본 발명은 두루마리 타입의 물티슈 및 건티슈 공급 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이하에서 설명할 본 발명은 물티슈와 건티슈의 동시 공급이 가능한 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
한편 상술한 목적을 갖는 본 발명을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 설명하기로 한다.
먼저 도 1을 참조하면, 도 1에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 두루마리 타입의 물티슈 및 건티슈 공급 장치에 대한 구조를 설명하기 위한 실시 예가 도시되어 있다.
도 1의 A, B 및 C는 각각 전단부(11)를 기준으로 하는 측면도, 후면도 및 정면도인 것으로 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
더욱 구체적으로 본 발명에서 개시하는 두루마리 타입의 물티슈 및 건티슈 공급 장치는 바람직하게 물티슈 보관부(10), 제2롤(30)을 포함할 수 있다.
상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)는, 전단부(11)가 개폐 가능하도록 구비되는 내부 공간이 마련된 컨테이너 형태로 구비되고, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)는 내부 중심부에 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제1롤이 마련될 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명의 더욱 구체적인 실시 예로써, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)는 깊이가 5 내지 7cm를 갖는 것이 바람직하며, 상술한 제1롤은 4 내지 6.5cm로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편 본 발명에서 상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)에 형성되는 상술한 제1롤에는 그 외면에 물티슈를 권취하여 보관하도록 하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로 이해될 것이며, 즉 이에 따라 종래 뽑아 쓰는 용도의 물티슈 공급 장치를 벗어나, 사용자에게 두루마리 형태의 물티슈를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이, 본 발명에서 상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)의 전단부(11)는 개폐 가능하도록 구비되는데, 이는 제1롤에 권취되는 두루마리 타입의 물티슈를 채워 넣기 위한 경로가 되는 것으로 이해될 것이다.
또한, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(10)의 일 영역에는, 바람직하게는 측면 일 영역에 내부에 보관 중인 물티슈를 인출하기 위하여 마련되는 개구된 인출구 및 물티슈 보관부(10)의 일 측과 체결 수단에 의해 결합됨으로써 인출구의 개폐를 수행하는 개폐 도어(12)가 형성되어 있을 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 개폐 도어(12)는 닫힘 상태일 경우에는 물티슈에 함유된 수분 증발을 방지하여 물티슈를 수분을 머금은 촉촉한 상태로 유지되도록 하고, 열림 상태에서는 내부에 보관 중인 물티슈의 인출 경로를 안내하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편, 더욱 바람직한 실시 예에 있어서, 상술한 개폐 도어(12)는 내측 테두리 영역이 고무, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기밀성 소재로 마감 처리하여 물티슈의 수분 증발을 더욱 효과적으로 차폐하도록 하는 것이 바람직하며, 또한, 상술한 개폐 도어(12)의 체결 수단에 있어서도, 상술한 개폐 도어(12)의 체결 수단에 적어도 토션 스프링을 포함하는 탄성 소재를 포함하도록 하여 개폐 도어(12)가 평상 시 닫힘 상태로 유지될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 이에 따라 개폐 도어(12)는 사용자가 외력을 가했을 때에만 열리게 되어 사용자가 개폐 도어(12)를 미처 닫지 못한 채 사용을 종료하거나, 개폐 도어(12)를 완전히 닫지 않은 경우에도 물티슈 보관부(10)에 보관되는 물티슈의 수분 증발을 더욱 효과적으로 차단할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
또 다른 한편, 상술한 제2롤(30)은 물티슈 보관부(10)의 외측 후단부 중심 영역에서 후면 방향으로 돌출 연장되도록 형성되며, 연장 형성된 제2롤(30)의 외면에 건티슈를 권취하여 보관하게 된다.
이때, 상술한 제2롤(30)은 전체 길이가 4.5 내지 5.5cm를 갖도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상술한 제2롤(30)은 건티슈를 외면에 걸리도록 하여 거치 및 보관하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로 이해될 것이다.
또한 상술한 제2롤(30)의 더욱 바람직한 실시 예에 있어서, 상술한 제2롤(30)의 끝 단부 일 영역에는 제2롤(30)에 권취되는 건티슈의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 이탈 방지 부재가 더 포함될 수 있으며 더욱 구체적인 설명은 후술하기로 한다.
한편 본 발명의 더욱 바람직한 실시 예에 있어서, 상술한 전단부(11)의 중심 영역과, 상술한 제1롤 및 상술한 제2롤(30)의 내부 중심 영역은 일직선 상에 위치되어 내부에 티슈 걸이 봉과의 결합을 위한 결합 통로가 관통되어 있을 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 결합 통로의 직경은 예를 들어 3 내지 4cm로 형성될 수 있으며 상술한 범위의 직경은 통상적으로 이용되는 티슈 걸이 봉의 대부분을 허용할 수 있는 직경인 것으로 이해될 것이다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 상술한 결합 통로에 종래 티슈의 거치를 위한 티슈 걸이 봉이 삽입 결합됨으로써, 본 발명에서 개시하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치가 티슈 걸이 봉에 장착될 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있는 것이다.
