本申请涉及一种移动终端的技术领域。
背景技术
随着移动终端技术的日趋发展,人们希望手机中能够集成更多的器件,以实现更多样化的功能。然而,随着在移动终端内部安装的器件越来越多,使得移动终端的机体也越来越大,从而阻碍了移动终端的轻薄化设置,已经不能够满足用户需求。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种移动终端。
本申请提供了一种移动终端,包括主机端、支架和能够可拆卸连接于所述主机端的子机端,所述主机端具有第一表面,所述第一表面凹设有凹槽,所述支架相对所述主机端的第一表面转动,以转入或转出所述凹槽;
当所述支架相对所述主机端的第一表面以第一角度展开时,所述子机端贴合于所述支架上。
本申请提供的移动终端通过在主机端上转动连接有支架,子机端能够贴合于支架上,使得移动终端能够处于侧立组合的使用状态,用户的双手能够得到解放,以解决用户在观看视频时需要用手把持或通过外部工具对其进行侧立支撑,造成使用不便的问题。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参照图1至图4,为本申请实施例一提供的一种移动终端100,移动终端100包括主机端1和能够可拆卸连接于主机端1的子机端2。主机端1与子机端2能够通信连接,即主机端1与子机端2能够相互通信。主机端1和子机端2可以组合使用,亦可以分开使用。例如,如图1和图2所示,子机端2可以层叠放置于主机端1上,使移动终端100处于层叠组合使用状态。其中,移动终端100处于层叠组合使用状态时,子机端2可以在主机端1上进行充电。对应,主机端1上可以设有无线电圈,子机端2只要放置于主机端1上即可进行充电。可选的,主机端1上还可以设有电性连接的触点,子机端2上亦对应设置有电性连接的触点,子机端2上的触点与主机端1上的触点接触即可实现充电或数据传输。其中,如图1所示,子机端2的子机显示器21可以朝向主机端1,如图2所示,亦可以背向主机端1。例如,如图3所示,子机端2可以侧立放置于主机端1上,使得移动终端100处于侧立组合使用状态。在侧立组合使用状态,可以通过主机端1上的输入装置如键盘输入控制命令,子机端2的子机显示器21显示与控制命令对应的显示内容。例如,如图4所示,子机端2可以与主机端1分开使用,子机端2可以脱离主机端1单独使用。在子机端2与主机端1分开使用时,子机端2可以设置受话器、送话器等模块实现独立通话,等应用场景。
可以理解的,移动终端100处于上述任意一种使用状态时,主机端1与子机端2之间皆能够通信连接,即主机端1与子机端2能够相互通信。本实施例中,附图5为主机端1与子机端2硬件结构框图。其中,主机端1与子机端2的通信关系包括但不限于以下方式:
一实施例中,请参照图6,主机端1包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块;子机端2包括子机键盘、子机显示器21、子机主控制器及与主机无线收发模块通信连接的子机无线收发模块;
在移动终端100的第一种工作状态下,子机键盘输出的控制命令,在子机主控制器的控制下,经子机无线收发模块调制后,发给主机无线收发模块,主机无线收发模块接收,并在主机主控制器控制下,经无线调制解调模块调制后,发送到空中;
如图7所示,来自空中的控制信号,经过主机主控制器,由无线收发模块调制后发给子机端2,子机无线收发模块接收后,经子机主控制器在子机显示器21中显示。
具体的,主机无线收发模块与子机无线收发模块均为蓝牙模块或均为wifi模块。可以理解的是,蓝牙是一种无线技术标准,可实现固定设备、移动终端100100和楼宇个人域网之间的短距离数据交换。蓝牙的波段为2400–2483.5MHz(包括防护频带)。这是全球范围内无需取得执照(但并非无管制的)的工业、科学和医疗用(ISM)波段的2.4GHz短距离无线电频段。
通过主机端1与子机端2的上述通信方式,使得可以通过在子机端2输入控制命令,继而在子机显示器21中显示与控制命令对应的显示内容。
另一实施例中,请参照图8,主机端1包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块, 子机端2包括子机主控制器、子机话筒、子机听筒、能够与主机无线收发模块通信的子机无线收发模块、子机音频编码器及子机音频解码器;
