技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种健身管理方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
运动有助于塑造健康强壮的体魄,是人们常用的提升体质的方式之一,其中,有计划的进行运动训练,能达到事半功倍的效果。然而,制定合理且合适的训练计划,只有专业的健身教练才能制定出,而聘请私人教练费用过于昂贵,对于一些零基础运动或者对人体机构和训练极限强度不熟的人来说,只能通过网上下载的视频,或者某些运动APP中的视频进行模仿训练。
然而,这种运动训练模式中,往往需要用户进行主动选择运动APP或视频,用户下载的运动APP或视频并不一定针对用户的健康情况,导致用户根据运动APP或视频进行运动,并不能合理的提高用户的身体素质。

发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种健身管理方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决用户下载的运动APP或视频与用户的健康情况不匹配的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种健身管理方法,应用于智能终端,所述健身管理方法包括以下步骤:
获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
若存在,则显示所述目标网络健身应用的第一启动选择界面。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种健身管理装置,所述健身管理装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时实现前述的健身管理方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现前述的健身管理方法的步骤。

如图1所示,该健身管理装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,健身管理装置还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。

在图1所示的健身管理装置中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的计算机可读指令。
在本实施例中,健身管理装置包括:存储器1005、处理器1001及存储在所述存储器1005上并可在所述处理器1001上运行的计算机可读指令,其中,处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的计算机可读指令时,并执行以下操作:

基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;

该健身管理方法应用于智能终端,该智能终端包括智能电视、手机等智能设备。
该健身管理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S110,获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
在本实施例中,在用户完成用户账号登录时,或者,在完成用户账号登录之后、且观看视频节目的过程中用户通过遥控器等终端手动进行该第一用户账号对应的健康管理界面时,或者,在接收到健身提醒信息对应的健身请求时,智能终端获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息。
具体地,第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息可存储与该智能终端的预设存储区域或者云服务器,该智能终端根据该用户账号查找该预设存储区域,若该预设存储区域当前存储有该第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息,则在该预设存储区域获取第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息,并基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果。若不存在,则基于该第一用户账号发送获取请求至云服务器,云服务器根据该获取请求反馈第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息,智能终端基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果,或者,云服务器基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果,并反馈第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息。
步骤S120,基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
在本实施例中,在获取到第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息时,根据健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案,具体地,该健身方案包括运动类型、建议运动时长等,例如,健康评估结果为肥胖、且健康规划信息为半年减肥成功的用户,则健身方案包括减肥类的运动、以及每天的建议运动时长等。
需要说明的是,该健身方案还可以包括该健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息对应的饮食要求。
步骤S130,确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
在本实施例中,在确定健身方案时,确定该智能终端当前是否连接数据网络,其中,该数据网络可以为移动数据网络或者WIFI网络。
步骤S140,在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
在本实施例中,智能终端当前可安装有需要连接网络的网络健身应用以及不需要连接网络的本地应用。若智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用,例如,健身方案包括减肥类的运动时,则判断该智能终端当前是否安装减肥类的网络健身应用。

健康采集设备发送健康检测数据至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述健康检测数据更新所述健康采集设备对应的用户账号的历史健康检测数据。

