종래 인터넷 웹사이트나 스마트폰 앱을 통해 음식 주문을 중개해주는 서비스제공 시스템이 이용되고 있다. 이런 서비스 제공 시스템은 사용자의 전화주문 또는 방문 주문의 불편함을 덜어주는 이점이 있기 때문에 점점 더 그 이용이 증가하고 있다.

본 발명은 이 같은 배경에서 도출된 것으로, 소량의 음식을 주문 배달시키는 경우에도 배달 가능 음식을 다양화하고, 배달비를 효율적으로 줄일 수 있는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 판매자가 직접 보상을 제안하여 공동 주문에 참여할 인원을 모집함으로써 별도의 광고비를 들이지 않더라도 주문량을 높일 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 제안하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
나아가 조리가 필요한 음식을 주문 배달 할 경우에 주문 배달 요청과 함께 보다 전문적인 조리사에게 조리를 요청 하는 것이 용이한 인터페이스를 제공하여 조리 능력이 있는 가정 주부들이 동네에서 반조리 상태의 음식을 완성시키는 아르바이트를 가능케하고, 주문 배달 이용 고객은 식지 않은 마치 고급 음식점에서 먹는 것과 같은 서비스를 받을 수 있으므로, 주문 배달 음식 판매자도 음식에 대한 프라이드를 지킬 수 있어 고급스런 이미지를 지킬 수 있는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 추가적인 목적으로 한다.
상기의 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 다음과 같은 구성을 포함한다.
즉 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 방법은 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 이용하여 주문자 또는 판매자 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공자로부터 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 공동 주문 배달 품목 정보, 참여 제한 인원, 존속 제한 시간, 위치 제한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 입력받는 단계, 상기 입력받은 정보에 기반하여 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 개설하는 단계, 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 개설된 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 통해 공동 주문을 원하는 참여 신청자로부터 참여 신청을 받는 단계 및 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여 신청자가 상기 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 이용하여 판매자에게 공동 주문 배달 품목에 대한 공동 주문 배달을 요청하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 따르면 소량의 음식을 주문 배달시키는 경우에도 주문 배달 가능 음식을 다양화하고, 배달비를 효율적으로 줄일 수 있는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 장치 및 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 판매자가 직접 보상을 제안하여 공동 주문에 참여할 인원을 모집함으로써 별도의 광고비를 들이지 않더라도 주문량을 높일 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 제안할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.

일 실시예에 있어서, 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 시스템은 주문자 단말(30, 30a, 30b..), 판매자 단말(20, 20a, 20b ..) 그리고 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공장치(10)를 포함한다.
주문자 단말(30, 30a, 30b..) 및 판매자 단말(20, 20a, 20b ..)은 스마트폰일 수 있으나, 웹 사이트 접속 또는 어플리케이션의 실행이 가능한 IPad, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), HPC(Hand Personal Computer), 웹패드, 노트북, WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)폰, 팜PC, e-Book단말기, HHT(Hand Held Terminal) 등의 개인 정보 단말기를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서 주문자 단말(30, 30a, 30b..)은 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱이 설치되어 실행되며 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 이용하는 주문자가 소지한다. 그리고 판매자 단말(20, 20a, 20b ..)은 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱이 설치되어 실행되며 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 제공하는 판매자가 소지한다.
공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공장치(10)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 서버 또는 서비스 플랫폼으로 구현된다.
일 실시예에 있어서 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공장치(10)는 통신부(180)와 저장부(190), 참여방 정보 입력부(100), 참여방 개설부(105), 참여 신청 수신부(110), 주문 배달 요청부(120), 주문 배달 모니터링부(130), 포인트 부여부(140), 포인트 산출부(145), 보상 정보 입력부(150), 보상 처리부(155), 가격 산출부(160) 및 조리사 추천 기능 수행부(170)를 포함한다.
통신부(180)는 주문자 단말(30) 및 판매자 단말(20)과 데이터 송수신을 위한 장치로서, 유무선 통신망으로 연결되어 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 위한 참여방 정보, 참여방의 참여신청, 주문 배달 요청, 보상 정보, 보상 처리 내역 정보, 가격 정보, 조리사 추천 기능에 필요한 정보, 포인트 정보 등을 송수신 한다.