在工作状态下,来自子机话筒的音频信号,经子机音频编码器编码后传输到子机主控制器中,经子机主控制器控制下,被子机无线收发模块发送出去,由主机无线收发模块接收后,在主机主控制器的控制下,传送到无线调制解调模块,经无线调制解调模块调制后发送到空中;
如图9所示,来自空中的信号,经无线调制解调模块解调后传送到主机主控制器中,在主机主控制器的控制下,传送到主机无线收发模块中,经主机无线收发模块调制后,发送到子机端2中,子机无线收发模块解调出的音频信号,在子机主控制器控制下,经子机音频解码器解码后,由子机听筒输出。
可以理解的是,这里的子机音频编码器,可以是单独的硬件单元,也可以集成在话筒中,也可以集成在子机主控制器中,就其功能而言可以是兼具有音频解码功能的音频编解码器。
这里的子机音频解码器可以是单独的硬件单元,也可以集成在听筒中,也可以集成在子机主控制器中,就其功能而言可以是兼具有音频编码功能的音频编解码器。
通过主机端1与子机端2的上述通信方式,使得移动终端100处于通话场景下,子机端2的子机听筒能够输出音频信号。
再一实施例中,如图10所示,主机端1包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块;子机端2包括子机主控制器、与主机无线收发模块能够通信的子机无线收发模块,子机端2能够通过主机端1接入通信网络。
通过主机端1与子机端2的上述通信方式,使得子机端2能够通过主机端1接入通信网络,实现网络通信。
再再一实施例中,如图11所示,主机端1包括主机第一无线通信模块、主机主控制器、主机第二无线通信模块;子机包括子机主控制器、子机无线收发模块,子机无线收发模块能够与主机第一无线通信模块通信进行通信,主机第二无线通信模块能够与基站通信。
通过主机端1与子机端2的上述通信方式,使得子机端2能够通过主机端1进行通信,主机端1再与基站进行通信,实现网络通信。
本实施例中,请一并参照图12和图13,移动终端100包括主机端1、支架3和能够可拆卸连接于主机端1的子机端2,主机端1具有第一表面11,第一表面11凹设有凹槽111,支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11转动,以转入或转出凹槽111;当支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11以第一角度A展开时,子机端2贴合于支架3上。
可以理解的,当子机端2可拆卸连接于主机端1的第一表面11上时,子机端2的边沿与主机端1的边沿平齐。具体的,子机端2的尺寸与主机端1的尺寸相同。
通过在主机端1上设有支架3,使得子机端2能够贴合于支架3上,实现移动终端100的侧立使用状态。
具体的,主机端1大致呈长矩形。主机端1具有相背设置的第一表面11和第二表面12、围接于第一表面11和第二表面12之间的周侧面13。其中,周侧面13由四个侧面依次邻接组成,分别为第一侧面131、第三侧面133、第二侧面132和第四侧面134;第三侧面132和第四侧面134为主机端1中较长的侧面,第一侧面131和第二侧面132为主机端1中较短的侧面。其中,为了便于描述,将主机端1上较长的一个侧面的延伸方向定义为X方向,将主机端1上较短的一个侧面的延伸方向定义为Y方向,将主机端1上第一表面11至第二表面12之间的距离定义为Z方向。
第一表面11为具有弧度的弧面。当然,在其它实施例中,第一表面11还可以为平直的平面。
第一表面11凹设有凹槽111,该凹槽111主要提供空间来收纳支架3。换言之,凹槽111的形状与支架3的形状相对应。
支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11转动,以转入或转出凹槽111;当支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11以第一角度A展开时,子机端2贴合于支架3上。具体的,支架3能够相对主机端1转动,以主机端1作为参照物,支架3能够相对主机端1翻转一定的角度。其中,支架3相对主机端1的第一表面 11以第一角度A展开,若第一表面11为弧面,则第一表面11的平面部分S1的法向量

可选的,第一角度A的范围为120°至165°。此时,用户在观看视频或者图片时,用户的眼部能够直接正对子机端2的子机显示器21,从而保证用户能够在最舒适的姿势下,观看视频或者图片,进而提高移动终端100的用户体验性。
