- the adhesive layer 50 is laminated by applying, for example, an adhesive of TL-85 series manufactured by Lintec Co., Ltd. to the adhesion region 10b on the back surface of the film substrate 10.
- FIGS. 1a and 1b show a case where the perforation 14 is broken due to a change in the state of the adherend in a state where the RFID label 1 shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b is attached to the adherend made of metal. It is a figure for explaining an operation.
- the RFID label 1 shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b is, for example, as shown in FIG. 2a, a metal box 2 in which a lid 2a made of metal is attached to a main body 2b made of metal so as to be openable and closable. It can be used for open detection.
- the RFID label 1 shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b is used to detect the opening of the metal box 2 as described above, the perforation 14 is formed at the boundary between the lid 2a and the main body 2b, which is the opening part of the box 2.
- the RFID label 1 is attached to the box 2 by the adhesive layer 50 such that the RFID label 1 is overlapped and the attachment area 10b faces the box 2.
- the non-sticking region 10a does not face the box 2 so that the antenna 12 is separated from the box 2. Thereby, the influence of metal on the non-contact communication via the antenna 12 can be mitigated.
- the detected resistance value is the resistance value of the disconnection detection wiring 13 itself, it is determined that the disconnection detection wiring 13 is not disconnected.
- the determination result is converted into digital information by the IC chip 11 as a detection result of the conduction state of the disconnection detection wiring 13, and is transmitted in a contactless manner to the external device via the antenna 12.
- the resistance value detected by the IC chip 11 when the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected is almost infinite as described later. - the IC chip 11 when the detected resistance value is almost infinite, it is determined that the disconnection detection wiring 13 has a disconnection. The determination result is converted into digital information by the IC chip 11 as a detection result of the conduction state of the disconnection detection wiring 13, and is transmitted in a contactless manner to the external device via the antenna 12.
- the resistance value detected by the IC chip 11 becomes almost infinite. Therefore, in the IC chip 11, the resistance value for determining that the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected is not substantially infinite, and is equal to or larger than a certain threshold value larger than the resistance value of the disconnection detection wiring 13 itself. May be used.
- the conduction state of the disconnection detection wiring 13 is transmitted from the RFID label 1 to the external device, so that in the external device, the box 2 is not opened when the disconnection detection wiring 13 is in the conductive state. If the disconnection detection wiring 13 is in a non-conductive state, it can be determined that the box 2 has been opened.
- FIG. 3 shows a result of measuring a communication distance when the RFID label 1 shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b is attached to the box 2 as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. It is a figure shown in comparison with.

- the RFID label 501 shown in FIG. 12 has an extremely short communication distance of 250 mm. This is because, as described above, in the terminal provided on the IC chip 511, the terminal connected to the antenna 512 and the terminal connected to the disconnection detection wiring 513 are electrically connected via a resistance component or a capacitance component.
- the disconnection detecting wiring 513 When the disconnection detecting wiring 513 is disconnected due to breakage of the perforation 514, the disconnection detecting wire 513, which has been capacitively coupled until now, is not connected. This is because the wiring 513 and the box 2 are not capacitively coupled, and the contactless communication characteristics via the antenna 512 are significantly changed.
- the communication distance is 1020 mm, and the disconnection detection wiring 13 is not disconnected.
- the communication distance does not become extremely short depending on the state. This is because the perforations 14 are provided in the attachment area 10b to be attached to the lid 2a, so that even if the disconnection detection wiring 13 is fractured due to the perforation 14 being fractured, the disconnection detection wiring 13 is also fractured.
- the state in which the capacitive coupling is maintained between the side connected to the IC chip 11 and the box 2 prevents the contactless communication characteristics via the antenna 12 from largely changing, and the contactless metal is used. This is because the influence on communication is mitigated.
- the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected as shown in FIG.
- the communication distance was 560 mm in the non-executed state.
- the RFID label 501 shown in FIG. 12 has an extremely short communication distance of 240 mm.
- the communication distance is 1020 mm, and the communication distance will not be extremely short compared to the state where the disconnection detection wiring 13 is not disconnected.
