Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种发声装置,包括:壳体和具有振膜的发声单体;所述壳体包括盖板和底板,所述盖板和所述底板相配合形成容纳腔,所述发声单体固定放置在所述容纳腔中;所述底板包括主板和嵌设于所述主板的钢片,所述主板开设有第一开口,所述钢片与所述主板固定连接并覆盖住所述第一开口,所述发声单体的远离振膜的一侧与所述钢片焊接固定。本实用新型的技术方案用焊接的固定方式将钢片与发声单体的远离振膜的一侧直接连接,一方面可以解决壳体振动问题,另一方面缩小发声装置的高度,利于发声装置散热。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电声换能器件,尤其涉及一种发声装置。
现有的发声装置为了避免壳震,通常在单体后面贴泡棉与底壳连接,但是,贴泡棉一方面占用发声装置的高度空间,另一方面泡棉导热性能不好,不利于发声装置散热。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种发声装置,旨在解决现有技术中发声单体与底壳的连接占空间且不利于散热的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种发声装置,包括:壳体和具有振膜的发声单体;所述壳体包括盖板和底板,所述盖板和所述底板相配合形成容纳腔,所述发声单体固定放置在所述容纳腔中;所述底板包括主板和嵌设于所述主板的钢片,所述主板开设有第一开口,所述钢片与所述主板固定连接并覆盖住所述第一开口,所述发声单体的远离所述振膜的一侧与所述第一钢片焊接固定。
进一步地,所述第一开口贯穿所述主板,所述主板上对应形成环绕所述第一开口的内壁,所述钢片与所述内壁形成凹槽,所述发声单体放置在所述凹槽中与所述钢片焊接固定。
进一步地,所述第一钢片包括固定所述发声单体的底壁以及自所述底壁边缘弯折延伸并与所述内壁固定的弯折部,所述弯折部朝所述盖板方向弯折。
进一步地,所述钢片与所述主板注塑成型为一体。
进一步地,所述盖板对应所述振膜开设有出声孔。
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 底板和盖板互相配合形成容纳腔,发声单体固定放置在容纳腔中。底板包括主板和嵌设于主板的钢片,在主板上开设第一开口,第一开口中放置钢片,钢片与发声单体的远离振膜的一侧焊接固定。本技术方案用焊接的固定方式将钢片与发声单体的远离振膜的一侧直接连接,一方面可以解决发声装置的壳体的振动问题,另一方面缩小发声装置的高度,利于发声装置散热。

现在,将参照附图1-图2详细地描述根据本申请的示例性实施方式。一种发声装置,包括:壳体和具有振膜的发声单体10;壳体包括盖板40和底板20,盖板40和底板20相配合形成容纳腔,发声单体10固定放置在容纳腔中;底板20包括主板21和嵌设于主板21的钢片22,主板21开设有第一开口,钢片22与主板21固定连接并覆盖住第一开口,发声单体10的远离振膜的一侧与钢片22焊接固定。
在本技术方案中,底板20和盖板40互相配合形成容纳腔,发声单体10固定放置在容纳腔中。底板20包括主板21和钢片22,钢片22通过嵌设的方式与主板21固定;在主板21上开设第一开口,第一开口中放置钢片22。本技术方案用焊接的固定方式将钢片22与发声单体10的远离振膜的一侧直接连接,优选地,用点焊的焊接方式固定钢片22和发声单体10,可以在短时间内焊接,焊接质量好且生产效率高。运用本实用新型的技术方案,一方面可以解决发声装置的壳体的振动问题,另一方面缩小发声装置的高度,利于发声装置散热。
如图2所示,第一开口贯穿主板21,主板21则对应形成环绕第一开口的内壁,钢片22放置在第一开口中,与内壁配合形成凹槽30,发声单体10放置在凹槽30中与钢片22焊接固定。通过钢片22与内壁形成的凹槽30对发声单体10进行定位焊接,有利于提高焊接的质量,同时,缩小了发声装置的高度,扩大了发声装置的适用范围。
优选地,钢片22包括底壁221和弯折部222,底壁221用于固定发声单体10,弯折部222则由底壁221边缘朝向盖板40弯折形成,用于固定底壁221与主板21。通过弯折部222嵌入主板21的固定方式,使得钢片22与主板21的连接更为牢固稳定,即保证了发声单体10稳定的固定在底板20上。进一步地,钢片22与主板21注塑成型为一体。钢片22与主板21注塑成型为一体的连接方式和发声单体10与钢片22焊接的固定方式,解决了现有技术中发声装置的壳体振动的问题。
为了使发声装置正常工作,盖板40对应振膜开设有出声孔,优选地,出声孔可设置在盖板40的侧面上。
本实用新型将发声单体10固定在盖板和底板20形成的容纳腔中,通过在主板21上开设第一开口,第一开口上固定放置钢片22,钢片22通过弯折部222与主板21注塑成型为一体,且钢片22与主板21的内壁形成凹槽定位放置发声单体10。最后,用点焊的焊接方式将发声单体10的远离振膜的一侧和第一钢片22固定。解决了发声装置壳体振动的问题,同时缩小了发声装置高度,利于发声装置散热。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体和具有振膜的发声单体;所述壳体包括盖板和底板,所述盖板和所述底板相配合形成容纳腔,所述发声单体固定放置在所述容纳腔中;所述底板包括主板和嵌设于所述主板的钢片,所述主板开设有第一开口,所述钢片与所述主板固定连接并覆盖住所述第一开口,所述发声单体的远离所述振膜的一侧与所述钢片焊接固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一开口贯穿所述主板,所述主板上对应形成环绕所述第一开口的内壁,所述钢片与所述内壁形成凹槽,所述发声单体放置在所述凹槽中与所述钢片焊接固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述钢片包括固定所述发声单体的底壁以及自所述底壁边缘弯折延伸并与所述内壁固定的弯折部,所述弯折部朝所述盖板方向弯折。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述钢片与所述主板注塑成型为一体。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述盖板对应所述振膜开设有出声孔。
