发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,同时,公开了一种采用该装置的网络贩售系统。

一种采用本发明所述贩售装置的网络贩售系统,包括主站层、通信信道层、各贩售装置组成的终端设备层,所述主站层分为业务应用模块、数据采集模块、前置通信调度模块、数据库管理模块;所述通信信道层为主站和终端的信息交互提供通信链路,终端设备层负责收集和提供整个系统的原始商品信息以及商品的售卖控制。
所述终端设备层分为数据采集子层和售卖设备子层,包括贩售装置主体和安装在贩售装置中的数据采集集中器,所述数据采集集中器用于连接贩售装置终端与主站层,在通信上做了数据通信信道和通信协议的转换,所述数据采集子层收集售卖设备的信息,处理和冻结有关数据,并实现与上层主站的交互;售卖设备子层实现商品计量和售卖功能。

参见图5、图9,还包括用于防止颗粒状物料堆积的搅拌装置24,所述搅拌装置24包括连接杆241、摇杆242、搅拌杆243,所述从动齿轮223内侧设有从动齿轮限位凸台2231,所述从动齿轮限位凸台2231用于与转轴2245进行共轴限位,外侧设有偏心凸台2232,偏心凸台2232上设有第二孔,所述连接杆241的一端与从动齿轮223偏心凸台2232上的第二孔铰接, 另一端向斜上方延伸且其内侧与摇杆242的下端铰接,搅拌杆243铰接于所述摇杆242的上端,搅拌杆243位于出料装置壳体的内侧,搅拌杆243上设有限位凸台,限位凸台圆心处设有旋转销244,在出料装置壳体21上设有一个供旋转销244穿过的销孔,旋转销244与该销孔为间隙配合且通过该销孔与摇杆242铰接,连接杆241、摇杆242均位于出料装置壳体的外侧;所述偏心凸台2232带动连接杆241、摇杆242、搅拌杆243形成曲柄摇杆结构,带动搅拌杆243进行一定角度的圆弧运动,将搅拌装置壳体内堆积的物料不断的打散,防止其堆积产生空洞状态,对出料装置壳体21内堆积的物料进行搅拌。
所述摇杆242另一端设有限位凸台245,与搅拌杆上的限位凸台以及出料装置壳体21上的限位凸台一215以及导流结构211内壁一同起到限位作用,防止搅拌杆243轴向运动。图6示出,搅拌装置壳体通过中间的隔板分隔为前后两个腔体状的空间,电机安装于前部空间的上部,转轮结构安装于前部空间的下部,213、217孔位为电机安装位,219孔位为转轴限位凸台,即为转轮结构安装位,216为转轮保护结构,其上方及外侧空间为搅拌装置安装位。
所述的存储容器1内腔设有落料斜面154,落料斜面154与水平面呈一定角度,落料斜面154下端呈阶梯状分层并设有出料口,出料口上设有出货模块限位槽155,并安装有出货模块2。
所述出料装置壳体上设有喇叭状的导流结构211,如图6所示,所述导流结构11通过出货模块安装位、限位凹槽与存储容器内壁以及落料斜面贴合,以防止漏料。所述出料装置壳体的进料口设有弧形板状的转轮保护结 构216,所述转轮保护结构216部分覆盖于转轮结构的上方,防止大量物料堆积造成的转轮卡住的情况。
所述出料装置壳体一侧设有走线孔、弹片安装孔以及转轴限位凸台,走线孔用于安放电机电源线、数据线、电路板电源线,转轴限位凸台与从动齿轮的限位凸台、出料装置壳体上的齿轮限位凸台共同起到对转轴的轴向定位。
所述出料装置壳体另一侧设有电机安装孔、限位凸台一、齿轮限位凸台、齿轮保护罩,齿轮保护罩可以防止电源线、数据线缠绕齿轮。
还包括防卡装置23,所述防卡装置包括弹片231与扭簧232,所述弹片231前半部分为直板,后半部分为弧面,弹片231首端设置转轴,靠近转轴处设有扭簧限位槽,以防止弹片232轴向运动,扭簧的短臂一端接触导流结构21的外壁,长臂一端与弹片231接触,其旋绕部分套于弹片的扭簧232限位槽上,弹片231通过出料装置壳体21上的弹片安装孔218与出料装置壳体21安装,当进入过量物料时,弹片231会被推动远离转轮224以起到防卡的目的,当物料进入量变小,在扭簧232的作用下弹片231靠进转轮叶片2243。
出货模块壳体下部设有弧形的弹片限位结构,防止扭簧形变过大导致无法恢复形状。
如图4所示,所述存储容器1包括上盖11、下壳体,所述下壳体包括左容器壳13、右容器壳15,所述左容器壳13、右容器壳15通过卡扣14扣接为一体,所述上盖与下壳体之间设有密封垫12。
如图2、3、4所示,所述存储容器1还包括展示仓17,所述展示仓17 为向前凸出的弧形板结构,与存储容器1下壳体的前外壁之间形成展示间隙,展示仓17下方设有排料嘴18。
