伸缩装置14与笔壳13固定连接并与储存部123活动相接。更为具体的,伸缩装置14包括驱动件141、传动件143及活塞145。驱动件141固定收容于笔壳13内,驱动件141包括输出轴1411。传动件143的一端与输出轴1411连接。活塞145活动收容于储存部123内,活塞145与储存部123的内壁密封相接从而与储存部123形成用于储存书写媒质的储存空间。当驱动件141驱动活塞145于储存部123内朝向笔头11方向运动时,活塞145压缩储存部123的书写媒质而将书写媒质输出至笔头11。驱动件141能够驱动活塞145于储存部123内朝向远离笔头11的一端方向运动,而能够在储墨器12需补充书写媒质时从蓄有书写媒质的补充装置(例如墨水瓶)中吸入书写媒质进行补充。
本实施方式中,驱动件141为旋转电机,输出轴1411设有内螺纹,传动件143为连杆,传动件143的外侧壁上设有外螺纹,传动件143远离活塞145的一端伸入输出轴1411与输出轴1411螺接。
驱动件141的输出轴1411带动传动件143及活塞145沿第一转向转动的同时,活塞145在储存部123内朝向笔头11方向作直线运动,实现将储存部123内的书写媒质输出至笔头11实现书写。当驱动件141的输出轴1411带动传动件143及活塞145沿第二转向转动的同时,活塞145在储存部123内朝向远离笔头11所在一端方向作直线运动,书写工具10能够从蓄有书写媒质的补充装置(例如墨水瓶)中吸入书写媒质进行补充。
可以理解,不限定驱动件141为旋转电机,驱动件141也可以为其他类型的驱动机构,例如,驱动件141为直线电机,驱动件141驱动活塞145在储存部123内作直线运动;传动件143可以省略,活塞145直接与驱动件141的输出轴1411连接;传动件143不限定为连杆,其也可以为其他能够实现传动的结构。
压力感应器15设于笔壳13与笔头11相邻的一端。进一步地,连接部121的外径大于储存部123的外径,连接部121与压力感应器15抵接。书写工具10书写时,书写端115受到的书写压力经连接部121传递至压力感应器15。压力感应器15检测书写端115受到的书写压力并传送给控制器16。本实施方式中,压力感应器15呈环状,压力感应器15沿笔壳13与笔头11相邻的一端的周缘设置,储墨器12的储存部123穿设压力传感器15。由于压力感应器15呈环状并沿笔壳13与笔头11相邻的一端的周缘设置,压力感应器15与连接部121接触的面积较大,能够提高压力感应器15的检测精度。可以理解,压力感应器15还可以直接设于笔头11上也可以设于储墨器12上,设定的位置能够满足检测笔头11书写时的书写压力即可。
控制器16固定收容于笔壳13。控制器16与压力传感器15及驱动件141电性连接。控制器16用于接收压力感应器15检测到的书写压力,控制器16依据检测到的书写压力控制伸缩装置14的活塞145压缩书写媒质的速度,而实现控制从储墨器12输出至笔头11的书写媒质的单位时间内的流量,从而实现控制书写笔迹的粗细。本实施方式中,书写压力包括多个级别,例如0级— 256级,每个书写压力级别对应一个书写媒质单位时间内的预设流量。控制器16依据检测到的书写压力值获取其对应的书写压力级别,并依据书写压力级别控制书写媒质在单位时间内以对应的预设流量输出。本实施方式中,所述书写压力级别越大,对应的书写媒质在单位时间内的预设流量越大,即书写笔迹越粗。可以理解,依据需要设置个书写压力级别对应的单位时间内的预设流量。
控制器16控制驱动件141的输出轴1411沿第一转向的旋转速度,而实现控制伸缩装置14的活塞145压缩书写媒质的速度,即控制活塞145在储存部123内朝向笔头11方向作直线运动的速度。
控制器16还用于在确定输出至笔头11的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制伸缩装置14停止工作,避免损坏驱动件141、活塞145及储墨器12等书写装置10的其他结构。当输出至笔头11的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,意味着储墨器12内的书写媒质需进行补充。所述确定输出至笔头11的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量,控制器16通过确定活塞145在储存部123内朝向笔头11的直线运动的位移达到预设位移来实现。可以理解,可以通过在储存部123与笔头11之间设置流量计等方式来计算输出至笔头11的书写媒质的总流量。
书写工具10还包括与控制器16电性连接的提醒单元17,用于提醒用户需补充书写媒质。本实施方式中,提醒单元17设于笔壳13上。当控制器16确定输出至笔头11的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制器16控制提醒单元17输出提醒信息。本实施方式中,提醒单元17为发光装置,提醒信息为发光装置发出的光。其他实施方式中,提醒单元17可以为发声装置,提醒信息可以为声音信息;又或者提醒单元17可以为振动器,提醒信息可以为振动,等等。
书写工具10包括书写模式及补充模式。所述书写模式,即伸缩装置14的活塞145在储墨器12内朝向笔头11方向运动而压缩书写媒质输出至笔头11,方便使用者进行书写的模式。所述补充模式,即伸缩装置14的活塞145在储墨器12内朝向远离笔头11一端方向运动而能够从补充装置吸入书写媒质进行补充的模式。书写装置10还包括与控制器16电性连接的输入单元18,用于检测用户的输入操作从而产生相应信号。输入单元18可以为按键,亦可 以为触控屏等输入结构。本实施方式中,输入单元18设于笔壳13上。