다시 말해, 본 발명의 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치는 화장실을 포함하는 임의의 장소에 설치될 경우에 별도의 디스펜서를 필요로 하지 않는 것으로서, 이에 따라 기존 자원의 활용성이 매우 우수한 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
한편, 도 2에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치에서 물티슈를 보관하는 제1롤(20)과 건티슈를 보관하는 제2롤(30)을 나타낸 실시 예를 도시하였다.
이하의 설명에 있어서 앞서 도 1에 대한 설명과 중복되는 불필요한 실시 예에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 2를 참조하면, 도 2의 1000에서는 전단부(11)가 개방된 상태의 물티슈 보관부(10)를 도시하였으며, 도 2의 1100에서는 물티슈 보관부(10)의 외측 후단부에서 연장 형성되는 제2롤(30)의 형태에 대한 실시 예를 도시하였다.
먼저 1000을 참조하면, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 물티슈 보관부(10)는, 물티슈를 채워 넣기 위하여 전단부(11)가 개폐 가능하도록 결합되어 있고, 내부 공간에는 전면 측으로 돌출 연장된 제1롤(20)이 구비되어 있을 수 있다.
즉 상술한 제1롤(20)의 외면에는 물티슈가 두루마리 방식으로 권취되는 영역인 것으로 이해될 것이다.
한편 1100을 참조하면, 물티슈 보관부(10)의 외측 후단부 중심 영역에는 후면 방향으로 돌출 연장 형성된 제2롤(30)이 구비되어 있을 수 있다.
이때 상술한 제2롤(30)의 외면에는 건티슈가 두루마리 방식으로 권취되는 영역인 것으로 이해될 것이다.
이때, 상술한 제2롤(30)의 끝 단부 일 영역에는 제2롤(30)에 권취되는 건티슈의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 이탈 방지 부재(32)가 더 포함될 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32)는, 도 2의 1100에서 보여지는 바와 같이 일 측 단부에 제2롤(30)의 내측 직경에 대응되는 원통형의 리브가 마련되어, 상술한 리브를 상술한 제2롤(30)의 내측에 끼움 결합하여 고정하고, 타측 단부가 제2롤(30)의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 원판 형태로 마련될 수 있다.
즉, 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32)는 제2롤(30)의 끝 단부와 결합하여, 끝 단부 일 영역에서 제2롤(30)에 권취된 건티슈의 이탈을 방지할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32) 역시, 내부 중심 영역이 관통되어 있는 것이 바람직한데, 이 역시 티슈 걸이 봉과의 결합을 위한 구성인 것으로 이해될 것이다.
또 다른 한편, 본 발명에서 상술한 전단부(11) 중심 영역, 제1롤(20) 및 제2롤(30)의 내부 중심 영역은 일직선 상에 위치되어, 내부에 티슈 걸이 봉과의 결합을 위한 결합 통로가 관통되어 있으며, 이에 따라 종래 사용되던 티슈 걸이 봉에 즉각적으로 본 발명의 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치를 적용할 수 있게 되어 자원 활용도가 몹시 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서 개시하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치는 제1롤(20) 및 제2롤(30) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 롤에 권취된 물티슈 및 건티슈가 티슈 걸이 봉을 기준으로 선택적 독립 회동이 가능하도록 구비된다.
즉, 한 실시 예로써, 사용자가 물티슈를 인출할 때에는, 물티슈가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤만이 티슈 걸이 봉을 기준으로 회전 구동하거나, 사용자가 물티슈 및 건티슈의 동시 인출에 대한 동작을 수행할 경우, 물티슈가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤 및, 건티슈가 권취되어 있는 제2 롤이 중심 회전축을 기준으로 동시 구동하도록 동작을 할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
즉, 이에 따라 본 발명에서는 제1 롤, 제2 롤이 각각 독립적 회동이 가능하여, 사용자의 인출 대상에 따라 어느 하나 혹은 하나 이상이 동시에 회전 구동할 수 있는 것으로서 이러한 구조는 사용자가 하나 이상의 티슈를 선택적으로 이용하는데 있어 이용상 편의성을 극대화하여 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
한편 도 3에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 물티슈 보관부(10)의 측면 구조에 대한 실시 예가 도시되어 있으며, 이하의 설명에 있어서 도 1 및 2에 대한 설명과 중복되는 불필요한 실시 예에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
먼저 도 3의 1200에서는 개폐 도어(12)의 닫힘 상태인 것을 도시하였다.
이때 상술한 개폐 도어(12)는 별도로 마련된 체결 수단에 의하여 고정 설치되는데 상술한 체결 수단은 힌지 부재 및 토션 스프링을 포함하는 탄성 부재 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 개념인 것으로 이해될 것이다.
한편 상술한 힌지 부재는 기 설정된 위치에서 개폐 도어(12)의 일 측과 연결되어 개폐 도어(12)의 개폐 동작을 수행하도록 하는 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 상술한 탄성 부재는 개폐 도어(12)가 평상 시에 항상 닫힘 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 탄성 힘을 제공하는 것으로 이해됨이 바람직하다.
또한 1300에서는 개폐 도어(12)의 열림 상태가 도시되어 있다.
