而市场上的壁挂也会占据很大一部分的空间,而且厚度比较大,影响美观。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种节省空间的壁挂组件和壁挂电器。

如图6和图7所示,作为本申请的另一实施例,公开了一种壁挂组件100,包括挂钩110和支撑座120,挂钩110跟电视210连接;支撑座120跟墙体300连接;挂钩110包括第一块板111、第二板块112、第三板块113和半圆板115,第一板块111、第二板块112和第三板块113之间以半圆板115连接,第三板块113连接在电视210上,支撑座120包括凹槽121,第一板块111插入凹槽121内;挂钩110包括第一固定孔114,第一固定孔114竖直排布;支撑座120包括缺口122,挂钩110插入凹槽121之后嵌入缺口122中。
本方案中,通过挂钩110和支撑座120配合将电视210固定到墙体300上,将它们设计在挂件200遮挡住的区域,挂件200挂到墙体300上之后看不见壁挂组件100,更加美观,由于挂钩110和支撑位都为体积较小的部件,减小壁挂组件100的放置空间;由于挂件200的重心与挂件200加挂钩110的重心不在一个竖直面上,会产生一个斜向的力,挂钩110会发生倾斜,然后第一板块111和第二板块112会分别顶在凹槽121内壁和支撑座120外表面上,提供受力点使挂钩110稳定挂在支撑座120上;以半圆板115来代替直板来连接,半圆板115受力均匀,避免应力集中在棱角处,从而发生断裂;挂钩110主要承受挂件200给的竖直方向上的重力,如果将第一固定孔114水平设置的话挂钩110就容易在第一固定孔114处发生锻炼,将第一固定孔114竖直设置分摊受力,防止挂钩110断裂;在挂钩110插入支撑座120之后,挂钩110嵌入缺口122中,缺口122对挂钩110进行限位,使壁挂组件100安装更加稳定。
如图7至9所示,作为本申请的另一实施例,公开了一种壁挂电器400,壁挂电器400包括以上的壁挂组件100和挂件200,挂钩110安装在挂件200上,支撑座120安装在墙体300上。
本申请的技术方案广泛适合各种壁挂式的挂件,如电视、挂钟、相框、广告牌等,均可适用上述方案。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种壁挂组件,包括:
    挂钩,跟壁挂式的挂件连接;
    支撑座,跟墙体连接;
    所述挂钩嵌入所述支撑座内,与所述支撑座连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂钩包括第一板块、第二板块和第三板块,所述第一板块、第二板块和第三板块两两相互连接,所述第三板块连接到挂件上,所述支撑座包括凹槽,所述第一板块插入凹槽中,所述第二板块抵在所述支撑座的表面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述第三板块包括第一固定孔,所述第三板块通过所述第一固定孔固定于挂件上,所述第一固定孔至少有两个。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述第一固定孔竖直排布。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂钩包括半圆板,所述第一板块、第二板块和第三板块之间以所述半圆板连接。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述凹槽的宽度大于所述第一板块的厚度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述支撑座包括缺口,所述挂钩嵌入缺口中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述支撑座包括背板和第二固定孔,所述背板与缺口所在的板块平行,所述第二固定孔设置在所述缺口所对应的所述背板位置,所述支撑座通过所述第二固定孔固定在墙体上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂件为电视。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂钩为不锈钢材质。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述支撑座为不锈钢材质。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述第一固定孔为螺丝孔,所述第三板块通过螺丝与所述挂件连接,螺丝从所述挂件中穿出,所述第三板块通过螺帽与螺丝固定在所述挂件上。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述第二固定孔为螺丝孔,所述支撑座通过螺丝固定在墙体上。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂钩为一体成型的结构。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述挂钩的边进行倒圆角处理。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂组件,其中,所述支撑座的边进行倒圆角处理。
  17. 一种壁挂组件,包括:
    挂钩,跟电视连接;
    支撑座,跟墙体连接;
    所述挂钩包括第一块板、第二板块、第三板块和半圆板,所述第一板块、第二板块和第三板块之间以所述半圆板连接,所述第三板块连接在电视上,所述支撑座包括凹槽,所述第一板块插入所述凹槽内;
    所述挂钩包括第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔竖直排布;
    所述支撑座包括缺口,所述挂钩插入凹槽之后嵌入缺口中。
  18. 一种壁挂电器,所述壁挂电器包括壁挂组件和挂件,所述壁挂组件包括:
    挂钩,跟壁挂式的挂件连接;
    支撑座,跟墙体连接;
    所述挂钩嵌入所述支撑座内,与所述支撑座连接,所述挂钩安装在所述挂件上,所述支撑座安装在墙体上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种壁挂电器,其中,所述挂钩包括第一板块、第二板块和第三板块,所述第一板块、第二板块和第三板块两两相互连接,所述第三板块连接到挂件上,所述支撑座包括凹槽,所述第一板块插入凹槽中,所述第二板块抵在所述支撑座的表面上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种壁挂电器,其中,所述挂钩包括半圆板,所述第一板块、第二板块和第三板块之间以所述半圆板连接。
