Abstract

本发明提供一种折叠型支架用于支撑一手持设备,包括主框架、背板、承载板及调节板,该背板枢接于该主框架的顶端,该承载板的第一端枢接于该主框架的底端,该承载板的第二端枢接于调节板,支撑所述手持设备时,所述手持设备放置在所述承载板上且倚靠所述主框架。本发明的支架方便用户调整手持设备的角度以及相对于支撑面的高度,并且能够在不使用时折叠起来,节省存放空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架,尤其涉及一种用于支撑手持设备的折叠型支架。
背景技术
如苹果公司的iPad、三星公司的Galaxy Tab 10.1等平板电脑,因其轻薄的外形而受到消费者的喜爱。上述平板电脑虽然轻薄,但用户长时间手持上述平板电脑仍然会感觉到不适,因此,有必要提供一种支撑上述平板电脑或者类似的手持设备的支架。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种支撑手持设备的折叠型支架。
一种折叠型支架用于支撑一手持设备,包括主框架、背板、承载板及调节板,该背板枢接于该主框架的顶端,该承载板的第一端枢接于该主框架的底端,该承载板的第二端枢接于调节板,支撑所述手持设备时,所述手持设备放置在所述承载板上且倚靠所述主框架。
本发明的支架方便用户调整手持设备的角度以及相对于支撑面的高度,并且能够在不使用时折叠起来,节省存放空间。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
参阅图1和图2,一种折叠型支架100包括主框架10、背板20、承载板30和调节板40。不使用时,可将该支架100折叠,折叠状态如图1所示。使用时,将该支架100展开,展开状态如图2所示,将手持设备,如手机、平板电脑,放置在承载板30上并且倚靠该主框架10,通过调节主框架10和背板20之间的角度,能够调节手持设备的倾斜角度;通过调节承载板30和调节板40之间的角度,能够调节手持设备相对于支撑面(如桌面)的高度。如此,该支架100便于为用户提供一个舒适的观看该手持设备显示的内容的位姿。
该背板20枢接于该主框架10的顶端,该承载板30的第一端枢接于该主框架10的底端,该承载板30的第二端枢接于调节板40。使用时,该主框架10、背板20和调节板40的末端与支撑面接触,该主框架10和该背板20构成一个稳定的支撑结构,使得倚靠在该主框架10上的手持设备能够以用户所期望的角度摆放。在本实施方式中,该主框架10和该背板20通过一连接二者的枢轴结构定位,即该枢轴结构连接该主框架10和该背板20并且能够使得该主框架10和该背板20之间保持在用户所期望的角度。类似的,该承载板30和调节板40之间亦通过连接二者的枢轴结构定位。上述枢轴的具体结构将在下文中详细描述。可以理解地,上述枢轴也可为现有的常规光轴,适当设置光轴与主框架10、背板20、承载板30和调节板40的摩擦力,使得主框架10和背板20之间以及承载板30和调节板40之间能够通过上述摩擦力定位。
参考图3至图6,主框架10和背板20之间通过枢轴结构50连接,该枢轴结构50包括套筒51、转轴53、定位块55和弹性件57。该套筒51为中空的圆管结构,其固定在该主框架10的顶端,其两端的端面上形成有通孔511,该通孔511允许转轴53的末端伸出,该端面上的剩余部分能够阻止该转轴53脱离该套筒51。
该转轴53包括圆柱部531和自圆柱部531的两端伸出的连接杆533,该圆柱部531具有和套筒51的内径大致相同的直径,该连接杆533的径向尺寸小于该圆柱部531的直径,该圆柱部531的长度小于该套筒51的长度,从而在该圆柱部531的端面和该套筒51的端面之间形成有收容腔59,该定位块55和弹性件57收容于该收容腔59中。连接杆533自该通孔511伸出并且固定于背板20上。在本实施方式中,该连接杆533的横截面大致呈方形,该连接杆533的末端收容于背板20上的大致方形的收容孔(图未示)中,使得该转轴53在该背板20的带动下能够相对该套筒51转动。
每个收容腔59中的定位块55和弹性件57均套在连接杆533上,该弹性件57的两端与该定位块55和该套筒的端部抵触,其用于对该定位块55施加推力。该定位块55为两端开口的中空圆筒,其圆周表面包括沿着轴向延伸的凸肋551,该套筒51的圆周内表面形成有收容该凸肋551的滑槽513,该定位块55在该滑槽513的限制下仅能沿着该滑槽513滑动。该转轴53的圆柱部531的端面形成有多个沿圆周方向布置的定位凸起535,与该圆柱部531的端面相对的定位块55的端面形成有收容上述多个定位凸起535的定位孔553。
由于该定位块55受到该弹性件57的推力,该定位凸起535被保持在该定位孔553中,从而能够阻止该转轴53转动。当需要调节该背板20与主框架10之间的角度时,用户对背板20施加转矩,使得该多个定位凸起535从定位孔553中滑出,该定位块55受到该多个定位凸起535的推动而滑动,当该背板20转动到用户所期望的位置后,停止对该背板20施加转矩,该定位块55受到弹性件57的推动而向该圆柱部531的端面移动,从而使得该多个定位凸起535能够再次收容到定位孔553中,从而使得该背板20保持在上述期望的位置。
请同时参考图7和图8,在本实施方式中,该承载板30的一端形成有突出部31,所述突出部的两侧形成有定位轴33,每个定位轴33的周向表面形成有多个啮合齿331,该调节板40的一端形成有收容该突出部的开口41,所述开口的侧面形成收容所述两个定位轴33的收容孔43,每个定位轴33能够相对收容其的收容孔43转动,每个收容孔43中形成多个定位槽431,所述多个啮合齿331收容于所述多个定位槽431时能将调节板40相对于该承载板30定位,即使该承载板30和调节板40之间保持所期望的角度。该承载板30和调节板40均为塑料制成,需要调节二者之间的角度时,施加转矩克服啮合齿331和定位槽431之间的摩擦力,将二者之间的角度调整到期望的角度即可,该啮合齿331和定位槽431之间配合能够将二者保持该上述期望的角度。
在本实施方式中,该主支架10和承载板30之间也可采用和承载板30和调节板40之间所采用的枢轴结构。
在本实施方式中,该主框架10包括一端开口的收容空间11,该承载板30连接于该收容空间11的开口端,当该支架100处于图1所示的折叠状态时,该承载板30和调节板40收容于该收容空间11中。该调节板40的侧面上形成有突出的收容孔45,所述收容空间11的侧壁形成有定位柱13,该定位柱13收容于该收容孔45中能够防治该调节板40自该收容空间11脱离。
在本实施方式中,该主框架10和背板20之间可通过设置卡扣结构而将二者锁定,还可通过设置相互吸引的磁铁将二者锁定。