所述存储容器的前外壁设有一个向前凸出的隆起部1701,在隆起部1701的下端设有一个挡板16,所述挡板16的两端设有转轴1601,挡板16下端与展示仓的底部相匹配,挡板被展示仓底部轮廓限位,只能向食品仓的方向转动,这样,可以使得展示仓内长期积压的食物在受到上方的按压、挤压等外力作用下降挡板推开16进入食品仓,有利于定期清理展示仓中的食品。
以上详尽阐述了本发明一种基于重力盒的零食贩售装置的机械部分,优选的,本发明的一种基于重力盒的零食贩售装置还包括计量模块3、控制模块4,所述计量模块3位于所述存储容器1的下方,所述计量模块由底座31、垫块32、称重传感器33、安装基板34组成,所述存储容器设置于底座301上,存储容器1的重量变化通过称重传感器计量,计算价格;控制模块4包括中央控制器5、无线通信模块7、支付模块,所述计量模块产生并显示价格后,出现支付界面,用户支付后,通过控制模块对电机1发出指令,驱动电机1启动出货模块2出货,在出货模块下方可设置自封袋,当出货完毕后,自封袋自动或者自助封口。在计量模块和称重模块的作用下,本发明实现了从计量到出货的全自动操作。安装基板34上设有一端凹槽,用以让称重传感器正常工作,安装基板分布若干安装孔,用以安装称重传感器。
如图13、14所示,所述的计量模块的底座31与存储容器1的接触面为弧面,弧面中间为一定宽度的长条形凹槽,凹槽末端设有螺栓安装孔,弧面末端呈台阶段下降呈“凹”字形状,“凹”字一侧设有方形孔,用于走 线;所述的计量模块的底座背面底部开有一方形槽312,用以电源线、数据线的布置;所述31的弧面上还设有固定孔311用于与底座31卡接固定,所述固定孔311位于计量模块的底座弧面靠近长条形凹槽的位置,固定孔311末端较窄呈方形为限位端,首端较宽呈方形为存储容器安装扣放入端,在存储容器的底部设有与之匹配的安装扣,以固定存储容器。所述固定孔311背部设有平行于水平面的凸台313,和存储容器安装扣配合起到对存储容器限位的作用。安装扣152如图12所示,在所述的存储容器的左容器壳和右容器壳的底部,安装扣152呈“L”形,“L”的短边与水平面平行。
所述的存储容的右容器壳出料口处设有容器壁走线孔156,与底座上的方形槽配合以供电源线、数据线的布置。
以上详尽阐释了本发明一种基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,以及加入了计量模块3和控制模块4的自动控制系统,优选的,本发明还可以进一步拓展为基于网络基础上的贩售系统,包括主站层、通信信道层、各贩售装置组成的终端设备层,所述主站层分为业务应用模块、数据采集模块、前置通信调度模块、数据库管理模块;所述业务应用模块实现系统的各种应用业务,具体业务包括在线支付、在线下单、营养成分分析与食物搭配建议,数据分析;数据采集模块采集重力盒中售卖的商品信息,并负责协议解析;前置通信调度模块对各种与终端的远程通信方式进行通信的管理和调度;所述通信信道层是主站和集中器,集中器与重力盒设备的纽带,提供了各种可用的有线和无线的通信信道,为主站和终端的信息交互提供通信链路,主要采用的通信信道有:LoRa无线通信、GPRS/CDMA无线公网、以太网,WiFi;终端设备层负责收集和提供整个系统的原始商品信息以及 商品的售卖控制。图16示出了本发明的网络贩售系统的系统原理图。
所述终端设备层分为数据采集子层和售卖设备子层,包括贩售装置主体和安装在贩售装置中的数据采集集中器,所述数据采集子层收集售卖设备的信息,处理和冻结有关数据,并实现与上层主站的交互,实现通信信道的转换与通信协议的转换;售卖设备子层实现商品计量和售卖功能。
数据采集子层采用分时数据采集通信方式,所述通信内容包括:接收集中器发来的商品信息更改指令,解析相关指令并更新相应显示区和存储区数据内容;上传实时商品售卖数据、主动上报重力盒相关的故障(如电机卡死、计量不准等)以及设备状态(商品缺货等);
所述贩售设备终端系统由微控制器,电机及电机驱动电路、LoRa通信模组、触摸屏、称重模组组成;通过LoRa模组实现与数据采集集中器的通信,所述计量模块的称重传感器获取的数据经其内置的算法转换后传输至支付模块,所述支付模块包括面向用户的APP,所述APP包括在线下单、商品推荐、商品查询模块;经支付模块支付后由上位机发送出货指令,启动电机驱动电路驱动电机出货。
所述数据采集集中器用于连接贩售装置终端与主站层,在通信上做了数据通信信道和通信协议的转换。其主要功能可概述为:
