参考图1至图6所示,本申请实施例公布了一种安装治具100,将壁挂件安装在墙上,壁挂件上设有至少两个固定壁挂件的凹槽210,安装治具100包括 至少两个定位结构110,定位结构110之间的间距与对应凹槽210之间的间距相等。
本方案中,安装治具100上的定位结构110与壁挂件上的凹槽210一一对应,利用安装治具100辅助壁挂固定件成一条直线,并且能保证壁挂件与壁挂固定件精准的对位组装固定。
在一实施例中,安装治具100包括第一基板120和第二基板130,第一基板的厚度与壁挂件的凹槽210深度相等。
本方案中,固定件在墙上定位后,壁挂件需要挂在固定件上,所以固定件不能完全贴合墙壁,根据固定件需要卡进壁挂件凹槽210的深度,使第一基板120的厚度与之相等,即可保证固定件预留外露的尺寸与需要卡进壁挂件凹槽210的深度尺寸相等,从而使壁挂件紧贴墙壁。
在一实施例中,定位结构110位于第一基板120上。
本方案中,由于第一基板120与需要预留外露的固定件尺寸相等,所以直接将定位结构110设在第一基板120上,便于操作。
在一实施例中,第二基板130的厚度大于第一基板120的厚度。
本方案中,由于第一基板120与需要预留外露的固定件尺寸相等,所以本身很薄,使第二基板130的厚度大于第一基板120的厚度,提升整个安装治具100的机械强度,不易变形。
在一实施例中,定位结构110包括孔槽150,孔槽150为半圆形,位于第一基板120的边缘;固定件包括螺丝,孔槽150的径向尺寸与悬挂壁挂件的螺丝的径向尺寸相等。
本方案中,螺丝头的直径大于螺丝柱的直径,在螺丝拧紧孔槽150后, 安装治具的孔槽150为半圆形,且位于第一基板120的边缘,这样方便安装治具与螺丝的分离;安装治具100上的孔槽150直径与悬挂壁挂件的螺丝直径相等,使螺丝在安装治具100上的孔槽150内定位,提高螺丝安装的精确度。
在一实施例中,第二基板130的内侧面与第一基板120的内侧面平齐,第二基板130的外侧面与第一基板120的外侧面通过斜面过渡连接。
本方案中,第一基板120与第二基板130的厚度不同,存在高度差,利用斜面过渡连接,能使第一基板120与第二基板130的连接处的强度提升,同时斜面也方便在安装过程中拇指对安装治具100的按压支撑。
在一实施例中,斜面的表面加工成为粗糙的面。
本方案中,斜面与拇指按压支撑,斜面做成粗糙的面,可以增大与拇指之间的摩擦力,把持的更加稳。
在一实施例中,第二基板130内部设有水平仪140。
本方案中,第二基板130内部的水平仪140在安装过程中确保螺丝在同一水平线上,使壁挂件的安装能保持水平。
在一实施例中,壁挂件包括显示装置200,凹槽210位于显示装置200的顶部。
本方案中,将显示装置200悬挂在墙上,极大提高其外观效果,提高其附加价值,并且凹槽210位于显示装置200的顶部,显示装置200挂在螺丝上,在重力作用下,完全与墙贴合,简单方便。
在一实施例中,安装治具100的水平长度大于壁挂件的长度。
本方案中,安装治具100的水平尺寸尽量做成长条状,其长度大于壁挂 件的长度,能够适应更多更大尺寸的壁挂件的安装。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图1至图6所示,公开了一种安装治具100,将显示装置200安装在墙上,显示装置200上设有至少两个固定显示装置200的凹槽210,安装治具100包括至少两个孔槽150,孔槽150之间的间距与对应凹槽210之间的间距相等;安装治具100包括第一基板120和第二基板130,第一基板120的厚度与壁挂件的凹槽210深度相等;第二基板130的厚度大于第一基板120的厚度;孔槽150为半圆形,位于第一基板120的边缘;孔槽150的径向尺寸与悬挂显示装置的螺丝的径向尺寸相等;第二基板130的内侧面与第一基板120的内侧面平齐,第二基板130的外侧面与第一基板120的外侧面通过斜面过渡连接。
安装治具100上的孔槽150与显示装置200上的凹槽210一一对应,利用安装治具100辅助壁挂螺丝成一条直线,并且能保证显示装置200与壁挂螺丝精准的对位组装固定;螺丝在墙上定位后,显示装置200需要挂在螺丝头部上,所以螺丝不能完全贴合墙壁,根据螺丝需要卡进显示装置200凹槽210的深度,使第一基板120的厚度与之相等,即可保证螺丝预留外露的尺寸与需要卡进显示装置200凹槽210的深度尺寸相等,从而使显示装置200能紧贴墙壁;由于第一基板120与需要预留外露的螺丝尺寸相等,所以本身很薄,使第二基板130的厚度大于第一基板120的厚度,提升整个安装治具100的机械强度,不易变形;螺丝头的直径大于螺丝柱的直径,在螺丝拧紧孔槽150后,安装治具的孔槽150为半圆形,且位于第一基板120的边缘,这样方便安装治具与螺丝的分离;安装治具100上的孔槽150直径与悬挂显示装置200的螺丝直径相等,使螺丝在安装治具100上的孔槽150内定位,提高螺丝安装的精确度;第一基板120与第二基板130的厚度不同,存在高 度差,利用斜面过渡连接,能使第一基板120与第二基板130的连接处的强度提升,同时斜面也方便在安装过程中拇指对安装治具100的按压支撑。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图1至图7所示,公开了一种安装方法,步骤包括:
S71:使用如上述任意一项的安装治具100放于墙上合适的位置;
S72:利用安装治具100上的定位结构110在墙上制作安装孔;
S73:将壁挂件专用的固定件锁入安装孔内,移除安装治具100;
S74:将壁挂件的凹槽210与固定件配合,将壁挂件安装到墙上。
本方案中,利用安装治具100辅助螺丝的锁附,保证多个螺丝之间的距离尺寸都能准确的定位及锁附螺丝,确保壁挂件与壁挂的螺丝精准的对位组装固定。
在一实施例中,S73步骤具体包括:固定件包括螺丝,定位结构110包括孔槽150,孔槽150为半圆形,位于第一基板120的边缘,螺丝锁入安装孔内,将安装治具垂直移除。
在一实施例中,S71步骤具体包括:安装治具100包括水平仪,根据安装治具100内水平仪将安装治具100水平放置于墙上。
本方案中,保证安装孔能够处于同一水平线上,也保证壁挂件水平安装。
在一实施例中,壁挂件包括显示装置200,凹槽210位于显示装置200的顶部。
在一实施例中,显示装置200安装到墙上后与墙面贴合。
