Abstract
本发明提供了一种扬声器,包括扬声器单体(10)和接触端子(20),接触端子(20)设于扬声器单体(10)的背离出音孔的第一表面(101),接触端子(20)包括底壁(1),底壁(1)的一侧折弯形成侧壁(2),侧壁(2)设有通槽(21),底壁(1)的另一侧折弯形成力臂(3),力臂(3)与侧壁(2)相对设置,力臂(3)的端部向侧壁(2)延伸并伸入通槽(21)内,力臂(3)的端部与通槽(21)的远离底壁(1)的一侧内壁相抵,底壁(1)设有支撑臂(4),支撑臂(4)与力臂(3)对应设置,支撑臂(4)的一端向力臂(3)延伸,当力臂(3)向底壁(1)方向被挤压时,力臂(3)可与支撑臂(4)的端部相抵,此时支撑臂(4)具有使力臂(3)远离底壁(1)的弹力。本发明提供的扬声器,接触端子的力臂在短时间内能快速达到要求的力值,还能减少力臂的疲劳应力,避免接触端子在使用中过快失效,延长了扬声器的使用寿命。
Description
本发明涉及电声换能器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
现有的扬声器,包括扬声器单体和接触端子,接触端子设置在扬声器单体上,用以与终端的连接端子接触形成导通,而现有接触端子的结构通常为单力臂结构,在使用过程中,单力臂被压缩时,不能快速达到要求的力值,同时,力臂被多次压缩后,会产生疲劳应力,导致接触端子失效,减少扬声器的使用寿命。
现有技术中扬声器的接触端子为单力臂结构,在使用中不能快速达到要求的力值以及力臂被多次压缩后产生疲劳应力导致接触端子失效,减少扬声器使用寿命的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括扬声器单体和接触端子,所述接触端子设于所述扬声器单体的背离出音孔的第一表面,所述接触端子包括底壁,底壁的一侧折弯形成侧壁,侧壁设有通槽,底壁的另一侧折弯形成力臂,力臂与侧壁相对设置,力臂的端部向侧壁延伸并伸入通槽内,力臂的端部与通槽的远离底壁的一侧内壁相抵,底壁设有支撑臂,支撑臂与力臂对应设置,支撑臂的一端向力臂延伸,当力臂向底壁方向被挤压时,力臂可与支撑臂的端部相抵,此时支撑臂具有使力臂远离底壁的弹力。
进一步地,力臂与底壁的交接处设置为第一圆弧。
进一步地,力臂的向侧壁延伸且靠近通槽的一端折弯形成第二圆弧,第二圆弧的靠近通槽的一端向通槽延伸并伸入通槽内,且第二圆弧远离底壁凸出。
进一步地,力臂伸入通槽的部分延伸出通槽外,并且,该部分远离底壁的第二表面与通槽的背离底壁的槽壁相抵接。
进一步地,支撑臂向力臂延伸的端部弯曲形成第三圆弧,第三圆弧可与力臂相抵接。
进一步地,通槽自侧壁延伸至底壁。
进一步地,支撑臂的端部与力臂的中部相对应。
本发明提供的一种扬声器,通过将设置在扬声器单体上的接触端子的底壁设置支撑臂,支撑臂位于力臂的下方并与力臂相对应,支撑臂的一端向力臂方向延伸,支撑臂和力臂在朝着底壁方向被挤压后均具有弹力,这样使得接触端子具备两个臂,在使用中,力臂被往底壁方向挤压时,支撑臂的端部可与力臂相抵,支撑臂对力臂实现支撑,同时支撑臂的回复力推动力臂,使得力臂在短时间内能快速达到要求的力值,同时支撑臂还能减少力臂的疲劳应力,避免接触端子在使用中过快失效,延长了扬声器的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。
需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
参见图1-3,为本发明提供的一种扬声器的较佳实施例,该扬声器包括扬声器单体10和接触端子20,所述接触端子20设于所述扬声器单体10的背离出音孔的第一表面101,所述接触端子20包括底壁1,底壁1的一侧折弯形成侧壁2,侧壁2设有通槽21,底壁1的另一侧折弯形成力臂3,力臂3与侧壁2相对设置,力臂3的端部向侧壁2延伸并伸入通槽21内,力臂3的端部与通槽21的远离底壁1的一侧内壁相抵,底壁1设有支撑臂4,支撑臂4与力臂3对应设置,支撑臂4的一端向力臂3延伸,当力臂3向底壁1方向被挤压时,力臂3可与支撑臂4的端部相抵,此时支撑臂4具有使力臂3远离底壁1的弹力。