控制器16确定输入单元18经用户输入操作产生第一信号时,即控制书写工具10进入书写模式,控制器16控制驱动件141的输出轴1411旋转方向为第一转向,驱动件141驱动活塞145在储墨器12内朝向笔头11方向运动,即可压缩储墨器12内的书写媒质输出至笔头11,方便用户进行书写。
将笔头11伸入蓄有书写媒质的补充装置。控制器16确定输入单元18经用户输入操作产生第二信号时,即控制书写工具10进入补充模式,控制器16控制驱动件141的输出轴1411旋转方向为与所述第一转向相反的第二转向,驱动件141驱动活塞145在储墨器12内朝远离笔头11的方向运动,即可吸入书写媒质进行补充。
书写工具10还可包括用于向伸缩装置14、压力传感器15及控制器16供电的供电单元19,供电单元19可以为纽扣电池等。书写工具10也可与外部电源电性连接,在此不作限定。
本实施方式中,控制器16与伸缩装置14、压力传感器15、提醒单元17之间通过导线进行电性连接实现组件之间的通信连接。其他实施方式中,控制器16与伸缩装置14、压力传感器15、提醒单元17之间亦可通过无线方式实现组件之间的通信连接。
可以理解,可以省略笔壳13,将伸缩装置14、压力传感器15、控制器16、提醒单元17及输入单元18直接设于储墨器12上。
可以理解,书写工具10还可包括笔帽(图未示)、笔舌(图未示)等。
请参阅图3,本发明实施方式还提供一种书写工具的书写控制方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤301,压力传感器检测笔头的书写压力。
步骤302,依据检测到的书写压力,通过控制伸缩装置压缩储墨器内书写媒质的速度,而控制从所述储墨器输出至所述笔头的书写媒质在单位时间内的流量,从而调节书写笔迹的粗细。
步骤303,当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作。
可以理解,可以省略步骤303。步骤303中,不限定输出至所述笔头的书 写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时控制所述伸缩装置停止工作,也可以直接控制所述伸缩装置停止工作。
所述步骤302,即依据检测到的书写压力,通过控制伸缩装置压缩储墨器内书写媒质的速度,包括:依据检测到的书写压力,控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向所述笔头运动的速度,而实现控制伸缩装置压缩书写媒质的速度。
所述依据检测到的书写压力,控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向所述笔头运动的速度,包括:依据检测到的书写压力,控制所述伸缩装置的驱动件的输出轴沿第一转向的旋转速度,而实现控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向所述笔头运动的速度。
所述步骤303,即当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作,包括:当所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向所述笔头运动的位移达到预设位移时,即意味着输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量。
步骤303后,当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作,所述控制方法还包括步骤:控制提醒单元输出提醒信息,用于提醒用户所述储墨器内的书写媒质需进行补充。
步骤301前,即所述压力传感器检测笔头的书写压力前,所述控制方法还包括步骤:确定输入单元经用户操作产生的第一信号,控制启动所述压力传感器。
步骤303后,即当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作后,所述控制方法还包括步骤:控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动,以从补充装置吸入书写媒质进行补充。
所述控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动,包括控制驱动件的输出轴沿第二转向转动,实现控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动。
步骤303后,即所述当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作后,及所述控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述 储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动前,所述控制方法还包括步骤:确定输入单元经用户操作产生的第二信号。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种书写工具,其特征在于,包括笔头、储墨器、伸缩装置、压力传感器及控制器,所述笔头设于所述储墨器的一端用于书写,所述储墨器用于储存书写媒质;所述伸缩装置与所述储墨器活动相接,用于压缩所述储墨器内的书写媒质而使书写媒质输出至所述笔头;所述压力传感器用于检测所述笔头书写时的书写压力;所述控制器用于依据所述压力传感器检测到的书写压力控制所述伸缩装置压缩所述储墨器内的书写媒质的速度,从而控制输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的单位时间内的流量。