Description

广播信号接收装置以及广播信号接收方法

技术领域
本发明的实施方式涉及广播信号接收装置以及广播信号接收方法。
背景技术
在能够连接到网络的接收装置中具备显示可寻址广告(替换广告)(广告以下记载为CM)的功能,该可寻址广告显示与收看者的喜好性(实际为接收装置)一致的最佳广告。这种显示替换CM的功能对接收装置的每个收看者进行单独服务。需要说明的是,上述收看者的喜好性实际上可以称为根据接收装置的收看历史记录推测的接收装置的属性。

需要用于使替换CM更有效的进一步的技术。例如,即使了解收看者的喜好,能够推测应当向该收看者推荐的推荐CM,但是如果推荐CM内容与广播节目(内容)的内容不匹配,则反而收看者有时有意回避替换CM。例如,存在多个推荐CM时,也设想发布与广播节目(内容)不一致的CM。
因此,本实施方式的目的在于提供广播信号接收装置以及广播信号接收方法,能够提供使CM与收看节目(以下称为内容)内容更具有相似性(高关联性)的关系的CM。
发明内容

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对实施方式进行说明。
图1是示出应用本发明的实施方式的替换CM系统的构成例的图。替换CM系统包括:广播站(广播信号发送装置)100、广播信号接收装置140、CM发布用服务器120以及管理服务器121。广播信号接收装置140用于接收广播站(广播信号发送装置)100广播的节目,并且包括本发明的实施方式的CM替换装置330(后述)。广播站100以及广播信号接收装置140通过网络130与CM发布用服务器120(也可以称为CM插入服务器)以及管理服务器121连接。此外,广播信号接收装置可以通过网络130与协作服务器连接。
广播站100可以是基站,该基站编排节目并把编排的节目通过广播信号广播给广播信号接收装置140。广播站100也可以被称为广播信号发送装置。
广播站100具有保存并管理CM公司110制作的CM的CM管理服务器101。广播站100将保存在CM管理服务器101中的CM(Commercial Message)插入并编排到广播的节目中,作为一系列的影像流以及音频流,通过广播信号广播(发送)给广播信号接收装置140。需要说明的是,CM公司110(例如)根据来自基于合同的广告主(是指委托CM公司110进行广告制作的客户等)111的委托来制作CM,并且将制作的CM注册到广播站100的CM 管理服务器101中。即,在一种实现方式中,CM公司110根据来自基于合同的广告主111的委托来制作CM,并且将制作的CM注册到广播站100的CM管理服务器101中,其中,广告主111是指委托CM公司110进行广告制作的客户等。
此外,广播站100具有与网络130连接的功能,通过网络130与CM发布用服务器120以及管理服务器121连接。
CM发布用服务器120是如下服务器:存储通过网络130连接的CM管理服务器101发送的替换CM,并根据来自广播信号接收装置140的请求来发布存储的替换CM。替换CM有时从CM公司110发送。即,CM发布用服务器120,存储CM管理服务器101发送的替换CM,并根据来自广播信号接收装置140的请求来发布存储的替换CM,其中,所述CM发布用服务器120通过网络130与CM管理服务器101相连;在一种可行实现方式中,替换CM也可以由CM公司110发送。

广播信号接收装置140是接收从广播站100通过广播信号广播的节目的接收装置。此外,广播信号接收装置140具有与网络130连接的功能,通过网络130与CM发布用服务器120连接。广播信号接收装置140将从CM发布用服务器120发布的替换CM保存在管理的记录介质160(包括CM保存存储器)中。

由此,广播信号接收装置140通过功能设定画面来注册用于与管理服务器121的连接所需要的信息,由此能够从管理服务器121接收与广播信号接收的节目关联的各种附加服务。
此外,广播信号接收装置140包括本实施方式的CM替换装置。广播信号接收装置140 具有如下功能:通过CM替换装置,从保存在记录介质160中的替换CM中选择最佳替换CM,并显示在显示画面中。此时,广播信号接收装置140通过配合能够置换为从管理服务器121发送来的替换CM的时间段来显示选择的最佳替换CM,能够自适应地提供给收看节目的收看者。
需要说明的是,图1的例子仅是广播信号接收装置140为一个的情况,但是并不限于一个。当存在多个广播信号接收装置140时,各广播信号接收装置140通过各自具有的设备ID由管理服务器121进行管理。
图2是示意性示出广播站(广播信号发送装置)100的构成例的图。广播站(广播信号发送装置)100对插入并编排在存储于CM管理服务器101的CM中的节目的影像数据、音频数据等进行编码(也称为encode),并且作为广播信号进行发送。
数据广播编码器210具有对与编排的节目关联的数据广播的数据进行编码的功能。数据广播编码器210对数据广播的数据进行编码。