可以理解的,请一并参照图14至图16,支架3具有依次连接的第一支臂31、第二支臂32和第三支臂33,第一支臂31和第三支臂33相对设置,且位于第二支臂32的同一侧,第一支臂31和第三支臂33的端部分别形成第一转动部31a和第二转动部33a,第一转动部31a和第二转动部33a分别转动连接于主机端1上。具体的,凹槽111具有依次连接的第一槽段1111、第二槽段1112和第三槽段1113,如图15所示,当支架3位于凹槽111内时,第一支臂31、第二支臂32和第三支臂33分别位于第一槽段1111、第二槽段1112和第三槽段1113内。换言之,凹槽111的形状与支架3的形状相同,大致呈U形。该形状的凹槽111能够在收容支架3的同时,又减少了对第一表面11的位置占据,换言之,该形状的凹槽111使得第一表面11能够排布其它的器件。其中,如图15所示,第一槽段1111和第三槽段1113的端部皆为开口端。换言之,第一槽段1111和第三槽段1113远离第二槽段1112的端部贯穿第三侧面133。第一支臂31的第一转动部31a和第三支臂33的第三转动部位于第一槽段1111的端部和第三槽段1113的端部。其中,如图16所示,第一转动部31a和第二转动部33a的结构相同。以第一转动部31a的结构为例进行说明,第一转动部31a具有相背设置的第一转动面331a和第二转动面332a,第一转动面331a相对第一支臂31倾斜,第二转动面332a相对第一支臂31倾斜。换言之,第一转动面331a和第二转动面332a皆为斜面,使得支架3能够相对主机端1展开一个较大的角度,换言之,当支架3转动至第一转动部31a的第二转动面332a贴合于第一槽段1111的底面上时,由于第一槽段1111的底面抵接于第一转动部31a的第二转动面332a,使得支架3能够相对主机端1固定。该第一转动部31a的结构设置使得支架3与主机端1之间无需再设置锁紧件即可实现支架3相对主机端1展开一定角度并相对主机端1固定。当然,在其它实施例中,第一转动部31a和主机端1之间还可以设置限位凸起161,以实现支架3相对主机端1在展开一定角度后固定。
当支架3相对主机端1展开一定角度后,子机端2能够贴合于支架3上。可以理解的,当子机端2贴合于支架3上时,子机端2的边沿能够与支架3的边沿平齐。具体的,子机端2的外周面的面积与支架3的外周面的面积相同,以使得子机端2贴合于支架3上后,子机端2的边缘能够与支架3的边缘平齐。当然,在其它实施例中,子机端2的尺寸还可以大于支架3的尺寸。
可以理解的,如图15所示,第一表面11具有第一区域112,第一区域112位于凹槽111所包围的区域内;移动终端100具有键盘14,键盘14位于第一区域112。具体的,移动终端100的键盘14设于主机端1上,该键盘14为触摸键盘14,其位于第一区域112。键盘14与支架3的结构相结合,支架3结构使得主机端1能够余有较大的面积来设置键盘14,进一步优化了移动终端100的器件排布。当支架3位于凹槽111内时,键盘14位于支架3包围的区域内。
通过在主机端1上设置键盘14,使得用户能够通过键盘14输入控制指令,子机端2上能够显示与控制指令对应的显示内容。
进一步的,请一并参照图17,当支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11以第二角度B展开时,键盘14开启。具体的,第二角度B可以为:若第一表面11为弧面,则第一表面11的平面部分S3的法向量

其中,第二角度B为钝角,第二角度B可以小于或等于第一角度A。支架3的第一转动部31a或第二转动部33a设有角度传感器,该角度传感器感应第一转动部31a的转动角度,当角度传感器检测到转 动角度为目标角度值时,即此时支架3与主机端1的第一表面11的夹角对应为第二角度B,控制器控制键盘14开始工作,当角度传感器检测到转动角度未达到目标角度值时,即此时支架3与主机端1的第一表面11的夹角未对应为第二角度B,控制器控制键盘14停止工作。通过在一定角度开启键盘14,使得主机端1上的键盘14在不需要使用时能够处于锁死状态,避免误操作,进一步提高移动终端100可靠性。
