技术领域
本申请涉及洗碗机技术领域,特别涉及一种滑动结构、和应用该洗碗机的碗篮、及应用该碗篮的洗碗机。
背景技术
在一示例性技术中,洗碗机包括碗篮、分别设于碗篮两侧的二支撑件、及二导轨,每一支撑件可移动地设于对应的一导轨上,以带动碗篮于导轨上移动。所述支撑件包括至少二相对设置的滚轮,所述滚轮可移动地设于导轨的两侧。在推拉所述碗篮的过程中,滚轮于导轨上滚动时,会产生较大的噪音。而且,所述滚轮在导轨上滚动的过程中还易出现晃动,且滚轮与导轨之间的接触方式为点线接触,不利于受力,进而导致该洗碗机的稳定性和承重能力均差。
当需要安装该洗碗机时,先将碗篮与支撑件连接,将导轨安装于固定于洗涤腔室的侧壁的承载导轨上后,将导轨的一端部先伸入支撑件的至少二相对设置的滚轮之间,此时,推动碗篮,滚轮于导轨上滚动,使得碗篮移动至洗碗机中;当需要拆卸该洗碗机时,也需向外拉动碗篮,滚轮于导轨上移动,进而将碗篮和支撑件从导轨的端部拉出。显然,该洗碗机的安装和拆卸过程较为复杂。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种滑动结构,旨在使应用该滑动结构的洗碗机具有无噪音、稳定性佳、承重能力高、及安装拆卸简单的优点。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的滑动结构设置为带动碗篮移动,其中,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮连接的连接件、与所述连接件连接的至少一支撑件、及与所述支撑件连接的导轨,所述支撑件开设有间隔设置的卡合槽和容纳槽,所述连接件的一端卡合于该卡合槽,所述导轨容纳于该容纳槽。
进一步地,所述连接件包括与所述碗篮连接的连接杆、及至少一弯折段,所述弯折段与所述连接杆的端部呈夹角连接,所述弯折段卡合于该卡合槽。
进一步地,所述连接件包括二弯折段,所述二弯折段分别连接于连接杆的两端,所述滑动结构包括二支撑件,每一弯折段分别卡合于与其对应的卡合槽,所述导轨的一端容纳于其中一容纳槽,所述导轨的另一端容纳于另一容纳槽。
进一步地,所述连接件还包括至少一抵持段,所述抵持段连接于弯折段的自由端,并与该弯折段呈夹角连接,所述抵持段抵持于卡合槽的外表面。

本申请技术方案的滑动结构设置为带动碗篮移动,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮连接的连接件、与所述连接件连接的至少一支撑件、及与所述支撑件连接的导轨,所述支撑件开设有间隔设置的卡合槽和容纳槽,所述连接件的一端卡合于该卡合槽,所述导轨容纳于该容纳槽。在推拉碗篮的过程中,由于所述支撑件与导轨固定连接,使得支撑件与导轨之间不存在相对运动,进而不会产生噪音。所述导轨牢固地容纳于支撑件的容纳槽中,使得在推拉碗篮的过程中,支撑件不会出现晃动,且支撑件与导轨之间的接触方式为面面接触,使得该应用该滑动结构的洗碗机具有较佳的稳定性和承重能力。

本申请技术方案的滑动结构设置为带动碗篮100移动,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮100连接的连接件30、与所述连接件30连接的至少一支撑件50、及与所述支撑件50连接的导轨90,所述支撑件50开设有间隔设置的卡合槽533和容纳槽511,所述连接件30的一端卡合于该卡合槽533,所述导轨90容纳于该容纳槽511。在推拉碗篮100的过程中,由于所述支撑件50与导轨90固定连接,使得支撑件50与导轨90之间不存在相对运动,进而不会产生噪音。所述导轨90牢固地容纳于支撑件50的容纳槽511中,使得在推拉碗篮100的过程中,支撑件50不会出现晃动,且支撑件50与导轨90之间的接触方式为面面接触,相较于现有技术中的支撑件与导轨之间的点线接触的接触方式,该面面接触的方式具有较大的受力面积,便于力的传递,使得该应用该滑动结构的洗碗机具有较佳的稳定性和承重能力。而且,相较于现有技术中采用滚轮来驱动碗篮移动的方式,本申请技术方案不采用滚轮,避免了在拉动碗篮100的过程中会出现卡滞的现象,而且由于无需加工滚轮,使得本申请的洗碗机具有加工难度小、成本低及效率高等优点。
进一步地,在安装该洗碗机时,将与碗篮100连接的连接件30的一端卡合于支撑件50的卡合槽533中,再将导轨90设于支撑件50的容纳槽511中即可;在拆卸该洗碗机时,也只需将连接件30从卡合槽533中取出,再将导轨90从该容纳槽511中取出,使得该洗碗机的安装和拆卸较为简单。