1300에서 도시된 바와 같이 개폐 도어(12)가 열림 상태일 때, 물티슈 보관부(10)에 마련된 인출구(120)가 사용자 측으로 드러나게 되며, 사용자는 상술한 인출구(120)를 통해여 물티슈 보관부(10) 내부 공간의 제1롤에 권취되어 있는 물티슈를 인출할 수 있게 된다.
즉 상술한 개폐 도어(12)는, 사용자가 물티슈를 인출 여부에 따라 물티슈 보관부(10)에 형성된 인출구(120)가 개방되거나 밀폐되도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 것이다.
한편 본 발명의 더욱 바람직한 실시 예에 있어서 상술한 개폐 도어(12)의 내측 테두리 영역(123)은 고무, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기밀성 소재로 마감 처리되어 있을 수 있다.
즉, 이는 공기가 통과할 수 있는 작은 틈새를 통하여, 물티슈에 함유된 수분이 외부로 증발되어 물티슈 보관부(10)의 내부에 보관되는 물티슈의 상태가 불량해지는 것을 방지하기 위한 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편 상술한 기밀성 소재는 상술한 실시 예외에도 수분 및 공기에 대한 기밀성을 갖는 소재라면 통상의 기술자에 의하여 수정 및 변경이 가능하다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
또 다른 한편 도 4의 1400에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 인출구(120)의 구조와, 제2롤(30)에 결합되는 이탈 방지 부재(32)를 더욱 구체적으로 도시한 실시 예가 도시되어 잇다.
먼저 인출구(120)의 구조에 대하여 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 물티슈 보관부에 형성되는 인출구(120)의 하단부 일 영역에는 인출구(120)를 통해 인출되는 물티슈를 절취하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 절취 수단(121)이 마련되어 있을 수 있다.
이때 상술한 절취 수단(121)은 절취의 용이성이 극대화된 톱니 형태로 구비되는 것이 바람직하고, 본 발명에서는 상술한 절취 수단(121)이 포함됨에 따라서, 사용자의 물티슈 사용의 용이성을 더욱 향상시켜줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 도 4에서는 도시하지 않았으나, 상술한 인출구(120)의 하단부 일 영역에는 요철부가 형성된 걸림 수단이 더 포함될 수도 있다.
더욱 구체적으로 상술한 걸림 수단은 절취 수단(121)에 의하여 물티슈가 절취된 후, 다음 차례에 인출될 물티슈의 단부가 물티슈 보관부의 내부 공간에 깊게 삽입되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 형성되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 걸림 수단에 형성되는 요철부는, 물티슈를 잡아두어 내부 공간으로 깊게 삽입됨을 방지하는 기능을 수행할 수 있는 것이라면 제한 없이 이용될 수 있으며, 한 실시 예로써, 상술한 요철부는 미세 갈고리(Hook)가 하나 이상 형성된 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
즉 본 발명에서는 상술한 걸림 수단을 포함함으로써, 절취된 물티슈의 끝단이 내부 공간 깊이 삽입된 경우, 사용자가 물티슈 인출을 위하여 좁은 인출구(120)에 손을 넣어 물티슈를 꺼내거나, 전단부을 개방하여 물티슈 끝 단을 인출구(120)에 위치시키는 등의 동작이 불필요해져 편의성이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 다음에서는 제2롤(30)에 결합되는 이탈 방지 부재(32)의 결합 구조를 더욱 구체적으로 살펴보기로 한다.
앞서 언급하였듯이 건티슈를 외면에 권취하여 보관하는 제2롤(30)에는 건티슈의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 이탈 방지 부재(32)가 더 포함된다.
이때 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32)는, 일 측 단부에 제2롤(30)의 내측 직경에 대응되는 원통형의 리브가 마련되고, 타측 단부가 제2롤(30)의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 원판 형태로 마련됨으로써, 제2롤(30)의 끝 단부 일 영역에서 제2롤(30)에 권취된 건티슈의 이탈을 방지한다.
더욱 구체적인 예로써, 제2롤(30)의 내측 직경이 3.3cm라고 가정하였을 때, 이탈 방지 부재(32)의 일측 단부에 마련된 리브의 직경은 3.1cm내지 3.2cm인 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이때 타측 단부의 직경은 5.0 내지 10.0cm인 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편, 도 4의 실시 예에서는 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32)의 결합을 단순 끼움 결합 구조로 한정하였으나, 더욱 견고한 결합을 위하여 나사 결합 방식으로 수정되어 적용될 수도 있으며, 본 발명은 이에 제한하지 않는다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 상술한 이탈 방지 부재(32)가 제2롤(30)의 끝단에 결합됨에 따라서, 제2롤(30)에 권취되는 건티슈의 교체 용이성을 향상하고, 건티슈의 결합 안정성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
한편 도 5에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 물티슈 및 건티슈가 권취되는 특징적인 접힘 형태를 나타낸 실시 예가 도시되어 있으며, 이하의 설명에 있어서 앞서 도 1 내지 4에 대한 설명과 중복되는 실시 예에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
앞서 설명한 바와 같이 상술한 제1롤 및 제2롤에는 물티슈 및 건티슈가 그 외면에 권취된다.