进一步的,请一并参照图18,移动终端100还包括第一摄像头4和第二摄像头5,第一摄像头4于凹槽111的槽深方向的尺寸小于第二摄像头5于凹槽111的槽深方向的尺寸,第一摄像头4于第一表面11的正投影至少部分与凹槽111于第一表面11的正投影部分重叠,第二摄像头5与凹槽111错开设置。具体的,第一摄像头4和第二摄像头5皆设于主机端1。该第一摄像头4和第二摄像头5可以皆为后置摄像头,第一摄像头4和第二摄像头5的高度不相同。第一摄像头4可以为广角摄像头,第二摄像头5可以为长焦摄像头。在主机端1的Z方向上,第一摄像头4与凹槽111至少部分重叠。其中,第一摄像头4在Z方向的尺寸较小,使其与凹槽111部分至少部分重叠,利用了主机端1的空间,优化了主机端1的器件布局。在主机端1的Z方向上,第二摄像头5与凹槽111错开设置,使得凹槽111能够开较深的槽来收容支架3。当然,在其它实施例中,还可以将其它沿着Z向的尺寸较小的器件与凹槽111部分至少部分重叠,如闪光灯灯。
进一步的,如图19和图20所示,主机端1设有第一磁性件6,子机端2设有第二磁性件7。当移动终端100处于层叠组合使用状态时,子机端2与主机端1能够通过第二磁性件7与第一磁性件6之间的磁性力吸合在一起,子机端2能够相对主机端1固定,防止子机端2从主机端1上跌落,进一步提高了移动终端100使用时的可靠性。具体的,第一磁性件6和第二磁性件7具有多种设置方式:
一实施例中,如图19和图20所示,主机端1设有第一磁性件6,子机端2设有第二磁性件7,当移动终端100处于第一组合状态时,第二磁性件7与第一磁性件6相吸和;或者,当移动终端100处于第二组合状态时,第二磁性件7与第一磁性件6相吸和;其中,第一组合状态为子机端2的显示面即子机显示器21的表面贴合于主机端1上;第二组合状态为子机端2的显示面的表面沿着主机端1的长度方向翻转180度,以使子机端2的背面贴合于主机端1上。其中,第一磁性件6可以包括但不限于磁铁。第二磁性件7可以包括但不限于吸磁性的金属材料如铁。
例如,第一磁性件6包括间隔设置的第一组第一磁性件61及第二组第一磁性件62。具体的,第一组第一磁性件61及第二组第一磁性件62均各有两个第一磁性件。第二磁性件7包括间隔设置的第一组第二磁性件71及第二组第二磁性件72。具体的,第一组第二磁性件71及第二组第二磁性件72均各有两个第二磁性件。在移动终端100的处于第一组合状态时,第一组第一磁性件61与第一组第二磁性件71相吸,第二组第一磁性件62与第二组第二磁性件72相吸。此时,子机端2的子机显示器21朝向用户。用户可以在子机显示器21上输入触控信号,或者在子机显示器21上观看视频及图片。在移动终端100处于第二组合状态时,将子机端2的子机显示器21沿着主机端1的长度方向翻转180度,以使第一组第一磁性件61与第二组第二磁性件72相互吸合,第二组第一磁性件62与第一组第二磁性件71相互吸合,此时,子机端2的子机显示器21背离用户,从而通过主机端1保护子机端2的子机显示器21,以避免子机端2的子机显示器21与外界硬物发生磨损。可以理解的是,
可选的,第一磁性件6的数量为多个。多个第一磁性件6关于第一表面11的第一中心线H1对称。可以理解的是,第一中心线H1并不是主机端1的第一面上实体部件。而是为了能够更准确地表示多个第一磁性件6之间的位置关系而给出的一条虚拟直线。第一中心线H1平行于主机端1的长度方向。第二磁性件7的数量为多个。多个第二磁性件7与多个第一磁性件6一一对应设置。可以理解的是,多个第一磁性件6围绕第一表面11的周缘呈环状排布。多个第二磁性件7围绕子机端2的周缘呈环状排布。在移动终端100处于第一组合状态时,每个第二磁性件7与每个第一磁性件6一一对应相吸合。在移动终端100处于第二组合状态时,每个第二磁性件7也与每个第一磁性件6一一对应相吸合。
在其他实施方式中,第一磁性件6的数量也可以为一个。第一磁性件6呈环状结构。第二磁性件7的数量也可以为一个。第二磁性件7呈环状结构。
另一实施例中,如图21和图22所示,主机端1设有第一磁性件6,子机端2设有第二磁性件7,当移动终端100处于第一组合状态时,第二磁性件7与第一磁性件6相吸和;或者,当移动终端100处于第三组合状态时,第二磁性件7与第一磁性件6相吸和;其中,第一组合状态为子机端2的显示面即子机显示器21贴合于主机端1上;第三组合状态为子机端2的显示面即子机显示器21沿着主机端1的宽度方向翻转180度,以使子机端2的背面贴合于主机端1上。
