本发明设计的具备降噪功能的风冷空压机,储气罐具体设置在推车的车板上,推车包括车板、车板侧面的伸缩车架和车板底部的滚轮,车板为中空双层结构,伸缩车架按到底后即可使用叉车查起车板直接移动空压机,车板上层的上表面设有若干根并排的滚轴,所述滚轴设置时平行于车板较短的框架,滚轴之间可插入挡板,挡板以90°的夹角垂直于车板,挡板设置时可抵住储气罐,滚轴的设计方便储气罐的安放,另一方面,储气罐需要转移时,只需将两辆空压机推车远离车架的一端互相抵住,储气罐只需在滚轴上进行滑动即可实现转移,十分方便,既省力又降低了搬运风险,挡板的设计则可以防止储气罐在使用过程中发生滑落,车板上层与下层之间的空隙叉车可插入,所述车板的下表面设有可向下伸缩的四根固定柱,固定柱的伸缩通过电机驱动,驱动开关设在车板上,固定柱的底面设有软垫,所述储气罐的外表面两侧通过卡扣连有可伸缩的侧支架,该侧支架伸长后向下伸至地面,侧支架的末端设有弹簧减震机构,固定柱的底部软垫和侧支架末端的弹簧减震机构共同起到减震的作用,推车的车架连有把手,所述把手水平设置且连接滚轮处的制动装置,把手在车架处在垂直方向上上下运动,把手不动时启动滚轮的制动装置刹住滚轮,向下按压把手时松开滚轮的制动装置从而推动推车,这样工人推动空压机就十分灵活,转移完成后松开把手即可制动空压机,隔音罩顶部设有排风孔,排风孔下方通过排风管道连接排风扇,排风孔处设有过滤网,所述排风管道具体为多级变容管道,自排风扇至排风孔逐级变小直至与排风孔孔径一致,一方面这是散热的需求,另一方面为防止灰尘跟着一块排出,本实用新型特设计变容管道和过滤网,一般过滤网会阻隔风力影响风速,此时变容管道起到加速的作用使排风速率不受影响,本发明使用的主动降噪装置,对麦克风的安装位置也无特殊要求,麦克风与扬声器灵活布置,而传统的安装降噪装置需要按隔音罩型号、管道形状等多种因素进行适配,安装繁琐,相较而言本发明不局限降噪喇叭和麦克风数量及安装位置,设备安装方便,维护时也只需单独卸下降噪盒子和麦克风,设备维护不再繁琐,降低维护成本,维护更换效率高、成本低,且灵活的麦克风布位,可全面采集噪声,适用范围广泛, 可适用于几乎所有隔音罩型号,另外,本发明的中央数据处理器加载降噪装置自检模块,自检模块接收并处理装置报告的自身系统信号来判定是否有麦克风和降噪喇叭的增加,检测到麦克风和降噪喇叭的数目产生变化后,自检模块会计算出新的误差控制函数即控制器参数加载到中央数据处理器,同时自检模块内设有定时检测模块,麦克风和降噪喇叭在工厂的加工环境下长时间工作其自身参数会发生变化,每隔一段时间定时检测模块会更新装置的评价条件和方程,即针对麦克风和降噪喇叭自身参数的变化计算出新的控制器参数加载到中央数据处理器,本发明只需定期启动检测模块,因麦克风和降噪喇叭产生损耗后,其自身参数变化,此时只需重新做一次测试给中央数据处理模块加载一个新的控制器参数即可,因为新的控制器参数是根据最新的麦克风和降噪喇叭性能计算出的降噪效果最好的参数,减少了维护次数,提高了使用寿命。

在本发明的描述中,除非另有规定和限定,需要说明的是,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。
下面参照图1描述根据本发明实施例的一种具备降噪功能的风冷空压机,所述包括设置在推车1上的储气罐2,储气罐2上方设有隔音罩3,隔音罩3底部一端铰接储气罐2,另一端通过卡扣锁住储气罐2,隔音罩3两侧壁上设有风冷冷却管道4,隔音罩3顶部设有排风孔24,排风孔24下方通过排风管道25连接排风扇26,排风孔24处设有过滤网,所述排风管道25具体为多级变容管道,自排风扇26至排风孔24逐级变小直至与排风孔24孔径一致,隔音 