所述天然油脂是由植物油和芳香植物精油组成,所述植物油为含不饱和脂肪酸如,单不饱和与多不饱和脂肪酸的油及其混合物,所述单不饱和脂肪酸为油酸C18:1,多不饱和脂肪酸为亚油酸C18:2,亚麻酸C18:3和共轭不饱和脂肪酸。所述天然油脂由以下组成:
(a)油酸C18:1含量大于60%的植物油,该植物油脂占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-10%;
(b)油酸C18:1和亚油酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油,其中油酸C18:1与亚油酸C18:2的重量比为1:1.5至1.5:1;,该植物油脂占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-25%;
(c)亚油酸C18:2)的含量大于60%的植物油,该植物油脂占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-5%;
(d)亚麻酸C18:3的含量大于30%的植物油,该植物油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.01-2%;
(e)共轭不饱和脂肪酸含量大于50%的植物油,且该植物油含量占本发明护发组合物的0.005-2%;
(f)含有占本发明护发组合物重量0.01-1.5%的芳香植物精油。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述油酸C18:1含量大于60%的植物油选自:澳洲坚果油、布里奇果油、甜杏仁油、橄榄果油、鳄梨油中的至少一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述油酸C18:1和亚油酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油,其中油酸C18:1与亚油酸C18:2的重量比为1:1.5至1.5:1选自:阿甘油、稻糠油、芝麻油、小麦胚芽油、巴西坚果油中的至少一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述亚油酸C18:2的含量大于60%的植物油选自:红花籽油、葵花籽油、罂粟籽油、葡萄籽油、百香果油中的至少一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述亚麻酸C18:3含量大于30%的植物油选自:亚麻籽油、印加果油、玫瑰果油中的至少一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述共轭不饱和脂肪酸含量大于50%的植物油选自:桐油,苦瓜籽油,石榴籽油中的至少一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述挥发性载体油选自:环状聚二甲基硅氧烷、非环状硅油或异构烷烃其中的一种。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述挥发性载体油为非环状硅油,所述非环状硅油为低分子量、挥发性直链硅油,所述直链硅油占本发明组合物重量54.5-99.675%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所述共轭不饱和植物油的护发组合物含有占组合物重量0.01-1.5%的芳香植物精油。
本发明所述芳香植物精油选自于玫瑰精油、天竺葵精油、薰衣草精油、依兰精油中的至少一种。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的护发组合物,是一种含有共轭不饱和天然油脂的具有协同作用的护发组合物,其护发优点为:成膜性,头发吸收性、滋润度、修护效果和光泽度均良好。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的组分选择及作用进行详细说明。
本发明的一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,所含饱和与不饱和脂肪酸的油脂从市售植物油中进行筛选如以下表格(见表2):

表2各植物油表格中所显示的数字代表植物油中所含饱和、不饱和脂肪酸的质量百分比。
表2中所述植物油,其中饱和与不饱和脂肪酸的数值是取市售植物油脂指标中的最小值。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物含有占组合物重量8.11-19%的天然油脂。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物所述植物油中,油酸C18:1含量大于60%的植物油选自于澳洲坚果油、布里奇果油、甜杏仁油、橄榄果油、鳄梨油中的至少一种,本发明优选布里奇果油或澳洲坚果油,且布里奇果油或澳洲坚果油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-10%;进一步优化为2.5-5%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物所述植物油中,油酸C18:1和亚油酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油选自于阿甘油、稻糠油、芝麻油、小麦胚芽油、巴西坚果油中的至少一种,本发明优选阿甘油或巴西坚果油且阿甘油或巴西坚果油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-25%;进一步优化为5-10%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物所述植物油中,亚油 酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油选自于红花籽油、葵花籽油、罂粟籽油、葡萄籽油,百香果油中的至少一种,本发明优选百香果油,且百香果油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-5%,进一步优化为0.5-1%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物所述植物油中,亚麻酸C18:3的含量大于30%的植物油选自于亚麻籽油、印加果油、玫瑰果油中的至少一种,本发明优选玫瑰果油,且玫瑰果油油脂占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.01-2%,进一步优化为0.05-1%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物所述植物油中,共轭不饱和脂肪酸含量大于50%的油选自于桐油,苦瓜籽油,石榴籽油其中的至少一种,本发明优选苦瓜籽油或石榴籽油,且苦瓜籽油或石榴籽油含量占本发明护发组合物的0.005-2%;进一步优化为0.01-1%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,含有挥发性的载体油,该挥发性载体油选自选自环状聚二甲基硅氧烷,非环状硅油和异构烷烃其中的至少一种;本发明所述挥发性载体油优选非环状硅油。所述非环状硅油是低分子量,挥发性直链硅油,是三硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合物,且该挥发性载体油含量占本发明护发组合物重量54.5-99.675%。
本发明一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,含有占护发组合物重量0.01-1.5%的芳香植物精油,进一步优化为0.05-1%。所述芳香植物精油选自于玫瑰精油,天竺葵精油,薰衣草精油,依兰精油中的至少一种。
制备方法
将布里奇果油,澳洲坚果油,阿甘油,巴西坚果油,百香果油,玫瑰果油,苦瓜籽油或石榴籽油等(如果含有),加入到非环状硅油中搅拌均匀,最后加入芳香植物精油并密封搅拌,出料和灌装。
使用方法
取2-5滴本发明精油护发组合物在头发上抓握均匀(从发根到发尾方向)。

