Description

柔性施压快速封堵装备 技术领域
本发明创造属于封堵泄漏领域,尤其是涉及一种柔性施压快速封堵装备。
背景技术
各类危险化学品介质在生产、运输或存储过程中,管道,法兰,罐体设施等逐渐受到介质冲刷、腐蚀、老化以及外界条件(温度、压力)等因素的影响,容易出现本体泄漏、焊缝砂眼的问题,需要及时进行抢修堵漏,以降低财产损失、人员危害和环境污染等。
现有封堵密封技术中,大多采用紧固式堵漏方法,即利用固定夹具、钢带捆扎或钢丝绳的拉紧等方式,使其产生反作用,施加泄漏部位且大于介质本身的压力,实现最终平衡的封堵方法,消除危险化学品介质的泄漏。
然而,由于固定夹具等堵漏方式在实际的泄漏点封堵过程中,存在着制作时间较长,需要现场测绘、设计、适用范围小问题,且封堵时间较长、操作难度大的问题。同时,由于标准管件在制作过程中存在一定的偏差,使得制作的固定夹具不能与泄漏的直管紧密地贴合,严重地影响了封堵的效果。
泄漏点封堵质量的高低取决于着力点的选取。而对于如图1所示的法兰或罐体的根部部位,固定夹具由于体积较大,不但安装困难,还会发生夹具的侧移,从而导致封堵失败。
现有技术中申请号为201511035332.4的中国发明创造专利,采用定位卡对法兰根部泄漏点封堵的方案。在对法兰根部进行封堵前,需要安装一个与管径同规格的定位卡,如果规格不同,则定位效果较差,影响封堵效果,且安装时间比较慢。
发明创造内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种柔性施压快速封堵装备,以解决安装速度慢的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:

前索具块4形成有两个并排设置的前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔,索具带3绕过管体并遮住泄漏点6,索具带3两末端分别贯穿前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔。前索具块4分别在前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔处,通过顶丝与索具带3紧定螺钉连接,从而前索具块4使索具带3绷紧。索具带3在泄漏点6处缠绕多层密封带,密封带封堵泄漏点6。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:固定部(12)的抵接面形成有十字交叉设置的摩擦纹。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:固定部(12)上还有设置有相对于固定部(12)面积较大的封堵头(2),封堵头(2)靠近压块(15)一侧衬有橡胶制的胶垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:封堵定位顶丝(14)远离压块(15)一端沿径向开有通孔,通孔内套设有把手(142)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:还包括索具带(3)和前索具块(4);前索具块(4)形成有两个并排设置的前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔,索具带(3)绕过管体并遮住泄漏点(6),索具带(3)两末端分别贯穿前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔;前索具块(4)分别在前一贯穿孔和前二贯穿孔处,通过顶丝与索具带(3)紧定螺钉连接;连接部(13)外壁形成有平行于管体轴线的支撑面(131),前索具块(4)靠近管体一端抵接在支撑面(131)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:索具带(3)在泄漏点(6)处缠绕多层密封带。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的封堵装备,其特征在于:索具带(3)上还设有拉紧组件(5);拉紧组件(5)包括后索具块(51)和拉紧器(52),拉紧器(52)套设在索具带(3)两个末端外,后索具块(51)通过顶丝固接索具带(3)两个末端,拉紧器(52)夹持在前索具块(4)和后索具块(51)之间。