통신부(180)는 통신망에 정의된 프로토콜 스택(예를 들면, TCP/IP 프로토콜, CDMA 프로토콜)을 기반으로 주문자 단말(30) 또는 판매자 단말(20)과 소정의 통신 채널을 연결하고, 주문자 단말(30) 또는 판매자 단말(20)에 구비된 통신 프로그램에 정의된 통신 프로토콜(예를 들면, HTTP(Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol), WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)/ME(Mobile Explorer))을 이용하여 본 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스에 필요한 정보를 송수신하게 된다.
그러나, 본 발명에서는 네트워크의 종류를 한정하는 것은 아니고, 통신부는 무선 랜(Wi-Fi), 블루투스(Bluetooth), UWB(Ultra Wideband), 지그비(ZigBee), NFC(Near Field Communication), WFD(Wi-Fi Direct), 적외선 통신(IrDA, infrared Data Association), 3G, 4G, LTE, LTE-A 방식 및 그 등가 방식 등의 다양한 유무선 통신 방식을 적용할 수도 있다.
저장부(190)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보들을 저장한다. 저장부(190)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 회원 가입한 주문자 및 판매자 정보, 주문자 및 판매자로부터 수신되는 데이터들을 저장한다.
참여방 정보 입력부(100)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 통해 음식을 판매하는 판매자가 소지하는 판매자 단말(20) 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 이용하여 음식을 주문배달 시키는 주문자 단말(30) 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공자로부터 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 공동 주문 배달 품목 정보, 참여 제한 인원, 존속 제한 시간, 위치 제한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 입력받다.
도 2 및 도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 정보를 입력받는 화면의 예시도이다.
참여방 정보 입력부(100)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱상에서 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스(UI)를 통해 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 정보를 입력받는다. 도 2에서와 같이 항목마다 제시되는 목록에서 하나를 선택하는 방식이나 직접 입력하는 방식으로 모두 가능하다.
참여방 개설부(105)는 참여방 정보 입력부(100)로 입력받은 정보에 기반하여 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 개설한다.
일 예로 주문자a(호스트)는 먼저 서로의 주문 음식을 공유하는 목적의 방을 개설할 수 있다. 주문자a가 ㄱ업체 중국집 양장피를 선택 후 공유 주문 배달을 목적으로 참여방을 개설한다.
그리고 참여 신청 수신부(110)는 참여방 개설부(105)에 의해 개설된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 통해 공동 주문 배달을 원하는 참여 신청자로부터 참여 신청을 받는다.
이때 주문자a의 위치로부터 소정 반경 이내의 참여 신청자로부터 참여를 신청받는 것이 바람직하다. 예를들어 주문자 b가 주문자 a가 개설한 참여방에 참여하여 모듬회를 제안하고, 주문자 c가 주문자 a가 개설한 참여방에 참여하여 피자를 제안하고, 주문자d가 주문자 a가 개설한 참여방에 참여하여 ㄱ 업체의 팔보체를 제안할 수 있다.
주문자 a가 참여방 정보 입력부(100)로 입력받은 정보에 기반하여 조건에 충족하면 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방의 모집을 종료한다. 예를들어 참여 제한 인원만큼 참여자가 참여하거나, 존속 제한 시간이 도래하거나, 주문자 a의 선택에 의한 것일 수 있다.
주문자 a 는 배달비, 용기비 등을 고려하여 각 참여 신청자들 중 마음에 드는 참여 신청자를 선택 후 인원수만큼 1/n 하여 공동 주문 배달을 요청할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에 있어서, 도 3 에 도시된 바와 같이 소량의 음식은 배달이 불가한 고급 음식점이나, 음식점 자체에서 배달은 가능하지만 참여 신청자와는 거리가 너무 멀어서 참여 신청자의 거주지가 배달 가능 지역이 아닌 경우, 즉 거리가 먼 맛집에서 배달 받을 목적으로 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 개설할 수도 있다. 그러면 일정 거리 이내에 위치하거나 거주하는 참여 신청자들이 함께 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 이용함으로써 원거리 맛집의 음식 주문 배달이 가능해지고 아울러 배달비 인하나 할인율 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
치킨이나, 피자, 족발과 같은 완성 상태로 배달되는 음식에 대한 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여 방에는 배달시간과 음식이 식는시간을 고려하여 한번에 배달 가능한 수 등을 반영하여 참여 제한 인원을 설정할 수 있다.
