Abstract
Description
また、運転者の着座姿勢を検出する生体センサを用いて運転者の身体状態を推定し、推定結果に応じてシートのシート運動を制御し、運転者を疲労した状態から回復させる機能を備えたシートが知られている(具体的には、特許文献2参照)。
また、特許文献2に記載のシート制御装置では、シートバック及びシートクッションの内部にそれぞれ体圧分布センサとしての圧電素子が複数固定されており、乗員の着座姿勢に応じた圧力を電圧信号に変換することで乗員の体圧分布を検出し、乗員の身体状態が疲労状態であると推定した場合には、乗員の疲労を回復させる運動を行うようにシートを制御することが開示されている。
そうすると、ユーザーとなる着座者の要望に応じてセンサユニットの種類を交換し、生体センサから得られる生体情報に基づくアウトプット機能を変更することができず、シートの汎用性に欠ける虞があった。また、適切な交換時期にセンサユニットを交換できなくなる虞があった。
そのほか、ユーザーが車両用シートからセンサユニットを容易に取り外すことができ、車両用シートとは別の作業用イス等に取り付けることができれば、様々なシチュエーションにおいてセンサユニットに基づくアウトプット機能が利用可能になると期待されていた。
また、車両用シートに生体センサを取り付けるにあたって、シンプルな組み付け構成としながらも、着座者の着座フィーリングを配慮した工夫が求められていた。
また、本発明の他の目的は、乗り物用シートだけでなく作業用イス等の様々なシートであっても取り付けることが可能なセンサユニット及びセンサユニット付きシートを提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、着座者の生体信号をより安定的に検出することが可能なセンサユニット及びセンサユニット付きシートを提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、シンプルな組み付け構成としながらも、着座者の着座フィーリングを配慮したセンサユニット及びセンサユニット付きシートを提供することにある。
上記構成により、ヒトが当接可能な対象物に対し比較的容易に着脱することが可能なセンサユニットを実現することができる。
上記構成により、着座用シートに対し比較的容易に着脱することが可能なセンサユニットを実現することができ、かつ、乗り物用シートだけでなく作業用イス等の様々なシートであっても取り付けることが可能なセンサユニットを実現できる。
上記構成により、従来のように車両用シートにおいてECU(Election Control Unit)や電源を別途要することなく、シンプルな構成となるセンサユニットを実現でき、ユーザーとなる着座者がシートから取り外して一層持ち運びし易くなる。
上記構成により、生体センサ及び通信部が、シート側の構成部品となるシートクッション(シートバック)の表皮材やクッションパッドに直接触れることがなくなるため、シートに対して生体センサ(通信部)の位置ずれを抑制することができ、かつ、生体センサ自体を保護することもでき、着座者の生体信号をより安定的に検出することができる。
なお、シート側の構成部品としては、ヘッドレストやアームレスト、オットマン等であっても良い。
上記構成により、シートクッションの表面にセンサユニットを取り付けた場合であっても、シートクッションの表面に凹凸が発生してしまうことを抑制できるため、シンプルな組み付け構成としながらも、着座者の着座フィーリングを配慮することができる。
上記構成により、シートに対し生体センサ(センサユニット)を一層安定させて取り付けることができる。
上記のように、センサ保持体が複数の生体センサを保持しているため、比較的シンプルな構成でシートに対し複数の生体センサをまとめて取り付けることができる。
上記構成により、シンプルな構成で、シートに対し着脱可能なセンサユニットとなる。
上記構成により、センサ保持体の外部から生体センサの取り付け位置を把握することができ、シートに対する生体センサの位置決めが容易となる。
また本発明によれば、着座者がシートから取り外して一層持ち運びし易くなる。
また本発明によれば、シートに対し生体センサの位置ずれを抑制でき、生体センサ自体を保護することもでき、着座者の生体信号をより安定的に検出することができる。
また本発明によれば、シンプルな組み付け構成としながらも、着座者の着座フィーリングを配慮することができる。
また本発明によれば、シートに対し生体センサ(センサユニット)を一層安定させて取り付けることができ、かつ、シンプルな構成でシートに対し複数の生体センサをまとめて取り付けることができる。
また本発明によれば、シートに対する生体センサの位置決めが容易となる。
本実施形態は、着座者が着座するためのセンサユニット付きシートであって、センサユニットは、着座者の生体信号を検出する生体センサと、生体センサと接続され、検出された生体信号を外部へ無線送信するための無線通信部と、生体センサ及び無線通信部を保持するセンサ保持体とを備え、センサ保持体が、シートクッションの表面において着座者が当接可能な位置に設けられた被取り付け部に対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられるシート取り付け部を有していることを特徴とするセンサユニット付きシートの発明に関するものである。