在本实施例中,若智能终端输出健身提醒信息,则用户可通过遥控器等设备根据该健身提醒信息触发健身请求,若发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备,则健康采集设备显示该健身提醒信息,则用户可通过健康采集设备根据该健身提醒信息触发健身请求,该健康采集设备将该健身请求发送至智能终端,在接收到所述健身提醒信息对应的健身请求时,执行获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤。
本实施例提出的健身管理方法,通过在所述智能终端播放视频节目时,实时获取所述第一用户账号对应的健康采集设备的位置信息;接着在基于所述位置信息确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值时,确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值的持续时长是否大于预设时长;而后若是,则输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备,以使用户根据健身提醒信息及时运动,避免长时间观看视频节目未移动,而影响用户的健康,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请健身管理方法的第六实施例,参照图7,在本实施例中,该健身管理方法还包括:
步骤S230,在第二用户账号注册完成时,显示所述第二用户账号对应的健康采集设备绑定界面;
步骤S240,在接收到基于所述健康采集设备绑定界面触发的绑定请求时,获取所述绑定请求对应的健康采集设备的标识信息;
步骤S250,基于所述标识信息对所述第二用户账号执行绑定操作。
在本实施例中,用户可进行用户账号注册操作,在第二用户账号注册完成时,进入第二用户账号的管理界面,并显示所述第二用户账号对应的健康采集设备绑定界面,用户可在健康采集设备绑定界面输入健康采集设备的标识信息,在接收到基于所述健康采集设备绑定界面触发的绑定请求时,获取所述绑定请求对应的健康采集设备的标识信息,并基于所述标识信息对所述第二用户账号执行绑定操作,进而实现健康采集设备与用户账号的绑定。
本实施例提出的健身管理方法,通过在第二用户账号注册完成时,显示所述第二用户账号对应的健康采集设备绑定界面,接着在接收到基于所述健康采集设备绑定界面触发的绑定请求时,获取所述绑定请求对应的健康采集设备的标识信息,而后基于所述标识信息对所述第二用户账号执行绑定操作,实现了健康采集设备与用户账号的绑定,进而便于健康检测数据的准确采集,进一步提高了用户体验。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
若存在,则显示所述目标网络健身应用的第一启动选择界面。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在所述智能终端当前未连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的本地健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标本地健身应用;
若存在,则显示所述目标本地健身应用的第二启动选择界面。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
若不存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用,则获取所述健身方案对应的健身视频;
显示所述健身视频对应的播放选择界面。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在检测到所述第一用户账号对应的登录操作完成时,发送所述第一用户账号对应的获取请求至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述获取请求反馈所述第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
在接收到所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息时,显示所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在所述智能终端播放视频节目时,实时获取所述第一用户账号对应的健康采集设备的位置信息;
在基于所述位置信息确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值时,确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值的持续时长是否大于预设时长;
若是,则输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在接收到所述健身提醒信息对应的健身请求时,执行获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在第二用户账号注册完成时,显示所述第二用户账号对应的健康采集设备绑定界面;
在接收到基于所述健康采集设备绑定界面触发的绑定请求时,获取所述绑定请求对应的健康采集设备的标识信息;
基于所述标识信息对所述第二用户账号执行绑定操作。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种健身管理方法,其特征在于,应用于智能终端,所述健身管理方法包括以下步骤:
    获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
    确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
    在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
    若存在,则显示所述目标网络健身应用的第一启动选择界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络的步骤之后,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在所述智能终端当前未连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的本地健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标本地健身应用;
    若存在,则显示所述目标本地健身应用的第二启动选择界面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用的步骤之后,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    若不存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用,则获取所述健身方案对应的健身视频;
    显示所述健身视频对应的播放选择界面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤包括:
    在检测到所述第一用户账号对应的登录操作完成时,发送所述第一用户账号对应的获取请求至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述获取请求反馈所述第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    在接收到所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息时,显示所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在所述智能终端播放视频节目时,实时获取所述第一用户账号对应的健康采集设备的位置信息;
    在基于所述位置信息确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值时,确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值的持续时长是否大于预设时长;
    若是,则输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备的步骤之后,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在接收到所述健身提醒信息对应的健身请求时,执行获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在第二用户账号注册完成时,显示所述第二用户账号对应的健康采集设备绑定界面;
    在接收到基于所述健康采集设备绑定界面触发的绑定请求时,获取所述绑定请求对应的健康采集设备的标识信息;
    基于所述标识信息对所述第二用户账号执行绑定操作。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的健身管理方法,其特征在于,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    健康采集设备发送健康检测数据至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述健康检测数据更新所述健康采集设备对应的第一用户账号的历史健康检测数据。
  9. 一种健身管理装置,其特征在于,所述健身管理装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,实现如下步骤:获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
    确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
    在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
    若存在,则显示所述目标网络健身应用的第一启动选择界面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的健身管理装置,其特征在于,所述确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络的步骤之后,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在所述智能终端当前未连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的本地健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标本地健身应用;
    若存在,则显示所述目标本地健身应用的第二启动选择界面。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的健身管理装置,其特征在于,所述获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤包括:
    在检测到所述第一用户账号对应的登录操作完成时,发送所述第一用户账号对应的获取请求至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述获取请求反馈所述第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    在接收到所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息时,显示所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的健身管理装置,其特征在于,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在所述智能终端播放视频节目时,实时获取所述第一用户账号对应的健康采集设备的位置信息;
    在基于所述位置信息确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值时,确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值的持续时长是否大于预设时长;
    若是,则输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,实现如下步骤:
    获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述健康评估结果以及所述健康规划信息生成健身方案;
    确定所述智能终端当前是否连接数据网络;
    在所述智能终端当前连接数据网络时,确定所述智能终端当前所安装的网络健身应用中,是否存在与所述健身方案匹配的目标网络健身应用;
    若存在,则显示所述目标网络健身应用的第一启动选择界面。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述获取当前登录的第一用户账号对应的健康评估结果以及健康规划信息的步骤包括:
    在检测到所述第一用户账号对应的登录操作完成时,发送所述第一用户账号对应的获取请求至云服务器,以供所述云服务器基于所述获取请求反馈所述第一用户账号对应的历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    在接收到所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息时,显示所述历史健康检测数据以及健康规划信息;
    基于所述历史健康检测数据进行健康评估处理,以获得健康评估结果。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述健身管理方法还包括:
    在所述智能终端播放视频节目时,实时获取所述第一用户账号对应的健康采集设备的位置信息;
    在基于所述位置信息确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值时,确定所述健康采集设备的位置变化小于预设值的持续时长是否大于预设时长;
    若是,则输出健身提醒信息,或者,发送健身提醒信息至所述健康采集设备。