- the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected as shown in FIG.
- the communication distance was 580 mm in the non-executed state.
- the RFID label 501 shown in FIG. 12 has an extremely short communication distance of 220 mm.
- the communication distance is 1000 mm, and the communication distance will not be extremely short compared to the state where the disconnection detection wiring 13 is not disconnected.
- the disconnection detection wiring 13 is capacitively coupled to the lid 2a and the main body 2b which are made of metal, and the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected even when the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected. Capacitive coupling is maintained between the side of the detection wiring 13 connected to the IC chip 11 and the box 2. As a result, when the disconnection detection wiring 13 is disconnected while the RFID label 1 is attached to the metal box 2 shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the non-contact communication due to the change in the capacitive coupling with the box 2. Can be mitigated.

- FIG. 6a is a top view showing an example of a state in which the looseness detection label 101 shown in FIGS. 4a to 4d is attached to the adherend shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b.
- FIG. 6b is a side view seen from the direction A shown in FIG. 6a.
- FIG. 6c is a side view seen from the direction B shown in FIG. 6a. It should be noted that the detailed structure of the looseness detection label 101, such as the laminated structure, is not shown for the sake of clarity.
- the regular hexagonal region 110a of the film substrate 110 faces the upper surface of the head portion 102a of the bolt 102, and regarding the protruding region 110b of the film substrate 110, the region on the regular hexagonal region 110a side through the perforations 114 is the head portion 102a.
- the looseness detection label 101 is attached across the bolt 102 and the base 103 by the adhesive layer 150 so that the area facing the one side surface and the area opposite to the regular hexagonal area 110a via the perforation 114 faces the base 103. Stick it.
- the spacers 130 are laminated only on the regular hexagonal region 110a on the bonding surface of the bolt 102 and the base 103. Therefore, in the film substrate 110, the protruding region 110b is directly attached to the bolt 102 and the base 103 by the adhesive layer 150, and the regular hexagonal region 110a is attached to the bolt 102 via the spacer 130.
- the looseness detection wiring 113 is formed in a loop shape and is in a conductive state. Therefore, as will be described later, in the IC chip 111, it is detected that the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the conductive state. Since the protruding region 110b is directly adhered to the bolt 102 and the base 103 by the adhesive layer 150, capacitive coupling is generated between the looseness detection wiring 113 and the bolt 102 and the base 103.
- FIG. 7a shows that when the looseness detection label 101 shown in FIGS. 4a to 4d is attached across the bolt 102 and the base 103 as shown in FIGS. 6a to 6c, the bolt 102 is loosened.

- the bolt 102 When the looseness detection label 101 shown in FIGS. 4a to 4d is attached over the bolt 102 and the base 103 as shown in FIGS. 6a to 6c, the bolt 102 is moved to the state shown in FIG.
- the film substrate 110 is rotated counterclockwise and loosened with respect to the base 103 as shown in the drawing, the protruding region 110b of the film substrate 110 is a region on the side of the regular hexagonal region 110a through the perforations 114 and one side surface of the head portion 102a. 7b and 7c, since the region facing the base 103 and the region on the opposite side of the regular hexagonal region 110a through the perforations 114 faces the base 103, is attached across the bolt 102 and the base 103. As shown in FIG.
- the perforation 114 is broken, so that the film substrate 110 separates the region on the regular hexagonal region 110a side through the perforation 114 of the regular hexagonal region 110a and the projecting region 110b and the perforation 114 of the projecting region 110b.
- the regular hexagonal region 110a is separated from the regular hexagonal region 110a.
- the looseness detection wiring 113 is broken.
- the spacer 130 is laminated only on the regular hexagonal region 110a of the surface of the film substrate 110 opposite to the surface on which the antenna 112 and the looseness detection wiring 113 are laminated. Since they are not laminated, when the bolt 102 rotates and is displaced with respect to the base 103, the perforations 114 are easily broken. Thereby, the relative displacement between the bolt 102 and the base 103 can be reliably detected.
- the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a non-conductive state is detected in the IC chip 111.
