本申请的技术方案中,所述驱动机构的动力装置横向偏离所述刺破位置,即所述动力装置横向偏离所述囊体和所述烹饪腔之间的连接通道的位置,如此可以减小连接通道内的蒸汽对所述动力装置的影响,使得所述动力装置的密封要求降低或者密封难度降低,从而使得所述动力装置的安全性能得到保障。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示,则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提供一种烹饪器具,烹饪器具可以是电饭煲、压力锅、炒菜机、或者料理机等等,图1至图3为本申请提供的烹饪器具的一实施例,在该实施例中,烹饪器具是电饭煲。
烹饪器具200包括烹饪器具构件100,请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,烹饪器具构件100包括构件主体1、刺破装置2和驱动机构3,构件主体1设有用以供囊体4安装的安装座11,刺破装置2安装于构件主体1,刺破装置2具有用以刺破囊体4的刺破部21,刺破部21具有刺破行程,在刺破行程上,刺破部21具有用以刺破囊体4的刺破位置,驱动机构3安装于构件主体1,用以驱动刺破部21活动,且驱动机构3沿横向布设(此处需要说明的是,驱动机构3沿横向布设不限于沿横向布设于水平面上,还可以是沿横向布设且相对于水平面呈向上或向下倾斜设置),以使得驱动机构3的动力装置31与刺破位置横向偏离。
显而易见地,烹饪器具200通常包括烹饪座220以及锅盖组件210,其中,烹饪座220具有上端呈开口设置的腔体,锅盖组件210可盖合地安装于烹饪座220的开口端,以与腔体围合形成烹饪腔,具体地,请参阅图1,在本实施例中,烹饪座220包括煲体、以及设于煲体内的内锅,内锅的内腔为烹饪器具200的腔体。
需要注意的是,本申请所说的烹饪器具构件100可以是独立于锅盖组件210的一个构件,例如,可以在锅盖组件210的上方设置烹饪器具构件100,然后在锅盖组件210内设置有个食材通道,也可以是将烹饪器具构件100安装在锅盖组件210的下侧,使得烹饪器具构件100邻近烹饪腔设置,当然也可以,将锅盖组件210作为烹饪器具构件100。在本实施例中,锅盖组件210为烹饪器具构件100,构件主体1为锅盖组件210的锅盖主体,并且具体地,刺破装置2和驱动机构3均安装在锅盖主体的内部。
本申请的技术方案中,驱动机构3的动力装置31横向偏离刺破位置,即动力装置31横向偏离囊体4和烹饪腔之间的连接通道的位置,如此可以减小连接通道内的蒸汽对动力装置31的影响,使得动力装置31的密封要求降低或者密封难度降低,从而使得动力装置31的安全性能得到保障。
具体地,在本实施例中,刺破位置和动力装置31在横向上的间距为15~100mm,通过限定一个较为合适的间距范围,这样不但可以避免刺破位置和动力装置31两者之间的间距太小,蒸汽对动力装置31的影响较大的问题,还可以避免两者之间的间距太大,导致构件主体1的尺寸过大、及增大在动力装置31和刺破部21之间设置传动结构的难度的问题。
通过驱动机构3驱动刺破部21活动,使得刺破部21具有刺破行程,对于刺破部21具体具有哪个方向上的刺破行程可以不做特殊限定,例如,可以是刺破部21具有上下向的刺破行程,这样刺破部21可刺破囊体4朝上或朝下设置的面(如囊体4的下底面);还可以是刺破部21具有横向上的刺破行程,这样刺破部21可刺破囊体4朝横向设置的面(如囊体4的侧面)。
驱动机构3的动力装置31呈横向偏离刺破位置设置,驱动机构3的设置方式有多种,例如,动力装置31可以是电机或液压缸等,通过齿轮传动机构、杠杆传动机构等传动机构来与刺破部21连接,还可以是请参阅图1,在本实施例中,驱动机构3包括压力通道32;刺破装置2安装于压力通道32的驱动端,以可被压力通道32内的压力介质(压力介质可以为气体或液体)驱动;动力装置31(可以为驱动泵、直线电机或油缸等)用以通过压力通道32内的压力介质驱动刺破部21,通过压力通道32内的压力介质驱动刺破部21,这样驱动机构3的整体结构较为简单,制造成本相对较低。此处需要说明的是,通过压力通道32内的压力介质而驱动刺破部21,可以是在压力通道32内形成正压而推出刺破装置2,使得刺破部21靠近囊体4,还可以是在压力通道32内形成负压,使得刺破部21靠近囊体4(例如,刺破装置2呈钩状设置,刺破装置2的钩部为刺破部21,且位于囊体4的正下方,驱动机构3位于刺破部21的上方,通过压力通道32内形成负压,而向上驱动刺破部21,以刺破上方的囊体4)。
具体地,请参阅图1,在本实施例中,压力通道32包括沿上下延伸且在横向上呈间隔设置的第一段33和第二段34、及连接第一段33的下端和第二段34的下端且沿横向延伸的第三段35;其中,动力装置31安装于第二段34的上端,刺破装置2安装于第一段33的上端,以被压力介质驱动而具有上下向的刺破行程,这样压力通道32的布置相对较为合理,也有利于动力装置31和刺破装置2的安装,同时,刺破装置2为上下活动,这样不易与烹饪器具200上其他部件产生干涉。
请参阅图2和图3,在本实施例中,压力通道32的驱动端呈上下延伸设置且形成有朝上设置的端口,刺破装置2包括密封且滑动安装于驱动端的滑动部22,刺破部21与滑动部22的上端连接,以使刺破部21具有上下向的刺破行程,通过向上驱动刺破部21而刺破囊体4,这样刺破部21驱动时不易与烹饪器具200上其他部件产生干涉。
进一步,请参阅图3,在本实施例中,刺破部21具有与刺破位置相对的初始位置(初始位置是指驱动机构3未工作时,刺破部21所处的位置),刺破部21位于压力通道32外,刺破部21侧向呈超出滑动部22设置,使得位于初始位置的刺破部21与驱动端的端口缘抵接,在刺破装置2不工作时,通过刺破部21与驱动端的端口缘抵接,使得刺破装置2不会整个掉入压力通道32内,从而有利于再次驱动刺破部21。
通过刺破装置2刺破囊体4,使得囊体4内的食材进入烹饪腔,具体地,请参阅图1,在本实施例中,安装座11内设有上下贯通设置的安装槽12,安装槽12用以供囊体4安装,刺破部21设于安装槽12的下端口处,且刺破部21具有上下向的刺破行程,用以自囊体4的底部刺破囊体4,这样将囊体4安装于安装槽12后,刺破部21是从底部刺破囊体4,这样有利于囊体4内的食材全部流出,避免部分食材卡在囊体4内的问题。