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述书写工具还包括笔壳,所述笔壳套设于所述储墨器上,所述伸缩装置与所述笔壳固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述压力感应器设于所述笔壳与所述笔头相邻的一端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述压力感应器呈环状,所述压力感应器沿所述笔壳与所述笔头相邻的一端的周缘设置,所述储墨器的储存部穿设所述压力传感器。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述储墨器包括连接部及与所述连接部固定连接的储存部,所述连接部远离所述储存部的一端与所述笔头固定相接,所述储存部收容于所述笔壳,所述连接部与所述压力感应器抵接。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述伸缩装置包括驱动件、传动件及活塞,所述驱动件固定收容于所述笔壳,所述传动件连接于所述活塞与所述驱动件之间,所述活塞活动收容于所述储墨器内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述驱动件为旋转电机,所 述传动件的远离所述活塞的一端与所述驱动件的输出轴螺接,所述控制器通过控制所述驱动件的输出轴的旋转速度,从而控制输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的单位时间内的流量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述驱动件能够驱动所述活塞在所述储墨器内朝向远离所述笔头一端运动,而能够在所述储墨器需补充书写媒质时从补充装置吸入书写媒质进行补充。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述笔头上开设有与所述储墨器连通的溢出孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述笔头上设导向槽,所述导向槽与所述溢出孔连通。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述笔头包括相对设置的两个侧面,所述溢出孔贯通所述两个侧面,所述两个侧面均设导向槽。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述笔头远离所述笔壳的一端设书写端,所述溢出孔设于所述笔头与所述笔壳相邻的一端,所述导向槽从所述溢出孔延伸至所述书写端。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述控制器用于在确定输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的书写工具,其特征在于,所述书写工具还包括提醒单元,所述控制器在确定输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述提醒单元输出提醒信息。
  15. 一种书写工具的书写控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    压力传感器检测笔头的书写压力;
    依据检测到的书写压力,通过控制伸缩装置压缩储墨器内书写媒质的速度,而控制从所述储墨器输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的单位时间内的流量,从而调节书写笔迹的粗细。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的书写控制方法,其特征在于,所述依据检测到的书写压力,通过控制伸缩装置的压缩储墨器内书写媒质的速度,包括:控制所述伸缩装置的驱动件的输出轴沿第一转向的旋转速度,而实现控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向所述笔头运动的速度,从而控制所述伸缩装置压缩所述储墨器内书写媒质的速度。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的书写控制方法,其特征在于,所述依据检测到的书写压力,通过控制伸缩装置压缩储墨器内书写媒质的速度后,所述控制方法还包括:当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的书写控制方法,其特征在于,所述当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作,还包括:控制提醒单元输出提醒信息,用于提醒用户所述储墨器内的书写媒质需进行补充。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的书写控制方法,其特征在于,所述当输出至所述笔头的书写媒质的总流量达到预设总流量时,控制所述伸缩装置停止工作后,所述控制方法还包括步骤:控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动,以从补充装置吸入书写媒质进行补充。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的书写控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述伸缩装 置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动,包括:控制所述驱动件的输出轴沿第二转向转动,实现控制所述伸缩装置的活塞在所述储墨器朝向远离所述笔头一端运动。