뼈해장국이나 아구찜과 같은 반조리 상태의 음식에 대한 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 경우에는 보다 많은 수의 참여 제한 인원의 설정이 가능하다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 개설된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 리스트를 표시한 화면의 예시도이다.
이때, 참여 신청 수신부(110)는 참여방 개설부(105)에서 개설된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 리스트를 도 3 에서와 같이 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 출력한다. 그리고, 참여자로부터 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 리스트 중 하나를 선택받는 것으로 참여 신청을 받을 수 있다.
이때 주문자의 위치정보를 파악하여 주문자가 참여 가능한 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 추출하여 리스트로 제공함이 바람직하다. 나아가 주문자가 선택한 메뉴 종류나 공동 주문 배달 형식을 기준으로 필터링된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 추출하여 리스트로 제공할 수도 있다.
예를 들어 참여자a가 닭가슴살을 좋아하면 닭 한마리를 닭가슴살과 닭다리부위로 나누고 싶은 닭다리 부위를 좋아하는 참여자b가 개설한 참여방을 리스트에 포함시켜 제공할 수 있다.
추가적으로 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱은 꼭 참여방을 개설하지 않더라도 닭가슴살을 좋아하는 참여자a와 닭다리살을 좋아하는 참여자b를 매칭시켜줄 수도 있다. 동일한 시간에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱에 로그인되어 치킨 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 검색하면 참여자a와 참여자 b에게 서로의 정보를 제공하여 매칭시켜주는 것이 가능하다. 물론 참여자a 와 참여자b의 현 위치 정보 또는 거주지 정보가 소정 거리 이내에 존재하는 경우에 매칭시켜주는 것이 바람직하다.
주문 배달 요청부(120)는 참여 신청 수신부(110)를 통해 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면 판매자 단말(20)의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문 배달 품목에 대한 주문 배달을 요청한다.
보상 정보 입력부(150)는 판매자 단말(20)의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 참여 제한 인원에 도달했을 때의 보상 정보를 입력받는다.
그리고 보상 처리부(155)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면 보상 정보 입력부(150)로 입력받은 보상 정보에 따른 보상을 한다.
이때, 보상 정보는 공동 주문 배달 품목의 가격 할인 또는 배달비 할인 정보일 수 있다. 그리고 참여 신청 순서에 따라 참여 신청자에게 할인율을 차등있게 부여한다.
이 같은 양상에 따라 판매자에 의한 공동 구매가 제안될 수 있다. 즉 판매자는 자신이 판매하는 음식의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 개설하여 이벤트를 진행할 수 있다.
예를들어 100명의 참여 제한 인원을 설정한 경우에 선착순으로 1~10번째 참여 신청자에게는 공동 주문 배달 품목 가격의 10%할인을 보상으로 지급하고, 11~20번째 참여자에게는 공동 주문 배달 품목 가격의 7%할인을 보상으로 지급할 수 있다. 즉 참여자들의 참여 신청을 독려함으로써 판매자 입장에서 별도의 광고를 하지 않더라도 그만큼 광고 효과를 낼 수 있다.
이 경우 판매자가 제안한 참여 제한 인원만큼 참여 신청자가 참여 하지 않으면 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 제공하지 않는다. 또한 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 참여 신청자에게는 공동 주문 배달 서비스에 참여 예치금을 어느정도 받을 수 있다.
제고문제나, 단체주문에서 음식을 다 만들었는데 10분전에 취소해서 판매자가 손해보는 상황이 발생하지 않도록 경고 메시지를 표시함으로써 판매자나 주문자간 서로의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
뿐만 아니라 참여 신청 시간을 제한하여 제한 시각(데드라인)까지 모인 인원만큼 할인율을 차등 보상하는 것도 가능하다. 예를들어 판매자가 제안한 제한 시각이 도달했을때 참여 신청자가 10명이면 공동 주문 배달 품목 가격의 3% 할인, 20명이면 5% 할인, 50명이면 10% 할인을 보상으로 지급할 수 있다. 이 같은 방식에 따라 참여자들의 참여율을 더 높일 수 있다. 즉, 그 만큼 판매자 입장에서는 홍보 효과를 낼 수 있다.
