下文中,参照附图描述本发明的实施例。下面的详细描述和附图用于示例性地说明本发明的原理,本发明不限于所描述的优选实施例,本发明的范围由权利要求书限定。现参考示例性的实施方式详细描述本发明,一些实施例图示在附图中。以下描述参考附图进行,除非另有表示,否则在不同附图中的相同附图标记代表相同或类似的元件。以下示例性实施方式中描述的方案不代表本发明的所有方案。相反,这些方案仅是所附权利要求中涉及的本发明的各个方面的系统和方法的示例。

根据本发明的实施例的安全带卷收装置可以应用于安全带组件中。安全带组件可以包括上述安全带卷收装置和安全带,其中安全带在一个端部处固定到安全带卷收装置的卷轴,如下文所述。
如图1所示,安全带卷收装置100可以包括框架10、卷轴20、管30和壳体40。如图2所示,安全带200可以连接到安全带卷收装置100的卷轴20。
框架10可以具有大致U形构造。框架10可以由金属制成。在示例性实施例中,如图1所示,框架10可以包括背板11、侧板12和13。背板11连接侧板12和13。在一些实施例中,侧板12和13可以平行地布置。在一些实施例中,侧板12和13可以分别垂直于背板11。背板11和侧板12、13围成用于放置安全带卷收装置的卷轴20的容纳空间。
卷轴20可以被可转动地支撑在框架10上。在一些实施例中,卷轴20可以具有大致圆筒形构造。安全带200(参见图5和图6,图1中未示 出)的一端可以固定到卷轴20。当卷轴20旋转时,安全带可以卷绕在卷轴20上或从卷轴20上解绕。传动轮(未示出)可以安装到卷轴20的一个轴向端(接近框架10的侧板12处)。传动轮与卷轴20抗扭转地连接。传动轮的外周面上可以形成有沿周向均匀分布的多个凹座。这些凹座可以用于容纳驱动传动轮旋转的多个质量体,如下文所述。
管30可以具有弯曲形状。管30是中空的并且具有内部通道。根据本发明的实施例,气体发生器和多个质量体(未示出)可以设置在管30中。管、气体发生器、质量体和传动轮可以组成安全带卷收装置的预紧器。质量体可以是例如质量球。气体发生器在被启动时将释放出气体,气体能够驱动质量体在管30中运动并离开管30。
当车辆紧急刹车或发生碰撞时,安全带卷收装置通过启动气体发生器并产生气体,使多个质量体加速并被推入到传动轮的多个凹座中。传动轮通过多个质量体的驱动而发生旋转,并且带动与之抗扭连接的安全带卷轴20旋转,从而使安全带卷绕收紧。
壳体40用于将管30固定到框架10。壳体40可以具有开口,卷轴20的端部可以从该开口穿过。壳体40可以容纳例如安全带卷收装置的传动轮等。壳体40可以被固定到框架10的侧板12。
安全带卷收装置100还可以包括至少一个连接板50。在示例性实施例中,如图1所示,安全带卷收装置100可以包括两个连接板50。连接板50设置在侧板12和13的远离背板11的一侧。连接板50可以连接侧板12和13。在一些实施例中,连接板50的延伸方向平行于背板11。
根据本发明的实施例,侧板12可以形成贯穿通孔121。侧板13也可以形成贯穿通孔(未示出)。卷轴20可以穿过侧板12的通孔121和侧板13的通孔,被可转动地支撑在框架10中。
根据本发明的实施例,侧板12可以包括位于通孔121中的安全带引导部122。图3是根据本发明的实施例的框架的侧视图。图4是根据本发明的实施例的安全带卷收装置的侧视剖视图。
在示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部122可以设置在通孔121的远离背板11一侧。在一些实施例中,安全带引导部122可以 设置在通孔121的安全带拉出方向侧。换言之,当卷轴20安装在框架10中时,安全带引导部122设置在相对于卷轴20的旋转轴线位于安全带的拉出方向侧。
在示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部122可以构造成在安全带引导部122处使通孔121的内径增大。根据本发明的实施例,框架10可以限定中心轴线。当卷轴20安装在框架10中时,框架10的中心轴线与卷轴20的旋转轴线重合。在本文中,通孔的内径表示从通孔的边缘到框架10的中心轴线的距离。
在一些实施例中,在安全带引导部122处,通孔121的内径增大,以使得通孔121的内边缘在安全带引导部122处与卷轴20之间沿径向方向具有间隙。在一些实施例中,安全带引导部122被构造成:当安全带被卷绕在卷轴20上时,通孔121的内边缘在安全带引导部122处与安全带之间沿径向方向具有间隙。这里,径向方向表示从框架10的中心轴线到通孔121的内边缘的方向。
图5是根据本发明的实施例的安全带卷收装置的示意图,示出安全带卷收的状态。图6是根据本发明的实施例的安全带卷收装置的示意图,示出安全带拉出的状态。
在示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部122可以在通孔121中形成弧形轮廓。安全带引导部122的弧形轮廓可以逐渐增大通孔121的内径,并且可以更有效地防止安全带在通孔121中被夹在框架10和卷轴20之间。在其他实施例中,安全带引导部122还可以在通孔中形成其他类型的轮廓,例如直线轮廓、折线轮廓等。
现有的安全带组件在安全带卷收的过程中,例如在安全带预紧过程中,安全带可能被夹在卷轴和框架的通孔之间。根据本发明的实施例,如图5所示,通过安全带引导部122可以在安全带卷收的过程中引导安全带离开框架,从而防止安全带被夹住的风险。
根据本发明的某些实施例,侧板12还可以包括位于通孔121中的安全带引导部123。在一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部123可以设置在通孔121的接近背板11一侧。在一些实施例中,安全带引 导部123可以设置在通孔121的安全带拉出方向侧。换言之,当卷轴20安装在框架10中时,安全带引导部123设置在相对于卷轴20的旋转轴线位于安全带的拉出方向侧。