所述连接件30包括与所述碗篮10连接的连接杆31、及至少一弯折段33,所述弯折段33与所述连接杆31的端部呈夹角连接,所述弯折段33卡合于该卡合槽533。
在本申请一实施例中,所述连接杆31具有圆柱形结构,可以理解的所述连接杆31还可为其他形状,如长条形等,本申请对此不做限制。
所述连接杆31与碗篮100的碗篮本体10连接。可以理解的,所述连接杆31与碗篮本体10固定连接或可拆卸地连接。
在本申请一实施例中,所述连接杆31可通过焊接的方式固定于碗篮本体10上。
在本申请一实施例中,所述连接杆31可通过卡合的方式可拆卸地固定于碗篮本体10上。
可以理解的,所述弯折段33与连接杆31的端部形成的夹角为80°~100°。
可选地,所述弯折段33与连接杆31的端部形成的夹角为90°。
本申请技术方案中,所述连接件30包括连接杆31、和与所述连接杆31呈夹角设置的弯折段33,所述连接杆31固定连接于碗篮本体10上,所述弯折段33卡合于支撑件50的卡合槽533中,使得碗篮本体10可通过连接件30与支撑件50固定连接。

本申请技术方案中,所述连接件30包括二弯折段33,所述滑动结构包括二支撑件50,每一支撑件50均形成有卡合槽533和容纳槽511,每一弯折段33容纳于对应的一卡合槽533中,所述导轨90的一端容纳于其中一容纳槽511,所述导轨90的另一端容纳于另一容纳槽511,使得连接件30可牢固地与支撑件50连接,且导轨90也可牢固地与支撑件50连接,进而保证应用该滑动组件的洗碗机在运行中具有较佳的稳定性。
所述连接件30还包括至少一抵持段35,所述抵持段35连接于弯折段33的自由端,并与该弯折段35呈夹角连接,所述抵持段35抵持于卡合槽533的外表面5331。
可以理解的,所述抵持段35可由弯折段33的自由端弯折延伸形成。
在本申请一实施例中,所述连接件30包括二弯折段33时,每一弯折段33的两端均弯折延伸,从而形成二抵持段35,所述二抵持段35分别抵持于与其对应的卡合槽533的外表面5331。
在本申请一实施例中,所述二抵持段35的自由端可相向设置、向背设置、或同向设置。
可以理解的,所述抵持段35与弯折段33形成的夹角为80°~100°。

本申请技术方案中,所述卡合槽533包括二相对设置的侧壁5332和至少一容置空间5334,所述容置空间5334由所述侧壁5332向外凹设形成,所述弯折段33容纳于所述容置空间5334,使得所述容置空间5334的侧壁可限制所述弯折段33于竖直方向移动,所述滑动结构还包括卡块70,所述卡块70容纳于卡合槽533并抵持该弯折段33,从而限制所述弯折段33于水平方向移动。

在本申请一实施例中,所述支撑件50的二侧壁均开设有卡持槽5333。如此,当弯折段33可容纳于二容置空间5334中的任一个,第一卡合部71可容纳于另一容置空间5334中,第一凸起731可容纳于与其对应的卡持槽5333中,使得将卡块70和弯折段33安装于支撑件50的步骤具有便捷、快速的优点。而且,由于支撑件50的二侧壁5332均向外凹设形成有容置空间5334,且二侧壁5332均开设有卡持槽5333,使得支撑件50具有通用性,也就是说,若干所述支撑件50可通用地设于碗篮本体10的两侧,并分别位于每一侧的两端。
本申请技术方案中,所述侧壁5332还开设有卡持槽5333,所述卡块70还包括与所述第一卡合部71呈夹角连接的第二卡合部73,所述第二卡合部73凸设有第一凸起731,所述第一凸起731容纳于卡持槽5333,以增加卡块70与支撑件50连接的稳定性,以更好地对弯折段33起到限位作用。
所述卡块70还包括与第二卡合部73相对设置的第三卡合部75,所述第二卡合部73连接于所述第一卡合部71的一端,所述第三卡合部75连接于所述第一卡合部71的另一端,所述第三卡合部75抵持该弯折段33。
可以理解的,所述第三卡合部75与所述第二卡合部73平行设置。
在本申请一实施例中,所述第一卡合部71容纳于容置空间5334中,所述第二卡合部73和第三卡合部75均容纳于卡合槽533,由于第三卡合部75临近弯折段33设置,使得所述第三卡合部75可抵持该弯折段33。
本申请技术方案中,所述卡块70还包括与第二卡合部73相对设置的第三卡合部75,所述第二卡合部73连接于所述第一卡合部71的一端,所述第三卡合部75连接于所述第一卡合部71的另一端,所述第一卡合部71容纳于容置空间5334后,所述第三卡合部75可抵持该弯折段33,以对弯折段33起到限位作用。
