钉拧入调节套57的侧面贯通螺纹孔中,顶到调节杆58上不同位置上设置的限位槽中,从而达到调节长度的目的。如图8所示,角度调节构件包括调节盘59、调节盘60,其中,调节盘59和调节盘60通过夹紧螺栓在不同角度紧固连接,从而达到调节角度的目的。为了更好的定位,调节盘59和调节盘60相对的配合面上,分别设置有彼此相适应的凸起和凹槽,凸起和凹槽配合可以避免角度固定后调节盘59和调节盘60发生相对转动。
实施时,使用者可以利用本实施例的锻炼按摩椅进行腹肌锻炼和头颈部按摩。
当使用者锻炼腹肌时,使用者可以用不同姿势来完成腹肌锻炼,锻炼腹肌的步骤如下:a)获得实施例中的锻炼按摩椅,拉力组件对于摆动上身形成阻力或拉力,阻碍或促进摆动上身;b)调节拉力组件的力到需要的水平;c)优选将脚部位定位,直立上身背向或正向的坐在锻炼按摩椅上;d)摆动上身套拉拉力组件,抵抗其产生的力,将上身摆动到位; e)利用拉力组件产生的力,辅助上身回复到原位;f)以所需的间隔或重复次数重复步骤d和e,以及g)离开锻炼按摩椅。具体的,如图9所示,使用者正坐在锻炼按摩椅上,前探上身,套拉牵引元件16,克服阻抗元件15被拉伸变长产生的阻力,向前摆动上身到图9位置。摆动到位后开始回复原位。在这往复过程中,使用者主要是靠腹肌发力前后摆动上身,从而锻炼了腹肌。如图10所示,使用者面向锻炼按摩椅而坐,后仰上身,用颈肩结合处套拉牵引元件16,克服阻抗元件15被拉伸变长产生的阻力,后仰摆动上身至适宜位置,摆动到位后在阻抗元件15拉力帮助下开始回复原位,在往复锻炼过程中,由于阻抗元件15的存在,能够帮助使用者完成仰卧起坐的动作,避免腹肌过度疲劳,达到锻炼腹肌目的。在前后摆动锻炼过程中,使用者的脚可以就位在挡脚结构后,以利于身体的稳定和腹肌的发力。当然,使用者还可侧向坐在锻炼按摩椅上套拉牵引元件16完成锻炼,或者利用本发明的按摩椅以其他方式进行腹肌锻炼。
当使用者进行全方位按摩头部毛发生长区、前额和颈后部按摩时,包括以下步骤:a)获得利用实施例中的锻炼按摩椅,按摩组件的按摩轮能在头颈部摩擦作用下转动,相应的按摩轮也会对头颈部施加同等的按摩力;b)身体优选仰靠在锻炼按摩椅上;c)调节按摩组件的按摩轮位置,使之形成内部空间能包覆头颈部的状态;d)头部压紧按摩轮或被按摩轮压紧;e)左右转动或摆动头部到位;f)或前后摆动头部到位;g)调整头部相对按摩轮的位置;h)以所需的间隔或重复次数重复步骤e、g或f、g,以及i)离开锻炼按摩椅。具体的,按摩组件的状态如图1所示,使用者仰靠于锻炼椅上,头抵靠在按摩组件的单按摩轮组35和下部的异向双按摩轮组36上。由于此锻炼按摩椅靠背的背斜角较大,所以头部大部分重力作用到单按摩轮组35和下部的异向双按摩轮组36上。此时,头部下压异向双按摩轮组36,带动互为杠杆关系的上杆30和下杆31绕 二级轴27轴向转动,进而带动上部的异向双按摩轮组36压紧头部而止动,达到如图11所示状态。左右转动或摆动头部,按摩轮在头部重力的作用下始终压紧头部,在头部不同部位滚过按摩轮表面的同时,从而完成对头部不同部位的按摩。另外,使用者在座椅前后方向移动身体来调整头部在按摩组件上的位置,可实现颈后部和头部大部分区域包括毛发生长区及前额的全方位按摩。当然,使用者也可以采用按摩更少区域的方式,转动上异向双按摩轮组36使其到达下异向双按摩轮组36的位置后,在止转套40、止转套41作用下,不能继续向后下方转动位置从而止动,这时,头部只抵靠在单按摩轮组35和处在下部的异向双按摩轮组36上,左右转动或摆动头部按摩头颈部后面和头顶部位。
本实施例中的腹肌锻炼方法和全方位按摩头部毛发生长区、前额和颈后部的方法,适用于实施例二或实施例三。