罩2内设有气缸5和主动降噪装置,所述的主动降噪装置包括传入装置、中央数据处理器21和降噪单元,传入装置包括麦克风18,麦克风18任意安装在隔音罩3的一处,降噪单元包括至少两个降噪盒子19,所述降噪盒子19设在隔音罩3的底部,正对储气罐2,降噪盒子19内设有至少一个降噪喇叭20并留有安装麦克风18的空间,所述麦克风18和降噪喇叭20均与中央数据处理器21连接,所述中央数据处理器21安装在降噪单元的一个降噪盒子19内,中央数据处理器21加载降噪装置自检模块22,自检模块22接收并处理装置报告的自身系统信号来判定是否有麦克风18和降噪喇叭20的增加,同时自检模块22内设有定时检测模块23,所述中央数据处理器21安装在降噪单元的一个降噪盒子19内,同时隔音罩3的内侧壁上设有若干散热片6,储气罐2具体设置在推车1的车板7上,推车1包括车板7、车板7侧面的伸缩车架8和车板7底部的滚轮9,车板7为中空双层结构,车板7上层的上表面设有若干根并排的滚轴16,所述滚轴16设置时平行于车板7较短的框架,滚轴16之间可插入挡板10,挡板10以90°的夹角垂直于车板7,挡板10根部设有锁定机构固定住挡板10与车板7的夹角,车板7上层与下层之间的空隙叉车可插入,所述车板7的下表面设有可向下伸缩的四根固定柱11,固定柱11的伸缩通过电机驱动,驱动开关设在车板7上,固定柱11的底面设有软垫12,所述储气罐2的外表面两侧通过卡扣连有可伸缩的侧支架13,该侧支架13伸长后向下伸至地面,侧支架13的末端设有弹簧减震机构14,推车1的车架8连有把手15,所述把手15水平设置且连接滚轮16处的制动装置17,把手15在车架8处在垂直方向上上下运动,把手15不动时启动滚轮16的制动装置17刹住滚轮16,向下按压把手15时松开滚轮16的制动装置17从而推动推车1。
作为优选,所述滚轮16设有四个。
作为优选,所述气缸5处设有温度检测模块。
作为优选,所述温度检测模块包括温度传感器、无线信号传输装置和温度显示装置,温度传感器连接无线信号传输装置,无线信号传输装置将温度传感器测得的数据发送至温度显示装置。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种具备降噪功能的风冷空压机,其特征在于,所述包括设置在推车上的储气罐,储气罐上方设有隔音罩,隔音罩底部一端铰接储气罐,另一端通过卡扣锁住储气罐,隔音罩两侧壁上设有风冷冷却管道,隔音罩顶部设有排风孔,排风孔下方通过排风管道连接排风扇,排风孔处设有过滤网,所述排风管道具体为多级变容管道,自排风扇至排风孔逐级变小直至与排风孔孔径一致,隔音罩内设有气缸和主动降噪装置,所述的主动降噪装置包括传入装置、中央数据处理器和降噪单元,传入装置包括麦克风,麦克风任意安装在隔音罩的一处,降噪单元包括至少两个降噪盒子,所述降噪盒子设在隔音罩的底部,正对储气罐,降噪盒子内设有至少一个降噪喇叭并留有安装麦克风的空间,所述麦克风和降噪喇叭均与中央数据处理器连接,所述中央数据处理器安装在降噪单元的一个降噪盒子内,中央数据处理器加载降噪装置自检模块,自检模块接收并处理装置报告的自身系统信号来判定是否有麦克风和降噪喇叭的增加,同时自检模块内设有定时检测模块,所述中央数据处理器安装在降噪单元的一个降噪盒子内,同时隔音罩的内侧壁上设有若干散热片,储气罐具体设置在推车的车板上,推车包括车板、车板侧面的伸缩车架和车板底部的滚轮,车板为中空双层结构,车板上层的上表面设有若干根并排的滚轴,所述滚轴设置时平行于车板较短的框架,滚轴之间可插入挡板,挡板以90°的夹角垂直于车板,挡板根部设有锁定机构固定住挡板与车板的夹角,车板上层与下层之间的空隙叉车可插入,所述车板的下表面设有可向下伸缩的四根固定柱,固定柱的伸缩通过电机驱动,驱动开关设在车板上,固定柱的底面设有软垫,所述储气罐的外表面两侧通过卡扣连有可伸缩的侧支架,该侧支架伸长后向下伸至地面,侧支架的末端设有弹簧减震机构,推车的车架连有把手,所述把手水平设置且连接滚轮处的制动装置,把手在车架处在垂直方向上上下运动,把手不动时启动滚轮的制动装置刹住滚轮,向下按压把手时松开滚轮的制动装置从而推动推车。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空压机,其特征在于,所述滚轮设有四个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空压机,其特征在于,所述气缸处设有温度检测模块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空压机,其特征在于,所述温度检测模块包括温度传感器、无线信号传输装置和温度显示装置,温度传感器连接无线信号传输装置,无线信号传输装置将温度传感器测得的数据发送至温度显示装置。