所述第三卡合部75与第一卡合部71连接的一端凸设有第二凸起751,所述卡合槽533的底壁5335开设有凹槽5336,所述第二凸起751容纳于凹槽5336。
在本申请一实施例中,所述卡合槽533的底壁5335开设有二间隔设置的凹槽5336,使得无论第一卡合部71容纳于哪一个容置空间5334内,所述第二凸起751均可容纳于其中一凹槽5336中,以将卡块70与支撑件50牢固地连接,进而使得卡块70可限制弯折段33沿水平方向移动。
本申请技术方案中,所述第三卡合部75与第一卡合部71连接的一端凸设有第二凸起751,所述卡合槽533的底壁5335开设有凹槽5336,所述第二凸起751容纳于凹槽5336,使得卡块70与支撑件50牢固地连接,进而使得卡块70可限制弯折段33沿水平方向移动。
所述第一卡合部71包括第一连接段711、与所述第一连接段711相对设置的第二连接段713、及连接所述第一连接段711和第二连接段713的第三连接段715,所述第一连接段711的一端与第二卡合部71连接,所述第一连接段711的另一端与第三连接段715的一端连接,所述第二连接段713的一端与第三卡合部75连接,所述第二连接段713的另一段与第三连接段715的另一端连接。
在本申请一实施例中,所述第一连接段711和第二连接段713均具有平板状结构,且所述第一连接段711和第二连接段713平行设置。
在本申请一实施例中,所述第三连接段715具有弧形结构,以便于将所述第一卡合部71插入至所述容置空间5334中。可以理解的,所述容置空间5334的底壁具有与所述弧形结构相匹配的结构。
可以理解的,所述第一连接段711、第二连接段713及第三连接段715共同形成一U型结构。
本申请技术方案中,所述第一卡合部71包括第一连接段711、与所述第一连接段711相对设置的第二连接段713、及连接所述第一连接段711和第二连接段713的第三连接段715,所述第一连接段711的一端与第二卡合部71连接,所述第一连接段711的另一端与第三连接段715的一端连接,所述第二连接段713的一端与第三卡合部75连接,所述第二连接段713的另一段与第三连接段715的另一端连接,使得第一卡合部71与第二卡合部73及第三卡合部75连接。

在本申请一实施例中,所述板体91开设有至少二间隔设置的第二开孔911。可以理解的,于碗篮本体10的两侧设置二支撑件50时,所述板体91开设有二间隔设置的第二开孔911,每一支撑件50具有一第一开孔5113,使得每一第二开孔911对应一第一开孔5113设置。
本申请技术方案中,容纳槽511的底壁5111开设有第一开孔5113,所述板体91开设有第二开孔911,所述滑动结构还包括固定件95,所述固定件95穿过第一开孔5113和第二开孔911,将所述导轨90与支撑件50连接。使得导轨90与支撑件50之间不存在相对运动,在拉动所述碗篮100的过程中,所述导轨90和支撑件50之间不会因为相对运动而产生噪音。
所述固定件95包括第一固定端951、与第一固定端951相对设置的第二固定端953、及连接于第一固定端951和第二固定端953之间的连接端955,所述第一固定端951抵持于支撑件50远离导轨90的表面,所述连接端955容纳于第一开孔5113和第二开孔911中,所述第二固定端953抵持于板体91远离连接件30的表面。

需要说明的是,碗篮100可设置为放置待洗涤的餐具,例如碗筷等。
在本申请一实施例中,所述碗篮100包括二连接件30、二导轨90和四支撑件50,所述碗篮本体10包括二相对设置的侧部,每一侧部均连接有一连接件30,每一连接件30的两端均形成有弯折段33和抵持段35,每一弯折段33容纳于对应的一支撑件50的容置空间5334,每一抵持段35抵持于该外表面5331,每一导轨90容纳于与其对应的二支撑件50的容纳槽511中。
由于本碗篮100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请一实施例中,所述碗篮本体10包括框条11和连接条13,连接条13沿框条11的周向间隔固定在框条11上,框条11与连接条13形成有设置为收容碗等餐具的收容空间。
可以理解的,所述框条11与连接条13可通过焊接固定在一起,从而增加碗篮10的稳定性。