其中,第一组合状态为子机端2正向安装于主机端1。第三组合状态为子机端2倒向安装于主机端1。可以理解的是,子机端2正向安装于主机端1指的是主机端1的顶部与子机端2的顶部对齐,主机端1的底部与子机端2的底部对齐。子机端2的顶部是指子机端2大体朝上的侧部。子机端2的底部是指子机端2大体朝下的侧部。
再者,第三组合状态为子机端2沿着主机端1的宽度方向即Y方向翻转180度,以使得主机端1的顶部与子机端2的底部对齐,主机端1的底部与子机端2的顶部对齐。
可选的,第一磁性件6的数量为多个。多个第一磁性件6在主机端1的位置关于第一表面11的第二中心线H2对称。第二中心线H2平行于主机端1的宽度方向。第二磁性件7的数量为多个。多个第二磁性件7与多个第一磁性件6一一对应设置。可以理解的是,多个第一磁性件6围绕主机端1的周缘呈环状排布。多个第二磁性件7围绕子机端2的周缘呈环状排布。此时,在移动终端100的第一组合状态时,多个第一磁性件6与多个第二磁性件7一一对应设置。在移动终端100的第三组合状态时,多个第一磁性件6也能够与多个第二磁性件7一一对应设置。在其他实施方式中,第一磁性件6的数量也可以为一个。第一磁性件6呈环状结构。第二磁性件7的数量也可以为一个。第二磁性件7呈环状结构。
再一实施例中,与前述实施例大部分相同的技术内容不再赘述:如图23和图24所示,第一表面11的周缘设有第一磁性件6。子机端220设有第二磁性件7。第一磁性件6呈环状排布。可以理解的是,当第一磁性件6的数量为多个时,多个第一磁性件6围绕第一表面11的周缘呈环状排布。第二磁性件7的设置方式可以参考第一磁性件6的设置方式,这里不再赘述。
当子机端2可拆卸安装于第一表面11时,第二磁性件7吸附在第一磁性件6。可以理解的是,当子机端2正向安装于主机端1时,第一磁性件6与第二磁性件7相互吸合。当子机端2倒向安装于主机端1时,第一磁性件6与第二磁性件7相互吸合。当子机端2的子机显示器21朝向用户安装于主机端1时,第一磁性件6与第二磁性件7相互吸合。当子机端2的子机显示器21背向用户安装于主机端1时,第一磁性件6与第二磁性件7相互吸合。此时,多个第一磁性件6关于第一表面11的第一中心线H1对称。多个第一磁性件6在主机端1的位置关于第一表面11的第二中心线H2对称。在其他实施方式中,当第一磁性件6的数量为一个时,第一磁性件6的形状为环状。第二磁性件7呈环状排布。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端100通过在主机端1上转动连接有支架3,子机端2能够贴合于支架3上,使得移动终端100能够处于侧立组合的使用状态,用户的双手能够得到解放,以解决用户在观看视频时需要用手把持或通过外部工具对其进行侧立支撑,造成使用不便的问题。
请参照图25,为本申请实施例二提供的一种移动终端200,该移动终端200与实施例一提供的移动终端100的结构大致相同,其不同之处主要在于支架3的结构不相同,具体为:凹槽111分别贯穿第一侧面131、第二侧面132和第三侧面133;当支架3位于凹槽111内时,支架3铺满凹槽111。
具体的,凹槽111位于第一表面11的边缘,大致呈条形,大致占据第一表面111/4的面积。该凹槽111占据第一表面11的面积较小,从而使得第一表面11能够有空间设置其它部件。例如,键盘14能够与凹槽111相邻设置。
支架3转动的中心轴沿着X方向。换言之,支架3转动的中心轴的方向与第三侧面133的延伸方向相同。其中,由于主机端1的第三侧面133较长,从而使得支架3与主机端1接触的位置的长度能够等于第三侧面133的长度。换言之,支架3能够有较长的部位能够与主机端1连接。当然,在其它实施例中,支架3转动的中心轴还可以与第二侧面132的延伸方向相同。换言之,支架3转动的中心轴与Y方向平行。
可以理解的,当支架3位于凹槽111内时,支架3背离凹槽111的底部的表面与第一表面11平齐。 如此,当支架3能够完全收纳于凹槽111内,保证主机端1所在的各个的平面皆为平齐的,使得子机端2层叠设置于主机端1上时,子机端2能够放置得较为平稳,避免因局部有凸起而不平稳跌落,进一步提高移动终端200使用的可靠性。
在本实施例中,支架3与主机端1的转动连接的结构具体为:
请一并参照图26,主机端1还具有固定件15,固定件15设于凹槽111的底部,固定件15的两端分别具有一个第三转动部151,支架3的两端分别转动连接于一个第三转动部151上。换言之,主机端1能够与支架3转动连接的固定件15,以使得支架3能够相对主机端1转动。
