Abstract

一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架(1),供以一移动设备及电脑设备(2)使用,包含:一第二片体(11)、一第一片体(12)和一支撑片(13);该第一片体一端与该第二片体一端相互连接固定,且该第一片体中间形成一孔洞(121),而该第一片体更设有一支撑部(122),该支撑部位于相对与该第二片体连接固定的一端,该支撑片则设于该孔洞,且该支撑片上具有一折线(131),而该支撑片通过该折线分为一第一部分(132)和一第二部分(133),该第二部分与该支撑部相连接。凭借操作第二片体、第一片体和支撑片并将其变形成为可以支撑移动设备及电脑设备的结构,就能够让移动设备及电脑设备可以立于如桌面等平面上,让使用者无须持续拿着移动设备及电脑设备。

Description

移动设备及电脑设备支撑架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及支撑装置的领域,尤其是一种用于支撑移动设备及电脑设备且较易操作的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架。
背景技术
手持移动设备及电脑设备,如手机、平板等所带来的巨大便利性,使得现今人们的生活已逐渐离不开这些装置。然而,若是需要利用移动设备及电脑设备长时间观看如影片或资料等内容时,使用者则需要一直拿着移动设备及电脑设备,较为不便。虽然现在已有出现能够变形成支撑架的移动设备及电脑设备保护套,不过这样体积相较移动设备及电脑设备来说较大,而且在操作上较为不易,也不利于使用。
有鉴于此,本实用新型设计人感其未臻完善而竭其心智苦心研究,并凭其从事该项产业多年的累积经验,进而提供一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,以期可以改善上述现有技术的缺失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一目的,旨在提供一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,以便于将移动设备及电脑设备立于平面上,且体积较小较易操作。
为达上述目的,本实用新型揭示一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,供以一移动设备及电脑设备使用,包含:一第二片体,其一面与该移动设备及电脑设备的背面相互连接;一第一片体,其一面的一端与该第二片体另一面的一端相互连接固定,使该第一片体能相对该第二片体形成弯折的状态,且该第一片体中间形成有一孔洞,而该第一片体上设有一支撑部,该支撑部位于相对与该第二片体连接固定的一端;及一支撑片,其设于该孔洞,且该支撑片上具有一折线,而该支撑片通过该折线分为一第一部分和一第二部分,该第二部分与该支撑部相连接,使该支撑片能相对该第一片体形成弯折的状态。
在某些实施态样中,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,使该第一部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成交叉状态,且该第二部分和该支撑部置于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以这样的倾斜方式立于平面上。
在某些实施态样中,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,而该第一部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成交叉状态,使该支撑部系顶抵于该第一片体,且该支撑片的该折线处抵于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以这样的倾斜方式立于平面上。
在上述实施态样中,还可具有更佳的具体实施方式,其中,该支撑部和该第二片体内各对应设有一磁性件,以使该支撑部在不需要支撑时可以固定于该第二片体上。
此外,本实用新型又揭示另一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架。如图所示,本移动设备及电脑设备支撑架的尺寸可接近一般平板电脑的大小。使用者仅需要在大型移动设备及电脑设备后粘贴一移动设备及电脑设备支撑架即可让大型行动装支撑于平面上。