나아가 게임처럼 전체 할인이나, 뽑기 방식으로 특정 참여 신청자에게 할인율을 몰아주는 방식으로 진행할 수도 있다.
공동 배달 주문 서비스 제공시에는 일정 시간에 주문이 몰릴 수 있으므로 시간대별 물리적 배달한계를 고려하여 적정 인원수만큼 참여 신청을 선착순으로 받는 것이 바람직하다.
주문 배달 모니터링부(130)는 주문 배달 요청부(120)가 주문 배달을 요청한 이후에, 요청된 공동 주문 배달의 완료 여부를 모니터링한다. 여기서 배달의 완료 여부를 모니터링하는 것은 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 주문자가 배달 완료 여부 메시지를 인증하는 것을 모니터링하는 것일 수 있다.
포인트 부여부(140)는 주문 배달 모니터링부(130)에서의 모니터링 결과에 따라 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여하여 공동 주문 배달 서비스 이용 완료한 참여 신청자에게 성공 포인트(+1)를 부여한다.
반면, 포인트 부여부(140)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청자 중 정해진 기간 이내에 참여 취소한 참여 신청자에게 실패 포인트(-1)를 부여한다. 즉 음식이 완성되어 배달되기 직전에 취소하는 참여 신청자에게는 패널티가 더 주어질 수 있다. 이에 따라 서비스 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다.
포인트 산출부(145)는 포인트 부여부(140)에서 부여되는 성공 포인트 및 실패 포인트를 반영하여 주문자 각각에 대한 포인트를 산출한다.
그리고 포인트 산출부(145)는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 참여 신청자로부터 포인트 조회 요청이 입력되면 참여 신청자의 성공 포인트, 실패 포인트, 이전의 할인 내역, 이전의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 이용 내역 중 적어도 하나를 출력한다.
또한, 포인트 부여부(140)는 주문 배달을 요청한 이후에, 요청된 공동 주문 배달의 완료 여부를 모니터링하여 그 모니터링 결과에 따라 주문 배달 요청에 대한 주문 배달의 완료가 확인되면 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 판매자에게 성공 포인트(+1)를 부여한다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다.
컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광 기록 매체(optical media), 플로피 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media) 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다.
또한 상술한 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 구조 등을 지정하는 신호를 전송하는 반송파를 포함하는 광 또는 금속선, 도파관 등의 전송 매체일 수도 있다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함할 수 있다.

먼저, 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 이용하여 주문자 또는 판매자 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공자로부터 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 공동 주문 배달 품목 정보, 참여 제한 인원, 존속 제한 시간, 위치 제한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 입력받는다(S500).

추가적으로 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱은 꼭 참여방을 개설하지 않더라도 닭가슴살을 좋아하는 참여자a와 닭다리살을 좋아하는 참여자 b를 매칭시켜줄 수도 있다. 동일한 시간에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱에 로그인되어 치킨 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 검색하면 참여자 a와 참여자 b에게 서로의 정보를 제공하여 매칭시켜주는 것이 가능하다. 물론 참여자a 와 참여자b의 현 위치 정보 또는 거주지 정보가 소정 거리 이내에 존재하는 경우에 매칭시켜주는 것이 바람직하다.
이 후에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 개설된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 통해 공동 주문을 원하는 참여 신청자로부터 참여 신청을 받는다(S515).
이때 참여 신청자로부터 참여 신청을 받는것은 참여 신청자로부터 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 리스트 중 하나를 선택받는 것으로 구현가능하다.
그리고 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여 신청자가 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면(S520), 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 이용하여 판매자에게 공동 주문 배달 품목에 대한 공동 주문 배달을 요청한다(S530).
이때 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 개설된 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여 신청자가 참여 제한 인원에 도달하지 않더라도, 존속 제한 시간이 도래하면(S570) 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 존속을 종료한다(S590).

이 경우 판매자가 제안한 참여 제한 인원만큼 참여 신청자가 참여하지 않으면 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 제공하지 않는다. 또한 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 참여 신청자에게는 공동 주문 배달 서비스에 참여 예치금을 어느정도 받을 수 있다.