本发明提供的扬声器,通过在接触端子20的底壁1上开设支撑臂4,支撑臂4和力臂3在向底壁1方向被挤压后具有弹力,这样使得接触端子20具备两个臂,在使用中,力臂3被往底壁1方向挤压时,支撑臂4的端部可与力臂3相抵接,支撑臂4对力臂3实现支撑,同时支撑臂4的回复力推动力臂3,使得力臂3在短时间内能快速的达到要求的力值,同时支撑臂4还能减少力臂3的疲劳应力,在将扬声器单体10装配在终端设备上时,力臂3通过支撑臂4与终端的连接端子之间快速达到要求的力值而形成接触导通,支撑臂4向力臂3提供的辅助弹力能够在力臂3承受更小的疲劳应力的情况下减小力臂3与连接端子之间的接触电阻而保证导通良好,避免接触端子20在使用中过快失效,延长了扬声器的使用寿命。
进一步地,力臂3与底壁1的交接处设置为第一圆弧31。设置第一圆弧31,可以降低力臂3在被反复挤压时力臂3与底壁1连接处的疲劳应力,提高力臂3被往底壁1方向挤压时回复原位的弹力。
进一步地,力臂3的向侧壁2延伸且靠近通槽21的一端折弯形成第二圆弧32,第二圆弧32的靠近通槽21的一端向通槽21延伸并伸入通槽21内,且第二圆弧32远离底壁1凸出。设置第二圆弧32,可以拉开力臂3与底壁1之间的距离,增大力臂3被挤压的行程。
其中,力臂3伸入通槽21的部分延伸出所述通槽21外,并且,该部分远离底壁1的第二表面33与通槽21的背离所述底壁1的槽壁相抵接。如此,可以避免力臂3在使用中脱离通槽21,提高力臂3与通槽21配合的稳定性。
进一步地,支撑臂4向力臂3延伸的端部弯曲形成第三圆弧41,第三圆弧41可与力臂3相抵接。在支撑臂4可与力臂3抵接的一端设置第三圆弧41,除了可以增大支撑臂4的端部与力臂3的接触面积外,还能够加强支撑臂4端部的强度。
进一步的,通槽21自侧壁2延伸至底壁1。如此,当力臂3被往底壁1方向挤压时,可以避开力臂3伸入通槽21内的端部。
进一步地,支撑臂4的端部与力臂3的中部相对应,即,支撑臂4的端部位于第一圆弧31和第二圆弧32之间,这样使得支撑臂4对力臂3的支撑力达到最适合的力值。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种扬声器,包括扬声器单体和接触端子,所述接触端子设于所述扬声器单体的背离出音孔的第一表面,所述接触端子包括底壁,所述底壁的一侧折弯形成侧壁,所述侧壁设有通槽,所述底壁的另一侧折弯形成力臂,所述力臂与所述侧壁相对设置,所述力臂的端部向所述侧壁延伸并伸入所述通槽内,所述力臂的端部与所述通槽的远离所述底壁的一侧内壁相抵,其特征在于:所述底壁设有支撑臂,所述支撑臂与所述力臂对应设置,所述支撑臂的一端向所述力臂延伸,当所述力臂向所述底壁方向被挤压时,所述力臂可与所述支撑臂的端部相抵,此时所述支撑臂具有使所述力臂远离所述底壁的弹力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述力臂与所述底壁的交接处设置为第一圆弧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述力臂的向所述侧壁延伸且靠近所述通槽的一端折弯形成第二圆弧,所述第二圆弧的靠近所述通槽的一端向所述通槽延伸并伸入所述通槽内,且所述第二圆弧远离所述底壁凸出。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述力臂伸入所述通槽的部分延伸出所述通槽外,并且,该部分远离所述底壁的第二表面与所述通槽的背离所述底壁的槽壁相抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑臂向所述力臂延伸的端部弯曲形成第三圆弧,所述第三圆弧可与所述力臂相抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于;所述通槽自所述侧壁延伸至所述底壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑臂的端部与所述力臂的中部相对应。
