As shown in FIG. 1, the slide fastener 1 has a pair of left and right fastener stringers 2 and at least one slider 5 for opening and closing the pair of left and right fastener stringers 2. Each fastener stringer 2 includes a fastener tape 3 and a row of fastener elements 4. The row of fastener elements 4 includes a plurality of fastener elements 4 provided along the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3 with a gap 49 therebetween. The fastener element 4 is a resin fastener element. It should be noted that a different type than the slide fastener 1 shown in FIG. 1, for example the form of a hidden slide fastener, is also envisaged.
▽The forward movement of the slider 5 closes the pair of fastener stringers 2, and the backward movement of the slider 5 opens the pair of fastener stringers 2. In the present specification, particularly with respect to the slide fastener 1, the front-back direction is understood according to the moving direction of the slider 5. The left-right direction is understood in the light of a pair of fastener stringers 2 opened and closed by a slider 5. The up-down direction is orthogonal to the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. It should be noted that these directions are redefinable in light of the rest of this specification.
The fastener tape 3 is typically a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or a mixture thereof, and has flexibility. Each of the fastener tapes 3 has a tape main body portion 31 and side edge portions 32 that extend in the front-rear direction. A core string is provided on the side edge portion 32 to enhance the attachment strength of the fastener element 4 to the fastener tape 3.
The fastener element 4 has a side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3, a base portion 41 that is attached to a core cord, a neck portion 42 connected to the base portion 41, and a head portion 43 connected to the base portion 41 via the neck portion 42. The neck portion 42 and the head portion 43 are provided outside the fastener tape 3. The fastener element 4 optionally has a protrusion 44 provided so as to sandwich the neck portion 42. A groove 45 for avoiding interference with the protrusion 44 of the fastener element 4 as a mating partner is provided on the front end surface of the head portion 43 (see FIG. 5). Note that the fastener element can take various shapes other than the present disclosure. In some cases, the head 43 of the fastener element 4 is not provided with the groove 45. The fastener element 4 is manufactured by an insert molding method in which molten resin is supplied to the cavity of the mold device with the fastener tape 3 arranged in the cavity of the mold device of the injection molding machine. A mode in which the fastener element 4 is attached to the fastener tape 3 by another method, for example, caulking is also envisioned. It should be noted that it is easily envisioned that the fastener element 4 may have a different shape than that shown in FIGS.
The slider 5 is appropriately configured according to the type of slide fastener 1. The slider 5 typically has an upper wing plate, a lower wing plate, and a connecting post that connects the upper wing plate and the lower wing plate. It has one rear opening on the side. A Y-shaped element passage is provided in the slider 5. When the slider 5 moves backward, the left and right fastener elements 4 in the coupled state enter the slider 5 through the rear opening of the slider 5 and are separated by the connecting column in the slider 5. After that, the left and right fastener elements 4 individually come out of the slider 5 through the left and right front openings of the slider 5.
The slide fastener 1 according to one aspect of the present disclosure has a stopper attached to the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3 at a position adjacent to the row of the fastener elements 4. The stopper is provided to prevent the slider 5 from moving forward or backward. The stopper is made of the same material as the fastener element 4 (for example, thermoplastic resin) and has the same color as the fastener element 4. When the plurality of fastener elements 4 included in one fastener stringer 2 have the fastener element 4 of the first color and the fastener element 4 of the second color, the color of the fastener is the first color or the second color, Alternatively, the color may be a mixture of the first color and the second color. The stop is typically one rear stop 6, or one or two front stops 7, or a combination thereof. Additionally or alternatively, configurations are also envisaged in which the back stops are formed in the same manner as the two front stops 7 shown. Additionally or alternatively, it is also envisioned that the front stop is formed in the same manner as the one rear stop 6 shown. The rear stopper 6 is attached to the side edge portions 32 of the left and right fastener tapes 3 at a position adjacent to the rear ends of the rows of the joined left and right fastener elements 4. The left front stop 7 is attached to the side edge 32 of the left fastener tape 3 at a position adjacent to the front end of the row of left fastener elements 4. The same explanations apply to the right front stop 7 as for the left front stop 7 by replacing the left side with the right side.
