根据本公开的一些实施例,提供了一种设备的升级方法,该设备的升级方法中的设备可以是空调、洗衣机、冰箱、电视、抽油烟机等家用电器,还可以是无人机等设备。该设备的升级方法可以针对已经上报故障的一个设备进行定制升级,也可以针对多个设备进行定制升级。
一些实施例中,以终端为安装在移动终端的程序、设备是空调为例进行说明。一些实施例的服务器可以是云端存储设备。如图1所示为本公开设备的升级方法的一些实施例的流程图。该设备的升级方法可以包括:
S101,终端接收服务器发送的开启标志位,该开启标志位用于使终端在检测到设备处于待升级状态时,显示升级标志,终端与设备相匹配。
在空调出现故障或者其他需要升级的问题时,可以通过终端发送故障信息或者问题至售后报修系统,也可以通过电话或者售后维修人员将故障信息或者问题上报到售后报修系统。终端在上报故障时,同时上报根据空调唯一编号生成的MAC地址或编码等参数。
在一些实施例中,在终端接收服务器发送的开启标志位之前,该方法还包括:终端接收设备发送的故障信息和身份信息;终端将故障信息和身份信息发送给服务器,以便服务器根据故障信息和身份信息,生成针对设备的至少一个升级程序。
在一些实施例中,服务器根据设备的身份信息确定终端,向终端发送开启标志位时,对每个升级程序的固件编码与设备的身份信息进行匹配。
服务器定制空调专属的至少一个升级程序,该升级程序包括内机主控升级程序、 外机主控升级程序、内机参数升级程序和外机参数升级程序中的一种或多种。服务器将该至少一个升级程序上传到数据储存云端或服务器数据存储部位。服务器向空调下发至少一个升级程序之前,会对每个升级程序的固件编码与相应的空调机型进行匹配,确保每个升级程序对应该机型,避免出现升级错误。
服务器生成至少一个升级程序之后,服务器根据空调基本信息如MAC地址,锁定需要升级的空调,并发送“在线升级”开启标志位。在空调处于不需要升级的状态时,终端不显示“在线升级”的标志,避免由于“在线升级”界面一直显示,导致用户操作但空调不能升级的问题。“在线升级”为升级标志。
在空调需要升级时,服务器根据空调基本信息如MAC地址锁定需要升级的空调,并向与该空调关联的终端发送“在线升级”开启标志位,以便在满足升级条件时,在终端显示“在线升级”的标志。在空调升级完成前,服务器一直发送“在线升级”开启标志位。
S102,终端在检测到设备处于待升级状态时,显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志。
终端在同时满足接收到“在线升级”开启标志位,并且确定设备处于待升级状态时,才能调出“在线升级”界面。即,在显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志之前,该方法还包括:在设备上待升级状态按键被触发,或者设备的遥控器上待升级状态按键被触发时,确定设备处于待升级状态。
也就是说,在终端已经接收到“在线升级”开启标志位,并且设备或者设备遥控器上的待升级状态按键被触发时,该设备处于待升级状态,终端中的“在线升级”界面从隐藏状态变为显示状态,设备可以进行升级。
S103,在检测到通过显示的升级标志触发的升级指令后,终端指示服务器对设备进行升级,其中,升级采用的目标升级程序与设备相匹配。
用户点击“在线升级”后,终端向服务器发送升级指令,服务器向空调发送目标升级程序,以对空调进行升级。
本实施例在服务器生成定制的至少一个升级程序后,向终端发送开启标志位,以便在终端上显示该标志位。在达到升级条件后,服务器向空调发送目标升级程序以对空调进行升级,从而实现了对问题空调的定制升级,以解决相关技术中对设备进行统一升级,造成升级操作冗余的问题,达到有针对性的定制升级操作的效果。
在一些实施例中,在检测到通过显示的升级标志触发的升级指令后,终端检测服务器提供的至少一个升级程序的固件编码是否与设备的身份信息相匹配;若存在至少 一个升级程序的固件编码与设备的身份信息相匹配,则终端在显示升级标志时,显示与设备相匹配的至少一个升级程序;终端接收利用目标升级程序进行升级的升级指令,目标升级程序为相匹配的至少一个升级程序中的至少之一;终端根据升级指令,指示服务器采用目标升级程序对设备进行升级。在终端检测服务器提供的升级程序的固件编码是否与设备的身份信息相匹配之后,该方法还包括:若不存在至少一个升级程序的固件编码与设备的身份信息相匹配,则终端将升级标志隐藏。
服务器生成的升级程序为一个或者多个,用户选择“在线升级”选项后,终端根据服务器中的多组在线升级程序的固件编码与空调进行匹配,当固件编码与空调条码或MAC地址一致、机型一致、版本号/日期等一致时,在“在线升级”下拉菜单中才能显示并选择对应可升级软件,可升级软件开始升级;当匹配失败时,可升级软件退出在线升级,提示升级失败,并隐藏在线升级界面,即隐藏“在线升级”的标志位。当可升级软件升级成功后,提示升级成功,空调器复位,隐藏在线升级界面。