在示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部123可以构造成在安全带引导部123处使通孔121的内径增大。在一些实施例中,在安全带引导部123处,通孔121的内径增大,以使得通孔121的内边缘在安全带引导部123处与卷轴20之间沿径向方向具有间隙。在一些实施例中,安全带引导部123被构造成:当安全带被卷绕在卷轴20上时,通孔121的内边缘在安全带引导部123处与安全带之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
在示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安全带引导部123可以在通孔121中形成弧形轮廓。安全带引导部123的弧形轮廓可以逐渐增大通孔121的内径,并且可以更有效地防止安全带在通孔121中被夹在框架10和卷轴20之间。在其他实施例中,安全带引导部123还可以在通孔中形成其他类型的轮廓,例如直线轮廓、折线轮廓等。
现有的安全带组件在安全带拉出的过程中,特别是当安全带被倾斜地拉出时,安全带可能被夹在卷轴和框架的通孔之间。根据本发明的实施例,如图6所示,通过安全带引导部123可以在安全带拉出的过程中引导安全带离开框架,从而防止安全带被夹住的风险。
根据本发明的实施例,在安全带引导部122处,通孔121的内边缘可以在朝向框架10的容纳空间一侧形成倒角。在一些实施例中,在安全带引导部123处,通孔121的内边缘可以在朝向框架10的容纳空间一侧形成倒角。在一些实施例中,在安全带引导部122至安全带引导部123之间,通孔121的内边缘可以在朝向容纳空间一侧形成倒角。倒角可以防止或减少框架10对安全带的磨损和刮伤。
尽管已经参考示例性实施例描述了本发明,但是应理解,本发明并不限于上述实施例的构造和方法。相反,本发明意在覆盖各种修改例和等同配置。另外,尽管在各种示例性结合体和构造中示出了所公开发明的各种元件和方法步骤,但是包括更多、更少的元件或方法的其它组合也落在本发明的范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于安全带卷收装置的框架,所述安全带卷收装置包括卷轴,安全带能够被卷收在所述卷轴上,所述框架包括:
    背板、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述背板连接所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板平行,所述第一侧板、所述背板和所述第二侧板整体形成为U型并且围成用于放置所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴的容纳空间,
    其中,所述第一侧板具有第一通孔,所述第二侧板具有第二通孔,所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴能够穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔被可转动地支撑在所述框架上,
    其中,所述第一侧板包括第一安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的远离所述背板一侧,并且当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一安全带引导部相对于所述卷轴的旋转轴线位于所述安全带的拉出方向侧,
    其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第一安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架,其中,所述第一安全带引导部在第一通孔中形成弧形轮廓,以使得所述第一通孔的内径增大。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的框架,其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的框架,其中,所述第一侧板包括第二安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的接近所述背板一侧,并且
    其中,在所述第二安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第二安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的框架,其中,在所述安全带的卷绕方向侧并且在所述第一安全带引导部和所述第二安全带引导部之间,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  6. 一种安全带卷收装置,所述安全带卷收装置包括:
    卷轴,其中安全带能够被卷收在所述卷轴上;和
    框架,其中所述卷轴被可转动地支撑在所述框架中,所述框架包括:
    背板、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述背板连接所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板平行,所述第一侧板、所述背板和所述第二侧板整体形成为U型并且围成用于放置所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴的容纳空间,
    其中,所述第一侧板具有第一通孔,所述第二侧板具有第二通孔,所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴能够穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔被可转动地支撑在所述框架上,