The rear stop 6 may have a front part that can enter into the slider 5. The front side portion of the rear stopper 6 collides with the connecting column of the slider 5, which prevents the slider 5 from moving backward. The back stop 6 may have a portion that cannot enter the slider 5. In some cases including FIG. 20, the front portion of the rear stopper 6 is provided with a hump 69 protruding in the left-right direction to prevent the front portion of the rear stopper 6 from entering the slider 5. When the slider 5 collides with the bump 69 of the rear stopper 6, the backward movement of the slider 5 is blocked.
The entire front stop 7 may be able to enter the slider 5. The left and right front stoppers 7 collide between the connecting column in the slider 5 and the rear opening, and the forward movement of the slider 5 is blocked. The front stop 7 may have a portion that cannot enter the slider 5. In some cases including FIG. 21, the front portion of the front stopper 7 is provided with a hump 79 protruding in the left-right direction to prevent the front portion of the front stopper 7 from entering the slider 5. When the slider 5 collides with the bump 79 of the front stopper 7, the forward movement of the slider 5 is blocked.
Unlike the fastener element 4, the fasteners such as the rear stopper 6 and the front stopper 7 are not formed by newly supplying the molten resin into the cavity of the mold device, as will be understood from the description below. The stopper is formed by reshaping the fastener element 4. The material of the stop is initially shaped into the shape of the fastener element 4 and then into the shape of the stop. At first glance, this seems redundant to the complexity of manufacturing the stop. However, the inventor of the present application reduces the burden of determining and managing the color of the fastener in relation to the color of the fastener element 4 by forming the fastener based on the remolding of the fastener element 4. Was newly found.
In this embodiment, since the fastener is formed of the fastener element 4, it can be made of the same material as the fastener element 4 (for example, thermoplastic resin) and have the same color as the fastener element 4. Therefore, the trouble of preparing a material (for example, a thermoplastic resin) of the same color as the fastener element 4 (for example, red, blue, green) for forming the stopper is avoided or reduced. For example, on the one hand, the red resin is prepared for forming the fastener of the same color as the red fastener element, and on the other hand, the trouble of preparing the blue resin for forming the fastener of the same color as the blue fastener element. Are avoided or reduced. When molding different colored stoppers using the same stopper injection molding machine, additional work generally occurs in the injection molding machine due to the change in the color of the stopper (previously in the flow path of the injection molding machine. Rinse the resin material). If the stop is shaped on the basis of the reshaping of the fastener element 4, such effort with respect to forming the stop is avoided or reduced.

The fact that the fastener is formed by remolding the fastener element 4 is represented by any of the following conditions.
(Condition 1)
The stoppers 6, 7 have at least one thin portion 61, 71 having a thickness smaller than the thickness of the fastener element 4 and/or at least one through hole 68 penetrating the stoppers 6, 7 in the vertical direction. The thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 are configured such that the fasteners 6, 7 are obtained by reshaping one or more fastener elements 4. Additionally or alternatively, the thinned portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 allow the two or more fastener elements 4 to be reciprocally shaped when the two or more fastener elements 4 are reshaped into the same shape as the fasteners 6, 7. Configured to allow merging.
(Condition 2)
The fasteners 6 and 7 have a mass according to the mass of one fastener element 4 or the total mass of two or more fastener elements 4. Weight may be referred to as an alternative to mass. The stoppers 6, 7 have at least one thin portion 61, 71 having a thickness smaller than that of the fastener element 4 and/or at least one through hole 68 penetrating the stoppers 6, 7 in the vertical direction.
(Condition 3)
The stoppers 6, 7 have at least one thin portion 61, 71 having a thickness smaller than that of the fastener element 4 and/or at least one through hole 68 penetrating the stoppers 6, 7 in the vertical direction. The area occupied by the thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 on the upper surface or the lower surface of the stoppers 6, 7 is 1/4 or more of the total area of the upper surface or the lower surface of the stoppers 6, 7.