또한 제고문제나, 단체주문에서 음식을 다 만들었는데 10분전에 취소해서 판매자가 손해보는 상황이 발생하지 않도록 경고 메시지를 표시함으로써 판매자나 주문자 간 서로의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위함이다.
뿐만 아니라 참여 신청 시간을 제한하여 제한 시각(데드라인)까지 모인 인원만큼 할인율을 차등 보상하는 것도 가능하다. 예를들어 판매자가 제안한 제한 시각이 도달했을때 참여 신청자가 10명이면 공동 주문 배달 품목 가격의 3% 할인, 20명이면 5% 할인, 50명이면 10% 할인을 보상으로 지급할 수 있다. 이 같은 방식에 따라 참여자들의 참여율을 더 높일 수 있다. 즉, 그만큼 판매자 입장에서는 홍보 효과를 낼 수 있다.
나아가 게임처럼 전체 할인이나, 뽑기 방식으로 특정 참여 신청자에게 할인율을 몰아주는 방식으로 진행할 수도 있다.
공동 배달 주문 서비스 제공시에는 일정 시간에 주문이 몰릴 수 있으므로 시간대별 물리적 배달한계를 고려하여 적정 인원수만큼 참여 신청을 선착순으로 받는 것이 바람직하다.
주문 배달을 요청한 이후에, 요청된 공동 주문 배달의 완료 여부를 모니터링한다(S550)
그리고 모니터링 결과에 따라 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여하여 공동 주문 배달 서비스 이용 완료한 참여 신청자에게 성공 포인트를 부여한다. 반면, 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청자 중 정해진 기간 이내에 참여 취소한 참여 신청자에게 실패 포인트를 부여한다. 즉 음식이 완성되어 배달되기 직전에 취소하는 참여 신청자에게는 패널티가 주어질 수 있다. 이에 따라 서비스 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다(S552).
그리고 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 참여 신청자로부터 포인트 조회 요청이 입력되면(S554) 참여 신청자의 성공 포인트, 실패 포인트, 이전의 할인 내역, 이전의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 이용 내역 중 적어도 하나를 출력한다(S556).
또한, 주문 배달을 요청한 이후에, 요청된 공동 주문 배달의 완료 여부를 모니터링한하여 그 모니터링 결과에 따라 주문 배달 요청에 대한 주문 배달의 완료가 확인되면 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 판매자에게 성공 포인트를 부여한다.

  9. 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱이 설치되어 실행되며 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 이용하는 주문자가 소지하는 주문자 단말 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱이 설치되어 실행되며 공동 주문 배달 서비스를 제공하는 판매자가 소지하는 판매자 단말 또는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공자로부터 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방에 대한 공동 주문 배달 품목 정보, 참여 제한 인원, 존속 제한 시간, 위치 제한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 입력받는 참여방 정보 입력부;
    상기 참여방 정보 입력부로 입력받은 정보에 기반하여 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱 상에 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 개설하는 참여방 개설부;
    상기 참여방 개설부에 의해 개설된 상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방을 통해 공동 주문 배달을 원하는 참여 신청자로부터 참여 신청을 받는 참여 신청 수신부; 및
    상기 참여 신청 수신부를 통해 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방에 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 상기 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면 상기 판매자 단말의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문 배달 품목에 대한 주문 배달을 요청하는 주문 배달 요청부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 장치.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 판매자 단말의 공동 주문 배달 서비스 전용 앱을 통해 공동 주문배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 참여 제한 인원에 도달했을 때의 보상 정보를 입력받는 보상 정보 입력부; 및
    상기 공동 주문 배달 서비스 참여방의 참여 신청한 참여 신청자 수가 참여 제한 인원에 도달하면 상기 보상 정보 입력부로 입력받은 보상 정보에 따른 보상을 하는 보상 처리부;를 더 포함하고,
    상기 보상 정보는 공동 주문 배달 품목의 가격 할인 또는 배달비 할인 정보이고, 참여 신청 순서에 따라 참여 신청자에게 할인율을 차등있게 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 주문 배달 서비스 제공 장치.