以下结合图2和图3对一些实施例的具体流程进行说明。
在一个实施例中,S201-S202、用户将对空调的投诉请求或空调运行故障,反馈给客服等售后人员,或者直接反馈到售后报修系统。
S203、技术分析系统收集空调基本信息如MAC地址等。用户在上报过程中,需要反馈空调运行的投诉问题及运行表现,同时反馈空调编码、MAC地址等空调基本信息;或者售后人员上门进行相关信息收集。其中,技术分析系统位于服务器。
S204、问题反馈到技术分析系统。
S205、技术分析系统根据该用户的具体问题及需求,定制待升级空调专属的升级软件程序,并将升级软件程序上传到数据储存云端或服务器数据存储部位。
S206、技术分析系统根据用户基本信息如MAC地址锁定待升级空调,并发送“在线升级”开启标志位(升级完成前一直发送)。
S207-S208、当操作遥控器组合键时,升级软件APP等渠道中的“在线升级”界面从隐藏状态变为显示状态。APP在接收到“在线升级”开启标志位,并且遥控器组合键被按下时,才能调出“在线升级”界面。
S209、用户选择“在线升级”选项后,空调进入在线升级状态。
S210-S212、APP根据技术分析系统中的多组在线升级程序的固件编码与待升级空调进行匹配,当固件编码与空调条码或MAC地址一致、机型一致、版本号/日期等一致时,在“在线升级”下拉菜单中才能显示并选择对应可升级软件,可升级软件开 始升级;当匹配失败时,可升级软件退出在线升级,提示升级失败,并隐藏在线升级界。
S213、当可升级软件升级成功后,提示升级成功,空调器复位,隐藏在线升级界面。
在本实施例中,升级程序只下发到需要升级的空调对应的终端设备上,需要控制空调升级的终端将“在线升级”标识由隐藏状态变为显示状态,在用户选择“在线升级”选项,并且遥控器上控制升级程序的组合键被按下后,对空调的程序进行在线升级,从而实现了对问题空调进行定制升级,避免对无需升级的空调进行升级提示,造成用户困扰,使得用户体验感降低,还能避免空调升级后,用户由感觉舒适变为感觉不舒适的问题,解决了相关技术中,对设备进行统一升级造成升级操作冗余的问题,达到有针对性的定制升级操作的效果。
在另一些实施例中,S301-S302、用户将对空调的投诉请求或空调运行故障反馈给客服等售后人员,或者直接反馈到售后报修系统。
S303、用户在投诉过程中,需要反馈空调运行的投诉问题及运行表现,同时反馈空调编码、MAC地址等空调基本信息;或者售后人员上门进行相关信息收集。
S304、问题反馈到技术分析系统。
S305、技术分析系统根据该用户的具体问题及需求,定制待升级空调专属的升级软件程序,并将升级软件程序上传到数据储存云端或服务器数据存储部位。
S306、技术分析系统根据用户基本信息如MAC地址锁定待升级空调,并发送“在线升级”开启标志位,同时将对应专属的多个升级软件程序的固件编码与该空调的机型进行匹配,确保每个升级软件程序对应该机型,避免出现升级错误。
S307-S309、当操作遥控器组合键时,升级软件APP等渠道中的“在线升级”界面从隐藏状态调出,用户才可以进行“在线升级”选择。
S310、用户选择“在线升级”选项后,空调进入在线升级状态,APP根据技术分析系统中的多组在线升级程序的固件编码与待升级空调进行匹配,当固件编码与空调条码或MAC地址匹配一致、机型一致、版本号/日期等一致时,在“在线升级”下拉菜单中才能显示并选择对应可升级软件,可升级软件开始升级;当匹配失败时,可升级软件退出在线升级,提示升级失败,并隐藏在线升级界面。
S311、当可升级软件升级成功后,提示升级成功,空调器复位,隐藏在线升级界面。
在本实施例中,升级程序只下发到需要升级的空调对应的终端设备上,且在下发之前进行空调MAC地址与升级程序的匹配,避免升级错误或者下发给无需升级的空调关联的终端。在终端接收到升级标志位后,控制空调升级的终端将“在线升级”标识由隐藏状态变为显示状态,在用户选择“在线升级”选项,并且遥控器上控制升级程序的组合键被按下后,对空调的程序进行在线升级,从而实现了对问题空调进行定制升级,避免对无需升级的空调进行升级提示,造成用户困扰,使用户体验感降低,还能避免空调升级后,用户由感觉舒适变为感觉不舒适的问题,解决了相关技术中,对设备进行统一升级造成升级操作冗余的问题,达到有针对性的定制升级操作的效果。
根据本公开的另一些实施例,还提供了与设备的升级方法相对应的设备的升级装置。参见图4所示,该设备的升级装置可以表现为终端,或者表现为安装在终端中的应用,该装置可以包括:
接收单元41被配置为接收服务器发送的开启标志位,该开启标志位用于使终端在检测到设备处于待升级状态时,显示升级标志,终端与设备相匹配。
显示单元42被配置为在检测到设备处于待升级状态时,显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志。
指示单元43被配置为在检测到通过显示的升级标志触发的升级指令后,指示服务器对设备进行升级,其中,升级采用的目标升级程序与设备相匹配。
在一些实施例中,指示单元43包括:检测模块、显示模块、接收模块和升级模块。检测模块被配置为在检测到通过显示的升级标志触发的升级指令后,检测服务器提供的至少一个升级程序的固件编码是否与设备的身份信息相匹配;显示模块被配置为若固件编码与设备的身份信息相匹配,在显示升级标志时,显示与设备相匹配的至少一个升级程序;接收模块被配置为接收利用目标升级程序进行升级的升级指令,目标升级程序为相匹配的至少一个升级程序中的至少之一;升级模块被配置为根据升级指令指示服务器采用目标升级程序对设备进行升级。
在一些实施例中,指示单元还包括:隐藏模块,被配置为在终端检测到不存在服务器提供的至少一个升级程序的固件编码与设备的身份信息相匹配,则将升级标志隐藏。
在一些实施例中,升级装置还包括:信息单元,被配置为在接收服务器发送的开启标志位之前,接收设备发送的故障信息和身份信息;发送单元,被配置为将故障信 息和身份信息发送给服务器,以便服务器根据故障信息和身份信息,生成针对设备的至少一个升级程序。
在一些实施例中,升级装置还包括:确认单元,被配置为在显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志之前,在设备上待升级状态按键被触发、或者设备的遥控器上待升级状态按键被触发时,确定设备处于待升级状态。
由于本实施例的升级装置所实现的处理及功能基本相应于前述图1至图3所示的方法的实施例、原理和实例,故本实施例的描述中未详尽之处,可以参见前述实施例中的相关说明,在此不做赘述。
根据本公开的实施例,还提供了对应于设备的升级方法的一种设备的升级装置。如图5所示,该升级装置可以包括存储器510和处理器520,其中:处理器520被配置为执行多条指令;存储器510被配置为存储多条指令;其中,多条指令被配置为由存储器510存储,并由处理器520加载并执行以上的设备的升级方法。
存储器510可以是磁盘、闪存或其它任何非易失性存储介质。处理器520耦接至存储器510,可以作为一个或多个集成电路来实施,例如微处理器或微控制器。
在一些实施例中,处理器520通过BUS总线530耦合至存储器510。该升级装置500还可以通过存储接口540连接至外部存储装置550以便调用外部数据,还可以通过网络接口560连接至网络或者另外一台计算机系统(未标出),此处不再进行详细介绍。
由于本实施例的终端所实现的处理及功能基本相应于前述图1至图3所示的方法的实施例、原理和实例,故本实施例的描述中未详尽之处,可以参见前述实施例中的相关说明,在此不做赘述。
根据本公开的一些实施例,还提供了对应于设备的升级装置的一种终端。该终端可以包括:以上的设备的升级装置。
由于本实施例的终端所实现的处理及功能基本相应于前述图4所示的升级装置的实施例、原理和实例,故本实施例的描述中未详尽之处,可以参见前述实施例中的相关说明,在此不做赘述。

由于本实施例的存储介质所实现的处理及功能基本相应于前述图1至图3所示的方法的实施例、原理和实例,故本实施例的描述中未详尽之处,可以参见前述实施例中的相关说明,在此不做赘述。
本实施例服务器生成定制的升级程序后,向终端发送开启标志位,以便在终端上显示该标志位,在达到升级条件后,服务器向空调发送目标升级程序进行升级,从而实现了对问题空调进行定制升级,以解决现有技术中对设备进行统一升级造成升级操作冗余的问题,达到有针对性的定制升级操作的效果。
在一些实施例中,保护一种设备的升级系统,该升级系统包括上述的终端和服务器,其中,服务器被配置为对设备进行升级。
在另一些实施例中,该服务器还被配置为根据设备的身份信息确定终端,向终端发送开启标志位时,对至少一个升级程序的固件编码与设备的身份信息进行匹配。
本实施例服务器生成定制的升级程序后,向终端发送开启标志位,以便在终端上显示该标志位,在达到升级条件后,服务器向空调发送目标升级程序进行升级,从而实现了对问题空调进行定制升级,以解决现有技术中对设备进行统一升级造成升级操作冗余的问题,达到有针对性的定制升级操作的效果。

Claims (16)