Regarding Condition 1, in some cases including the illustrated example, the back stop 6 may be formed by re-molding the plurality of left and right fastener elements 4 that are joined (see FIG. 10 ). The front stop 7 can be formed by re-molding a plurality of fastener elements 4 adjacent to each other at the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3 (see FIG. 11 ). The front stop 7 can be formed by re-molding one fastener element 4 at the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3 (see FIG. 22).
In FIGS. 10 and 11, the fastener element 4 (or a part thereof), which is the source of the material for the fastener, is indicated by a dotted line. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in order to fill the gap 49 between the fastener elements 4 that are adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction, the rear stopper 6 and the front stopper 7 have at least a thickness smaller than the thickness of the fastener element 4. It has at least one through hole 68 (see, for example, FIGS. 16 to 19) that vertically penetrates one thin portion 61, 71 (see, for example, FIGS. 2 to 11) and/or the stoppers 6, 7. A predetermined amount of material that is pushed out of the original shape of the fastener element 4 is secured, the gap 49 between the fastener elements 4 is filled, and the fastener element 4 is integrated into one stopper.
The thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 provided in the stopper are configured so that the stoppers 6, 7 can be obtained by re-shaping one or more fastener elements 4. When two or more fastener elements 4 are reshaped to the same shape as the stops 6,7, the thinned portions 61,71 and/or the through holes 68 allow the two or more fastener elements 4 to be joined together. Is configured as follows. Of course, the remolding described herein does not require the addition of thermoplastics. The space occupied by the thin portions 61, 71 in the stopper correlates with the amount of deformation of the fastener element 4. Similarly, the space occupied by the through hole 68 in the stopper correlates with the deformation amount of the fastener element 4. The space occupied by the thin portions 61, 71 and/or the space occupied by the through holes 68 may vary depending on the original shape of the fastener element 4 and the shape of the target fastener, but one or more fasteners. To the extent that the element 4 can be reshaped to the same shape as the stops 6, 7 (resulting in the movement of the slider 5 being blocked) or to allow more than one fastener element 4 to be joined together. belongs to.
Under the condition 1, assuming that a plurality of fastener elements 4 included in the same slide fastener 1 are re-molded into the same shape as the stopper, the thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 of the stopper are configured. Or, the degree of occupied space (spatial spread) is evaluated. Incidentally, accidental bubbles (voids) in the material of the stopper may exist in the space occupied by the thin portions 61, 71. The through-hole 68 is a space without a material except the material of the stopper.
Condition 2 is a consequence of the fasteners being formed by the reshaping of one or more fastener elements 4 such that the fasteners 6, 7 have a mass of one fastener element 4 or two or more fastener elements 4. It has a mass according to the total mass of. Needless to say, this condition is an alternative or additional condition to Condition 1. For example, in the case shown in FIG. 10, the backstop 6 has a mass according to the total mass of the four fastener elements 4 in total. In the case shown in FIG. 11, the front stopper 7 has a mass according to the total mass of the two fastener elements 4 in total. That the mass of the fastener conforms to the total mass of the fastener element 4 means that the mass of the fastener is within ±5% (or ±2%) of the total mass of the fastener element 4. The mass of the cube-shaped solid obtained by selectively melting the stopper can be used as the mass of the stopper. Similarly, for the total mass of the fastener elements 4, the mass of cubic solids obtained by selectively melting the fastener elements 4 can be used. It should be noted that the condition 2 specifies that the stoppers 6, 7 have at least one thin portion 61, 71 and/or at least one through hole 68, similarly to the condition 1.
Condition 3 is that the area occupied by the thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 on the upper surface or lower surface of the stoppers 6, 7 is 1/4 or more of the total area of the upper surface or lower surface of the stoppers 6, 7. Specify. Needless to say, this condition is an alternative or additional condition to condition 1, or an alternative or additional condition to condition 2. An increase in the occupied area of the thin portions 61, 71 and/or the through holes 68 in the entire area of the upper surface or the lower surface of the stoppers 6, 7 means an increase in the amount of material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4. .. The condition 3 specifies that the stoppers 6, 7 have at least one thin portion 61, 71 and/or at least one through hole 68, as in the conditions 1, 2.
