【背景技术】
扬声器的扬声器单体上安装有用于外接的接触端子,然而现有技术中仅有单向连接的接触端子,这样,在电子设备围绕扬声器单体进行整机堆叠时只能实现一种堆叠方案。
因此,有必要提供一种新的接触端子解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以在电子设备围绕扬声器单体进行整机堆叠时提供多样性接触方案的接触端子。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种接触端子,包括基板、在第一方向上与所述基板相对且间隔设置的第一弹脚、在第二方向上与所述基板相对且间隔设置的第二弹脚和连接于所述基板、所述第一弹脚、所述第二弹脚之间的连接结构,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相互垂直。
优选的,所述连接结构包括第一方向自所述第一弹脚水平延伸的第一连接部和弯折延伸且连接所述第一连接部与所述基板的第二连接部。

下面结合附图1-3和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1和图2,扬声器100包括扬声器单体20和安装于扬声器单体20上用于外接的接触端子10。
扬声器单体20具有相邻且垂直的第一板面101和第二板面102,定义与第一板面101垂直的方向为第一方向Z,定义与第二板面102垂直的方向为第二方向Y。接触端子10包括第一弹脚1和第二弹脚2,第一弹脚1位于扬声器单体20的第一板面101的一侧,在第一方向Z上相对第一板面101间隔设置,供扬声器单体20的在第一方向Z上实现外接。第二弹脚2位于扬声器单体20的第二板面102的一侧,在第二方向Y上相对第二板面102间隔设置,供扬声器单体20在第二方向Y上实现外接。
第一弹脚1包括第一弹片11和与第一弹片11连接的第一接触部12,第二弹脚2包括第二弹片21和与第二弹片21连接的第二接触部22,第一接触部12和第二接触部22均为圆弧形拱起且拱起方向为远离扬声器单体20的方向,本实施例中,第一接触部12沿第一方向Z朝远离基板4的方向拱起,第二接触部22沿第二方向Y朝远离基板4的方向拱起。第一弹片11和第二弹片21均为弹性结构。当然第一接触部12和第二接触部22也可不限于圆弧形,只要向背离扬声器单体20的方向凸起即可。
请参阅图1和图3,接触端子10通过基板4与扬声器单体20连接,基板4固定安装于扬声器单体20上,第一弹片11与基板4并行设置,第一弹片11与第二弹片21通过连接结构3与基板4连接,连接结构3包括第一连接部31、第二连接部32和第三连接部33,第一连接部31具有第一侧面、与第一侧面间隔相对设置的第二侧面和连接于第一侧面与第二侧面之间的第三侧面,第三连接部33一侧与第三侧面连接、另一侧与第二弹脚2连接,第一弹脚1与第一侧面连接,第二连接部32一侧与第二侧面连接、另一侧与基板连接,即第二连接部32、第三连接部33和第一弹片1分别设于第一连接部31的三个侧向。第二连接部32呈圆弧形且具有弹性,第三连接部33包括从第一连接部31一侧横向延伸的第一板体331和从第一板体331端部弯折延伸并连接于第二弹片2的第二板体332,第一板体331 和第二板体332相互垂直。
当然,第一弹脚1、第二弹脚2和基板4的连接方式不限于上述方式,例如,第二弹脚2可不连接于第一连接部31上,而通过一连接支臂直接连接第二弹片21和基板4。
请参阅图3,基板4的边缘沿第一方向Z延伸有限位板41,限位板41上开设有限位孔401,第一接触部12背离第一弹片11的一侧向外延伸有卡位部13,卡位部13在第二连接部32的弹性作用下与限位孔401远离基板4的顶壁抵接。第一接触部12受到外部压力时,卡位部13可在限位孔401内向下运动,在外部压力撤除后,卡位部13可在第一弹脚1的弹性力作用下在限位孔401内向上运动,直至抵接于限位孔401的顶壁,从而可有效限制第一弹脚1沿第一方向Z朝远离基板4的方向运动的行程。
扬声器单体20的第一板面101的一角上开设有容置槽103,基板4容置于容置槽103内,基板4上开设有定位孔402,容置槽103的槽底上凸设有定位柱111,通过定位孔402与定位柱111的配合定位基板4,容置槽103的侧壁上凸设有限位凸起112,基板4的边缘上开设有与限位凸起112配合的限位槽,进一步定位基板4。
本发明实施例提供的接触端子10,在Z向(第一方向Z)以及Y向(第二方向Y)各提供弹脚,在电子设备围绕扬声器单体20进行整机堆叠时提供多样性的接触方案。

Claims (10)