控制信息分析单元309对作为广播信号的控制信息的SI信号进行分析。如果控制信息分析单元309对SI信号进行分析,则将其分析结果发送给控制单元342。
控制单元342对广播信号接收装置140的整体动作进行控制。此外,控制单元342将本发明的实施方式的CM替换装置330保持在内部并进行其控制。此外,控制单元342还对作为与网络130的I/F的网络I/F331、以及作为与外部设备的连接I/F的外部输入I/F332进行控制。

在此,广播信号接收装置140始终将收看日志数据(例如通过管理服务器121的网络收发装置121-4)发送给收看日志数据库121a,收看日志数据库121a保管广播信号接收装置140的收看日志。CM推荐装置121b确定CM的属性时,参照从收看日志数据库121a输出的收看日志。CM的属性(例如)表示CM对象产品的类型、CM的表演者等,能够通过商业模式灵活地设定。例如,在收看日志数据库121a中,收看历史记录为体育节目时,收看者具有喜欢体育的喜好性。这种情况下,可以将运动服的CM、棒球或足球场的CM等属性与该节目(内容)相关联。
如上所述,在广播信号接收装置140中,包含在正片中的多个默认CM的一部分在CM替换允许期间替换为推荐CM。
在此,有时通过预加载时机的延迟或频道的切换,无法执行向推荐CM的替换。即,在某些情况下,由于预加载时机的延迟或频道的切换,会导致CM替换无法实现。此外,推荐CM的赞助商也希望知道推荐CM的收看状況。
因此,广播信号接收装置140向CM提示结果管理装置121c报告从CM发布用服务器120获取的CM的提示是成功还是失败。
此外,广播信号接收装置140预先将内容ID和接收装置ID的关联信息输出到CM发布用服务器120。由此,CM发布用服务器120能够构建接收装置和内容、以及对应的CM的相关信息。
上述说明叙述了一个例子。说明了广播信号接收装置140向CM发布用服务器120发送开始接收的内容的内容ID以及接收装置ID。这是为了快速执行预加载。在CM推荐装置121b与CM发布用服务器120之间有时也不存在时间延迟的问题。这种情况下,该内容ID、接收装置ID也可以通过CM推荐装置121b发送给CM发布用服务器120。即,在CM推荐装置121b与CM发布用服务器120之间有时不存在时间延迟(或在不考虑该时间延长的情况 下),该内容ID、接收装置ID也可以通过CM推荐装置121b发送给CM发布用服务器120。