与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的锻炼按摩椅,结构简单,功能多样化,能够同时满足锻炼人群的腹肌锻炼和头部按摩的需求,减少使用人群的经济负担,并且减少按摩椅占用的空间。
本实施例是优选的,但不是唯一的。
实施例二
图3示出了本发明的第二实施例,实施例二提供的锻炼按摩椅与实施例一的区别在于,按摩组件包括支撑构件,连接构件,阻抗构件,按摩构件,支撑构件具有支撑轴47、支撑架48,连接构件具有旋转架49、连接轴50,按摩构件具有两个同向四按摩轮组38,支撑构件的支撑架48数量为2,对称安装在头颈架10上,支撑架48的两端均与旋转架49枢接,其中,旋转架49包括两条纵杆和一条水平杆,水平杆的轴向与头颈架10的轴向平行,两条纵杆均通过转轴与支撑架48连接,水平杆的中部设有连接轴50,连接轴50的端部枢接按摩轮组,优选地,连接轴 50经过两个垂直弯折后枢接同向四按摩轮组38。阻抗构件具有拉簧51,拉簧51一端连接在支撑架48的外侧,另一端连接在旋转架49的外侧。支撑构件的支撑轴47呈直角弯折状,支撑轴47一端连接在头颈架10中间部位,另一端枢接同向四按摩轮组38,同向四按摩轮组38的轴心轴向与靠背面12平行。此处的同向四按摩轮组38的前面两按摩轮间距较近,因为其对应使用者颈部,这样不会按摩颈部左右两侧比较脆弱的区域。在此实施例中,按摩构件的按摩轮转动方向也要平行于座椅左右方向。同向四按摩轮组38设置在座椅左右中心上,也就是所述座椅靠背构件的对称面上。
本实施例中,拉力组件的阻抗构件包括阻抗元件42、夹持片43,阻抗元件42横跨连接在靠背架9上部,在靠背中间部位连接夹持片43,阻抗元件42的数量至少为2个。阻抗元件42通过夹持片43和牵引构件连接。牵引构件包括两个单独的牵引元件44,两个牵引元件44的一端均连接在夹持片43上,另一端均绕压过使用者的肩部,连接在座面5的背面。
实施按摩时,使用者仰靠于锻炼按摩椅上,头部下方抵压在紧邻头颈架10上方的同向四按摩轮组38上,另一个同向四按摩轮组38在拉簧51拉力的作用下压覆在头顶上方,按摩的动作和实施例一相同,完成按摩轮对相应部位的按摩。
实施例三
图4示出了本发明的第三实施例,实施例三提供的锻炼按摩椅与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例中,前支架1、后支架2下部宽出部分和前连接架7、后连接架8同轴连接成一体。支手结构为在座椅左右方向上有比座面宽出的杆,具体的,前座面架3、后座面架4左右两侧比座面5分别宽出10厘米左右,两侧宽出的杆用于直接抓握发力以支撑身体。优选地,两侧宽出的杆与前座面架3后座面架4前后支架采用活动连接,前 座面架3、后座面架4左右两端设置有槽或管套,两端宽出的杆能够在槽或管套内伸缩,或者两端宽出的杆与前座面架3、后座面架4采用绕轴旋转等方式,不使用的时候就可拆卸或者收入到座面下侧,以节省空间。
本实施例与第一实施例中的阻抗构件结构不同,本实施例中,阻抗构件中的阻抗元件45的下端连接在靠背架9的中下部,上端与和牵引构件相连。阻抗元件45包括金属弹簧、柔性杆、弹性棒、弹簧钢板。阻抗构件的长度限位条18两端设置于阻抗元件45的上端和靠背架9上。
按摩组件的支撑构件的支撑架48的下端连接靠背架9的两最外侧。旋转架49在中间固定连接末级转套361,末级转套361轴向垂直旋转架49。末级转套361枢接支撑轴47,但被螺栓紧固,使其不能转动。支撑轴47另一端枢接同向四按摩轮组38,连接杆54的中部连接在支撑轴47上,,连接杆54与支撑轴47垂直,连接杆54的两端部均垂直弯折后与连接轴50铰接,连接轴50的一端枢接同向四按摩轮组38。连接杆54和连接轴50的同侧连接拉簧51。在支撑架48的上端间固定连接横杆53。连接杆55的一端与横杆53靠近中间部位固定连接,连接杆55的另一端铰接单按摩轮组35的轮轴351,也即单按摩轮组35铰接于连接杆55的另一端。在轮轴351和连接杆55的同侧连接拉簧51。此实施例中,按摩构件的按摩轮转动方向平行于座椅左右方向,同向四按摩轮组38设置在座椅左右中心上,也就是所述座椅靠背构件的对称面上。单按摩轮组35对称设置在座椅左右中心上,也就是对称设置于所述座椅靠背构件对称面两侧。