- the region on the regular hexagonal region 110a side is directly attached to the bolt 102 by the adhesive layer 150 via the perforation 114 of the protruding region 110b, the protruding region 110b of the broken looseness detection wiring 113 is formed.
- the capacitive coupling is maintained between the portion formed on the regular hexagonal region 110a side through the perforations 114, that is, the side connected to the IC chip 111 and the bolt 102.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a system for detecting the looseness of the bolt 102 with respect to the base 103 using the looseness detection label 101 shown in FIGS. 4a to 4d.
- non-contact communication is possible with the looseness detection label 101.
- a system having a reader/writer 105 that serves as a reading unit and a management personal computer 106 that serves as a processing unit that is connected to the reader/writer 105 via a wire or wirelessly can be considered. It is also possible to use a handy terminal having a built-in processing unit as well as a reading unit as a reader/writer, in which case a management personal computer becomes unnecessary.
- FIG. 9 is a flow chart for explaining a method of detecting looseness of the bolt 102 with respect to the base 103 using the looseness detection label 101 shown in FIGS. 4a to 4d in the system shown in FIG.
- the reader/writer 105 when the reader/writer 105 is brought close to the looseness detection label 101 and the looseness detection label 101 is detected by the reader/writer 105 (step 1), first, the reader/writer Power is supplied to the looseness detection label 101 from 105. Further, a command to detect the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 113 and to transmit the detection result is transmitted from the reader/writer 105 to the looseness detection label 101 (step 2). At this time, since the spacer 130 made of non-metal is laminated on the surface of the film substrate 110 on which the antenna 112 is formed and the hexagonal region 110a attached to the bolt 102, the looseness detection label 101 is made of metal. Even when it is attached to the bolt 102, the reader/writer 105 can perform non-contact communication with the looseness detection label 101 without being significantly affected by metal.
- step 3 When the power supplied from the reader/writer 105 is obtained by the looseness detection label 101, and the command transmitted from the reader/writer 105 is received by the IC chip 111 via the antenna 112 of the looseness detection label 101 (step 3). ), current is supplied to the looseness detection wiring 113 by the power supplied from the reader/writer 105.
- the resistance value of the looseness detection wiring 113 is detected using the supplied current. As a result, the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 113 is detected (step 4).
- the looseness detection label 101 is attached over the bolt 102 and the base 103 and the bolt 102 is not loosened as shown in FIGS. 6a to 6c, the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a conductive state. There is. Therefore, in the IC chip 111, the resistance value of the looseness detection wiring 113 itself is detected.
- the IC chip 111 when the detected resistance value is the resistance value of the looseness detection wiring 113 itself, it is determined that the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a conductive state.
- the determination result is converted into digital information by the IC chip 111 as a detection result of the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 113, and is transmitted to the reader/writer 105 via the antenna 112 in a non-contact manner (step 5).
- the antenna terminal connected to the antenna 112 of the IC chip 111 and the looseness detection terminal connected to the looseness detection wiring 113 are provided in the IC chip 111 via a resistance component or a capacitance component. It is in an electrically connected state.
- the resistance value detected by the IC chip 111 when the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a non-conductive state is almost infinite, as described later. Therefore, in the IC chip 111, the resistance value for determining that the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the conductive state may be not the resistance value of the looseness detection wiring 113 itself, but may be a certain threshold value or less.
- the looseness detection label 101 is attached across the bolt 102 and the base 103, and as shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C, the looseness detection label 101 is broken at the perforation 114 due to the looseness of the bolt 102.
- the looseness detection wiring 113 is broken, the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a non-conductive state. In this state, even if a current is supplied to the looseness detection wiring 113 by the power supplied from the reader/writer 105, the looseness detection wiring 113 is in a non-conducting state, so that the looseness detection wiring 113 has no current. Does not flow. As a result, the resistance value detected by the IC chip 111 becomes almost infinite.
- the IC chip 111 when the detected resistance value is almost infinite, it is determined that the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the non-conduction state.
- the determination result is converted into digital information by the IC chip 111 as a detection result of the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 113, and is transmitted to the reader/writer 105 via the antenna 112 in a non-contact manner.
