Description

一种终端器件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用平面触控操作的终端电子器件,例如,智能手机、智能平板等等。
背景技术
随着显示行业不断发展,其中显示面板屏占比高、显示区域极致化以及显示效果更佳惊艳的全面屏技术逐渐成为主流。
而随着全面屏已然成为行业的趋势,手机屏幕一般都是选用18:9的全面屏,其屏占比一般都会大于80%,屏幕边缘非常贴近手机机身。而传统的手机屏幕显示比为16:9,呈长方形,四边均是直角,要在机身上部放置前置摄像头、感应器等电子元器件,屏幕的边缘与手机边框边缘就会有一定距离。
对于全面屏手机而言,如果采用传统的直角方案,就没有空间放置电子元器件,同时,屏幕接近机身边缘会让屏幕在跌落时承受冲击变大,会更容易碎屏。因此,为减少碎屏的可能和预留元件空间,将屏幕加工成非直角的异形切割就十分必要了。
所谓“异形切割”是指根据不同需要对屏幕进行R角切割、U型开槽切割、C角切割等。其有两个目的:一是屏幕四角做C角或者R角切割,然后加缓冲泡棉等对边缘补强,来防止碎屏。二是需要在屏幕上方做U形切割,为前置摄像头、距离传感器、受话器等元件预留空间。
这其中由于目前镜头供方无法提供屏下镜头的方案,而主流的3D扫描是多镜头配合而来的,而手机的机体内部空间有限,如果这些元器件全部放上屏幕,那前置摄像头、后置摄像头以及感应器等电子元器件就没有足够摆放的空间。
具体而言,以手机为例,普通大众对于其拍照性能的要求越来越高,这就使得业界对于镜头的参数越来越高;同时,手机上不只是设置前置摄像头,也还要设置后置摄像头。这些摄像头的设置,不可避免的占用了较多的空间,而如何在有限的空间内合理安放这些摄像头,并能满足高性能的拍摄要求,也成为业界的一个难点。
技术问题
本发明的一个方面是提供一种终端器件,其采用新型的摄像头设置方式,并结合触控异形(Notch)屏自身的形状特点,实现了所述触控异形屏显示区域的极致化。
技术解决方案
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种终端器件,包括框架和前、后设置于其内的触控异形屏和背板。其中所述异形屏上部内凹位置处设置有摄像头组件。所述摄像头组件包括壳体部和设置于其内的摄像头,其中所述壳体部包括前、后相对设置的透明面板部,其中所述前透明面板部与所述异形屏的表面结合成一个平面,所述后透明面板部与所述背板结合形成一个平面。所述摄像头设置在一个可旋转的本体上,所述本体位于所述前、后透明部之间,并只能进行正/反180度的旋转,使得所述摄像头的拍摄方向能够从所述触控异形屏方向转变为所述背板方向,进而实现所述摄像头前置和后置之间的转换。
进一步的,在不同实施方式中,其中所述本体为柱型构型。优选为圆柱构型,但不限于。

本发明的实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例,对本发明涉及的一种终端器件的技术方案作进一步的详细描述。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的一个实施方式提供了一种终端器件,包括框架10和前、后设置于其内的触控异形屏12和背板。其中所述触控异形屏12上部内凹位置处设置有摄像头组件。
其中所述摄像头组件包括壳体部20和设置于其内的摄像头22。其中所述壳体部20包括前、后相对设置的透明面板部,其中前透明面板部与所述触控异形屏的表面结合成一个平面,所述后透明面板部与所述背板结合形成一个平面。如此,使得所述壳体部20能够合适的嵌入到所述触控异形屏12的异形位置处,并能与其结合为一体,且还不会影响所述触控异形屏12的有效显示区域。其中所述壳体部20相对设置的前、后面板部为透明状,则是为了不影响其内设置的所述摄像头22的拍摄操作。
其中所述摄像头22可在所述壳体部20内进行正向/反向的180度旋转,是为了使得所述摄像头22能够实现从前置摄像头变换为后置摄像头的功效。相对于要分别设置前置摄像头以及后置摄像头的终端器件,本发明的如此设置,一方面可节约摄像头的成本,另一方面,则可节约所述终端器件内的有限空间。

本发明涉及的一种终端器件,其采用旋转摄像头结构,通过180°旋转所述摄像头来实现所述摄像头的前置转后置/后置转前置的功能设置,从而实现前、后置摄像头二合一共用。如此,既节省了所述终端器件内有限的设置空间,同时又由于共用摄像头而节省了摄像头产品的成本。
进一步的,其中所述旋转摄像头结构还与触控异形屏结构相结合,将其设置在所述触控异形屏上部中间下陷位置处的异形区,有效的利用了该处不能进行图像显示的区域,并同时实现了所述触控异形屏显示区域的极致化。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端器件,包括框架和前、后设置于其内的触控异形屏和背板;其中所述异形屏上部内凹位置处设置有摄像头组件;
    其中所述摄像头组件包括壳体部和设置于其内的摄像头,其中所述壳体部包括前、后相对设置的透明面板部,其中所述前透明面板部与所述异形屏的表面结合成一个平面,所述后透明面板部与所述背板结合形成一个平面;
    其中所述摄像头设置在一个可旋转的本体上,所述本体位于所述前、后透明部之间,并只能进行正/反180度的旋转,使得所述摄像头的拍摄方向能够从所述触控异形屏方向转变为所述背板方向,进而实现所述摄像头前置和后置之间的转换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种终端器件,其中所述本体为柱型构型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种终端器件,其中所述本体的一端通过一转轴孔设置在所述框架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种终端器件,其中所述本体的一端连接有一驱动电机,并在所述驱动电机的驱动下进行180度的旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种终端器件,其中所述本体的一端连接在所述驱动电机的输出轴上,并通过其与所述驱动电机输出轴的连接使得所述本体悬空设置在所述前、后透明面板部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种终端器件,其中所述驱动电机根据设定只能进行正向预定输出和反向预定输出,从而实现所述本体的正向180度转动或是反向180度转动。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种终端器件,其中所述驱动电机连接所述终端器件的处理单元,并根据所述处理单元的指令进行正/反180度的旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种终端器件,其中所述触控异形屏接收外部输入的要求所述摄像头旋转的指令,并将其传输给所述处理单元。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种终端器件,其中所述摄像头包括并排设置在所述本体上的双摄或是三摄。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种终端器件,其中所述终端器件包括移动智能终端器件。