Below, we will specify more concretely the various features related to fasteners. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the rear stopper 6 includes a thin portion 61, upper and lower concave portions 62 formed corresponding to the thin portion 61, a thick portion 63 thicker than the thin portion 61, and left and right fasteners. It has left and right tape holding portions 64 that individually hold the tape 3, left and right core cord holding portions 65 that individually hold the left and right core cords, and an element resemblance portion 67 having a shape partially similar to the fastener element 4. The space occupied by the thin portion 61 in the rear stopper 6 is filled with the material of the fastener element 4 between the fastener elements 4 when the rear stopper 6 is formed by remolding the plurality of fastener elements 4. Is sufficient to integrate into one backstop 6. The occupied area of the thin portion 61 on the upper surface or the lower surface of the rear stopper 6 is 1/4 or more of the total area of the upper surface or the lower surface of the rear stopper 6.
The thin portion 61 has a flat plate portion 61m having a constant (vertical direction) TH61, and a taper portion 61n whose thickness TH61 (upward and downward direction) increases with increasing distance from the flat plate portion 61m. A form in which a vertical surface is provided instead of the tapered portion 61n is also envisioned. The tapered portion 61n has an advantage of avoiding the exposure of the core string. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the thickness TH61 of the thin portion 61 (the flat plate portion 61m and the taper portion 61n) is smaller than the thickness TH4 of the fastener element 4. The thickness TH4 of the fastener element 4 is the maximum thickness of the base portion 41 or the head portion 43 of the fastener element 4. In some cases, the minimum thickness TH61, TH71 of the thin portions 61, 71 is 4/5 or less, 3/4 or less, or 1/2 or less, or 1/3 or less of the thickness TH4 of the fastener element 4.
If the backstop 6 has an upper recess 62 and a lower recess 62, the amount of material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4 when the backstop 6 is formed based on the reshaping of a plurality of fastener elements 4. Are equalized between the upper and lower parts of the fastener element 4. In some cases, the depth D62 of the upper recess 62 is equal to the depth D62 of the lower recess 62, further promoting equalization of the amount of material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4. Although not necessarily limited to this, the recessed portion 62 is provided in such a manner that the core cord is not exposed. By avoiding the exposure of the core cord, more sufficient attachment strength of the stopper to the core cord is secured.
The recess 62 has a bottom surface 62a and a side surface 62b. When the side surface 62b is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the bottom surface 62a, when the plurality of fastener elements 4 are remolded into the rear stopper 6, it is promoted that the deformation amount of the fastener element 4 gradually increases with the passage of time. To be done.
When the rear stop 6 has the thick portion 63, when the rear stop 6 is formed based on the reshaping of the plurality of fastener elements 4, the material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4 is the cavity of the mold device. It is suppressed that it goes out of the tee. Although not necessarily limited to this, the thick portion 63 is provided so as to surround the thin portion 61. In some cases, the thickened portion 63 includes or constitutes the outer peripheral wall of the back stop 6. The outer peripheral wall extends continuously without interruption at the outer periphery of the rear stopper. Additionally or alternatively, the thick portion 63 constitutes an outer peripheral wall extending along a part or the whole of the outer periphery of the thin portion 61. The outer peripheral wall bulges upward from the upper surface of the thin portion 61 and/or bulges downward from the lower surface of the thin portion 61. A form in which the thick portion 63 is not formed is also easily assumed. For example, the rear stopper 6 is a flat plate portion having a constant thickness. In this case, the back stop 6 is assumed to have a portion that cannot enter the slider 5. In addition, the smooth surface 600 in which the fastener tape 3 is locally smoothed may be formed along at least a part of the outer periphery of the rear stopper 6 (see FIG. 1 ). Such a minute smooth surface 600 is not conspicuous and does not cause any particular obstacle in using the slide fastener 1.
