如图3所示,壁挂结构20包括第一侧连接部2011、第二侧连接部2012、第一固定部2031、第二固定部2032以及背连接部202。
其中第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别设置在壁挂结构20的两端,用于与相应的液晶显示装置的侧边螺接或铆接,如第一侧连接部2011与液晶显示装置的上侧边连接,第二侧连接部2012就与液晶显示装置的下侧边连接;如第一侧连接部2011与液晶显示装置的左侧边连接,第二侧连接部2012就与液晶显示装置的右侧边连接,本发明的壁挂结构也可只设置第一侧连接部2011或第二侧连接部2012。
背连接部202设置在壁挂结构20的中间,与相应的液晶显示装置的背板对应部位螺接或铆接。
第一固定部2031设置在第一侧连接部2011和背连接部202之间,第二固定部2032设置在第二侧连接部2012和背连接部202之间,该第一固定部2031和第二固定部2032各包括一凸起部204以及设置在凸起部204上的壁挂螺孔205。
本发明的壁挂结构20安装时,先将壁挂结构20放置在液晶显示装置背板的相应位置上,然后依次将第一侧连接部2011与液晶显示装置的上侧边、第二侧连接部2012与液晶显示装置的下侧边连接,或依次将第一侧连接部2011与液晶显示装置的左侧边、第二侧连接部2012与液晶显示装置的右侧边连接,随后将背连接部202与液晶显示装置的背板进行连接,这样壁挂结构20就牢固地安装在液晶显示装置的背板上了。在相应的液晶显示装置安装上该壁挂结构20后,就可通过壁挂螺孔205安装壁挂板,然后通过壁挂板和固定在支撑面或支撑架上的固定板,将液晶显示装置固定在相应的支撑面或支撑架上。
本发明的壁挂结构20使用在相应的液晶显示装置上时,由于壁挂结构20具有与液晶显示装置的侧边连接的第一侧连接部2011和/或第二侧连接部2012,可以将液晶显示装置的一部分重量分担到液晶显示装置的侧边上,从而减小了由液晶显示装置的自重导致的背板铆接金属柱处的受力形变(只设置一个侧连接部同样可以达到减小背板受力形变的效果)。同时背连接部202的设置保证了壁挂结构20与液晶显示装置的背板可靠连接。背连接部202可采用多种连接方式与液晶显示装置的背板连接,如采用无孔机械铆接,这样可有效的降低组装成本。侧连接部201也可根据需要采用多种连接方式与液晶显示装置的侧边连接。凸起部204的设置使得液晶显示装置通过壁挂螺孔205安装壁挂板时,相应的连接件不会对液晶显示装置的背板造成冲击破坏。
本发明还涉及一种液晶显示装置,如图3和图4所示,该液晶显示装置包括显示模组、背板30以及至少一个壁挂结构20,该显示模组用于显示图像;背板30设置在显示模组的背面,用于保护显示模组;壁挂结构20用于悬挂该液晶显示装置。该壁挂结构20包括侧连接部201、背连接部202以及固定部203,侧连接部201用于该壁挂结构20与相应的液晶显示装置的侧边连接,背连接部202用于该壁挂结构20与相应的液晶显示装置的背板30连接,固定部203用于给相应的液晶显示装置提供壁挂固定功能。壁挂结构20的具体结构和有益效果如上面的壁挂结构20的具体实施例所述,请参照相应的壁挂结构20的具体实施例。
本发明的液晶显示装置包括至少两个壁挂结构20,该壁挂结构20包括垂直壁挂结构21和/或水平壁挂结构22,垂直壁挂结构21平行于液晶显示装置的垂直侧边,水平壁挂结构22平行于液晶显示装置的水平侧边。本发明的液晶显示装置可以单独采用垂直壁挂结构21,也可以单独采用水平壁挂结构22,当然也可以同时采用垂直壁挂结构21和水平壁挂结构22,具体结构参见以下具体实施例。
如图4所示,图4为采用本发明的壁挂结构的液晶显示装置的第一优选实施例的结构示意图。其中液晶显示装置包括两个垂直壁挂结构21,垂直壁挂结构21的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的水平侧边螺接或铆接,因此可有效的将液晶显示装置的一部分重量分担到液晶显示装置的水平侧边上,避免了液晶显示装置的背板30的受力形变。
如图5所示,图5为采用本发明的壁挂结构的液晶显示装置的第二优选实施例的结构示意图。其中液晶显示装置包括两个水平壁挂结构22,水平壁挂结构22的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的垂直侧边螺接或铆接,因此可有效的将液晶显示装置的一部分重量分担到液晶显示装置的垂直侧边上,避免了液晶显示装置的背板30的受力形变。
如图6所示,图6为采用本发明的壁挂结构的液晶显示装置的第三优选实施例的结构示意图。其中液晶显示装置包括两个水平壁挂结构22和一个垂直壁挂结构21,水平壁挂结构22的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的垂直侧边螺接或铆接,垂直壁挂结构21的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的水平侧边螺接或铆接。由于相同型号的液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20的固定部203的相对背板30的位置不变,因此可以每个水平壁挂结构22去除一个固定部203,使得这个液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20仍只具有四个固定部203,该固定部203与上述液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20的固定部203的位置相同。
如图7所示,图7为采用本发明的壁挂结构的液晶显示装置的第四优选实施例的结构示意图。其中液晶显示装置包括两个垂直壁挂结构21和一个水平壁挂结构22,水平壁挂结构22的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的垂直侧边螺接或铆接,垂直壁挂结构21的第一侧连接部2011和第二侧连接部2012分别与液晶显示装置的水平侧边螺接或铆接。由于相同型号的液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20的固定部203的相对背板30的位置不变,因此可以每个垂直壁挂结构21去除一个固定部203,使得这个液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20仍只具有四个固定部203,该固定部203与上述液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20的固定部203的位置相同。