在某些实施态样中,该支撑片具有一第一折线及一第二折线。该支撑片由该第一折线及该第二折线被区分为一第一部分,一第二部分及一第三部分,该第三部分与该支撑部相连接。本实施例使用时,可有两弯折方式。其一为当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,该第一部分、该第二部分或该第三部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成至少一交叉状态。且该第三部分和该支撑部置于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以倾斜的方式立于平面上。另一为当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,该第一折线处抵于该支撑部,使该移动设备及电脑设备以倾斜的方式立于平面上。
较佳者,该第二片体和该第一片体的材质是可挠性材质。
较佳者,该第一片体与该支撑片是一体成型。
如此一来,凭借操作第二片体、第一片体和支撑片并将其变形成为可以支撑移动设备及电脑设备的结构,就能够让移动设备及电脑设备可以立于如桌面等平面上,让使用者无须持续拿着移动设备及电脑设备。并且,通过设于移动设备及电脑设备背面较小体积的第二片体和第一片体,让变形变得较容易操控,进而提升便利性。

具体实施方式
为使能清楚了解本实用新型的内容,谨以下列说明搭配图式,敬请参阅。
请参阅图1、图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D,其是本实用新型第一实施例的立体图、及使用示意图(一)~(四))。如图所示,本实用新型揭示一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架1,供以一移动设备及电脑设备2使用,包含:一第二片体11,其一面与该移动设备及电脑设备2的背面相互连接;一第一片体12,其一面的一端与该第二片体11另一面的一端相互连接固定,使该第一片体12能相对该第二片体11形成弯折的状态,且该第一片体12中间形成有一孔洞121,而该第一片体12上设有一支撑部122,该支撑部122位于相对与该第二片体11连接固定的一端;及一支撑片13,其设于该孔洞121,且该支撑片13上具有一折线131,而该支撑片13通过该折线131分为一第一部分132和一第二部分133,该第二部分133与该支撑部122相连接,使该支撑片13能相对该第一片体12形成弯折的状态。
图2A系显示本实施例的一种实施态样,在使用上,使用者系控制该第一片体12与该支撑片13,让其形成弯折的状态,而使该第一部分132穿过该孔洞121与该第一片体12形成交叉状态(请参照图2B),再将该第二部分133和该支撑部122置于平面,此时该移动设备及电脑设备2系能以这样的倾斜方式立于平面上。并且,从图中可以看出该第一部分132的长度系大于该第二部分133,这样让移动设备及电脑设备2放置于平面上时倾斜角度较大,让使用者较容易触控使用。
该第一片体12为可挠性材质,如:塑胶、具弹性的金属片及皮革…等。而在本实施例中,该第二片体11和该第一片体12的材质是皮革,且该第一片体12与该支撑片13是一体成型,这样除了让该第二片体11和该第一片体12能具有一定的形变量外,一体成型的特点也使得使用者于操作该第一片体12和该支撑片13时较为容易。并且,该支撑部122和该第二片体11内各对应设有一磁性件14,通过所述的这些磁性件14能让该第一片体12在不需要支撑移动设备及电脑设备2的时候,可以紧紧贴附于该第二片体11,而不会随意分离形成弯折的型态,以提升本实用新型的实用性。如图2B所示,使用者也可在移动设备及电脑设备2上装设多个移动设备及电脑设备支撑架1,以增加移动设备及电脑设备2的稳固度。
请续参阅图3A和图3B,其是本实用新型第一实施例另一实施态样的使用示意图(一)和使用示意图(二)。如图所示,相较于前一实施态样,本实施态样系提供另一种支撑方式。于使用上,使用者系控制该第一片体12与该支撑片13,让其形成弯折的状态,使该第一部分132穿过该孔洞121与该第一片体12形成交叉状态后,将该支撑部122顶抵于该第一片体12,最后再把该支撑片13的该折线131处抵于平面,此时该移动设备及电脑设备2就能以这样的倾斜方式立于平面上。
从图2A和图3B中可知悉上述两种让移动设备及电脑设备2倾斜置于平面的支撑方式系让移动设备及电脑设备2具有不同的倾斜角度,这样就能让使用者通过同一结构但不同的弯折方式,而可以自行选择移动设备及电脑设备2摆设的角度,以进一步提升本实用新型的多样性及实用性。
请参阅第4A及4图B,其为本实用新型第一实施例的另一立体图和使用示意图。如图所示,本移动设备及电脑设备支撑架的尺寸可接近一般平板电脑的大小。使用者仅需要在大型移动设备及电脑设备后粘贴一移动设备及电脑设备 支撑架即可让大型行动装支撑于平面上。