なお、センサユニット付きシートのシートバックに対して着座者が着座する側がシート前方側となる。
シートバック2は、着座者の背中を後方から支持する背もたれ部であって、骨格となる不図示のバックフレームに不図示のクッションパッドを載置して不図示の表皮材で被覆されて構成されている。
ヘッドレスト3は、着座者の頭を後方から支持する頭部であって、芯材となる不図示のヘッドレストピラーに不図示のクッションパッドを載置して不図示の表皮材で被覆されて構成されている。
アームレスト4は、着座者の腕を下方から支持する腕部であって、シートバック2のシート幅方向の外側面に不図示の取り付けブラケットを介して回動可能に組み付けられている。
また、クッションパッド10の表面上のうち、センサユニット30に対向する部分には、着座フィーリングを確保すべく、センサユニット30の外形に対応したクッション凹部13が形成されている。
なお、表皮材20の裏面には、シートクッション1の着座感を向上させるべく、不図示のワディング材が取り付けられていても良い。
表皮材20の表面上のうち、表皮吊り込み溝12よりもシート前方部分、シート後方部分には、それぞれセンサユニット30を内部に収納するための表皮ポケット21,22が形成されている。また、左右の表皮吊り込み溝11よりもシート幅方向の外側部分においても、それぞれ表皮ポケット23,24が形成されている。
前後の表皮ポケット21,22は、シートクッション1のシート幅方向の中央部分に配置されており、それぞれシート前後方向に並ぶように配置されている。
また、左右の表皮ポケット23,24は、シート前後方向において互いに対向する位置に配置されている。
生体センサ31aは、具体的には、着座者の呼吸信号(電気信号)を検出するセンサであって、より具体的には、着座者の着座圧を検出する面状の圧力センサである。
なお、「着座圧」とは、着座者がセンサユニット付きシートSに着座したときに着座者の生理的活動(呼吸)に応じて周期的に変化する値である。
無線通信部31bは、無線通信技術を利用して外部の端末、例えばタブレット端末、スマートフォン、PC等のコンピュータ、電気機器と接続し、電気信号(データ信号)の送受信をするものである。
制御部31cは、マイクロコンピュータに相当し、電気制御を総合的に実行するものであって、バッテリー部31dは、比較的小型なボタン電池である。
布部材32bは、例えば不織布テープであって、その四方全ての端部が、クッション材32aの表面上に当接し貼り付けられている。なお、接着剤等で貼り付けられても良い。
カバー材32cは、一対の表皮カバーを面同士で重ね合わせて一端部を開口部分とし、残りの端部を縫製することで形成されており、カバー材32cの開口部分の内面には、カバー閉じ部32dとして一対の面ファスナーが設けられている。
また、カバー材32cの内部空間はクッション材32aの外形と略同じ大きさとなるように形成されており、カバー材32cの内部においてセンサモジュール31が位置ズレすることなく収納されている。
また、センサ保持体32の外面のうち、位置決め表示部32eが形成された表面とは反対側の裏面には、シートクッション1の表皮ポケット21~24(被取り付け部)に対し、互いに面同士で接触させて取り付け可能なシート取り付け部32fが設けられている。
なお、センサユニット30からの電気信号に基づいて心拍数を算出する具体的な方法については、公知の算出方法(例えば、特開2015-123359号公報に記載の算出方法)が利用可能であって、具体的な説明については省略する。
具体的には、圧力センサのほか、温度センサや音センサ、光センサ、臭いセンサ、加速度センサ等を採用しても良い。
また、アウトプット機能としては、着座者の心拍の変化を計測して心拍の異常(居眠り状態)を着座者に報知するほか、着座者の着座姿勢を計測してシートのシート運動を制御しリラックスモードや骨格矯正モードを演出すること、着座者の生体情報(例えば、心電図や血圧、体温、呼吸等)に基づいて着座者に対しゲームや映像の演出をすること等が想定される。
次に、第2実施形態となるセンサユニット付きシートS2について、図4に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS2では、センサユニット付きシートSと比較して、主にセンサユニット130の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット130は、センサモジュール131と、センサモジュール131を保持するブロック状のセンサ保持体132と、から主に構成されており、シートクッション101のクッションパッド110の表面上に形成された直方体状のクッション凹部113(被取り付け部)に対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられている。
センサ保持体132は、直方体のブロックからなるパッド部材であって、クッション凹部113に対応する形状で形成されており、センサ保持体132の表面上には、センサモジュール131を収納するための収納凹部133が形成されている。
