并且,上述部分术语除了可以用于表示方位或位置关系以外,还可能用于表示其他含义,例如术语“上”在某些情况下也可能用于表示某种依附关系或连接关系。对于本领域普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解这些术语在本申请中的具体含义。
此外,术语“设置”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解。例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,可拆卸连接,或整体式构造;可以是机械连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,或者是通过中间媒介间接相连,又或者是两个装置、元件或组成部分之间内部的连通。对于本领域普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图1-4并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
实施例1
如图1和4所示,给出了一种洗衣机电加热器固定支架的结构示意图。
电加热器固定支架100包括基板110、固定部120和定位部130,固定部120和定位部130分别设置在基板110的两侧,定位部130包括第一定位板131,第一定位板131与基板110异面且相交,第一定位板131上开设有固定孔133。
电加热器固定支架100在具体安装过程中,可以通过基板110贴合在洗衣机的外筒的内壁的相应匹配位置上,具体的,安装后的基板110平行于外筒300的壁的切面。固定部120用于固定位于外筒和内筒之间的电加热器。可以通过螺钉或螺栓通过第一定位板131上的固定孔133将电加热器固定支架100固定在洗衣机的外筒上,由于第一定位板131所在的平面与基板110所在的平面异面且相交,即第一定位板131与基板110既不共面也不平行,这样第一定位板131可以在面向洗衣机外筒的开口方向固定在外筒上,可以保证螺钉或螺栓的连接方向可以平行于外筒的轴向,或者与外筒的轴向具有一定的夹角,可以通过外筒的开口位置进行安装,避免现有技术中在外筒径向方向上的连接固定方式,安装过程十分方便。
在上述实施方式中,第一定位板131与基板110的夹角范围可以在一定范围内进行调整,可以为锐角、直角或钝角,可选的,第一定位板131与基板110的夹角为直角或钝角,更为可选的,如本申请的附图中所示,第一定位板131与基板110的夹角为直角,即第一定位板131与基板110垂直设置。垂直的设置方式,可以方便的实现螺钉或螺栓的固定方向与轴向平行,安装最为方便。
具体的,定位部130还包括第二定位板132,第二定位板132与基板110平行设置且 分别位于第一定位板131的两侧。第一定位板131、第二定位板132与基板110共同组成了一个阶梯状的结构,可以通过在洗衣机的安装位置设置与其配合的阶梯状结构,轻松实现安装过程中的定位和固定。
在一些实施方式中,电加热器固定支架100上设置有第一滑动构件,可以在洗衣机上安装部位设置相匹配的第二滑动构件,第一滑动构件用于与洗衣机上的第二滑动构件滑动限位连接,并且二者相对的滑动方向平行于基板110,在安装过程中,可以通过第一滑动构件与洗衣机上的第二滑动构件实现定位导向以及预固定,滑动方向平行于基板可以保证滑动的方向与螺钉或螺栓的固定方向基本相同,方便固定孔与洗衣机上相应的安装位置的对准。可选的,第一滑动构件与洗衣机上的第二滑动构件相对的滑动方向平行于固定孔的轴向,即滑动方向与螺钉或螺栓的固定方向严格相同,可以滑动过程中,实现安装孔与洗衣机上相应的安装位置的精准对接。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图1所示,第一滑动构件为第二定位板132两端均伸出第一定位板131形成的两滑片134。可以通过在洗衣机的安装位置上设置与其配合的滑槽,通过滑片134与滑槽的配合实现定位导向以及预固定。当然,第一滑块构件还可以设置在其他的不同位置,例如基板或固定部上,凡是能够实现本申请要求的滑动限位方向即可。
如图1所示,基板110的两端分别连接有向基板110的同一侧弯折的两个固定部120,每个固定部120弯折形成V字形爪卡121,两个V字形爪卡121的开口方向相互背离设置,爪卡121用于固定电加热器200。具体的使用方式参见图4所示,将电加热器200的U型部分的加热管由U型结构的开口端插入卡爪121的V型结构内,或按着相反的方向将电加热器固定架100的卡爪121卡入电加热器的电加热管上,即将呈柱状的加热管沿着轴向插入卡爪121的开口内,爪卡121开口一侧的内壁与加热管相接触,此时爪卡121与电加热器200为过盈配合,两个爪卡121均产生方向相互背离的弹力作用在分别与其接触的加热管上。本实施例中的电加热器固定支架100通过卡爪121与电加热器200形成过盈配合,使电加热器200固定更稳固,并且产品结构简单,模具出模结构简单化,简化了组装工艺。
在一些实施例中,每一个爪卡(121)的边缘为圆滑的曲面结构,曲面结构的主要作用为电加热器固定架100卡入电加热器200时可防止割伤电加热器200。可选的,如图1所示,爪卡121的边缘向背离V字形开口的一侧翻折形成翻边122。
在一些实施例中,第一定位板131上开设有固定孔133。固定孔133可以用于穿过螺栓或螺钉,对电加热器固定支架100进行固定连接。
在一些实施例中,第二定位板132上设置有第一加强筋140,第二定位板132与第一定位板131的连接处设置有多个第二加强筋150,第一定位板131与基板110的连接处设 置有多个第三加强筋160。电加热器固定支架100还包括第四加强筋170,第四加强筋170由基板110延伸至固定部120。加强筋可增强电加热器固定架100的整体强度。
可选的,洗衣机电加热器固定支架100一体成型,一体成型结构可以使得电加热器固定支架100的整体强度进一步增大,而且制造工艺简单,适合批量生产。
实施例2
如图2-5所示,给出了一种洗衣机外筒的结构示意图。
本实施例要求保护一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括外筒300、内筒、设置于外筒300和内筒之间的电加热器200,电加热器200通过实施例1提供的洗衣机电加热器固定支架100固定在外筒300上,外筒300具有与洗衣机电加热器固定支架100相配合的安装部310。
在一些实施例中,如图所示,安装部310位于外筒300的内壁上且向远离内筒的方向凹陷而成。
在一些实施例中,为了与电加热器固定支架100的形状结构相匹配,安装部310包括呈阶梯状设置的第一安装面311、第二安装面312和第三安装面313,第一安装面311和第三安装面313均与第二安装面312垂直,第一安装面311用于匹配安装第二定位板132,第二安装面312用于匹配安装第一定位板131,第三安装面313用于匹配安装基板110。第一安装面311、第二安装面312和第三安装面313的阶梯状结构设置为匹配第一定位板131、第二定位板132与基板110共同组成的阶梯状的结构,实现了快速的定位。