    其中,所述第一侧板包括第一安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的远离所述背板一侧,并且当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一安全带引导部相对于所述卷轴的旋转轴线位于所述安全带的拉出方向侧,
    其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第一安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,所述安全带卷收装置还包括:
    管,其中气体发生器和多个质量体设置在所述管中;和
    壳体,用于将所述管固定到所述框架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,所述壳体用于将所述管固定到所述框架的第一侧板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,所述安全带卷收装置还包括:
    至少一个连接板,其设置在所述框架的所述第一侧板和第二侧板的远离背板一侧,并且连接框架的所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板,其中所述连接板的延伸方向与所述背板平行。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,所述第一安全带 引导部在第一通孔中形成弧形轮廓,以使得所述第一通孔的内径增大。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,所述第一侧板包括第二安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的接近所述背板一侧,并且
    其中,在所述第二安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第二安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的安全带卷收装置,其中,在所述安全带的卷绕方向侧并且在所述第一安全带引导部和所述第二安全带引导部之间,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  14. 一种安全带组件,所述安全带组件包括:
    安全带;和
    安全带卷收装置,包括:
    卷轴,其中所述安全带能够被卷收在所述卷轴上;和
    框架,其中所述卷轴被可转动地支撑在所述框架中,所述框架包括:
    背板、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述背板连接所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板平行,所述第一侧板、所述背板和所述第二侧板整体形成为U型并且围成用于放置所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴的容纳空间,
    其中,所述第一侧板具有第一通孔,所述第二侧板具有第二通孔,所述安全带卷收装置的所述卷轴能够穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔被可转动地支撑在所述框架上,
    其中,所述第一侧板包括第一安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的远离所述背板一侧,并且当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一安全带引导部相对于所述卷轴的旋转轴线位于所述安全带的拉出方向侧,
    其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增 大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第一安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙;
    其中,所述安全带在一个端部处固定到所述安全带卷收装置的卷轴。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的安全带组件,其中,所述第一安全带引导部在第一通孔中形成弧形轮廓,以使得所述第一通孔的内径增大。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的安全带组件,其中,在所述第一安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的安全带组件,其中,所述第一侧板包括第二安全带引导部,其设置在所述第一通孔的接近所述背板一侧,并且
    其中,在所述第二安全带引导部处,所述第一通孔的内径增大,以使得当所述卷轴安装在所述框架中时,所述第一通孔的内边缘在所述第二安全带引导部处与所述卷轴之间沿径向方向具有间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的安全带组件,其中,在所述安全带的卷绕方向侧并且在所述第一安全带引导部和所述第二安全带引导部之间,所述第一通孔的内边缘在朝向所述容纳空间一侧具有倒角。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的安全带组件,其中,所述安全带卷收装置还包括:
    管,其中气体发生器和多个质量体设置在所述管中;和
    壳体,用于将所述管固定到所述框架。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的安全带组件,其中,所述壳体用于将所述管固定到所述框架的第一侧板。