このとき、センサ保持体132(センサ保持体132の外側面)が「シート取り付け部」に相当し、クッション凹部113(被取り付け部)に対し着脱可能となるように取り付けられる。
次に、第3実施形態となるセンサユニット付きシートS3について、図5に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS3では、センサユニット付きシートSと比較して、主にセンサユニット230の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット230は、複数のセンサモジュール231と、複数のセンサモジュール231をまとめて保持するシート状のセンサ保持体232と、から主に構成されており、シートクッション201のクッションパッド210(被取り付け部)に対し、着脱可能となるように掛け止めされている。
センサ保持体232は、一枚の表皮材であって、クッションパッド210の中央部分の表面上に被覆可能な形状で形成されている。
センサ保持体232の裏面上には、複数のセンサモジュール231が面ファスナーや両面テープによってそれぞれ取り付けられている。
このとき、センサ保持体232が「シート取り付け部」に相当し、クッションパッド210(被取り付け部)に対し着脱可能となるように掛け止めされ取り付けられる。
また、比較的シンプルな構成で着座用シートに対し複数の生体センサをまとめて取り付けることができる。
次に、第4実施形態となるセンサユニット付きシートS4について、図6、図7に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS4では、センサユニット付きシートSと比較して、センサユニット330が有線通信方式となっている。
センサユニット330では、図6に示すように、センサモジュール331が、生体センサ331aと、生体センサ331aと接続され、検出された生体信号を外部へ送信するための有線通信部331bとを有している。
有線通信部331bは、図7に示すように、生体センサ331aと、シートクッション301に設けられたECU340とを接続し、生体センサ331aから得られた生体信号をECU340に向けて出力する導電線及び導電線を束ねたハーネスである。
詳しく述べると、有線通信部331bは、センサ保持体332からシート下方に屈曲して延びてクッションパッド310の貫通孔を通過し、さらにシート前方に屈曲してクッションフレームの底面に沿って延びて、ECU340と接続されている。
ECU340は、センサユニット330で検出された生体信号を解析することで、着座者の心拍数を算出することが可能な公知な心拍計測装置の制御部分であって、クッションフレームの底面に取り付けられている。なお、ECU340の周辺部分には、不図示の電源バッテリーが設けられている。
次に、第5実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS5について、図8-図10A,Bに基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS5のセンサユニット430は有線通信方式となっている。
センサユニット430は、図8、図9に示すように、センサモジュール431と、センサモジュール431を内部に保持するクッション状のセンサ保持体432と、から主に構成されており、シートクッション401及びシートバック402(被取り付け部)に対し、それぞれ着脱可能となるように取り付けられている。
以下、シートクッション401に設けられたセンサユニット430について説明する。
生体センサ431aは、面状の圧力センサであって、シート幅方向及びシート前後方向に間隔を空けて配置され、着座者が当接可能な位置に対応して計6カ所配置されている。なお、センサの検出精度を高めるべく、生体センサ431aが、着座者の臀部に相当する位置に4カ所配置されている。
有線通信部431bは、生体センサ431aと、シートクッション401に設けられた不図示のECUとを接続する導電線及び導電線を束ねたハーネスである。
センサ保持体432の四隅の裏面には、シートクッション401の表面に対し取り付け可能なシート取り付け部432f(面ファスナー)が取り付けられている。
上記構成において、有線通信部431b(導線)が、生体センサ431aからスリット穴434を貫通してクッション材432aの裏面まで延びている。また、当該クッション材432aの裏面において複数の有線通信部431bが束ねられてハーネスとして延びている。
なお、クッション材432aは、複層構造を有していても良い。その場合には、各層が接着剤等で固定されていると良く、また透明樹脂の台座を下敷き層として有すると良い。透明樹脂を採用することで、有線通信部431bの配線を容易に確認することができる。
なお、スリット穴434の長さ及び幅については適宜調整可能である。
カバー材432cの内部空間はクッション材432aの外形と同じ大きさとなるように形成されており、カバー材432cの表面上に複数の生体センサ431aが位置ズレすることなく収納されている。
カバー材432cの表面には、センサモジュール431の保持位置を外部に表示するための位置決め表示部432eが矩形状の縫製ラインとして形成されている。