实施时,使用者正坐在锻炼按摩椅上,转动旋转架49,使连接在支撑轴47上的同向四按摩轮组38在拉簧51的拉力作用下压覆在使用者头部上方;转动前后两侧的连接轴50,使其连接的同向四按摩轮组38在拉簧51的拉力作用下压覆在使用者头部前后两侧;转动单按摩轮组35, 使单按摩轮组35在拉簧51的拉力作用下压覆在使用者颈部后面;左右摆动或转动头部来摩擦带动按摩轮转动进行头颈部的按摩。由于放置的按摩轮范围较前两实施例大,所以头部运动的幅度较小即可实现对目标区域的全方位按摩。还可以使支撑轴47转90°后紧固定位,这样同向四按摩轮组38的按摩轮的转动方向大体平行于座椅前后方向。单按摩轮组35向座椅后方打开防止干涉,使用者就可以前后摆动被同向四按摩轮组38压覆的头部进行头部的按摩。需要说明的是,本发明提供的锻炼按摩椅,根据按摩力来源将按摩方式分为完全重力式、半重力半弹力式、完全弹力式,其中,第一实施例属于完全重力式,第二实施例属于半重力半弹力式,第三实施例属于完全弹力式。
可以理解,上述三种实施方式的一些特征可以互换或省略,例如拉力组件的互换。在不影响使用性能的前提下,一般在数量上对称分布的靠背架、支架等可以合并为1个。本领域技术人员应当了解,尽管锻炼按摩椅优选的由圆柱的或椭圆形的金属管构成,但是不同的部分可以由能够提供合适的强度的具有任意结构的任意材料构成。这些结构的示例可以包括具有正方形、矩形、三角形或多边形横截面的管,开口或封闭的槽,在不需要开口或中空设计的地方的任何结构的固体材料,或任意其它合适的形状。然而,不管它们的形状如何,这些材料应当足够轻以保持锻炼按摩椅的轻便性和强度,这些的示例可以包括轻量级钢,轻金属例如铝、钛或锰,塑料,玻璃纤维,合成物例如碳纤维,或其它任何的材料。假定锻炼按摩椅可能粘附使用者的排汗,优选的,尽管不是必要的,这些材料应当固有地具有抗腐蚀的能力,这些合适的材料例如可以包括塑料涂层、粉末涂层、耐久涂料、镀锌或阳极电镀。

- 一种锻炼按摩椅,包括座椅组件和按摩组件,所述座椅组件包括折叠凳构件和靠背构件,所述折叠凳构件与靠背构件固定连接,所述按摩组件与靠背构件固定连接,其特征在于,还包括用于为人体身体上部摆动提供回弹力的拉力组件,所述拉力组件与靠背构件连接;所述按摩组件形成用于包覆头颈部的内部空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述按摩组件通过支撑构件与靠背构件端部连接,所述按摩组件还包括按摩构件和连接构件;所述按摩构件包括多个按摩轮组,所述按摩轮组之间通过连接构件连接,所述按摩轮组的转动方向与头颈部运动方向相同。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述连接构件包括一级杠杆、二级杠杆;所述一级杠杆与支撑构件连接,且能够平行于座椅前后方向转动;所述二级杠杆与一级杠杆一端转动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述一级杠杆包括一级转套、一级轴、立杆、轮轴,所述一级转套套设于所述一级轴上,并能够绕一级轴转动;所述立杆与所述轮轴分别垂直连接在一级转套的两端;所述二级杠杆包括二级转套、二级轴、上杆、下杆、上末级杆和下