이때, 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 실시 예로서, 상술한 물티슈 및 건티슈는, 일 측이 상대적으로 좁은 폭을 갖도록 접히게 하여, 상대적으로 좁은 폭을 갖는 면이 사용자 측으로 노출되도록 권취되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 물티슈 및 건티슈 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 티슈의 전체 폭이 1500과 같다고 가정하였을 때, 상술한 티슈는 1500에 표시된 접힘선에 의하여 접어질 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 접힘선은 바람직하게 전체 폭 100%를 기준으로 20 내지 45%에 형성되어 있는 것으로 이해될 것이고, 접힘선을 기준으로 티슈가 접어진 것을 1510에 도시하였다.
즉 1510에서 보여지듯이, 본 발명에서 물티슈 및 건티슈 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 티슈는, 상대적으로 좁은 폭이 상면을 향하도록 하여 사용자 측으로 노출되도록 권취되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편 이러한 특징적인 티슈의 권취 형태는, 사용자가 티슈를 인출하고자 할 때, 노출된 짧은 폭의 면을 잡고 인출되게 하여 티슈 파지의 용이성이 향상되는 효과가 있음은 물론이고, 인출될 시에 파지된 짧은 폭의 면으로부터 접힌 상태로 권취된 티슈가 펼쳐진 상태인 1520에 도시된 상태로 인출될 수 있어 그 편리함이 극대화되는 효과를 기대할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
한편 도 6에서는 앞서 설명한 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치가 티슈 걸이 봉에 장착된 것을 나타낸 실시 예를 도시하였으며, 이에 대한 설명에 있어서 앞서 언급한 도 1 내지 5에 대한 설명과 중복되는 불필요한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 6의 1600을 참조하면, 본 발명에서 개시하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치는 종래 화장실과 같은 공간에 기본적으로 설치되어 있는 티슈 걸이 봉(1)에 즉각적으로 적용될 수 있다.
즉, 기 설치된 티슈 걸이 봉(1)이, 전단부의 중심 영역과 제1롤 및 제2롤(30), 이탈 방지 부재(32)의 중심 영역에 마련되어 있는 결합 통로에 삽입 결합되어 체결될 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있는 것이다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은, 본 발명의 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치의 설치를 위한 별도의 설치 부재가 요구되지 않는 것으로서, 종래 티슈 걸이 봉(1)에 즉각적으로 적용 가능한 구조의 두루마리 타입의 건티슈(31) 및 물티슈(21) 공급 장치의 제공이 가능해지기 때문에 기존 자원의 활용성이 매우 우수한 효과가 있다.
또한 도 6의 1600에서 물티슈(21) 및 건티슈(31)는 앞서 도 5에서 설명한 바와 같이 특징적인 접힘 구조로 권취되어 있는 것이 나타나 있으며, 이에 따라 티슈 파지의 용이성이 향상되고, 인출되는 티슈가 쉽게 펼쳐지도록 하여 사용자 측에 제공되므로 이용의 편리함이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
종합적으로 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 물티슈(21)와 건티슈(31)의 동시 공급이 가능한 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치를 제공할 수 있고, 특히 종래 티슈 걸이 봉(1)에 즉각적으로 적용 가능한 구조의 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치의 제공이 가능해지기 때문에 기존 자원의 활용성이 매우 우수한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 제1롤 및 제2롤(30)에 권취되는 물티슈(21) 및 건티슈(31)가 특징적인 접힘 구조로 권취됨으로써, 티슈 파지의 용이성이 향상되고, 인출되는 티슈가 쉽게 펼쳐지도록 하여 사용자 측에 제공되므로 이용의 편리함이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 물티슈(21) 및 건티슈(31)의 동시 공급이 가능하며, 특히 물티슈(21)가 권취되어 있는 물티슈 보관부의 제1롤과, 건티슈(31)가 권취되어 있는 제2롤(30) 및 상술한 물티슈 보관부 자체가 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적으로 독립회동 가능하게 구비하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면 건티슈(31) 뿐만 아니라 물티슈(21) 역시 물티슈 보관부의 제1롤에 두루마리 형태로 권취되게 하여 사용자에게 공급함으로써 물티슈(21)가 더욱 용이하게 인출되도록 하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성을 향상할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서는 물티슈 보관부에서, 물티슈(21)의 인출을 위한 인출구를 개폐하기 위하여 개폐 도어를 형성하여 물티슈(21) 보관의 용이성이 극대화되도록 하고, 특히 개폐 도어의 내측 테두리부에 기밀성 물질로 마감 처리하여 물티슈 보관부에 보관되는 물티슈(21)의 수분이 증발하는 문제를 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또 다른 한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따르면, 본 발명에서 개시하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치는, 도 7에 도시된 사시도의 형태로 제공될 수도 있다.
이에 도 7을 참조하여 보면, 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)는, 바람직하게, 물티슈 보관부(2100) 및 건티슈 보관부(200)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
더욱 구체적으로, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100)는, 후면에는 설치면과의 결합을 위한 적어도 하나의 결합공이 형성되어 있을 수 있으며, 이때, 상술한 결합공을 통해 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)가 공공 장소의 설치면, 예를 들어 공중 화장실의 벽면과 볼트 부재 등을 통해 용이하게 결합 가능한 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
또한, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100)는, 내부 중심부에는 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제1 롤이 구비될 수 있고, 상술한 제1 롤의 외면에는 물티슈가 권취되어 물티슈를 두루마리 형태로 보관하고 있을 수 있다.