なお、位置決め表示部432eのほか、センサユニット430の前後向き(左右向き)を位置確認するための位置決め表示部が別途形成されても良い。
また、比較的シンプルな構成で着座用シートに対し複数の生体センサをまとめて取り付けることができ、位置決めすることができる。
そのようにすれば、クッション材432aに生体センサ431a及び有線通信部431bが取り付けられたときに、クッション材432aの表面及び裏面が略面一となるため、着座者の着座感が良好となる。
なお、クッション材432aの表面及び裏面は略面一となることが望ましいが、特に限定されることなく、クッション材432aのうち、生体センサ431aを取り付けた部分がやや突出していても良いし、やや窪んでいても良い。
次に、第6実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS6について、図11-図13に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS6では、センサユニット付きシートS5と比較して、主にセンサユニット530のシート取り付け部533の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット530は、生体センサ531aを含むセンサモジュール531と、センサモジュール531を内部に保持するクッション状のセンサ保持体532と、から構成されており、シートクッション501及びシートバック502(被取り付け部)に対し、それぞれ着脱可能となるように取り付けられている。
以下、シートバック502に設けられたセンサユニット530について説明する。
センサ保持体532の長尺方向(上下方向)の両端部には、シートバック502の表面に対し取り付け可能なシート取り付け部533がそれぞれ取り付けられている。
上方カバー533aの延出方向の略中央部分には、ヘッドレスト503の一対のピラー503aを挿入するための一対の挿入穴534が形成されている。
また、上方カバー533aの延出端部には、シート幅方向に長尺な断面略J字形状の係合フック535(係合部材)が接着剤によって固定されている。
下方カバー533bの延出端部には、シート幅方向に長尺な矩形状の係合部材536(被係合部材)が接着剤によって固定されている。
係合フック535及び係合部材536は、樹脂製のトリムコードであって、係合部材536に対し係合フック535を掛け止めすることができる。
このとき、上方カバー533aの挿入穴534に対し、ヘッドレスト503のピラー503aが挿入された状態にする。
そして図13に示すように、シートバック502の裏面の下端部において、下方カバー533bの係合部材536に対し、上方カバー533aの係合フック535を掛け止めする。
具体的には、図12に示すように、シート取り付け部533によってシートクッション501の上面、前面、底面及び後面を被覆する。
そして図13に示すように、シートクッション501の後端部において、前方カバー533bの係合部材536に対し、後方カバー533aの係合フック535を掛け止めする。
次に、第7実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS7について、図14に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS7では、センサユニット付きシートS6と比較して、センサユニット630のシート取り付け部633の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット630は、センサモジュール631と、センサモジュール631を内部に保持するクッション状のセンサ保持体632と、センサ保持体632の表面に取り付けられ、シートクッション601(シートバック602)に取り付け可能なシート取り付け部633と、から主に構成されている。
以下、シートクッション601に設けられたセンサユニット630について説明する。
シート取り付け部633の外縁のうち、前端部及びシート幅方向の両端部には、線ファスナー633aが全体にわたって設けられており、表皮材620に設けられた線ファスナー620aと一組になって噛み合わさることで、シートクッション601に対しセンサユニット630を取り付けることができる。
このとき、シート取り付け部633の外縁のうち後端部には、線ファスナー633aを設けないこととしている。そのようにすることで、センサユニット付きシートS7を容易に製造することができ、かつ、センサユニット630の組み付け作業も容易になる。
次に、第8実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS8について、図15に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS8では、センサユニット付きシートS6と比較して、センサユニット730のシート取り付け部733の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット730は、センサモジュール731と、センサモジュール731を内部に保持するクッション状のセンサ保持体732と、センサ保持体732の幅方向(シート幅方向)の両端部に取り付けられ、シートクッション701に取り付け可能なシート取り付け部733が取り付けられている。