- the protruding region 110b of the broken loosening detection wiring 113 is formed.
- the capacitive coupling is maintained between the portion formed on the regular hexagonal region 110a side through the perforations 114, that is, the side connected to the IC chip 111 and the bolt 102. Therefore, also in this case, the non-contact transmission of the detection result to the reader/writer 105 via the antenna 112 is performed in a state having the influence of this capacitive coupling.
- the resistance value detected by the IC chip 111 is almost infinite when the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the non-conductive state. Therefore, in the IC chip 111, the resistance value for determining that the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the non-conductive state is not substantially infinite, and is equal to or larger than a certain threshold value larger than the resistance value of the looseness detection wiring 113 itself. May be used.
- the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 113 detected by the looseness detection label 101 is transmitted in a contactless manner via the antenna 112.
- the detection result transmitted in a non-contact manner from the looseness detection label 101 to the reader/writer 105 as described above is received by the reader/writer 105 (step 6)
- the detection result received by the reader/writer 105 is the management personal computer. It is transferred to 106 (step 7).
- the looseness detection label 101 is transmitted to the reader/writer 105 in a non-contact manner by the management personal computer 106, and the management personal computer 106. It is determined whether the bolt 102 is loosened based on the detection result transferred to (step 9). Specifically, in the detection result transferred from the reader/writer 105 to the management personal computer 106, when the looseness detection wiring 113 is in the conductive state, it is determined that the bolt 102 is not loosened, and the looseness detection wiring is obtained. When 113 is in a non-conducting state, it is determined that the bolt 102 is loose.
- the looseness detection wiring 113 when the looseness detection wiring 113 is not broken, the looseness detection wiring 113 is capacitively coupled to the metal bolt 102 or the base 103, and the looseness detection wiring 113 is broken. Also in this case, capacitive coupling is maintained between the side of the looseness detection wiring 113 connected to the IC chip 111 and the bolt 102. As a result, when the looseness detection label 101 is stuck over the metal bolt 102 and the base 103 shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b and the looseness detection wiring 113 is broken, the bolt 102 and the base 103 are broken. The influence on the non-contact communication can be mitigated by the change of the capacitive coupling with.
- the looseness detection label 101 configured in this way can be used, for example, in a bogie of the Shinkansen or the like to detect looseness of a bolt that fixes the bogie.
- the spacer 130 is made of a soft material such as foamable acrylic resin, the looseness detection label 101 is released even when the looseness detection label 101 is blown or dropped due to vibration while the Shinkansen is running. The damage caused by 101 hitting a human body or the like can be reduced.

- 10b is a back view of the RFID label shown in FIG. 10a.
- the RFID label of the present embodiment is different from the RFID label shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b in that perforations 214 are formed between two adjacent edges of the film substrate 210. Is different.
- the perforation 214 is formed in the attachment area 210b that is attached to the metal surface by stacking the adhesive layer 250, and the disconnection detection wiring 213 has the perforation 214. It is formed across. Accordingly, when the attachment area 210b is attached to an adherend made of metal, the disconnection detection is performed in a state where the disconnection detection wiring 213 is not disconnected because the perforation 214 is not broken. The wiring 213 is capacitively coupled to the metal of the adherend. Further, even when the perforation 214 is broken and the disconnection detection wiring 213 is disconnected, capacitive coupling is maintained between the side of the disconnection detection wiring 213 connected to the IC chip 211 and the metal of the adherend. - 11b is a rear view of the RFID label shown in FIG. 11a.
- the RFID label of this embodiment is different from that shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b in that the disconnection detection wiring 313 is circular.

The wiring 313 is capacitively coupled to the metal of the adherend. Even when the perforation 314 is broken and the disconnection detection wiring 313 is disconnected, capacitive coupling is maintained between the side of the disconnection detection wiring 313 connected to the IC chip 311 and the metal of the adherend. Will be done.
- the perforations 14, 114, 214, 314 have been described as an example of the easy-to-break line, but the disconnection detection wirings 13, 213, 313 and the looseness detection wiring 113 should be avoided.