한편 상술한 제1 롤의 크기와 관련하여, 상술한 제1 롤의 직경은, 통상적으로 이용되는 점보롤 건티슈 등의 휴지심이 삽입 결합될 수 있는 직경을 갖는 것으로 이해될 것이며, 그 길이는, 점보롤 휴지심의 총 길이보다 5 내지 20% 증가된 길이를 갖도록 하여 건티슈를 효과적으로 지지하도록 구비되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
또 다른 한편, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 일 영역에는 내부에 보관된 물티슈를 인출하기 위한 물티슈 인출구가 더 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
더욱 구체적으로 상술한 물티슈 인출구는, 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 외측면 일 영역에 마련되되, 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 밀폐를 위한 개폐 도어(2111)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 개폐 도어(2111)는, 일 측에 물티슈 인출구의 일 측과 고정 부재에 의하여 결합됨으로써, 상술한 고정 부재에 의하여 개폐 도어(2111)가 닫힘 상태로 유지되도록 하고, 사용자가 물티슈를 제공받고자 할 때, 사용자에 의해 전달되는 외력에 의하여 상술한 개폐 도어(2111)가 개방될 수 있도록 하여 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 밀폐 및 개방이 가능하도록 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상술한 고정 부재는 적어도 도어 힌지를 포함한 힌지 결합, 돌출부와 끼움 홈에 의한 끼움 결합, 자력에 의한 결합 중 적어도 어느 하나가 독립적, 순차적으로 이용될 수 있다.
즉, 상술한 물티슈 인출구에 개폐 도어(2111)를 구비함에 따라서, 사용자가 물티슈를 인출하지 않을 시에는 상술한 개폐 도어(2111)에 의하여 물티슈 보관부(2100)가 밀폐된 상태로 유지되어, 물티슈가 함유한 수분이 증발되는 것을 최소화할 수 있게 되며, 이에 물티슈의 보관성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에서는 상술한 물티슈 인출구와 개폐 도어(2111) 사이에 물티슈 인출구의 수분 증발을 더욱 효과적으로 방지하기 위한, 별도의 실링 스티커를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 본 발명은 이에 제한하지 않는다.
또 다른 한편, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이, 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)는, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 외부 상면 중심부에는 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제2 롤이 구비되고, 상술한 제2 롤의 외면에는 건티슈가 권취되어 상술한 건티슈가 두루마리 형태로 보관되는 건티슈 보관부(2200)를 포함하여 구성된다.
앞서 언급한 제1 롤과 마찬가지로, 상술한 제2 롤은 그 크기와 관련하여, 직경은, 두루마리 형태로 제공되는 물티슈의 휴지심이 삽입 결합될 수 있는 직경을 갖는 것으로 이해될 것이며, 그 길이는, 물티슈 휴지심의 총 길이보다 5 내지 20% 증가된 길이를 갖도록 하여 물티슈를 효과적으로 지지하도록 구비되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편 상술한 건티슈 보관부(2200)의 일 영역에는 내부에 보관된 건티슈의 인출을 가능하게 하기 위한 건티슈 인출구(2120)가 마련된다.
더욱 구체적으로, 상술한 건티슈 인출구(2120)는 건티슈 보관부(2200)의 하측 일 영역에 마련되어 하측으로 건티슈의 끝 단이 노출되어 사용자가 건티슈를 이용하는데 있어서 이용상 편의성을 증대할 수 있도록 구비되는 것이 바람직하며, 더욱 바람직하게는 상술한 건티슈 인출구(2120)의 끝단 일 영역에는 건티슈의 절취를 위한 절취 수단(2121)이 설치되어 건티슈 절취의 용이성을 극대화할 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 절취 수단(2121)은, 예를 들어 커터 및 요철 돌기 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 인출된 건티슈를 상술한 커터 혹은 요철 돌기로 구비되는 절취 수단(2121)에 맞닿도록 함으로써, 사용자는, 적은 힘을 들여 기 설정된 방향으로 절취된 건티슈를 제공받을 수 있게 되는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 있어서, 상술한 제1 롤, 제2 롤 및 물티슈 보관부(2100) 중 적어도 어느 하나는, 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적 독립 회동이 가능하도록 구비될 수 있다.