末级杆,所述二级转套连接在立杆一端,所述二级轴设于所述二级转套内,并能够在二级转套内转动;所述上杆和所述下杆分别垂直连接在二级轴一端,所述上杆与所述下杆之间的角度呈钝角;所述上末级杆与所述上杆垂直固定连接,所述下末级杆与所述下杆垂直固定连接;所述按摩轮或按摩轮组分别与轮轴、末级杆和下末级杆的端部连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述按摩轮组设置于所述座椅靠背构件的对称面或者对称设置于所述对称面两侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述连接构件设置有长度增加构件或角度调节构件,用于调节按摩组件的位置以适合不同使用者。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述拉力组件包括串联连接的阻抗构件和牵引构件,所述阻抗构件由弹性材料制成;还包括长度限位条,所述长度限位条短于阻抗构件的极限拉伸长度,所述长度限位条由刚性材质制成,所述长度限位条的两端分别固定连接在阻抗元件的两端,用于所述阻抗构件在拉伸变长过程中的限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,还设置有支手结构;所述支手结构为座面的四角位置设置的长条孔,或者,为座椅两侧宽出的杆部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述靠背构件的背斜角在120°至160°之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述按摩轮组中与颈部接触的按摩轮为球形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述连接构件设置有止转定位结构,连接构件能够转动一定角度后固定。
- 根据权利要求7所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述阻抗构件包括两个阻抗元件,阻抗元件与牵引构件串联连接,两个阻抗元件左右对称设置;阻抗元件的一端与支撑架连接,另一端与牵引构件连接,形成半环状。
- 根据权利要求7所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述阻抗构件还可横跨串联连接在靠背架上部。
- 根据权利要求1-13所述的锻炼按摩椅,其特征在于,所述靠背架或支架设置能够放置腿部的空间;所述靠背架呈Y形或倒凸型,所述支架呈正凸形。
- 一种锻炼腹肌的方法,包括以下步骤:a)获得权利要求1-14任一项所述的锻炼按摩椅,所述拉力组件对于摆动上身形成阻力或拉力,阻碍或促进摆动上身;b)调节所述拉力组件的力到需要的水平;c)优选将脚部位定位,直立上身背向或正向的坐在所述锻炼按摩椅上;d)摆动上身套拉所述拉力组件,抵抗其产生的力,将上身摆动到位;e)利用拉力组件产生的力,辅助上身回复到原位;f)以所需的间隔或重复次数重复步骤d和e,以及g)离开所述锻炼按摩椅。
- 一种全方位按摩头部毛发生长区、前额和颈后部的方法,包括以下步骤:a)获得权利要求1-14任一项所述的锻炼按摩椅,所述按摩组件的按摩轮能在头颈部摩擦作用下转动,相应的按摩轮也会对头颈部施加同等的按摩力;b)身体优选仰靠在所述锻炼按摩椅上;c)调节按摩组件的按摩轮位置,使之形成内部空间能包覆头颈部的状态;d)头部压紧按摩轮或被按摩轮压紧;e)左右转动或摆动头部到位;f)或前后摆动头部到位;g)调整头部相对按摩轮的位置;h)以所需的间隔或重复次数重复步骤e、g或f、g,以及i)离开所述锻炼按摩椅。