なお、センサユニット付きシートS8は、シートクッション701をシート幅方向の外側から保護する樹脂製の保護カバー734を左右に備えている。
左カバー733a、右カバー733bの延出端部が、それぞれシートクッション701及び保護カバー734の間に挟み込まれることで、シートクッション701に対しセンサユニット730を取り付けることができる。
次に、第9実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS9について、図16に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS9では、センサユニット付きシートS6と比較して、センサユニット830のシート取り付け部833の構成が異なっている。
センサユニット830は、センサモジュール831と、センサモジュール831を内部に保持するクッション状のセンサ保持体832と、センサ保持体832の上端部に取り付けられ、シートバック802に取り付け可能なシート取り付け部833が取り付けられている。
なお、センサユニット付きシートS8は、シートバック802の裏面において上方位置に取り付けられたJ字形状のフック834と、フック834よりも下方位置に配置され、シートバック802に対して回転可能に取り付けられたテーブル835と、を備えている。
また、シート取り付け部833の延出端部が、シートバック802及びテーブル835の間に挟み込まれている。
上記構成により、既存部品を利用して、シートバック802に対しセンサユニット830を取り付けることができる。
なお、既存部品としてアームレストを利用して、シートバック802に対しセンサユニット830を取り付けても良い。
次に、第10、第11実施形態のセンサユニット付きシートS10,S11について、図17、図18に基づいて説明する。
センサユニット付きシートS10は、ソファタイプの着座シートである。当該シートS10のシートクッション901の表面にクッション状(座布団状)のセンサユニット930が着脱可能に取り付けられている。
センサユニット付きシートS11は、事務椅子タイプの着座シートである。
当該シートS11のシートクッション1001の表面にクッション状(座布団状)のセンサユニット1030が着脱可能に取り付けられている。
これらセンサユニット930,1030は、例えば面ファスナーを用いてシートクッション901,1001に取り付けられていると良い。
上記実施形態では、図1に示すように、センサユニット30がシートクッション1の内部に取り付けられているが、特に限定されることなく変更可能であって、シートバック2の内部に取り付けられていても良いし、ヘッドレスト3の内部に取り付けられていても良いし、アームレスト4の内部や外部に取り付けられていても良い。また、不図示のオットマンの内部や外部に取り付けられていても良い。
また、センサユニット30が、着座者が着座するためのシートに取り付けられているが、特に限定されることなく、ヒトが当接可能な対象物の内部や外部に取り付けられていても良い。
具体的には図19Aに示すように、センサユニット30Aが、シート取り付け部32Afとして矩形板状の磁石を内部に有しても良い。そのように構成すれば、センサユニット30Aが、シートクッションやシートバックのクッションパッドに設けられた金属ワイヤ(例えば、表皮材掛け止め用の金属ワイヤ)に対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられることとなる。あるいは、シートクッションやシートバックの骨格となる金属フレームに対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられる。
また具体的には、図19Bに示すように、センサユニット30Bが、シート取り付け部32Bfとして取り付けバンドを外面(裏面)に有していても良い。そのように構成すれば、シート取り付け部32Bfが、アームレスト(被取り付け部)の外面に対し、アームレストを間に挟むようにして着脱可能に取り付けられることとなる。
その場合、センサモジュール131(生体センサ)が、上下方向においてセンサ保持体132とシートクッション101(クッションパッド110)に設けられたクッション凹部113との間に挟まれた状態で配置されることとなる。
そのように構成すれば、シートに対し生体センサを一層安定させて取り付けることができる。また、センサ保持体132のブロックの厚みを極力小さくすることで、着座者の生体信号をより検出し易くすることもできる。
また、センサユニット430が、着座者の携帯電話と無線通信し、当該携帯電話の表示部に、センシング情報に基づいた所定の演出画面を表示させる表示処理部を有しても良い。
また、センサユニット430が、センシング機能の故障を判定する故障判定部をさらに有しても良く、故障時には故障していることを報知する故障報知部(故障表示部)を有しても良い。なお、故障表示部は、着座者の着座面よりもシート前方位置に配置されていると良い。