즉, 한 실시 예로써, 사용자가 물티슈를 인출할 때에는, 물티슈가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤만이 중심 회전축을 기준으로 회전 구동할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 또 다른 실시 예로써, 사용자가 물티슈 및 건티슈의 동시 인출에 대한 동작을 수행할 경우, 물티슈가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤 및, 건티슈가 권취되어 있는 제2 롤이 중심 회전축을 기준으로 동시 구동할 수도 있다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 제1 롤, 제2 롤 및 물티슈 보관부(2100)가 각각 독립적 회동이 가능하여, 사용자의 인출 대상에 따라 어느 하나 혹은 하나 이상이 동시에 회전 구동할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 사용자가 하나 이상의 티슈를 선택적으로 이용함에 있어서, 이용상 편의성이 더욱 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또 다른 한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에서는, 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)에서 물티슈 및 건티슈가 사용자에 의하여 전달되는 회전력에 의하여 공급됨에 있어서, 제1 롤 및 제2 롤의 끝단 외주면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 돌기가 형성될 수 있고, 이에 대응되는 영역인, 물티슈 보관부(2100) 및 건티슈 보관부(2200)의 내측면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 홈이 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기 및 회전 규제용 홈은, 회전력에 의하여 물티슈 혹은 건티슈가 공급됨에 있어서, 제1 롤 및 제2 롤이 회전 시, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기 및 회전 규제용 홈의 맞걸림에 의하여 제1 롤 및 제2 롤의 연속적인 회전이 제한됨에 따라 물티슈 혹은 건티슈가 한번 회전 시 공급되는 양의 제어를 수행할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이는 종래에, 회전력의 강도를 조절하지 못하여, 지나치게 많은 티슈가 공급되어 버려지던 자원 낭비 문제를 해소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기 및 회전 규제용 홈은, 사용자가 소정의 회전력을 재인가 시, 회전 방향으로 탄성 변형하여, 회전 규제용 홈에서 회전 규제용 돌기가 이탈되도록 하여 맞걸림이 해제됨으로써 물티슈 혹은 건티슈를 공급하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 따라 공공 자원의 낭비를 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 도출할 수 있다.
종합적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 물티슈 및 건티슈의 동시 공급이 가능하며, 특히 물티슈가 권취되어 있는 물티슈 보관부(100)의 제1 롤과, 건티슈가 권취되어 있는 건티슈 보관부(200)의 제2 롤 및 상술한 물티슈 보관부(100) 자체가 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적으로 독립회동 가능하게 구비하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 제1 롤 및 제2 롤의 끝단 외주면 일 영역에 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 돌기가 형성되고, 건티슈 보관부(200) 및 물티슈 보관부(100)의 내측에 상기 회전 규제용 돌기에 대응되는 회전 규제용 홈이 형성됨으로써, 사용자에 의하여 전달되는 회전력에 의하여 공급되는 건티슈 및 물티슈가 과다 공급되는 것을 방지하여 공공 자원의 낭비를 최소화하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 건티슈 뿐만 아니라 물티슈 역시 두루마리 형태로 제1 롤에 권취되게 하여 사용자에게 공급함으로써, 물티슈가 더욱 용이하게 인출되도록 하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
한편, 도 8에서는, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)에 보관된 건티슈(21) 및 물티슈(31)가 인출되는 실시 예를 도시하였다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)는, 공공 장소에 설치되어, 건티슈(21) 및 물티슈(31)를 동시에 공급할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이, 상술한 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)는, 물티슈 보관부(2100), 건티슈 보관부(2200)로 구성될 수 있으며, 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 내부 중심부에 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장된 제1 롤에 물티슈(31)가 두루마리 형태로 보관되어, 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 외측면에 마련된 물티슈 인출구(2110)를 통하여 사용자에게 물티슈(31)가 용이하게 공급될 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 물티슈 인출구(2110)의 일 측에는 개폐 도어(2111)가 고정 부재에 의하여 결합됨으로써, 사용자가 물티슈(31)를 인출하지 않을 시에는 물티슈 보관부(2100)가 개폐 도어(2111)에 의하여 밀폐된 상태로 보관되는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 따라 물티슈(31)가 함유한 수분이 증발되는 것을 최소화할 수 있게 되며, 이에 물티슈(31)의 보관성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또 다른 한편, 상술한 건티슈 보관부(2200)는 내부 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 외부 상면 중심부에서 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제2 롤에 건티슈(21)가 두루마리 형태로 보관되어 있을 수 있고, 하부 일 측에 마련된 건티슈 인출구(2120)를 통하여 사용자에게 건티슈(21)가 용이하게 공급될 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 건티슈 인출구(2120)의 끝단 일 영역에는 건티슈(21)의 절취 용이성을 향상하기 위하여 커터 및 톱니 등의 절취 수단(2121)이 더 설치되어 있을 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 제1 롤 및 제2 롤 및 물티슈 보관부(2100)는 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적 독립 회동이 가능하며, 이에 따라 본 발명인 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치(2000)는 물티슈(31) 및 건티슈(21)의 동시 공급이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 물티슈(31)가 권취되어 있는 물티슈 보관부(2100)의 제1 롤과, 건티슈(21)가 권취되어 있는 건티슈 보관부(2200)의 제2 롤 및 상술한 물티슈 보관부(2100) 자체가 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적으로 독립회동 가능하게 구비하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 건티슈(21) 뿐만 아니라 물티슈(31) 역시 두루마리 형태로 제1 롤에 권취되게 하여 사용자에게 공급함으로써, 물티슈(31)가 더욱 용이하게 인출되도록 하여 사용자의 이용상 편의성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 건티슈(21) 및 물티슈(31)가 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치의 내부에서 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)에 권취되어 보관된 상태를 도시하였다.