在一些实施例中,第二安装面312上开设有对应于固定孔133的螺孔314,洗衣机电加热器200固定支架100通过螺杆315穿过固定孔133后与螺孔314螺接固定。可选的,螺杆315选择为自攻螺钉,通过自攻螺钉315将电加热器固定架100固定在外筒300上,仅需一颗螺钉固定,简化工艺。螺杆315的固定方向可以与洗衣机外筒300的轴向相同或近似,因此可以通过外筒的开口位置进行安装,十分方便,避免了现有技术中沿着外筒径向方向通过螺钉固定的过程中安装空间狭小的问题。
在一些实施例中,第一安装面311上设置有滑槽316,滑片134可限位滑动连接于滑槽316内。滑槽316与滑片134配合,在插入电加热器固定架100时起到导向作用,滑槽316与电加热器固定架100间隙配合,便于电加热器固定架100插入滑槽316,并且可以预固定住电加热器固定架100,组装工人不需手扶电加热器固定架100,即可方便打自攻螺钉,采用滑槽316与自攻螺钉固定固定架,不仅优化了外筒结构,也简化了模具的出模结构。
在一些实施例中,安装部310上设置有与第一滑动构件匹配的第二滑动构件。可以通 过第一滑动构件与第二滑动构件实现定位导向以及预固定。可选的,第二滑动构件为设置在第一安装面311上的滑槽316,滑片134可限位滑动连接于滑槽316内。
此外,根据本实施例的洗衣机还可以包括壳体组件、电机组件、控制电路、管路等其他必要组件或结构,并且对应的布置位置和连接关系均可参考现有技术中的洗衣机,各未述及结构的连接关系、操作及工作原理对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。
本说明书中部分实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上仅是本申请的具体实施方式,使本领域技术人员能够理解或实现本申请。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本申请的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所申请的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,包括基板(110)和分别设置在所述基板(110)两侧的固定部(120)和定位部(130),所述定位部(130)包括第一定位板(131),所述第一定位板(131)所在的平面与所述基板(110)所在的平面异面且相交,所述第一定位板(131)上开设有固定孔(133)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一定位板(131)在面向洗衣机外筒的开口方向固定在外筒上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一定位板(131)与所述基板(110)垂直设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述定位部(130)还包括第二定位板(132),所述第二定位板(132)与所述基板(110)平行设置且分别位于所述第一定位板(131)的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述电加热器固定支架(100)上设置有第一滑动构件,所述第一滑动构件用于与洗衣机上的第二滑动构件滑动限位连接,滑动方向平行于基板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一滑动构件为第二定位板(132)两端均伸出所述第一定位板(131)形成的两滑片(134)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述基板(110)的两端分别向同一侧弯折形成两个所述固定部(120),每个固定部(120)弯折形成V字形爪卡(121),所述V字形爪卡(121)的开口方向背离设置,所述爪卡(121)的开口内用于固定电加热器(200)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述每一个爪卡(121)的边缘为圆滑的曲面结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述爪卡(121)的边缘向背离V字形开口的一侧翻折形成翻边(122)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述第二定位板(132)上设置有第一加强筋(140),所述第二定位板(132)与所述第一定位板(131)的连接处设置有多个第二加强筋(150),所述第一定位板(131)与所述基板(110)的连接处设置有多个第三加强筋(160)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,还包括第四加强筋(170),所述第四加强筋(170)由所述基板(110)延伸至所述固定部(120)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架,其特征在于,所述洗衣机电加热器固定支架(100)一体成型。
  13. 一种洗衣机,包括外筒(300)、内筒、设置于所述外筒(300)和所述内筒之间的电加热器(200),其特征在于,所述电加热器(200)通过如权利要求1-12任一项所述的洗衣机电加热器固定支架(100)固定在所述外筒(300)上,所述外筒(300)具有与所述洗衣机电加热器固定支架(100)相配合的安装部(310)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述安装部(310)包括呈阶梯状设置的第一安装面(311)、第二安装面(312)和第三安装面(313),所述第一安装面(311)平行于所述第三安装面(313),所述第一安装面(311)用于匹配安装第二定位板(132),所述第二安装面(312)用于匹配安装第一定位板(131),所述第三安装面(313)用于匹配安装基板(110)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二安装面(312)上开设有对应于固定孔(133)的螺孔(314),洗衣机电加热器固定支架(100)通过螺杆(315)穿过固定孔(133)后与所述螺孔(314)螺接固定。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述安装部上设置有与第一滑动构件匹配的第二滑动构件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二滑动构件为设置在第一安装面(311)上的滑槽(316),滑片(134)可限位滑动连接于所述滑槽(316)内。