广播信号接收装置140通过广播接收部301-4(包括调谐器等)接收并解调广播信号,并且向选择部330a输出广播流。接收到装置ID与收看内容ID的管理部342b将接收的内容ID和接收装置ID发送给CM发布用服务器120。此外,CM选择控制部330d控制选择部330a。
网络收发装置331接收由CM发布用服务器120发送的推荐CM(也可以称为替换CM),并输出到选择部330a。选择部330a基于来自CM选择控制部330d的控制信号,将推荐CM存储(预加载)在CM保存存储器330b中。
CM选择控制部330d控制CM保存存储器330b、开关SW、以及FIFO部(先进先出存储器)。CM选择控制部330d从解调的广播信号的服务数据中提取包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息。另一方面,包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息可以与每个节目同时发送,也可以事先与节目列表一起发送。包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息基本上可以从管理服务器121发送,也可以从CM插入服务器120发送。
CM选择控制部330d保存CM时段信息,如果接近CM替换时机,则通过开关330c执行将替换用的CM内容也写入FIFO部330e的处理。即,在FIFO部330e中,按照CM切换时机,执行广播流与推荐CM流的切换。并且,CM选择控制部330d在替换期间从FIFO部330e读出推荐CM流,在解码器315中进行解码。从FIFO部330e输出的信号经由解码器315、描绘部316提示在液晶面板等显示装置350中。
需要说明的是,在上述说明中,说明了与广播信号一起由广播信号接收装置140读入包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息,但也可以预先作为用于多个内容而保存在CM发布用服务器(CM插入服务器)120中,包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息可以预先保存在CM发布用服务器。并且,当CM发布用服务器120接收到由广播信号接收装置140开始播放的内容ID时,该CM发布用服务器120向对应的广播信号接收装置发送包含CM替换允许时段的CM时段信息。
另一方面,系统控制装置342进行CM保存存储器330b的控制以及收看日志的收集控制(收看日志收集部342a),即系统控制装置342对CM保存存储器330b进行控制以及通过收看日志收集部342a对收看日志的收集进行控制。收看日志发送给外部的收看日志数据库121a。收看日志收集部342a能够根据收看的所述广播内容的收看日志的数据,生成确定替换CM的判断材料。此外,用户能够在此指定需要有意回避的替换CM的属性信息。需要说明的是,收看日志收集部342a可以设置于外部服务器(管理服务器121)。
系统控制装置342按照外部遥控器360的操作指示,实施广播信号接收装置整体的动作控制。
广播装置100在内部具有内容数据库,即,广播装置100的内部设置内容数据库。在本实施例中,作为一个例子示出了内容A、内容B以及内容C。广播装置100通过选择部131从这些内容中选择任意一个,通过编码器132进行编码,通过CM时机信息复用部134对CM时机信息(CM时段信息)进行复用,通过广播信号生成发送处理部135作为广播信号发送(以广播信号形式通过广播信号生成发送处理部135发送)。
管理服务器121具备系统控制部121-5,基本动作按照该控制部的命令而动作,即, 管理服务器121由系统控制部121-5通过命令进行控制,或通过系统控制部121-5实现其功能。管理服务器121具有收看日志数据库121a以及CM提示结果管理装置121c。管理服务器121内的CM推荐装置121b具备广播信号接收装置的ID管理部121-1以及收看倾向分析部121-2。此外,推定各广播信号接收装置的收看倾向时,制作与该收看倾向关联的推荐CM的属性信息(包含类型、表演者、制作者喜好等以及这些的组合的信息)(121-3)。
与一个广播信号接收装置对应的推荐CM不只是一个,有时可以存在多个。这种情况下,在多个推荐CM的属性信息中赋予了优先顺序。优先顺序按照收看次数、相似内容的收看次数等赋予了顺序。此外,多个推荐CM设定了数量上限。即,可以通过属性信息赋予多个推荐CM的优先顺序,优先顺序可以按照收看次数、相似内容的收看次数等排序。
这样,在将从广播信号接收装置140发送的接收装置ID、收看内容ID等与内部数据库进行比较或进行参考之后,确定收看者(广播信号接收装置)的收看倾向(喜好性)。接下来,计算(生成)根据该收看倾向(喜好性)类推并确定的推荐CM的属性信息(例如种类等),并且与接收装置ID、内容ID等一起输出到CM发布用服务器120。需要说明的是,收看倾向数据库(收看者喜好数据库)利用保存在收看日志数据库中的各接收装置的收看日志,计算每个接收装置的收看倾向。
在CM发布用服务器120中,基于广播信号接收装置140发送的内容ID和与从CM推荐装置121b获得的内容ID对应的推荐CM属性,预先选择规定的CM。在本实施例中,将对应于内容A的CM与CMa1、CMa2、CMa3、对应于内容B的CM与CMb1、CMb2、CMb3、对应于内容C的CM与CMc1、CMc2、CMc3进行关联。这些关联与从广播信号接收装置140发送的内容ID相对应来进行关联,即,这些关联可以依靠从广播信号接收装置140发送的内容ID来对应实现。例如,从广播信号接收装置140发送内容A的ID时,通过从CMa1、CMa2、CMa3中选择对应于内容A的CM,确定应当向广播信号接收装置140发布的CM。