도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에서는 물티슈(31)가 권취되는 제1 롤(210), 건티슈(21)가 권취되는 제2 롤(220) 및 물티슈 보관부(2100) 자체 중 적어도 어느 하나가 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적으로 독립회동 가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
즉, 한 실시 예로써, 사용자가 물티슈(31)를 인출할 때에는, 물티슈(31)가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤(210)만이 중심 회전축을 기준으로 회전 구동할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 또 다른 실시 예로써, 사용자가 물티슈(31) 및 건티슈(21)의 동시 인출에 대한 동작을 수행할 경우, 물티슈(31)가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤(210) 및, 건티슈 보관부(2200) 내부에 건티슈(21)가 권취되어 있는 제2 롤(220)이 중심 회전축을 기준으로 동시 구동할 수도 있다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 제1 롤(210), 제2 롤(220) 및 물티슈 보관부(2100)가 각각 독립적 회동이 가능하여, 사용자의 인출 대상에 따라 어느 하나 혹은 하나 이상이 동시에 회전 구동할 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 사용자가 하나 이상의 티슈를 선택적으로 이용함에 있어서, 이용상 편의성이 더욱 향상되는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
도 10에서는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 물티슈 보관부(2100) 및 건티슈 보관부(2200)에 형성된 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)의 결합 구조를 나타내기 위한 실시 예를 도시하였다.
도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에서는 물티슈 보관부(2100) 및 건티슈 보관부(2200)에 각각 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)이 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 제1 롤(210)에는 물티슈가 두루마리 형태로 권취되어 보관되는 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 상술한 제2 롤(220)에는 건티슈가 두루마리 형태로 권취되어 보관되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)은 중심 회전축을 기준으로 회전 구동 할 수 있도록 내부에 회전축과의 결합을 위한 중공부가 마련되어 있는 것으로 이해됨이 바람직하며, 또한, 상술한 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)은 중심 회전축에 대하여 상호 독립적으로 구비되도록 하여, 선택적 독립 회동이 가능하도록 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉 이에 따라 본 발명에서는 물티슈 및 건티슈를 동시에 공급 가능한 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치를 제공하는데 있어서, 물티슈 및 건티슈가 권취되어 있는 제1 롤(210) 및 제2 롤(220)이 서로 동시 혹은 독립적으로 회동될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 사용자는 이용하고자 하는 티슈를 용이하게 공급받을 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 건티슈에 한정하여 두루마리 형태로 제공되던 종래 기술과 달리, 물티슈 역시 두루마리 방식으로 제1 롤(210)에 권취되게 하여 사용자에 의해 전달되는 회전력에 의해 인출되도록 함으로써 이용상 편의성이 극대화되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 앞서 언급한 실시 예에서와 같이, 물티슈 보관부(2100) 역시 중심 회전축을 기준으로 회동 가능하게 구비될 수 있으며, 결과적으로 본 발명에서는 제1 롤(210), 제2 롤(220) 및 물티슈 보관부(2100) 중 적어도 어느 하나가 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적으로 독립 회동 가능한 것으로 이해되는 것이 바람직할 것이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
도 11는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치에 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)이 형성된 실시 예를 도시하였으며, 이하의 설명에 있어서 상술한 도 1 내지 4에 대한 설명과 중복되는 불필요한 실시 예에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 11에서는, 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)의 구조에 대하여 더욱 쉬운 이해를 위하여 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)을 별도로 분리한 실시 예를 도시하였다.
앞서 언급한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치에서 물티슈 및 건티슈가 사용자에 의하여 전달되는 회전력에 의하여 공급됨에 있어서, 제1 롤 및 제2 롤(210 or 220)의 끝단 외주면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 돌기(230)가 형성될 수 있고, 이에 대응되는 영역인, 물티슈 보관부 및 건티슈 보관부(2100 or 2200)의 내측면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 홈(231)이 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)은, 회전 구동 시 제1 롤 및 제2 롤(210 or 220) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 롤이 연속 회전 하는 것을 방지하여 과도하게 공급되는 티슈의 양을 제어하기 위한 구성인 것으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이때, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기(230)와 회전 규제용 홈(231)은, 바람직하게는 상호 한 쌍으로 구비되어, 사용자에게 적정량의 티슈가 공급될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)은, 서로 탄력적으로 맞걸림 되도록 구성되는 것이 바람직한데, 이는, 사용자가 건티슈 및 물티슈 중 적어도 어느 하나의 티슈를 추가적으로 더 인출을 희망하여 회전력을 재 인가하였을 때, 회전 규제용 홈(231)에 걸린 회전 규제용 돌기(230)가 용이하게 이탈되도록 하여, 걸림을 해제함으로써, 물티슈 및 건티슈의 공급이 가능하도록 하는 구성인 것으로 이해될 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 물티슈 및 건티슈의 동시 공급이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 상술한 회전 규제용 돌기(230) 및 회전 규제용 홈(231)의 구성을 더 포함함으로써, 종래의 회전력의 강도를 조절하지 못하여, 과도하게 많은 티슈가 공급됨에 따라, 자원이 낭비되는 문제를 해소할 수 있게 되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
