本发明涉及防火防盗门领域，特别涉及一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的提高，对于住宅的要求也越来越高，对于门的外观造型等提出了较高的要求，现有的门扇结构比较简单，其造型单一，美观度不够，不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题，提供一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的方法是：一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，包括钢结构以及设置在钢结构上的面板，所述的面板包括至少两个分离的装饰板，两个装饰板的背面通过连接钢片连接，两个装饰板的背面在同一高度上，两个装饰板的正面通过铝合金装饰型材连接，所述的铝合金装饰型材包括两个收口边，两个收口边分别将两个装饰板的相邻的边收口。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的装饰板包括两个，分别为中间装饰板和边部环形装饰板，所述的铝合金装饰型材包括横向部分和纵向部分，横向部分与纵向部分之间通过组角器相连接。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的中间装饰板的厚度大于所述的边部环形装饰板的厚度。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的铝合金装饰型材的横向部分和纵向部分均设置有两个插槽，横向部分和纵向部分结合处通过两个组角器连接，两个组角器分别设置在两个插槽内。
有益效果：
本发明提供一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，通过设置两组高低不同的装饰板，并通过连接钢片将两组装饰板的背面连接在一起，在通过铝合金装饰型材连接装饰，这样既便于门扇面板固定到钢结构上，也起到很好的美观造型的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例，进一步阐明本发明，本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施，应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1到图3所示的一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，包括钢结构以及设置在钢结构上的面板，所述的面板包括至少两个分离的装饰板，在本实施例中分别为中间装饰板4和边部环形装饰板1。中间装饰板4和边部环形装饰板1的背面通过连接钢片3连接，根据实际需要设置多个连接钢片3。
中间装饰板4和边部环形装饰板1的背面在同一高度上，中间装饰板4的厚度大于所述的边部环形装饰板1的厚度。两个装饰板的正面通过铝合金装饰型材2连接，所述的铝合金装饰型材2包括两个收口边7，两个收口边7分别将中间装饰板4的外圈边部包裹，以及将边部环形装饰板1的内圈边部包裹，起到一个包边的作用。
铝合金装饰型材2包括横向部分和纵向部分，横向部分与纵向部分之间通过组角器相连接。所述的铝合金装饰型材2的横向部分和纵向部分均设置有两个插槽8，横向部分和纵向部分结合处通过两个组角器连接，分别为第一组角器5和第二组角器6，两个组角器分别设置在两个插槽内。
本发明提供一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，通过设置两组高低不同的装饰板，并通过连接钢片将两组装饰板的背面连接在一起，在通过铝合金装饰型材连接装饰，这样既便于门扇面板固定到钢结构上，也起到很好的美观造型的作用。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段，还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，包括钢结构以及设置在钢结构上的面板，其特征在于：所述的面板包括至少两个分离的装饰板，两个装饰板的背面通过连接钢片连接，两个装饰板的背面在同一高度上，两个装饰板的正面通过铝合金装饰型材连接，所述的铝合金装饰型材包括两个收口边，两个收口边分别将两个装饰板的相邻的边收口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，其特征在于：所述的装饰板包括两个，分别为中间装饰板和边部环形装饰板，所述的铝合金装饰型材包括横向部分和纵向部分，横向部分与纵向部分之间通过组角器相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，其特征在于：所述的中间装饰板的厚度大于所述的边部环形装饰板的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带铝合金造型结构的门扇，其特征在于：所述的铝合金装饰型材的横向部分和纵向部分均设置有两个插槽，横向部分和纵向部分结合处通过两个组角器连接，两个组角器分别设置在两个插槽内。