The rear stopper 6 according to the present disclosure has an element similar part 67. This is a consequence of the back stop 6 being formed by reshaping the fastener element 4. The element similar part 67 is a part similar to a part of the fastener element 4. Therefore, depending on the shape of the backstop 6, the element-similar portion 67 is attached to the base portion 41 (or part thereof), the neck portion 42 (or part thereof), the head portion 43 (or part thereof) of the fastener element 4. Can be similar. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rear stopper 6 is an element-similar portion similar to the front portion when the fastener element 4 is divided into a front portion and a rear portion in the front-rear direction that coincides with the moving direction of the slider 5. Have 67. In other words, the back stop 6 includes the front half of the base 41, the front half of the neck 42 and the front half of the head 43 of the fastener element 4. When the fastener element 4 has the protrusion 44 and the groove 45, the element similar portion 67 has the front protrusion 44 and the groove 45. It is also assumed that the protrusion 44 and the groove 45 may be deformed in the process of remolding the fastener element 4, or that the protrusion 44 and the groove 45 may be partially or wholly lost.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the front stopper 7 includes a thin portion 71, upper and lower recesses 72 formed corresponding to the thin portion 71, a thick portion 73 extending along the outer periphery of the thin portion 71, It has a tape holding portion 74 for holding the fastener tape 3, a core cord holding portion 75 for holding the core cord, and an element-similar portion 77 having a shape partially similar to the fastener element 4. The space occupied by the thin portion 71 in the front stopper 7 is filled with the material of the fastener element 4 between the fastener elements 4 when the front stopper 7 is formed by reshaping the plurality of fastener elements 4. Is sufficient to be integrated into one front stop 7. The occupied area of the thin portion 71 on the upper surface or the lower surface of the front stopper 7 is 1/4 or more of the total area of the upper surface or the lower surface of the front stopper 7.
The thin portion 71 has a flat plate portion with a constant thickness TH71 (in the vertical direction). The thickness TH71 of the thin portion 71 (flat plate portion) is smaller than the thickness TH4 of the fastener element 4. In some cases, the minimum thickness TH71 of the thin portion 71 is 3/4 or less, or 1/2 or less, or 1/3 or less of the thickness TH4 of the fastener element 4.
If the front stop 7 has an upper recess 72 and a lower recess 72, the amount of material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4 when the front stop 7 is formed based on the reshaping of a plurality of fastener elements 4. Are equalized between the upper and lower parts of the fastener element 4. In some cases, the depth D72 of the upper recess 72 is equal to the depth D72 of the lower recess 72, further promoting equalization of the amount of material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4. Although not necessarily limited to this, the recess 72 is provided in a manner that the core cord is not exposed. By avoiding the exposure of the core cord, more sufficient attachment strength of the stopper to the core cord is secured.
The recess 72 has a bottom surface 72a and a side surface 72b. When the side surface 72b is a surface perpendicular to the bottom surface 72a, it is facilitated that a larger deformation amount of the fastener element 4 is obtained when the plurality of fastener elements 4 are remolded into the front stopper 7. It is also envisioned that the side surface 72b is a tapered surface or includes a plurality of continuous step surfaces.
When the front stopper 7 has the thick portion 73, when the front stopper 7 is formed based on the reshaping of the plurality of fastener elements 4, the material extruded out of the original shape of the fastener element 4 is the cavity of the mold device. It is suppressed that it goes out of the tee. Although not necessarily limited to this, the thick portion 73 is provided so as to surround the thin portion 71. In some cases, the thickened portion 73 includes or constitutes the outer peripheral wall of the front stop 7. The outer peripheral wall extends continuously on the outer periphery of the front stopper without interruption. Additionally or alternatively, the thick portion 73 constitutes an outer peripheral wall extending along a part or the whole of the outer periphery of the thin portion 71. The outer peripheral wall bulges upward from the upper surface of the thin portion 71 and/or bulges downward from the lower surface of the thin portion 71. A form in which the thick portion 73 is not formed is also easily assumed. For example, the front stopper 7 is a flat plate portion having a constant thickness. In this case, the front stop 7 is assumed to have a portion that cannot enter the slider 5. The fastener tape 3 may be locally melted along at least a part of the outer periphery of the front stopper 7 to form a smoothed surface. Such a minute smooth surface is not conspicuous and does not cause any particular obstacle in using the slide fastener 1.