具体的,固定件15位于凹槽111的边缘处,以避免占据凹槽111收纳支架3的空间。固定件15两侧的第三转动部151沿着X方向延伸,以使得支架3转动连接于固定件15两侧的第三转动部151上时,支架3转动的中心轴Z1为沿着X方向。
在本申请中,固定件15的结构具体如下所示:固定件15包括固定座152和相对于固定座152静止的固定杆153,固定座152设于凹槽111的底部上,且固定座152具有一个固定孔,固定杆153的一部分位于固定孔中,固定部的两端分别伸出固定孔形成两个第三转动部151。其中,固定座152大致呈长条形,其长度延伸方向沿着X方向延伸,位于凹槽111的边缘处的中间位置。换言之,该固定座152与主机端1为一体成型。固定座152具有相背设置的第一固定端和第二固定端、和连接于第一固定端和第二固定端之间的固定面,固定座152的固定孔穿透第一固定端和第二固定端,以使得固定杆153容纳于固定座152中时,能够有部分伸出固定座152外,以形成第三转动部151与支架3转动连接。该结构的固定件15的固定杆153能够从固定座152中拆卸下来,在固定杆153受到损伤时,能够替换一根新的固定杆153即可实现固定件15与的支架3转动连接。
可以理解的,请一并参照图27和图28,固定杆153包括第一杆1531、第二杆1532和弹性设置于第一杆1531和第二杆1532之间的弹性件1533,第一杆1531和第二杆1532的一部分、及弹性件1533位于固定孔中,第一杆1531的端部和第二杆1532的端部分别伸出固定孔形成两个第三转动部151。具体的,第一杆1531和第二杆1532的结构相同,皆为外周面具有至少一个平面的结构。其中,第一杆1531和第二杆1532未与支架3转动连接的外周面皆为方形面,而与支架3转动连接的外周面为利于转动的直圆柱面。对应的,固定座152的固定孔亦为方形,方形杆的结构使得第一杆1531和第二杆1532位于固定座152中时,不会相对固定座152发生转动,从而使得支架3转动连接于第一杆1531和第二杆1532的端部时,第一杆1531和第二杆1532的结构较佳的固定于固定座152中而不会产生滑移,进而影响支架3相对固定杆153的滑动。另外,固定杆153为两根分离的杆和设置于两根分离的杆中间的弹性件1533的结构构成,使得支架3需要扣接于第一杆1531和第二杆1532的端部时,第一杆1531和第二杆1532由于弹性件1533的存在而能够相互靠近而缩小了固定杆153沿着X方向的长度,利于支架3与固定杆153进行扣接。而在支架3固定杆153完成扣接后,弹性件1533会提供弹性力至第一杆1531和第二杆1532上,从而使得支架3与固定杆153之间形成良好的扣接。其中,弹性件1533可以为弹簧。对应的,第一杆1531和第二杆1532的一端部可以伸入弹簧的两端,亦可以抵接且粘接于弹簧的两端。
可以理解的,当支架3相对主机端1展开时,子机端2贴合于支架3上,子机端2的周面22抵接于固定座152的固定面上。
请一并参照图29,支架3转动连接于固定件15上,移动终端200还包括限位件16,限位件16设置于第三转动部151和支架3之间,以使支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11转动至第一角度后支架3相对主机端1固定,换言之,支架3相对主机端1展开并相固定。支架3用于与固定件15转动连接,限位件16设置于支架3与固定件15之间,以使得支架3展开时,支架3相对主机端1以第一角度展开并相固定。其中,第一角度请参照实施例一提及的第一角度A,在此不再赘述。
可以理解的,限位件16包括设于第三转动部151上的限位凸起161和设于支架3的内壁上的限位槽162,当第三转动部151上的限位凸起161位于支架3的限位槽162时,支架3相对主机端1的第一表面11以第一角度A展开并相固定。其中,限位凸起161为弧形凸起,限位槽162为与限位凸起161对应的弧形槽。当支架3相对第三转动部151转动至限位凸起161位于限位槽162时,支架3由于卡接 于第三转动部151而相对主机端1固定。
请参照图30,为本申请实施例三提供的一种移动终端300,该移动终端300与实施例一提供的移动终端100的结构大致相同,其不同之处主要在于支架3的结构不相同,具体为:支架3为L形,对应的凹槽111为L形。