Claims (4)

1.一种折叠型支架,用于支撑一手持设备,包括主框架,其特征在于,还包括背板、承载板及调节板,该背板枢接于该主框架的顶端,该承载板的第一端转动连接于该主框架的底端,该承载板的第二端转动连接于调节板,支撑所述手持设备时,所述手持设备放置在所述承载板上且倚靠所述主框架。
2.如权利要求1所述的折叠型支架,其特征在于,该背板和该主框架通过一枢轴转动连接,该枢轴包括套筒和收容于套筒中的转轴,该套筒固定于主框架的顶端,该枢轴的两端分别自该套筒的两端穿出并且固定于该背板,该枢轴能够相对该套筒转动。
3.如权利要求2所述的折叠型支架,其特征在于,该枢轴还包括定位块和弹性件,该转轴包括圆柱和自圆柱两端伸出的连接杆,该两个连接杆的末端伸出该套筒并且固定于该背板,该定位块和弹性件均套在该连接杆上,该定位块的侧面形成有凸肋,该套筒内形成有收容该凸肋的滑槽,使得该定位块只能沿着该滑槽滑动,该定位块的端面还形成有多个沿一圆周方向分布的定位凸起,该圆柱与该定位块的端面相对的端面形成有多个定位孔,所述弹性件对所述定位块施加推力,使得该多个定位凸起保持在所述多个定位孔中,从而将背板相对于该主框架定位。
4.如权利要求1所述的折叠型支架,其特征在于,所述承载板的一端形成有突出部,所述突出部的两侧形成有定位轴,每个定位轴的周向表面形成有多个啮合齿,该调节板的一端形成有收容该突出部的开口,所述开口的侧面形成收容所述两个定位轴的收容孔,每个定位轴能够相对收容其的收容孔转动,每个收容孔中形成多个定位槽,所述多个啮合齿收容于所述多个定位槽时能将调节板相对于该承载板定位。