a.具备较好的数据管理能力和移动的数据存数能力。每一台数据集中器满负荷下可管理200个重力盒。集中器按一定存储规律存储200台重力盒的编号、短期内的交易记录等信息,对重力盒建立响应档案。集中器按档案的存储顺序进行数据读取以及重力盒的相关操作。为满足数据存数需求,系统采用2G nand flash作为数据存储器,保证数据的存储需求。
b.实现通信信道的转换。重力盒采用LoRa通信方式该方式不能与主站直接进行数据传输,采用集中器进行信道转换。重力盒通过LoRa通信方式与集中器进行数据传输,集中器通过以太网或WIFI将数据传送到主站前置机。为保证该功能,集中器硬件设计了2路LoRa通信模组以及一路以太网电路和WIFI电路。
c.实现通信协议的转换。由于通信信道不同,传送的数据量和数据类型不同,重力盒与集中器,集中器与主站之间采用不同的数据通信协议。集中器需分别将重力盒上传的数据帧以及主站下发的数据帧分别解析,解析之后进行数据帧的重组后进行下发或上传。在协议转换方面起枢纽、桥梁作用。
d.采用先进的分时数据采集通信方式。由于每一台集中器管理的重力盒数量庞大,且客户购买商品的随机性,这种随机性导致数据时间和上传数量的上传不确定性,可能同时有多个客户在购买商品,同时多台重力盒上传数据。如何避免通信阻塞以及通信过程中出现数据丢失是系统设计的关键。本系统设计了一种分时采集方式以保证数据通信的可靠性。这种方式包含几个关键点:(a)为避免通信阻塞,购买信息不主动上传。当重力盒产生新的交易记录时先存储,等待集中器主动获取。集中器采用TDMA分时的方式对所有重力盒进行数据获取,保证数据通信的畅通(b)为保证系统平稳运行,重力盒及集中器具备故障主动上报功能,且上报必须保证实现性,对不同故障设置不同优先级,优先级高的先上报,先处理。
数据采集子模块采集售卖设备的信息,处理和冻结有关数据,并实现与上层主站的交互,采用分时数据采集通信方式,实现通信信道的转换与 通信协议的转换。所述通信内容包括:接收集中器发来的商品信息更改指令,解析相关指令并更新相应显示区和存储区数据内容;上传实时商品售卖数据、主动上报重力盒相关的故障(如电机卡死、计量不准等)以及设备状态(商品缺货等)。(2)采用6寸高清(800*480)液晶触摸彩屏,设计了人性化的操作界面,通过操作界面,人们能了解商品的信息(营养成分、最佳搭配、功效等),通过操作界面操作重力盒进行商品购买。(3)具有自动出货和重量计量功能,当用户输入所需物品的量之后,点击购买,重力盒将通过控制电机带动机械结构进行出货,在系统专门调试的PID算法作用下,重力盒出货速度快且出货量误差控制精确,出货量与输入目标量误差±10g,重力盒的计量精度可达±1g。
贩售装置终端设备层具备一定的数据存储以及故障自诊断能力,数据存储能力能保证一旦出现通信故障时,售卖数据不丢失,重力盒能保存3天内的售卖数据。故障自诊断能力能够保证系统系统一旦出现故障时能及时保修,保证超市的正常营业与供货需求。
所述网络贩售系统采用ASA体系结构,包括云平台服务系统,主控平台,加盟商子系统,经销商子系统,各贩售装置组成的销售终端,采用物联网技术,所述主控平台、加盟商子系统、经销商子系统、销售终端的设备运行数据、产品库存数据、产品销售数据、用户行为数据通过终端传输到云端进行存储,各个角色获取不一样的数据,根据分工处理不同的操作;各子系统采用分布式数据库,统一一个数据库平台。
本发明采用的是ASA体系结构。此体系是一种用于面向变化的业务流程、面向变化的机构和变化的管理模式,具有以下特点:
1、统一的数据库平台:本系统中多个子系统,采用分布式数据库,统一一个数据库平台。
2、动态权限管理:用户组之间通过树形方式区分开发,用户的权限能够直接按组别划分,亦可重新定义。
3、智能功能界面手段:根据对每个使用人员的分配不同的权限,从而可以使不同的人员具有不同、专有的窗口界面。
4、面向对象的设计思想:将业务处理过程与业务处理数据结合在一起,形成对象结构。对对象进行归类,建立继承关系。从而提取几个系统业务的共性,形成公共类库。
5、最小化软件升级成本:通过灵活的设置来减少需要改变软件的可能性。从而增加了软件的实用性,增加了软件使用生命力,减少了软件修改维护成本。

本发明对用户行为数据、货物库存以及销售数据,设备健康状态反馈,市场运营数据均有详细的统计和分析,并提供诸多的接口为其他企业、平台、个人提供更加精准的详细的大数据做决策依据。