请参照图31,为本申请实施例四提供的一种移动终端400,该移动终端400与实施例一提供的移动终端100的结构大致相同,其不同之处主要在于支架3的设置位置不相同,具体为:支架3设置于主机端1中较短的侧面上。
请参照图32,为本申请实施例五提供的一种移动终端500,该移动终端500与实施例二提供的移动终端200的结构大致相同,其不同之处主要在于支架3的尺寸不相同,具体为:支架3未布满主机端1较长的侧面。换言之,支架3沿着长度方向延伸的尺寸小于主机端1中较长的侧面的尺寸。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括主机端、支架和能够可拆卸连接于所述主机端的子机端,所述主机端具有第一表面,所述第一表面凹设有凹槽,所述支架相对所述主机端的第一表面转动,以转入或转出所述凹槽;
    当所述支架相对所述主机端的第一表面以第一角度展开时,所述子机端贴合于所述支架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支架具有依次连接的第一支臂、第二支臂和第三支臂,所述第一支臂和所述第三支臂相对设置,且位于所述第二支臂的同一侧,所述第一支臂和所述第三支臂的端部分别形成第一转动部和第二转动部,所述第一转动部和所述第二转动部分别转动连接于所述主机端上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽具有依次连接的第一槽段、第二槽段和第三槽段,当所述支架位于所述凹槽内时,所述第一支臂、所述第二支臂和所述第三支臂分别位于所述第一槽段、所述第二槽段和所述第三槽段内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端具有相背设置的第一侧面和第二侧面、和连接于所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面之间的第三侧面,所述凹槽分别贯穿所述第一侧面、所述第二侧面和所述第三侧面;当所述支架位于所述凹槽内时,所述支架铺满所述凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述子机端贴合于所述支架上时,所述子机端的边沿能够与所述支架的边沿平齐。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括第一摄像头和第二摄像头,所述第一摄像头于所述凹槽的槽深方向的尺寸小于所述第二摄像头于所述凹槽的槽深方向的尺寸,所述第一摄像头于所述第一表面的正投影至少部分与所述凹槽于所述第一表面的正投影部分重叠,所述第二摄像头与所述凹槽错开设置。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述子机端可拆卸连接于所述主机端的第一表面上时,所述子机端的边沿与所述主机端的边沿平齐。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端设有第一磁性件,所述子机端设有第二磁性件,当所述移动终端处于第一组合状态时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件相吸和;或者,当所述移动终端处于第二组合状态时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件相吸和;其中,所述第一组合状态为所述子机端的显示面贴合于所述主机端上;所述第二组合状态为所述子机端的显示面沿着所述主机端的长度方向翻转180度,以使所述子机端的背面贴合于所述主机端上。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端设有第一磁性件,所述子机端设有第二磁性件,当所述移动终端处于第一组合状态时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件相吸和;或者,当所述移动终端处于第三组合状态时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件相吸和;其中,所述第一组合状态为所述子机端的显示面贴合于所述主机端上;所述第三组合状态为所述子机端的显示面沿着所述主机端的宽度方向翻转180度,以使所述子机端的背面贴合于所述主机端上。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件的数量为多个,多个所述第一磁性件关于所述第一表面的第一中心线对称,所述第一中心线平行于所述主机端的长度方向,所述第二磁性件的数量为多个,多个所述第二磁性件与多个所述第一磁性件一一对应设置。