또한, 이상에서 기재된 "포함하다", "구성하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치에 있어서,
    전단부가 개폐 가능하도록 구비되는 내부 공간이 마련된 컨테이너 형태로 구비되되, 내부 중심부에는 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제1롤이 마련됨으로써 상기 제1롤의 외면에 물티슈를 권취하여 보관하는 물티슈 보관부;
    상기 물티슈 보관부의 외측 후단부 중심 영역에서 후면 방향으로 돌출 연장됨으로써 연장된 외면에 건티슈를 권취하여 보관하는 제2롤;을 포함하되,
    상기 전단부의 중심 영역과 상기 제1롤 및 상기 제2롤의 내부 중심 영역은, 일직선 상에 위치되어, 내부에 티슈 걸이 봉과의 결합을 위한 결합 통로가 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1롤 및 상기 제2롤에는,
    상기 물티슈 및 상기 건티슈가, 폭 방향으로 접힌 상태로 권취되되,
    일 측이 상대적으로 좁은 폭을 갖도록 접히게 하여, 상대적으로 좁은 폭을 갖는 면이 사용자 측으로 노출될 수 있게 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 물티슈 보관부의 일 영역에는 내부에 보관 중인 상기 물티슈를 인출하기 위하여 마련되는 물티슈 인출구 및, 상기 물티슈 보관부의 일 측과 체결 수단에 의해 결합됨으로써 상기 물티슈 인출구의 개폐를 수행하는 개폐 도어;가 형성되고,
    상기 개폐 도어는,
    닫힘 상태에서는 물티슈에 함유된 수분 증발을 방지하고, 열림 상태에서는 내부에 보관 중인 상기 물티슈의 인출 경로를 안내하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 개폐 도어는,
    내측 테두리 영역이 고무, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기밀성 소재로 마감 처리되고,
    상기 체결 수단으로서 탄성 부재를 포함하여, 상기 개폐 도어가 평상 시 닫힘 상태로 유지될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 인출구의 하단부 일 영역에는,
    상기 인출구를 통해 인출되는 상기 물티슈를 절취하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 절취 수단; 및
    상기 절취 수단에 의해 절취된 후, 다음 차례에 인출될 물티슈의 단부가 상기 물티슈 보관부의 내부 공간에 깊게 삽입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 요철부가 형성된 걸림 수단;이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2롤의 끝 단부 일 영역에는 상기 제2롤에 권취되는 상기 건티슈의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 이탈 방지 부재;가 더 포함되며,
    상기 이탈 방지 부재는,
    일 측 단부에 상기 제2롤의 내측 직경에 대응되는 원통형의 리브를 마련하여 상기 리브를 상기 제2롤의 내측에 끼움 결합하여 고정하고,
    타측 단부가 상기 제2롤의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 원판 형태로 마련됨으로써 상기 제2롤의 끝 단부 일 영역에서 상기 제2롤에 권취된 건티슈의 이탈을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  7. 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치에 있어서,
    후면에 설치면과의 결합을 위한 적어도 하나의 결합공이 형성되고, 내부 중심부에는 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제1 롤이 구비되며, 상기 제1 롤의 외면에 물티슈가 권취되어 상기 물티슈가 두루마리 형태로 보관되는 물티슈 보관부; 및
    상기 물티슈 보관부의 외부 상면 중심부에는, 전면 방향으로 돌출 연장되는 제2 롤이 구비되고, 상기 제2 롤의 외면에 건티슈가 권취되어 상기 건티슈가 두루마리 형태로 보관되는 건티슈 보관부;를 포함하고,
    상기 물티슈 보관부 및 상기 건티슈 보관부의 일 영역에는 내부에 보관된 상기 물티슈 및 상기 건티슈의 인출이 가능한 물티슈 인출구 및 건티슈 인출구가 각각 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 물티슈 및 상기 건티슈는 사용자에 의하여 인가되는 회전력에 의하여 공급됨에 있어서,
    상기 제1 롤 및 상기 제2 롤의 끝단 외주면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 돌기가 형성되고,
    상기 회전 규제용 돌기가 형성되는 영역에 대응되는 상기 물티슈 보관부 및 상기 건티슈 보관부의 내측면 일 영역에는 적어도 하나의 회전 규제용 홈이 형성됨으로써, 상기 물티슈 및 상기 건티슈의 과다 공급을 방지하도록 하며,
    맞걸림된 상기 회전 규제용 돌기 및 회전 규제용 홈은 사용자에 의해 회전력이 재인가될 시 상기 회전 규제용 홈에서 상기 회전 규제용 돌기의 맞걸림이 탄력적으로 해제되도록 하여 상기 물티슈 및 상기 건티슈가 재공급되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 건티슈 인출구는,
    상기 건티슈 보관부의 하측 일 영역에 마련되고,
    상기 건티슈 인출구의 끝단 일 영역에는 상기 건티슈의 절취를 위한 커터및 요철 돌기 중 적어도 어느 하나의 절취 수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
  10. 제1항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1롤 및 상기 제2롤 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 롤에 권취된 물티슈 및 건티슈는 중심 회전축을 기준으로 선택적 독립 회동이 가능하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두루마리 타입의 건티슈 및 물티슈 공급 장치.