- 一种设备的升级方法,包括:接收服务器发送的开启标志位;在检测到所述设备处于待升级状态时,根据所述开启标志位显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志;以及在检测到通过显示的所述升级标志触发的升级指令后,指示所述服务器对所述设备进行升级,其中,升级采用的目标升级程序与所述设备相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的升级方法,其中,指示所述服务器对所述设备进行升级包括:检测所述服务器提供的至少一个升级程序的固件编码是否与所述设备的身份信息相匹配,其中,每个升级程序有一个对应的固件编码;若至少一个升级程序的固件编码与所述设备的身份信息相匹配,则在显示所述升级标志时,显示与所述设备相匹配的所述至少一个升级程序;接收利用所述目标升级程序进行升级的升级指令,其中,所述目标升级程序为所述相匹配的所述至少一个升级程序中的至少之一;以及根据所述升级指令,指示所述服务器采用所述目标升级程序对所述设备进行升级。
- 根据权利要求2所述的升级方法,其中,若不存在至少一个升级程序的固件编码与所述设备的身份信息相匹配,则隐藏所述升级标志。
- 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的升级方法,还包括:接收所述设备发送的故障信息和身份信息;以及将所述故障信息和所述身份信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器根据所述故障信息和所述身份信息,生成针对所述设备的至少一个升级程序。
- 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的升级方法,还包括:在所述设备上待升级状态按键被触发、或者所述设备的遥控器上待升级状态按键被触发时,确定所述设备处于所述待升级状态。
- 一种设备的升级装置,包括:接收单元,被配置为接收服务器发送的开启标志位;显示单元,被配置为在检测到所述设备处于待升级状态时,根据所述开启标志位显示处于隐藏状态的升级标志;以及指示单元,被配置为在检测到通过显示的所述升级标志触发的升级指令后,指示所述服务器对所述设备进行升级,其中,升级采用的目标升级程序与所述设备相匹配。
- 根据权利要求6所述的升级装置,其中,所述指示单元包括:检测模块,被配置为在检测到通过显示的所述升级标志触发的升级指令后,检测所述服务器提供的至少一个升级程序的固件编码是否与所述设备的身份信息相匹配;显示模块,被配置为若至少一个升级程序的固件编码与所述设备的身份信息相匹配,则在显示所述升级标志时,显示与所述设备相匹配的所述至少一个升级程序;接收模块,被配置为接收利用所述目标升级程序进行升级的升级指令,其中,所述目标升级程序为所述相匹配的所述至少一个升级程序中的至少之一;以及升级模块,被配置为根据所述升级指令,指示所述服务器采用所述目标升级程序对所述设备进行升级。
- 根据权利要求7所述的升级装置,其中,所述指示单元还包括:隐藏模块,被配置为若不存在至少一个升级程序的固件编码与所述设备的身份信息相匹配,则隐藏所述升级标志。
- 根据权利要求6-8之一所述的升级装置,还包括:信息单元,被配置为接收所述设备发送的故障信息和身份信息;以及发送单元,被配置为将所述故障信息和所述身份信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器根据所述故障信息和所述身份信息,生成针对所述设备的至少一个升级程序。
- 根据权利要求6-8之一所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:确认单元,被配置为在所述设备上待升级状态按键被触发、或者所述设备的遥控器上待升级状态按键被触发时,确定所述设备处于所述待升级状态。
- 一种设备的升级装置,包括:存储器;以及耦接至所述存储器的处理器,所述处理器被配置为基于存储在所述存储器的指令执行如权利要求1至5任一所述的设备的升级方法。
- 一种终端,包括:如权利要求6-11任一所述的设备的升级装置。
- 一种设备的升级系统,包括:权利要求12所述的终端;以及服务器,被配置为采用目标升级程序对设备进行升级。
- 根据权利要求13所述的升级系统,其中,所述服务器被配置为根据所述终端发送的所述设备的故障信息和身份信息,生成针对所述设备的至少一个升级程序。
- 根据权利要求14所述的升级系统,其中,所述服务器还被配置为根据所述设备的身份信息确定所述终端,向所述终端发送开启标志位时,对所述至少一个升级程序的固件编码与所述设备的身份信息进行匹配。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,该指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5任一所述的设备的升级方法。