即、通过CM选择部120-1,根据内容ID和CM属性来选择规定的CM,经由编码器120-2并通过网络收发装置102-3,发送给广播信号接收装置140。
接下来,参照图6、图7、图8、图9A、图9B、图10,进一步说明各部分的动作。
图6是示出广播信号接收装置140与CM发布用服务器120的关系的流程图。首先,在广播信号接收装置140中,计算CM保存存储器330b的大小(也可以是当前剩余容量)(SA1)。接着,将广播信号接收装置ID以及接收的内容ID发送给CM发布用服务器120(SA2),接收并保存所期望的多个推荐CM(SA3)。保存时,获取推荐CM的大小,并且获取与预先计算的推荐CM的保存存储器330b的大小相对应的多个推荐CM。此外,保存时,对CM的数量进行计数(SA3)。
如SB1、SB2所示,CM发布用服务器120根据来自广播信号接收装置140的请求,将适合于该广播信号接收装置和接收中的内容的推荐CM发送给广播信号接收装置140。
广播信号接收装置140检查是否存在内容的切换(SA4)。在存在切换的情况下,返回SA1。在这种情况下,可以清除CM保存存储器330b(SA5),但也可以保留一部分的推荐CM。
在不存在内容的切换的情况下,监视是否到了推荐CM的提示时间(SA6)。在推荐CM的提示时间之前的情况下,即尚未到达推荐CM的提示时间,返回SA4。如果到了推荐CM的提示时间,则播放并提示优先级高的推荐CM(SA7)。接下来,检查存储在CM保存存储 器330b中的推荐CM的数量是否为“0”(SA8)。在存储的推荐CM的数量为“0”的情况下,CM替换功能结束(SA9)。在存储的推荐CM剩余的情况下,返回SA4,并待机到下一个CM时段的时间。
广播信号接收装置140将CM提示结果的实际情况发送给管理服务器121(SA10)。发送内容可以(例如)是提示了全部的推荐CM、或提示了到了优先顺序的第几位的推荐CM、或者提示失败(未能提示一个CM的完整期间)等。
图7示出了收看者的动作AU、广播信号接收装置140的动作以及CM发布用服务器120等的动作的时序图。在由收看者进行了频道切换AU1的时机(时候),广播信号接收装置140提示选台的广播站的广播内容。并行地,广播信号接收装置140向CM发布用服务器120发送接收装置ID和内容ID,并开始CM的预加载。并行地,收看者进行播放内容正片收看(AU2)。预加载的CM保存在CM保存存储器330b中,根据由广播装置100发送的CM开始控制时刻dt2,从广播内容提示时刻dt1切换到CM保存存储器330b中保存的CM,并且实施替换CM的提示。并行地,收看者进行CM收看(AU3)。由此,成为CM提示时刻dt3状态。此外,根据CM结束控制时刻dt4,结束来自CM保存存储器330b的CM的提示,通过返回广播内容的提示时刻dt5,完成替换CM动作。并行地,收看者进行播放内容正片收看(AU4)。
在CM结束控制时刻dt4,按照图6中说明的动作,将CM提示结果通知给CM提示结果管理装置121c。如果该通知结束(CM提示结果通知时刻dt6),则广播信号接收装置140准备下次的CM提示(下一CN提示的准备时刻dt7),从CM保存存储器330b中设置优先级高的下次提示的替换CM。
图8是用于说明控制CM的提示时机的CM开始控制和CM结束控制的图。广播装置100发送包含在广播信号中的广播内容的时间戳。此外,广播装置100发送以该时间戳为基准在CM的提示时机发送由从内容的开始时点起的相对时刻所示的信息。
广播信号接收装置140使内部计数器与来自广播装置100的时间戳同步,其中,内部计数器又可以被称为内部计时器,可用于实现时间戳同步。并且,使内部计数器进行计数,达到作为所述CM的提示时机的所述相对时刻时(影像切换时点dt),生成切换的时机信号。该时机(时刻)相当于图7的影像的切换的CM开始控制时刻dt2。在本动作中,由于进行了广播信号接收装置140的内部计数器与广播装置100的时间戳的时间同步,所以能够进行精度良好的切换。通过同样的动作,也实现了CM结束控制时刻dt4,即,通过类似的方式,也可以确定CM结束控制时刻dt4,并生成相应的信号。
可以将影像切换时点dt与包含在替换CM时段信息中的值进行比较来确定(是否执行)切换动作。由此,能够任意控制是输出包含在正片中的默认的CM、还是输出替换CM。
图9A和图9B示出了实现内容的正片与替换CM的切换的电路模块的例子。在图9A的实施方式中,在除了替换CM期间以外的期间,广播信号以开关330c、FIFO部330e、解码器315的路径进行解码。由于进行开关330e的切换控制,所以在替换CM期间,CM选择控制部330d进行控制,以便将从CM保存存储器330b读出的CM内容写入FIFO部330e并读出。相反(与此相对),在除了替换CM期间以外的期间,CM选择控制部330d进行控制,以便将包含在广播信号中的广播内容写入FIFO部330e并读出。控制单元342进行FIFO部330e的动作开始以及解码器315的解码动作的控制。CM选择控制部330d基于CM开始 控制信息以及CM结束控制信息来控制开关SW。CM开始控制信息和CM结束控制信息是按照时间顺序从替换CM时段信息中读出的信息。
在图9A的实施方式中,替换CM与广播内容的正片的解码由同一解码器315进行。相对于此,作为解码器315A、315B,图9B的实施方式准备了对广播内容和替换CM进行解码的解码器。该解码器315A、315B以帧同步的方式动作。
解码器315A依次对广播内容进行解码。因此,也对包含在广播内容中的默认CM进行解码并输出。另一方面,解码器315B对从CM保存存储器330b读出的替换CM的内容进行解码。
这种情况下,CM选择控制部330d例如可以提前1帧或数帧先对替换CM进行解码,并在帧存储器(未做图示)中进行循环。并且,可以基于CM开始控制信息和CM结束控制信息来控制开关330g,实现CM替换。