进一步,请参阅图1,在本实施例中,刺破部21对应下端口的中心设置,用以从囊体4的底部中心刺破囊体4,让刺破部21从囊体4的底部中心刺破囊体4,有利于让刺破部21将囊体4的底部整体刺破,避免囊体4的底部未被刺破的平面处会形成阻挡,导致囊体4内的食材不能全部流出的问题。
让刺破部21将囊体4的底部整体刺破的设置方式,还可以是请参阅图1,在本实施例中,安装槽12的下端从上至下呈逐渐内收设置,以将相适配的囊体4卡接固定,因为与安装槽12相适配的囊体4的底部呈上大下小的锥台状设置,这样减小囊体4的底面的面积,可以避免在大平面上刺破,未被刺破的平面处会形成阻挡,导致囊体4内的食材不能全部流出的问题。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烹饪器具构件,其中,包括:
    构件主体,设有用以供囊体安装的安装座;
    刺破装置,安装于所述构件主体,所述刺破装置具有用以刺破所述囊体的刺破部,所述刺破部具有刺破行程,在所述刺破行程上,所述刺破部具有用以刺破所述囊体的刺破位置;以及,
    驱动机构,安装于所述构件主体,用以驱动所述刺破部活动,且所述驱动机构沿横向布设,以使得所述驱动机构的动力装置与所述刺破位置横向偏离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述刺破位置和所述动力装置在横向上的间距为15~100mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述刺破部具有上下向或者横向上的刺破行程。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述驱动机构包括压力通道;
    所述刺破装置安装于所述压力通道的驱动端,以可被所述压力通道内的压力介质驱动;
    所述动力装置用以通过所述压力通道内的压力介质驱动所述刺破部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述压力通道的驱动端呈上下延伸设置且形成有朝上设置的端口,所述刺破装置包括密封且滑动安装于所述驱动端的滑动部,所述刺破部与所述滑动部的上端连接,以使所述刺破部具有上下向的刺破行程。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述刺破部具有与所述刺破位置相对的初始位置,所述刺破部位于所述压力通道外,所述刺破部侧向呈超出所述滑动部设置,使得位于所述初始位置的所述刺破部与所述驱动端的端口缘抵接。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述动力装置为驱动泵。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述安装座内设有上下贯通设置的安装槽,所述安装槽用以供所述囊体安装;
    所述刺破部设于所述安装槽的下端口处,且所述刺破部具有上下向的刺破行程,用以自所述囊体的底部刺破所述囊体。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述刺破部对应所述下端口的中心设置,用以从所述囊体的底部中心刺破所述囊体。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述安装槽的下端从上至下呈逐渐内收设置,以将相适配的所述囊体卡接固定。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具构件,其中,所述烹饪器具构件为锅盖组件,所述锅盖组件包括锅盖主体,所述构件主体为所述锅盖主体。
  12. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括烹饪器具构件,所述烹饪器具构件包括:
    构件主体,设有用以供囊体安装的安装座;
    刺破装置,安装于所述构件主体,所述刺破装置具有用以刺破所述囊体的刺破部,所述刺破部具有刺破行程,在所述刺破行程上,所述刺破部具有用以刺破所述囊体的刺破位置;以及,
    驱动机构,安装于所述构件主体,用以驱动所述刺破部活动,且所述驱动机构沿横向布设,以使得所述驱动机构的动力装置与所述刺破位置横向偏离。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述刺破位置和所述动力装置在横向上的间距为15~100mm。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述刺破部具有上下向或者横向上的刺破行程。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述驱动机构包括压力通道;
    所述刺破装置安装于所述压力通道的驱动端,以可被所述压力通道内的压力介质驱动;
    所述动力装置用以通过所述压力通道内的压力介质驱动所述刺破部。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述压力通道的驱动端呈上下延伸设置且形成有朝上设置的端口,所述刺破装置包括密封且滑动安装于所述驱动端的滑动部,所述刺破部与所述滑动部的上端连接,以使所述刺破部具有上下向的刺破行程。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述刺破部具有与所述刺破位置相对的初始位置,所述刺破部位于所述压力通道外,所述刺破部侧向呈超出所述滑动部设置,使得位于所述初始位置的所述刺破部与所述驱动端的端口缘抵接。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述安装座内设有上下贯通设置的安装槽,所述安装槽用以供所述囊体安装;
    所述刺破部设于所述安装槽的下端口处,且所述刺破部具有上下向的刺破行程,用以自所述囊体的底部刺破所述囊体。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述刺破部对应所述下端口的中心设置,用以从所述囊体的底部中心刺破所述囊体。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲、压力锅、炒菜机、或者料理机。