请参阅图5A、图5B、图5C、及图5D,其是本实用新型第二实施例的立体图和使用示意图。如图所示,相较于第一实施例,于本实施例中,该支撑片13具有一第一折线1311及一第二折线1312。该支撑片13由该第一折线1311及该第二折线1312被区分为一第一部分132,一第二部分133及一第三部分134,该第三部分134与该支撑部122相连接。本实施例使用时,可有两弯折方式。图5B及5C为本实施例的第一弯折方式。如图5B所示,当该第一片体12与该支撑片13都形成弯折的状态,该第一部分132、该第二部分133或该第三部分134穿过该孔洞121与该第一片体12形成至少一交叉状态(如图5C所示)。且该第三部分134和该支撑部122置于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备2以倾斜的方式立于平面上。图5D则为本实施例的第二弯折方式。如图5D所示,当该第一片体12与该支撑片13都形成弯折的状态,该第二折线1312处抵于该支撑部122,使该移动设备及电脑设备2以倾斜的方式立于平面上。
综上所述,本实用新型确实通过该第二片体11、该第一片体12及该支撑片13的相对设置而让该移动设备及电脑设备2能立于平面上,而方便使用者使用,并且还能让该移动设备及电脑设备支撑架1的体积维持在较小的情况下,提升结构变形的操作性,以让使用者于使用上更加便利,进一步增加使用的便利性。
另外值得一提的是,本案中所述的第二片体11并非并要的技术特征。在某些实施例当中,本案的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架1仅具有第一片体,该第一片体中间形成有一孔洞,而该第一片体上设有一支撑部,该支撑部位于该第一片体的一端;及一支撑片,其设于该孔洞,且该支撑片上具有至少一折线,使该支撑片能相对该第一片体形成弯折的状态,该支撑片一端与该支撑部连接。在本实施例当中,该第一片体其一面的部分与该移动设备及电脑设备的背面相互连接,其余部分可相对于该移动设备及电脑设备成弯折状态。其余的技术特征都与本案第一实施例或第二实施例相同。
以上说明对本实用新型而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,供以一移动设备及电脑设备使用,其特征在于,包含:
    一第一片体,该第一片体中间形成有一孔洞,而该第一片体上设有一支撑部,该支撑部位于该第一片体的一端;及
    一支撑片,其设于该孔洞,且该支撑片上具有至少一折线,使该支撑片能相对该第一片体形成弯折的状态,该支撑片一端与该支撑部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,还包含一第二片体,其一面与该移动设备及电脑设备的背面相互连接;该第一片体的一面的一端与该第二片体另一面的一端相互连接固定,使该第一片体能相对该第二片体形成弯折的状态,该支撑部位于相对与该第二片体连接固定的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,该支撑片通过该折线分为一第一部分和一第二部分,该第二部分与该支撑部相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,该支撑片具有一第一折线及一第二折线,该支撑片通过该第一折线及该第二折线区分为一第一部分,一第二部分及一第三部分,该第三部分与该支撑部相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,使该第一部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成交叉状态,且该第二部分和该支撑部置于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以倾斜的方式立于平面上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,而该第一部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成交叉状态,使该支撑部系顶抵于该第一片体,且该支撑片的该折线处抵于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以倾斜的方式立于平面上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,该第一部分、该第二部分或该第三部分穿过该孔洞与该第一片体形成至少一交叉状态,且该第三部分和该支撑部置于平面时,该移动设备及电脑设备以倾斜的方式立于平面上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,当该第一片体与该支撑片都形成弯折的状态,该第一折线处抵于该支撑部。
  9. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,该支撑部和该第二片体内各对应设有一磁性件。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,该第二片体和该第一片体的材质是可挠性材质。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的移动设备及电脑设备支撑架,其特征在于,该第一片体与该支撑片是一体成型。