例如,与内容A关联的CM与在内容A中成为话题的内容关联的CM相关联。在内容A的情况下例如是如下故事:喜欢体育运动的出场人物X用豪华车追逐一名选手Y到达赛场。此外,存在出场人物X向选手Y赠送各种衣服的场景。

根据上述观点A1,实现有效且高效的可寻址CM的提示。为了实现上述提示,可以利用从广播信号接收装置输出的收看日志的分析结果,分析各广播信号接收装置的收看倾向,能够选择并提供该广播信号接收装置的CM。即,通过进行分析的收看倾向与CM的属性信息的距离计算(相似度判定),实施优先级高的广告提示。此外,判断CM的属性信息与广播内容(正片)具有的属性的相似性(近似性),并且向各接收装置提示替换CM,因此能够提供更适合于收看者的替换CM(例如参照图10)。
这样,能够使广播内容(正片)与能够提示的CM相关联,即实际播放的CM能够与广播内容(正片)相关联,此外,由于在与正片内容相关联的CM中推荐应当提示的CM,所以CM的提供主体成为能够容易地反映广告意图的方式,即,CM的提供主体成为能够容易地反映广告意图。此外,计算CM的属性信息与根据以收看日志为基础的收看倾向计算的收看者侧的属性信息的距离(相似度判定),基于该相似度,能够灵活地对应CM的替换、追加、删除等。

在从正片的广播内容向广告切换时,可以考虑接收来自服务器的动态图像并进行提示的方式,但是切换时图像变得不连续而产生明显劣化。
但是,根据上述观点(B1),通过在获取替换CM的CM保存存储器330b中,将广告临时保存在广播信号接收装置内部,能够顺畅地实施节目内容与从服务器获取的广告(之间)的切换。通过配合广告的切换时机,从接收机内部存储器进行提示,使动态图像的连续性不产生明显劣化。切换时机也使用了由现有数字广播实施的广播发送侧和接收机侧同步的内部计数器,因此能够提高切换时机的精度。