本发明的液晶显示装置使用壁挂结构20(垂直壁挂结构21和/或水平壁挂结构22)的数量可以根据需要进行增减(如使用两个垂直壁挂结构21和两个水平壁挂结构22),并不局限于上述的优选实施例,优选壁挂结构20的固定部203与上述的液晶显示装置的壁挂结构20的固定部203的位置相同。
由上述可知,本发明的壁挂结构及液晶显示装置通过壁挂结构的侧连接部有效的将液晶显示装置的一部分重量分担到了液晶显示装置的侧边上,提升了液晶显示装置结构的壁挂结构的机械强度,减小了液晶显示装置的背板的受力形变,进而减弱了对液晶显示装置显示品质的影响。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种壁挂结构,其中包括:
    侧连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的侧边连接;
    背连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的背板连接;以及
    固定部,用于提供壁挂固定功能;
    所述壁挂结构包括第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部,所述第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部分别设置在所述壁挂结构的两端;
    所述侧连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的侧边螺接或铆接,所述背连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的背板螺接或铆接;
    所述固定部包括一凸起部以及设置在所述凸起部上的壁挂螺孔。
  2. 一种壁挂结构,其中包括:
    侧连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的侧边连接;
    背连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的背板连接;以及
    固定部,用于提供壁挂固定功能。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂结构,其中所述壁挂结构包括第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部,所述第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部分别设置在所述壁挂结构的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂结构,其中所述壁挂结构包括第一侧连接部,所述第一侧连接部设置在所述壁挂结构的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的壁挂结构,其中所述壁挂结构还包括第一固定部、第二固定部以及背连接部,所述背连接部设置在所述壁挂结构的中间,所述第一固定部设置在所述第一侧连接部和所述背连接部之间,所述第二固定部设置在所述第二侧连接部和所述背连接部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂结构,其中所述侧连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的侧边螺接或铆接,所述背连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的背板螺接或铆接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂结构,其中所述固定部包括一凸起部以及设置在所述凸起部上的壁挂螺孔。
  8. 一种液晶显示装置,其中包括:
    显示模组;
    背板:设置在所述显示模组的背面;以及
    至少一个壁挂结构:用于悬挂所述液晶显示装置,
    所述壁挂结构包括:
    侧连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的侧边连接;
    背连接部,用于所述壁挂结构与相应液晶显示装置的背板连接;以及
    固定部,用于提供壁挂固定功能。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述壁挂结构包括第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部,所述第一侧连接部和第二侧连接部分别设置在所述壁挂结构的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述壁挂结构包括第一侧连接部,所述第一侧连接部设置在所述壁挂结构的两端。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述壁挂结构还包括第一固定部、第二固定部以及背连接部,所述背连接部设置在所述壁挂结构的中间,所述第一固定部设置在所述第一侧连接部和所述背连接部之间,所述第二固定部设置在所述第二侧连接部和所述背连接部之间。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述侧连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的侧边螺接或铆接,所述背连接部与相应的液晶显示装置的背板螺接或铆接。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述固定部包括一凸起部以及设置在所述凸起部上的壁挂螺孔。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包括至少两个壁挂结构,所述壁挂结构包括垂直壁挂结构和/或水平壁挂结构,所述垂直壁挂结构平行于所述液晶显示装置的垂直侧边,所述水平壁挂结构平行于所述液晶显示装置的水平侧边。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包括两个垂直壁挂结构或两个水平壁挂结构。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包括一个垂直壁挂结构和两个水平壁挂结构。
  17. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包括两个垂直壁挂结构和一个水平壁挂结构。