尽管已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举,应当理解,对于本领域技术人员来说,对上述实施例做出修改或者采用等同的替代方 案,这对本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (18)
- 一种基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,包括用于存储零食的存储容器(1),出货模块(2),所述存储容器(1)的底部与出货模块(2)的物料出口连通,其特征在于:所述出货模块(2)包括出料装置壳体(21)、传动装置,所述传动装置包括由外力驱动的主动齿轮(222)、与主动齿轮(222)啮合的从动齿轮(223)、与从动齿轮(223)同轴转动的转轮结构(224),所述转轮结构包括转轴(2245)以及安装在转轴上的叶片(2244),所述转轴(2245)及叶片(2244)横贯物料出口设置,颗粒状物料落在叶片上,处于静止状态的前后两个叶片恰好将物料出口进行封堵,出料时,通过外力驱动主动齿轮(222)带动从动齿轮(223)及转轮结构(224)及叶片(2244)转动,将落在叶片上的物料从物料出口的下方拨出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述叶片(2244)包括同轴设置的两组,且两组叶片在横向上交叉错列,两组叶片(2244)由转轮结构(224)的转轴(2245)同时带动转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述转轮结构(224)包括轴套(2241),同轴设置的轮毂一(2242)、轮毂二(2243),所述轮毂一(2242)、轮毂二(2243)通过转轴(2245)连接在一起,在轮毂一(2242)与轮毂二(2243)的表面均设有下沉的凹槽,所述凹槽横贯二轮毂的表面且下大上小,凹槽环绕转轴在两轮毂的表面分布,所述叶片(2244)底部设有适配于凹槽的插接部,且从凹槽的外侧插入,且两轮毂呈一定角度排列,使得插入的两组叶片(2244)之间按一定角度错开分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于: 所述传动装置的动力源为电机(221),所述电机(221)固定在出料装置壳体(21)上,主动齿轮222圆心开有第一孔,主动齿轮222通过第一孔与电机输出轴22套合,并与电机221连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:还包括用于防止颗粒状物料堆积的搅拌装置(24),所述搅拌装置(24)包括连接杆(241)、摇杆(242)、搅拌杆(243),所述从动齿轮(223)内侧设有从动齿轮限位凸台(2231),外侧设有偏心凸台(2232),偏心凸台(2232)上设有第二孔,所述连接杆(241)的一端与从动齿轮(223)偏心凸台(2232)上的第二孔铰接,另一端向斜上方延伸且其内侧与摇杆(242)的下端铰接,搅拌杆(243)铰接于所述摇杆(242)的上端,搅拌杆(243)位于出料装置壳体的内侧,搅拌杆(243)上设有限位凸台,限位凸台圆心处设有旋转销(244),在出料装置壳体(21)上设有一个供旋转销(244)穿过的销孔,旋转销(244)与该销孔为间隙配合且通过该销孔与摇杆(242)铰接,连接杆(241)、摇杆(242)均位于出料装置壳体的外侧;所述偏心凸台2232带动连接杆(241)、摇杆(242)、搅拌杆(243)形成曲柄摇杆结构,带动搅拌杆(243)进行一定角度的圆弧运动,对出料装置壳体(21)内堆积的物料进行搅拌。
- 根据权利要求5所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述摇杆(242)另一端设有限位凸台(245),与搅拌杆上的限位凸台以及出料装置壳体(21)上的限位凸台一(215)以及导流结构(211)内壁一同起到限位作用,防止搅拌杆(243)轴向运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于: 