Abstract
L'invention concerne un système intelligent d'équipement de contrôle de la qualité qui utilise des spécifications de communication standard industrielles, et un procédé permettant d'établir un environnement qui gère systématiquement la qualité de pièces hétérogènes fabriquées sous diverses formes dans le domaine de la fabrication de pièces et qui permet un interfonctionnement flexible avec des plateformes et des applications de niveau supérieur. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un procédé de configuration d'un serveur OPC UA, comprend les étapes suivantes : collecte de données pour un contrôle de la qualité de pièces effectué dans un équipement de contrôle; contrôle de la qualité des pièces sur la base des données de façon à générer des données d'état; et configuration du serveur OPC UA par modélisation des informations OPC UA avec les données collectées et les données d'état. En établissant ainsi un environnement qui gère systématiquement la qualité de pièces hétérogènes fabriquées sous diverses formes dans le domaine de la fabrication de pièces, et qui permet un interfonctionnement flexible avec des plateformes et des applications de niveau supérieur, il est possible de réduire les coûts tout en maintenant une qualité constante et d'identifier et de gérer des problèmes de qualité.