  11. 如权利要求8或9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件的数量为多个,多个所述第一磁性件环状排布于所述主机端,所述第二磁性件的数量为多个,多个所述第二磁性件与多个所述第一磁性件一一对应设置。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一表面具有第一区域,所述第一区域位于所述凹槽所包围的区域内;所述移动终端具有键盘,所述键盘位于所述第一区域。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述支架位于所述凹槽内时,所述键盘位于所述支架包围的区域内。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述支架相对所述主机端的第一表面以第二角度展开时,所述键盘开启。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二角度为钝角。
  16. 如权利要求1至6、8、9、12或13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块;所述子机端包括子机键盘、子机显示器、子机主控制器及与所述主机无线收发模块通信连接的子机无线收发模块;
    在所述移动终端的第一种工作状态下,所述子机键盘输出的控制命令,在所述子机主控制器的控制下,经所述子机无线收发模块调制后,发给所述主机无线收发模块,所述主机无线收发模块接收,并在所述主机主控制器控制下,经所述无线调制解调模块调制后,发送到空中;
    来自空中的控制信号,经过所述主机主控制器,由所述无线收发模块调制后发给所述子机端,所述子机无线收发模块接收后,经所述子机主控制器在所述子机显示器中显示。
  17. 如权利要求1至6、8、9、12或13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块,所述子机端包括子机主控制器、子机话筒、子机听筒、能够与所述主机无线收发模块通信的子机无线收发模块、子机音频编码器及子机音频解码器;
    在工作状态下,来自所述子机话筒的音频信号,经所述子机音频编码器编码后传输到所述子机主控制器中,经所述子机主控制器控制下,被所述子机无线收发模块发送出去,由所述主机无线收发模块接收后,在所述主机主控制器的控制下,传送到所述无线调制解调模块,经所述无线调制解调模块调制后发送到空中;
    来自空中的信号,经所述无线调制解调模块解调后传送到所述主机主控制器中,在所述主机主控制器的控制下,传送到所述主机无线收发模块中,经所述主机无线收发模块调制后,发送到所述子机端中,所述子机无线收发模块解调出的音频信号,在所述子机主控制器控制下,经所述子机音频解码器解码后,由所述子机听筒输出。
  18. 如权利要求1至6、8、9、12或13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括无线调制解调模块、主机主控制器、主机无线收发模块;所述子机端包括子机主控制器、与所述主机无线收发模块能够通信的子机无线收发模块,所述子机端能够通过所述主机端接入通信网络。
  19. 如权利要求1至6、8、9、12或13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括主机第一无线通信模块、主机主控制器、主机第二无线通信模块;所述子机包括子机主控制器、子机无线收发模块,所述子机无线收发模块能够与所述主机第一无线通信模块通信进行通信,所述主机第二无线通信模块能够与基站通信。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机无线收发模块与所述子机无线收发模块均为蓝牙模块或均为wifi模块。