所述的存储容器(1)内腔设有落料斜面(154),落料斜面(154)与水平面呈一定角度,落料斜面(154)下端呈阶梯状分层并设有出料口,出料口上设有出货模块限位槽(155),并安装有出货模块(2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置壳体上设有喇叭状的导流结构(211),所述导流结构(11)通过出货模块安装位、限位凹槽与存储容器内壁以及落料斜面贴合,以防止漏料;所述出料装置壳体的进料口设有弧形板状的转轮保护结构(216),所述转轮保护结构(216)部分覆盖于转轮结构的上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:还包括防卡装置(23),所述防卡装置包括弹片(231)与扭簧(232),所述弹片(231)前半部分为直板,后半部分为弧面,弹片(231)首端设置转轴,靠近转轴出设有扭簧限位槽,以防止弹片(232)轴向运动,扭簧的短臂一端接触导流结构(21)的外壁,长臂一端与弹片(231)接触,其旋绕部分套于弹片的扭簧(232)限位槽上,弹片(231)通过出料装置壳体(21)上的弹片安装孔(218)与出料装置壳体(21)安装,当进入过量物料时,弹片(231)会被推动远离转轮(224)以起到防卡的目的,当物料进入量变小,在扭簧(232)的作用下弹片(231)靠进转轮叶片(2243)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(1)包括上盖(11)、下壳体,所述下壳体包括左容器壳(13)、右容器壳(15),所述左容器壳(13)、右容器壳(15)通过卡扣(14)扣接为一体,所述上盖与下壳体之间设有密封垫(12)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于: 所述存储容器(1)还包括展示仓(17),所述展示仓(17)为向前凸出的弧形板结构,与存储容器(1)下壳体的前外壁之间形成展示间隙,展示仓(17)下方设有排料嘴(18)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器的前外壁设有一个向前凸出的隆起部(1701),在隆起部(1701)的下端设有一个挡板(16),所述挡板(16)的两端设有转轴,挡板(16)下端与展示仓的底部相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:还包括计量模块(3)、控制模块(4),所述计量模块(3)位于所述存储容器(1)的下方,所述计量模块由底座(31)、垫块(32)、称重传感器(33)、安装基板(34)组成,所述存储容器设置于底座(301)上,存储容器(1)的重量变化通过称重传感器计量,计算价格;控制模块(4)包括中央控制器、无线通信模块、支付模块,所述计量模块产生并显示价格后,出现支付界面,用户支付后,通过控制模块对电机(1)发出指令,驱动电机(1)启动出货模块(2)出货。
- 根据权利要求13所述的基于重力盒的零食贩售装置,其特征在于:所述的计量模块的底座(31)与存储容器(1)的接触面为弧面,弧面中间为一定宽度的长条形凹槽,凹槽末端设有螺栓安装孔,弧面末端呈台阶段下降呈“凹”字形状,“凹”字一侧设有方形孔,用于走线;所述的计量模块的底座背面底部开有一方形槽(312),用以电源线、数据线的布置;所述(31)的弧面上还设有固定孔(311)用于与底座(31)卡接固定,所述固定孔(311)位于计量模块的底座弧面靠近长条形凹槽的位置,固定孔 (311)末端较窄呈方形为限位端,首端较宽呈方形为存储容器安装扣放入端,在存储容器的底部设有与之匹配的安装扣,以固定存储容器。所述固定孔(311)背部设有平行于水平面的凸台(313),和存储容器安装扣配合起到对存储容器限位的作用。
- 一种采用权利要求1-14中任一权利要求所述贩售装置的网络贩售系统,其特征在于:包括主站层、通信信道层、各贩售装置组成的终端设备层,所述主站层分为业务应用模块、数据采集模块、前置通信调度模块、数据库管理模块;所述通信信道层为主站和终端的信息交互提供通信链路,终端设备层负责收集和提供整个系统的原始商品信息以及商品的售卖控制。
- 根据权利要求15所述的网络贩售系统,其特征在于:所述终端设备层分为数据采集子层和售卖设备子层,包括贩售装置主体和安装在贩售装置中的数据采集集中器,所述数据采集集中器用于连接贩售装置终端与主站层,在通信上做了数据通信信道和通信协议的转换,所述数据采集子层收集售卖设备的信息,处理和冻结有关数据,并实现与上层主站的交互;售卖设备子层实现商品计量和售卖功能。