The front stopper 7 according to the present disclosure has an element similar portion 77. This is a consequence of the front stop 7 being formed by reshaping the fastener element 4. The element similar part 77 is a part similar to a part of the fastener element 4. Therefore, depending on the shape of the front stopper 7, the element-similar portion 77 is attached to the base portion 41 (or part thereof), the neck portion 42 (or part thereof), the head portion 43 (or part thereof) of the fastener element 4. Can be similar. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the front stopper 7 has (two) element similar portions 77 that are similar to the head portion 43 of the fastener element 4. When the fastener element 4 has the groove 45, the element analogy portion 67 may include the groove 45 or at least a part thereof. It is assumed that the groove 45 is deformed during the reshaping process of the fastener element 4, or the groove 45 disappears partially or entirely.
The following will describe the method of manufacturing the stoppers 6 and 7 for the slide fastener 1. The fastener chain 8 shown in FIG. 12 is prepared. The fastener chain 8 has a region 81 from which the left and right fastener elements 4 are removed, that is, a so-called spacer portion. This secures a space for disposing the die device 9 (see FIGS. 13 and 14) of the stopper, particularly the upper die 92 and the lower die 91 (see FIG. 15). The mold device 9 remolds two or more adjacent fastener elements 4 in at least one fastener stringer 2 provided with a plurality of fastener elements 4 with a gap 49 along the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3. The upper mold 92 and the lower mold 91 provided with the cavities 923 and 913 are provided. The front stopper 7 shown in the figure is smaller than the rear stopper 6 shown in the figure, and it is not always necessary to form a spacer portion on the fastener chain 8.
Next, two or more fastener elements 4 adjacent to each other in at least one fastener stringer 2 provided with a plurality of fastener elements 4 with a gap 49 along the side edge portion 32 of the fastener tape 3 are attached to the upper die 92 and the lower die. It is supplied during 91 (see FIGS. 13 to 15). Next, the space between the upper mold 92 and the lower mold 91 is reduced, and the upper mold 92 and the lower mold 91 contact the fastener element 4. The two or more fastener elements 4 supplied between the upper mold 92 and the lower mold 91 are softened or melted by the heat transferred from the upper mold 92 and/or the lower mold 91. Next, the softened or molten material in the cavities 913 and 923 is cooled to obtain the stoppers 6 and 7 having a shape corresponding to the cavities 923 and 913. The fastener element 4 is reshaped into the shape of a stopper by the cavities 923 and 913 of the upper mold 92 and the lower mold 91.
In some cases, the resistance heating coil is wound around the upper die 92, and the resistance heating coil is wound around the lower die 91. Joule heat generated by energization of the coil is transmitted to the upper die 92 and the lower die 91, and is transmitted to the fastener element 4 that is in contact with the cavity surface. The material of the fastener element 4 is softened or melted by the transferred heat and fills the spaces of the cavities 923 and 913. A configuration is envisaged in which a partial softening of the fastener element 4 is sufficient. That is, in the fastener element 4, it may not be necessary to soften the material located near the core string of the fastener tape 3. A heat source other than the resistance heating coil can also be used.
In some cases, the upper mold 92 is provided with the refrigerant flow passage 925, and the lower mold 91 is provided with the refrigerant flow passage 915. Although not necessarily limited to this, the coolant channels 915, 925 have coolant discharge ports 915a, 925a on the outer circumference of the mold tip portions 912, 922 provided with the cavities 913, 923. The coolant is supplied from the coolant channels 915, 925 to the spaces near the cavities 913, 923, and the cavities 913, 923 and the molten material in the cavities 913, 923 are selectively cooled.
