Abstract
本发明提供一种机壳及应用该机壳的移动终端。所述机壳包括玻璃壳体以及嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内的天线单元。这样,可以使得玻璃壳体与天线单元形成一体结构,实现玻璃壳体与天线单元的一体化设计。
Description
本发明涉及便携式移动终端技术领域,具体涉及一种机壳及应用该机壳的移动终端。
传统地,移动终端(例如手机、平板电脑等)的机壳一般包括玻璃壳体以及贴合在玻璃壳体内侧表面上的柔性电路板天线。
本发明旨在提供一种玻璃壳体与天线单元的一体化设计的机壳及应用该机壳的移动终端。
为实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面,提供了一种机壳,所述机壳包括玻璃壳体以及嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内的天线单元。
优选的,所述玻璃壳体由第一玻璃壳体和第二玻璃壳体经高温压合为一体形成,从而将设置在第一玻璃壳体和第二玻璃壳体之间的天线单元嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内。
优选的,所述天线单元呈片状或网状结构。
优选的,所述天线单元至少设有2个,所述至少2个天线单元形成MIMO天线系统。
优选的,所述天线单元设有4个,分别设置在所述机壳的角部位置。
优选的,所述玻璃壳体上设有向所述天线单元馈电的触点。
本发明的第二方面,提供了一种移动终端,包括前文记载的机壳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的机壳和移动终端,所述机壳包括玻璃壳体以及嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内的天线单元。这样,可以使得玻璃壳体与天线单元形成一体结构,实现玻璃壳体与天线单元的一体化设计。

图2是本发明的机壳的主视图;
图3是图2中A部分的放大图。
下面结合附图对本发明作详细描述。
本发明的第一方面,涉及一种移动终端使用的机壳100,移动终端例如可以是手机、平板电脑等。如图1至图3所示,所述机壳100包括玻璃壳体110以及嵌设于玻璃壳体110内的天线单元120。
本发明的机壳100包括玻璃壳体110以及嵌设于所述玻璃壳体110内的天线单元120。这样,可以使得玻璃壳体110与天线单元120形成一体结构,实现玻璃壳体110与天线单元120的一体化设计,并且还可以利用玻璃实现静空。
具体地,所述玻璃壳体110由第一玻璃壳体111和第二玻璃壳体112经高温压合为一体形成,从而将设置在第一玻璃壳体111和第二玻璃壳体112之间的天线单元120嵌设于所述玻璃壳体110内。所述天线单元120呈片状或网状结构,也就是说所述天线单元120可以是金属箔片或是金属网,优选铜箔和铜网。
需要说明的是,对于机壳100的总厚度并没有作出限定,例如,所述第一玻璃壳体111的厚度范围可以为0.2mm~0.4mm,所述第二玻璃壳体112的厚度范围可以为0.2mm~0.4mm。当然,第一玻璃壳体111和第二玻璃壳体112的厚度还可以选择其他数值范围。
所述天线单元120至少设有2个,所述至少2个天线单元120形成MIMO天线系统。在本实施方式中,所述天线单元120设有4个,分别设置在所述机壳100的角部位置。当然,根据实际需要,天线单元120还可以设置更多数量,并且,对于各天线单元的设置位置,可以根据实际需要确定。
所述玻璃壳体110上设有向所述天线单元120馈电的触点121。所述触点121设置在所述玻璃壳体110的内侧。
本发明的第二方面,提供了一种移动终端(例如手机、平板电脑等),包括前文记载的机壳100。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种机壳,其特征在于,所述机壳包括玻璃壳体以及嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内的天线单元。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于,所述玻璃壳体由第一玻璃壳体和第二玻璃壳体经高温压合为一体形成,从而将设置在第一玻璃壳体和第二玻璃壳体之间的天线单元嵌设于所述玻璃壳体内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于,所述天线单元呈片状或网状结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于,所述天线单元至少设有2个,所述至少2个天线单元形成MIMO天线系统。
- 根据权利要求4所述的机壳,其特征在于,所述天线单元设有4个,分别设置在所述机壳的角部位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于,所述玻璃壳体上设有向所述天线单元馈电的触点。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的机壳。