*所述芳香植物精油选自于玫瑰精油,天竺葵精油,薰衣草精油,依兰精油中的至少一种。
**为低分子量、挥发性直链硅油,是三硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷组合物且该组合物是三硅氧烷:聚二甲基硅氧烷以重量比2:1至1:2的比例混合。
护发效果验证
本发明护发组合物,当用于头发发束,均匀涂抹并留下含有不饱和油脂的轻薄涂层,涂层中的不饱和油脂在空气中氧作用下发生聚合并带给头发多种调理效果如,头发滋润度增加,头发开叉的修护,头发光泽度增强,头发体积感 增加等功效。
本发明实施例(4),本发明实施例(6),本发明实施例(8),本发明实施例(9),本发明实施例(10)与本发明空白对照实施例共6个样品的顺滑性测试:
测量干发状态下使用各比例精油护发组合物后发束的顺滑性,进行组间对比。
测试方法:首先使用Instron进行空白发束(使用样品前)测试,然后使用Instron进行涂抹样品后的发束(使用样品后)测试,在发束两侧各使用0.05克实施例(4),实施例(6),实施例(8),实施例(9),实施例(10)和空白对照实施例,将使用各实施例样品的发束放置在55℃干燥箱30min,然后放置在带有紫外光源照射的恒温恒湿箱,3h后使用INSTRON试验机进行发束(干发)顺滑测试。
测试环境:23±2℃、60%±10%RH、无风。
顺滑效果测试数据-表7

顺滑力:拉伸过程平滑段(2-20cm)的顺滑力平均值。
剩余%:样品使用后与样品使用前的发束顺滑力测试数据的比值,剩余值越低则 顺滑效果越好。
剩余%={发束(样品使用前)顺滑力÷发束(样品使用后)顺滑力}×100。
从表7数据上看顺滑力下降趋势(9)>(10)>(8)>(6)>(4)>对照,空白对照实施例的剩余%数值最大,实施例(9)的剩余%数值最小,说明本发明精油护发组合物具有良好的顺滑效果。实施例(4)(6)(8)(9)(10)与空白对照实施例的头发光泽度和滋润度测试。
测量干发状态下使用各比例精油实施例后发束的光泽度,进行组间对比。测试方法:标准光源箱与标准光源和标准照射角,
测试环境:恒温恒湿箱23±1℃、60%±5%RH、标准光源箱D65标准光源@45°照射角
测试步骤:
按发束以指定方法固定在标准光源箱。
在标准光源箱D65光源测试下使用ILCE-5100拍摄空白组。
在发束两侧各使用0.3g精油,涂抹均匀后转移到55℃干燥箱,20min后取出。
将发束固定在发束测试架,用ILCE-5100拍摄20min状态。
将发束放置在恒温恒湿箱,3h后使用ILCE-5100拍摄。
最后后计算最高亮度比。
最高亮度比:处理组如实施例(4)、(6)、(8)、(9)、(10)、以及对照实施例各自的亮度最高值与空白组(空白/未精油处理)之比。结果见表8

光泽度,平均亮度比:处理组最高光泽度平均值与空白组之比,用+号表示,+号数量越多代表光泽度越好。
从表8中可以看出,实施例(4),实施例(6)实施例(8)实施例(9)和实施例(10)处理过的发束与对照实施例发束相比光泽度均有不同程度提升,尤其在头发2-3小时(T2-3Hrs)的光泽度呈现方面实施例(4)、(6)、(8)、(9)、(10)仍然表现出光泽的一致性,而对照实施例2-3小时后(T2-3Hrs)的光泽度出现下降。光泽度的持久性也说明了本发明实施例(4)、(6)、(8)、(9)、(10)的成膜性和滋润性的特点。
此外,通过感官触摸评价,实施例(4)、实施例(6)、实施例(8)、实施例(9)和实施例(10)处理过的发束无论20分钟后还是2-3小时后进行触摸观察,均具有滋润感,而空白对照实施例使用20分钟后感觉不到滋润感。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种含共轭不饱和天然油脂的精油护发组合物,由占组合物重量0.325-45.5%的天然油脂和余量的挥发性的载体油组成,所述天然油脂由以下组成:
    (a)油酸C18:1含量大于60%的植物油,该植物油占本发明护发精油组合物的重量百分比为0.1-10%;
    (b)油酸C18:1和亚油酸C18:2的含量大于60%的植物油,该植物油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-25%;
    (c)亚油酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油,该植物油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.1-5%;
    (d)亚麻酸C18:3的含量大于30%的植物油,该植物油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.01-2%;
    (e)共轭不饱和脂肪酸含量大于50%的油,该植物油占本发明护发组合物的重量百分比为0.005-2%;
    (f)含有占本发明护发组合物重量0.01-1.5%的芳香植物精油。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,其中油酸C18:1含量大于60%的植物油选自:自于澳洲坚果油、布里奇果油、甜杏仁油、橄榄果油、鳄梨油中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述油酸C18:1和亚油酸C18:2的含量大于60%的植物油,其中油酸C18:1与亚油酸C18:2的重量比为1:1.5至1.5:1,并选自于阿甘油、稻糠油、芝麻油、小麦胚芽油、巴西坚果油中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述亚油酸C18:2含量大于60%的植物油选自:红花籽油、葵花籽油、罂粟籽油、葡萄籽油,百香果油中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述亚麻酸C18:3含量大于30%的植物油选自:亚麻籽油、印加果油、玫瑰果油中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述共轭不饱和脂肪酸含量大于50%的植物油选自:桐油、苦瓜籽油、石榴籽油中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述芳香植物精油选自于玫瑰精油、天竺葵精油、薰衣草精油、依兰精油中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述精油护发组合物,所述挥发性载体油选自环状聚二甲基硅氧烷、非环状硅油或异构烷烃其中的一种。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述精油护发组合物,所述挥发性载体油为非环状硅油,所述非环状硅油为低分子量、挥发性直链硅油,且该挥发性载体油含量占本发明护发组合物重量54.5-99.675%。