The cavities 923, 913 form at least one thin portion 61, 71 and/or at least one through hole 68 in the fastener element 4 to fill the gap 49 between the two or more fastener elements 4 with a softening or melting material. Is shaped like. At least one thin portion 61, 71 and/or at least one through hole 68 is formed in the fastener element 4, and the fastener elements 4 are joined together to form one stopper. The cavities 913 and 923 have convex portions 914 and 924 for forming the thin portions 61 and 71 or the through holes 68 in the fastener element 4 as schematically shown in FIG. The protrusions 914 and 924 are provided on the bottom surfaces of the cavities 913 and 923.
16 and 17 show a form in which the rear stopper 6 has a through hole 68 and a thin portion 61 provided on the outer periphery of the through hole 68. The through hole 68 has a first opening end 68a and a second opening end 68b opposite to the first opening end 68a. The cross-sectional area of the through hole 68 is defined by the side surface 68c extending between the first opening end 68a and the second opening end 68b. The diameter of the through hole 68 is reduced from the first opening end 68a toward the second opening end 68b. The form in which the through hole is formed in the front stopper 7 is similarly understood.
18 and 19 show a form in which the rear stopper 6 has only the through hole 68 and does not have the thin portion 61. The through hole 68 has a constant cross-sectional area between the first opening end 68a and the second opening end 68b. The form in which only the through hole is formed in the front stopper 7 is similarly understood.
In the case shown in FIG. 20, the rear stopper 6 is prevented from entering the slider 5 by the hump 69 of the rear stopper 6. In the case shown in FIG. 21, the bumps 79 of the front stop 7 prevent the entire front stop 7 from entering the slider 5. The positions and sizes of the humps 69 and 79 are various. For example, it is envisioned that the bumps 69, 79 are formed on the top or bottom surface of the stop body rather than on the side surface.
In the case shown in FIG. 22, the front stopper 7 has an outer peripheral contour that expands outward in a plane orthogonal to the vertical direction of the fastener element 4 depending on the thin portion 71, as compared with the fastener element 4 (not shown).
In the rear stopper 6 shown in FIG. 23, as understood from the additional reference in FIG. 10, the thin portion 61 is provided at a position corresponding to the original fastener element 4 (center of the front-back width of the fastener element 4). Advantageously, the thin portion 61 is formed at a position corresponding to the base 41 of the original fastener element 4. Each thin portion 61 is surrounded by a thick portion 63. The thick portion 63 includes the outer peripheral wall of the rear stopper 6. In some cases including the illustrated example, the plurality of thin portions 61 are arranged in a zigzag shape. Through holes may be formed in addition to or instead of the thin portion 61.
In the rear stopper 6 shown in FIG. 24, as in FIG. 23, the thin portion 61 is provided at a position corresponding to the original fastener element 4 (center of the front-back width of the fastener element 4). Each thin portion 61 is surrounded by a thick portion 63. The thick portion 63 includes the outer peripheral wall of the rear stopper 6. Additionally or alternatively, each thin wall portion 61 is surrounded by a thick wall portion 63 (or simply a wall portion) extending along the outer circumference of each thin wall portion 61. Between the thin wall portions 61 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction, a thick wall portion 63 (or simply a wall portion) common to the thin wall portions 61 and extending in the left-right direction is provided. In some cases including the illustrated example, the plurality of thin portions 61 are arranged in parallel. The rearmost thin portion 61 has a width smaller than the width of one or more front thin portions 61 in the left-right direction. Through holes may be formed in addition to or instead of the thin portion 61.
In the case of the rear stopper 6 shown in FIG. 25, it is obtained by reshaping a plurality of fastener elements 4 so as to have the thin portion 61 and the hump 69. A mode in which a through hole is provided in the thin portion 61 is also envisioned. The thin portion 61 of the rear stopper 6 collides with the left and right flange portions of the slider 5 and the like, and cannot enter the slider 5.
In the front stopper 7 shown in FIG. 26, as understood from the additional reference in FIG. 11, the thin portion 71 is provided at a position corresponding to the original fastener element 4 (center of the front-back width of the fastener element 4).
