本实施例中,壳体11的外表面设有容置槽(图未示出),容置槽沿出声孔111设置而呈环状,弹性胶体12涂设于容置槽。通过设置容置槽来供弹性胶体12涂抹的方式,能够避免溢胶现象,防止弹性胶体12溢入出声孔111内而影响扬声器10的音效。可选地,弹性胶体12部分伸出容置槽设置,可保证弹性胶体12与机壳20之间更好接触。当然,壳体11上也可不设置容置槽。
本实施例中,弹性胶体12与出声孔111的孔缘间隔设置,如此当壳体11的外表面涂抹较多的弹性胶体12时,即使出现溢胶现象,弹性胶体12和出声孔111的孔缘之间的间隔能够容纳较多的溢出胶体,大大减少甚至可避免弹性胶体12溢入出声孔111。可选地,弹性胶体12与出声孔111孔缘之间的距离处处相等。由于在进行整机装配时,机壳20上的声孔21与扬声器10的出声孔111一般是正对设置的,即两者的轴向大体上重合,故将弹性胶体12与出声孔111孔缘之间的距离设置为处处相等,相当于弹性胶体12与机壳20 上的声孔21孔缘之间的距离也是处处相等的,可避免弹性胶体12在一些位置距离机壳20的声孔21孔缘较远,而在另一些位置距离机壳20的声孔21孔缘过近而伸入到机壳20的声孔21内的现象,因此可保证弹性胶体12与机壳20具有更好的抵接密封效果。
可选地,弹性胶体12的厚度为0.1mm-0.5mm,例如,在一些实施例中,弹性胶体12的厚度为0.35mm,在其它实施例中,弹性胶体12的厚度可为0.1mm、0.3mm或是0.5mm等等。通过采用该厚度的弹性胶体12,能够避免弹性胶体12过厚而占用过多的整机空间,同时也能够避免弹性胶体12过薄而导致密封效果较差。
可选地,弹性胶体12的宽度为0.3mm-0.7mm。例如,在一些实施例中,弹性胶体12的宽度为0.5mm,在其它实施例中,弹性胶体12的宽度可为0.3mm、0.4mm或是0.7mm等等。通过采用该宽度的弹性胶体12,能够避免弹性胶体12过宽而占用过多的整机空间,同时也能够避免弹性胶体12过窄而导致密封效果较差。
本发明还提出一种电子设备,该电子设备包括如上的扬声器10,由于该电子设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。具体而言,电子设备可以是手机、平板或电脑等能够发声的设备。电子设备包括机壳20,在机壳20上设有声孔21,扬声器10安装在机壳20内,扬声器10上的出声孔111与声孔21连通,并且扬声器10的弹性胶体12与机壳20密封抵接,弹性胶体12同样是环绕声孔21设置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器,其特征在于,包括扬声器单体和收容所述扬声器单体的壳体,所述壳体上设有出声孔,且所述壳体的外表面涂设有弹性胶体,所述弹性胶体沿所述出声孔设置而呈环状,并用以与电子设备密封抵接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述壳体的外表面设有容置槽,所述容置槽沿所述出声孔设置而呈环状,所述弹性胶体涂设于所述容置槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性胶体与所述出声孔的孔缘间隔设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性胶体与所述出声孔孔缘之间的距离处处相等。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性胶体的厚度为0.1mm-0.5mm。
  6. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性胶体的宽度为0.3mm-0.7mm。
  7. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性胶体为硅胶或硅橡胶。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上壳和下壳,所述上壳和所述下壳结合形成收容所述扬声器单体的空间,所述出声孔以及所述弹性胶体均设置在所述上壳。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括机壳以及如权利要求1-8任意一项 所述的扬声器,所述扬声器的弹性胶体与所述机壳密封抵接。