また、センサユニット430の形状、生体センサ431aの形状について矩形状に限定されることなく、三角形状や円形状等であっても良く、位置決めし易い形状であると良い。
一方で、センサユニット430がシートクッション401(表皮材420)に一体的に取り付けられていても良い。そのようにすれば、センサユニット430の内部の電子部品を好適に保護することができる(外部に露出することを抑制できる)。
なお、表皮材420にセンサユニット430を一体的に取り付ける場合には、図10Aに示す生体センサ431a付きのクッション材432aをカバー材432cの内部に収納した後に、クッション材432a、カバー材432c及び表皮材420を一緒に縫製すると良い。
具体的には、センサユニット430が、アームレストやオットマン等に取り付けられても良い。
そのようにすれば、センサユニット430が着座者の着座圧をセンシングするだけでなく、着座者の手の動作や脚の動作についてもセンシングすることができる。
また、センサユニット430が、着座者の着座圧をリバーシブルにセンシングすることができても良い。そうすれば、シートクッション401上にセンサユニット430を裏返しにして取り付けることもでき、別のセンシング情報を取得することも可能となる。
また、センサユニット430が、前後逆さに取り付けられた場合であっても、左右逆さに取り付けられた場合であってもセンシングできると良い。その場合には、前後対称(左右対称)となるように生体センサ431aが配置されていると良い。
また、センサユニット430は一枚のクッション(座布団)であるところ、例えば2つ折りに畳むことができても良い。折り畳むときには、生体センサ431aや有線通信部431bが折り目を避けて配置されると良い。あるいは、敢えて折り目に重なるように配置されても良い。
また、有線通信部431b(ハーネス)がセンサ保持体432の開口部から外側に飛び出しているところ、有線通信部431bの飛び出す位置については、センサ保持体432の開口部の隅でなくても良い。すなわち、センサ保持体432の開口部の中央部分であっても良いし、センサ保持体432の所定位置に別途形成した貫通穴の位置であっても良い。
センサユニット付きシューズS12は、シューズ内部においてセンサユニット1130付きの中敷き1101(インナ―ソール)を備えていると良い。
具体的には、センサユニット1130が複数設けられ、中敷き1101の上部に形成された収納凹部1101aにそれぞれ収納されていると良い。
そのほか、センサユニット付きの床であっても良い。
ただし、上記の実施形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするための一例に過ぎず、本発明を限定するものではない。本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱することなく、変更、改良され得ると共に、本発明にはその等価物が含まれることは勿論である。
特に、センサユニットの配置や構成について、上記の実施形態にて説明したものは、あくまで一例に過ぎず、本発明を限定するものではない。
次に、表示システムに係り、特に、車内においてシートの状態と連動した投影装置を備える表示システムに関する発明を図21-図28、表1に基づいて説明する。
そして、本実施形態に係る車両用シートVは、シートバック部2010が起立した起立姿勢(図21参照)から、シートバック部2010が後傾した倒れ姿勢(図22参照)の少なくとも二つの状態に変形可能である。なお、車両用シートVが起立姿勢にある状態では、乗員Hは車両用シートVに対して通常の立位姿勢(例えば運転姿勢)をとる。一方で、車両用シートVが倒れ姿勢にある状態では、乗員Hは車両用シートVに対して中立姿勢をとる。
また、シートバック部2010は、リクライニング機構2015により、シートクッション部2011に対して後傾するように移動(厳密には回動)すること、いわゆるリクライニングさせることが可能である。
なお、本実施形態では操作スイッチ2025をON/OFFすることにより車両用シートVの姿勢を切り替えているが、操作スイッチ2025を押下している間、リクライニング機構2015が動作しシートバック部2010が、乗員Hの好みに合うよう徐々に傾斜してもよい。
また、投影開始スイッチ2034を備えている。投影開始スイッチ2034を押下することにより、プロジェクタ2030が映像の投影を開始する。この際、ECU2040は、車両用シートVの状態、例えば倒れ姿勢であるか、起立姿勢であるかを判定する。具体的には、ECU2040は各可動機構のモータの回転数の情報を基にして、シートバック部2010の倒れ角度α、シートクッション部の傾斜角度β、シートクッション部2011の高さhを取得し、それらの情報から、プロジェクタ2030が映像を投影する投射角度θ(車体フロアFと投影軸2033の角度θ)を算出する。
なお、基本的には、乗員Hが着座したときの乗員Hの目線の先に映像が位置するように投射角度θは定められる。そのため、例えば、図21に示すように起立姿勢では、前方にあるフロントシートV1に映像を投影してよく、図22に示すように倒れ姿勢では、映像をルーフ2003に設けられたスクリーン2004に映像を投影してよい。