本申请还提供一种洗碗机,其中,所述洗碗机包括碗篮100,所述碗篮100包括碗篮本体10、和与所述碗篮本体10连接的滑动结构,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮本体10连接的连接件30、与所述连接件30连接的至少一支撑件50、及与所述支撑件50连接的导轨90,所述支撑件50开设有间隔设置的卡合槽533和容纳槽511,所述连接件30的一端卡合于该卡合槽533,所述导轨90容纳于该容纳槽511。
由于本洗碗机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
可以理解的,所述洗碗机还包括实现该洗碗机的洗碗功能的其他必要组件,如内胆(未图示)、循环喷淋系统(未图示),所述内胆形成有设置为洗涤餐具的洗涤腔室,所述循环喷淋系统设于洗涤腔室中,并对餐具进行清洗。
本申请一实施例中,所述内胆的侧壁还设有承载导轨(未图示),所述导轨90可移动地设于该承载导轨上,使得在拉动碗篮100的过程中,导轨90可在该承载导轨上移动,以拉出该碗篮100或将该碗篮100推入该内胆中。

  1. 一种滑动结构,设置为带动碗篮移动,其中,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮连接的连接件、与所述连接件连接的至少一支撑件、及与所述支撑件连接的导轨,所述支撑件开设有间隔设置的卡合槽和容纳槽,所述连接件的一端卡合于该卡合槽,所述导轨容纳于该容纳槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滑动结构,其中,所述连接件包括与所述碗篮连接的连接杆、及至少一弯折段,所述弯折段与所述连接杆的端部呈夹角连接,所述弯折段卡合于该卡合槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滑动结构,其中,所述连接件包括二弯折段,所述二弯折段分别连接于连接杆的两端,所述滑动结构包括二支撑件,每一弯折段分别卡合于与其对应的卡合槽,所述导轨的一端容纳于其中一容纳槽,所述导轨的另一端容纳于另一容纳槽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的滑动结构,其中,所述连接件还包括至少一抵持段,所述抵持段连接于弯折段的自由端,并与该弯折段呈夹角连接,所述抵持段抵持于卡合槽的外表面。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的滑动结构,其中,所述卡合槽包括二相对设置的侧壁和至少一容置空间,所述容置空间由所述侧壁向外凹设形成,所述弯折段容纳于所述容置空间,所述滑动结构还包括卡块,所述卡块容纳于卡合槽并抵持该弯折段。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的滑动结构,其中,所述卡合槽包括二相对设置的容置空间,每一容置空间均由与其对应的侧壁向外凹设形成,所述卡块形成有第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部卡合于与其对应的容置空间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滑动结构,其中,临近所述卡块的侧壁还开设有卡持槽,所述卡块还包括与所述第一卡合部呈夹角连接的第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部凸设有第一凸起,所述第一凸起容纳于卡持槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的滑动结构,其中,所述卡块还包括与第二卡合部相对设置的第三卡合部,所述第二卡合部连接于所述第一卡合部的一端,所述第三卡合部连接于所述第一卡合部的另一端,所述第三卡合部抵持该弯折段。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的滑动结构,其中,所述第三卡合部与第一卡合部连接的一端凸设有第二凸起,所述卡合槽的底壁开设有凹槽,所述第二凸起容纳于凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的滑动结构,其中,所述第一卡合部包括第一连接段、与所述第一连接段相对设置的第二连接段、及连接所述第一连接段和第二连接段的第三连接段,所述第一连接段的一端与第二卡合部连接,所述第一连接段的另一端与第三连接段的一端连接,所述第二连接段的一端与第三卡合部连接,所述第二连接段的另一段与第三连接段的另一端连接。