通常,将多个CM保存为动态图像内容时,需要大容量的存储器,但是在本方式中,通过在频道切换时由服务器进行预加载,能够利用小容量的存储器来实现。此外,通过预先测定广播信号接收装置侧的保存存储器的大小,能够灵活地设定保存的广告数量而容易实现。
另一方面,如果预加载失败,则由服务器获取的广告的提示失败,但是此时,通过提 示(播放)本来插入广播内容的广告,从而不会发生对收看者的图像质量的劣化。此外,发送广告侧接收广告提示成功或失败的通知,因此容易构建商业模式。尽管本方式是这种尽力而为的方式,但是动态图像都不会发生劣化,也不会对收看者不利。
需要说明的是,替换CM的优先级也能够根据CM公司和该CM提供者的意图来赋予。例如,能够对特定节目的收看者将想要观看的CM提高优先级。此外,也能够根据季节调整优先级。
(C2)在上述观点C1中,CM保存存储器330b的当前剩余容量为即使一个替换CM的内容都不能存储的容量时,向广播信号接收装置通知不能发送替换CM,即,CM保存存储器330b的剩余存储容量不足以存储一个替换CM的内容时,可以通知广播信号接收装置不发送替换CM。在这种情况下,广播信号接收装置140不实施CM替换处理而播放与广播信号一起发送来的默认CM。

此外,说明了本发明的实施方式的CM替换装置330包括(设置)在广播信号接收装置140中,但是也可以包括(设置)在能够与广播信号接收装置140通信且通过其设备ID能够识别各广播信号接收装置140的单独装置中。例如,该单独装置可以是管理服务器121。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种广播信号接收装置,包括:
    接收部,接收并解调广播内容;
    替换CM时段信息获取部,在播放所述广播内容的期间内的CM期间,获取指示特别的分配期间的替换CM时段信息;
    替换CM保存存储器,从外部获取并存储与所述广播内容相关联且与收看者喜好性相关联的替换CM;
    CM选择部,基于所述替换CM时段信息,在所述替换CM的所述分配期间播放所述替换CM;以及
    控制部,监视所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量,在将所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中时,存储优先级高的替换CM。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,
    所述替换CM由外部服务器发送。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的广播信号接收装置,
    所述替换CM由外部服务器根据所述剩余容量限制发送。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的广播信号接收装置,
    控制部,监视所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量,在所述剩余容量不足以存储所有替换CM时,存储高优先级的替换CM。
  5. 一种广播信号接收装置,包括:
    接收部,接收并解调广播内容;
    替换CM时段信息获取部,在播放所述广播内容的期间内的CM期间,获取指示特别的分配期间的替换CM时段信息;
    替换CM保存存储器,从外部获取并存储与所述广播内容相关联且与收看者喜好性相关联的替换CM;
    CM选择部,基于所述替换CM时段信息,在所述替换CM的所述分配期间播放所述替换CM;以及
    控制部,将所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量通知外部服务器,并且将从所述外部服务器根据所述剩余容量限制发送来的所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的广播信号接收装置,
    控制部,将所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量通知外部服务器,并且将从所述外部服务器发送来的多个所述替换CM中高优先级的所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中。
  7. 一种广播信号接收方法,应用于广播信号接收装置的控制部,所述方法包括:
    在播放所述广播内容的期间内的CM期间,获取指示特别的分配期间的替换CM时段信息;
    收集生成收看了所述广播内容的收看历史记录的收看日志;
    从外部向CM保存存储器获取与所述广播内容相关联的替换CM;
    基于所述替换CM时段信息,在所述分配期间选择所述替换CM用作播放;以及
    监视所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量,在将所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中时,存储优先级高的所述替换CM。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,存储优先级高的所述替换CM,包括:
    在所述剩余容量不足以存储所有替换CM时,存储高优先级的替换CM。
  9. 一种广播信号接收方法,应用于广播信号接收装置的控制部,所述方法包括:
    在播放所述广播内容的期间内的CM期间,获取指示特别的分配期间的替换CM时段信息;
    收集生成收看了所述广播内容的收看历史记录的收看日志;
    从外部向CM保存存储器获取与所述广播内容相关联的替换CM;
    基于所述替换CM时段信息,在所述特别的分配期间选择所述替换CM用作播放;以及
    将所述CM保存存储器的剩余容量通知外部服务器,并且将从所述外部服务器根据所述剩余容量限制发送来的一个或多个所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,将从所述外部服务器根据所述剩余容量限制发送来的一个或多个所述替换CM存储在所述CM保存存储器中,包括:
    将所述外部服务器根据所述剩余容量限制发送来的多个所述替换CM,按照优先级次序存储在所述CM保存存储器中。