ECU2040は、設定された投射角度θの値を基にして、プロジェクタ2030又はプロジェクタ可動機構2032を動かしてプロジェクタを最適な投射角度に設定し、映像2031の表示位置を定める。
また、プロジェクタ2030は、センターコンソール2005、ヘッドレスト部2013、シートバック部2010に設けられていたが、プロジェクタ2030が設置される箇所はこれに限定されず、車両用シートVのアームレストに設置されてもよい。
本発明の表示システムでは、映像の表示装置として車内の壁面に映像を投影可能な投影装置を用いている。また、制御部が、シートの状態を取得し、その状態に合わせて投影装置の投影位置、すなわち、映像が表示される位置を変更する。そのため、例えば車内にディスプレイを支持する大掛かりな装置を設けることなく、シートの状態と映像の表示位置とが連動した表示システムを提供することができる。
上記構成により、シートが変形することに応じて、乗員にとって最適な位置に投影装置の投影位置を変更することができる。

投影装置がヘッドレスト部に設けられることにより、映像を車室のルーフに投影しやすくなる。
投影装置を車両の略中央に配置されるため、車内の広範囲に映像を投影することができる。
上記構成により、追従が必要な人、例えば映像を見る乗員にとって最適な位置に映像を投影することができる。
映像が投影される壁面が動くことにより、乗員にとって見やすい角度で映像を表示することができる。

Claims (11)
- ヒトが当接可能な対象物に取り付けられるセンサユニットであって、
前記ヒトの生体信号を検出する生体センサと、
該生体センサと接続され、検出された前記生体信号を外部へ送信するための通信部と、
前記生体センサ及び前記通信部を保持するセンサ保持体と、を備え、
該センサ保持体は、前記対象物において前記ヒトが当接可能な位置に設けられた被取り付け部に対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられる取り付け部を有していることを特徴とするセンサユニット。 - 着座者が着座するためのシートに取り付けられる前記センサユニットであって、
前記生体センサは、前記着座者の生体信号を検出し、
前記センサ保持体は、前記シートにおいて前記着座者が当接可能な位置に設けられた前記被取り付け部に対し、着脱可能となるように取り付けられる前記取り付け部としてのシート取り付け部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサユニット。 - 検出された前記生体信号を外部へ無線送信する前記通信部としての無線通信部と、
前記生体センサ及び前記無線通信部と接続され、電力を供給するためのバッテリー部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。 - 前記センサ保持体は、袋状に形成されており、前記生体センサ及び前記通信部を袋内部に保持していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ保持体は、前記シートの着座部となるシートクッションの表面に設けられた前記被取り付け部としてのクッション凹部に対応した形状を有し、該クッション凹部の内部に収納されて取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記生体センサは、前記センサ保持体と前記シートクッションに設けられた前記クッション凹部との間に挟まれた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ保持体は、複数の前記生体センサを保持し、
該複数の生体センサは、シート幅方向及び/又はシート前後方向に間隔を空けて配置され、前記着座者が当接可能な位置に対応して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。 - 前記センサ保持体は、前記シートに設けられた前記被取り付け部に対し、該被取り付け部を間に挟むようにして取り付け可能なシート取り付け部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ保持体は、前記シートに設けられた前記被取り付け部に対し、互いに面同士で接触させて取り付け可能なシート取り付け部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ保持体の表面には、前記生体センサの保持位置を外部に表示するための位置決め表示部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサユニット。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニットを備えたセンサユニット付きシートであって、
クッションパッドに表皮材を被覆して構成されるシートクッションを備え、
前記センサユニットが前記シートクッション上において前記表皮材と前記クッションパッドの間に着脱可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とするセンサユニット付きシート。