本方案中,将显示装置200悬挂在墙上,极大提高其外观效果,提高其附加价值,并且凹槽210位于显示装置200的顶部,显示装置200挂在螺丝上,在 重力作用下,完全与墙贴合,简单方便。
需要说明的是,本方案中涉及到的各步骤的限定,在不影响具体方案实施的前提下,并不认定为对步骤先后顺序做出限定,写在前面的步骤可以是在先执行的,也可以是在后执行的,甚至也可以是同时执行的,只要能实施本方案,都应当视为属于本申请的保护范围。
本申请的技术方案可以广泛适用壁挂安装各种显示面板,如TN型显示面板(全称为Twisted Nematic,即扭曲向列型面板)、IPS型显示面板(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)、VA型显示面板(Vertical Alignment,垂直配向技术)、MVA型显示面板(Multi-domain Vertical Alignment,多象限垂直配向技术),当然,也可以是其他类型的显示面板,如有机发光显示面板(organic light-emitting diode,简称OLED显示面板),也可以是其它壁挂件,均可适用上述方案。
以上内容是结合具体的可选实施方式对本申请所作的详细说明,不能认定本申请的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本申请所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种安装治具,将壁挂件安装在墙上,所述壁挂件上设有至少两个固定所述壁挂件的凹槽,所述安装治具包括至少两个定位结构,所述定位结构之间的间距与对应凹槽之间的间距相等。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述安装治具包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板的厚度与所述壁挂件的凹槽深度相等。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述定位结构位于所述第一基板上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述第二基板的厚度大于所述第一基板的厚度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述定位结构包括孔槽,所述孔槽为半圆形,位于所述第一基板的边缘;所述固定件包括螺丝,所述孔槽的径向尺寸与悬挂所述壁挂件的螺丝的径向尺寸相等。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述第二基板的内侧面与所述第一基板的内侧面平齐,所述第二基板的外侧面与所述第一基板的外侧面通过斜面过渡连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述斜面表面粗糙。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述第二基板内部设有水平仪。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述壁挂件包括显示装置,所述凹槽位于所述显示装置的顶部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种安装治具,其中,所述安装治具的水平长度大于所述壁挂件的长度。
  11. 一种安装治具,将显示装置安装在墙上,所述显示装置上设有至少两个固定所述显示装置的凹槽,所述安装治具包括至少两个孔槽,所述孔槽之间的间距与对应凹槽之间的间距相等;
    所述安装治具包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板的厚度与所述显示装置的凹槽深度相等;
    所述第二基板的厚度大于所述第一基板的厚度;
    所述孔槽为半圆形,位于所述第一基板的边缘;所述孔槽的径向尺寸与悬挂所述显示装置的螺丝的径向尺寸相等;以及
    所述第二基板的内侧面与所述第一基板的内侧面平齐,所述第二基板的外侧面与所述第一基板的外侧面通过斜面过渡连接。
  12. 一种安装方法,步骤包括;
    使用安装治具放于墙上合适的位置;
    利用所述安装治具上的定位结构在墙上制作安装孔;
    将壁挂件专用的固定件锁入安装孔内,移除所述安装治具;以及
    将壁挂件的凹槽与固定件配合,将壁挂件安装到墙上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种安装方法,其中,所述安装治具包括至少两个定位结构,所述壁挂件上设有至少两个固定所述壁挂件的凹槽,所述定位结构之间的间距与对应凹槽之间的间距相等。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种安装方法,其中,所述安装治具包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板的厚度与所述壁挂件的凹槽深度相等。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的一种安装方法,其中,将壁挂件专用的固定件锁入安装 孔内,移除所述安装治具具体包括:所述固定件包括螺丝,所述定位结构包括孔槽,所述孔槽为半圆形,位于所述第一基板的边缘,所述螺丝锁入安装孔内,将所述安装治具垂直移除。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的一种安装方法,其中,所述使用安装治具放于墙上合适的位置具体包括:所述安装治具包括水平仪,根据所述安装治具内水平仪将所述安装治具水平放置于墙上。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的一种安装方法,其中,所述壁挂件包括显示装置,所述凹槽位于所述显示装置的顶部。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的一种安装方法,其中,所述显示装置安装到墙上后与墙面贴合。