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的滑动结构,其中,所述容纳槽的底壁开设有第一开孔,所述导轨包括板体,所述板体开设有第二开孔,所述第一开孔与第二开孔相匹配,所述滑动结构还包括固定件,所述固定件穿过第一开孔和第二开孔,将所述导轨与支撑件连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的滑动结构,其中,所述固定件包括第一固定端、与第一固定端相对设置的第二固定端、及连接于第一固定端和第二固定端之间的连接端,所述第一固定端抵持于支撑件远离导轨的表面,所述连接端容纳于第一开孔和第二开孔中,所述第二固定端抵持于板体远离连接件的表面。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的滑动结构,其中,所述容纳槽包括二相对设置的槽壁,至少一所述槽壁凸设有凸筋,所述导轨还包括二相对设置的凸缘,所述二凸缘分别凸设于板体的二侧部,至少一所述凸缘的外表面凹设有导槽,所述凸筋容纳于导槽。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的滑动结构,其中,所述二槽壁的自由端均沿相向的方向弯折形成握持段,所述二凸缘的自由端均沿相向的方向弯折形成倾斜段,所述凸缘设于对应的槽壁上,每一握持段抵持于对应的一倾斜段。
  15. 一种碗篮,其中,所述碗篮包括碗篮本体、和与所述碗篮本体连接的至少一滑动结构,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮本体连接的连接件、与所述连接件连接的至少一支撑件、及与所述支撑件连接的导轨,所述支撑件开设有间隔设置的卡合槽和容纳槽,所述连接件的一端卡合于该卡合槽,所述导轨容纳于该容纳槽。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的碗篮,其中,所述连接件包括与所述碗篮本体连接的连接杆、及至少一弯折段,所述弯折段与所述连接杆的端部呈夹角连接,所述弯折段卡合于该卡合槽。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的碗篮,其中,所述连接件包括二弯折段,所述二弯折段分别连接于连接杆的两端,所述滑动结构包括二支撑件,每一弯折段分别卡合于与其对应的卡合槽,所述导轨的一端容纳于其中一容纳槽,所述导轨的另一端容纳于另一容纳槽;且/或
    所述连接件还包括至少一抵持段,所述抵持段连接于弯折段的自由端,并与该弯折段呈夹角连接,所述抵持段抵持于卡合槽的外表面;且/或
    所述卡合槽包括二相对设置的侧壁和至少一容置空间,所述容置空间由所述侧壁向外凹设形成,所述弯折段容纳于所述容置空间,所述滑动结构还包括卡块,所述卡块容纳于卡合槽并抵持该弯折段。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的碗篮,其中,所述容纳槽的底壁开设有第一开孔,所述导轨包括板体,所述板体开设有第二开孔,所述第一开孔与第二开孔相匹配,所述滑动结构还包括固定件,所述固定件穿过第一开孔和第二开孔,将所述导轨与支撑件连接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的碗篮,其中,所述固定件包括第一固定端、与第一固定端相对设置的第二固定端、及连接于第一固定端和第二固定端之间的连接端,所述第一固定端抵持于支撑件远离导轨的表面,所述连接端容纳于第一开孔和第二开孔中,所述第二固定端抵持于板体远离连接件的表面;且/或
    所述容纳槽包括二相对设置的槽壁,至少一所述槽壁凸设有凸筋,所述导轨还包括二相对设置的凸缘,所述二凸缘分别凸设于板体的二侧部,至少一所述凸缘的外表面凹设有导槽,所述凸筋容纳于导槽。
  20. 一种洗碗机,其中,所述洗碗机包括碗篮,所述碗篮包括碗篮本体、和与所述碗篮本体连接的滑动结构,所述滑动结构包括与所述碗篮本体连接的连接件、与所述连接件连接的至少一支撑件、及与所述支撑件连接的导轨,所述支撑件开设有间隔设置的卡合槽和容纳槽,所述连接件的一端卡合于该卡合槽,所述导轨容纳于该容纳槽。
