一个主螺杆, 具有一个外螺纹及一个连接部;
一个螺母, 具有一个贯穿该螺母两端面的孔, 且形成该孔的内壁面具 有一个内螺纹; 及
一个行星组, 具有一个支撑结构, 该支撑结构用于支持多个滚柱于该 支撑结构定位旋转, 该多个滚柱彼此相同且具有外螺纹, 多个滚柱的 外螺纹与该主螺杆的外螺纹及该螺母的内螺纹相啮合。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的行星螺杆, 其特征在于, 该内壁面为阶梯型孔, 于中间段的内壁面具有一个第一内径, 在该螺母两端边的内壁面具有 一个第二内径, 该第二内径部位为密合部, 该密合部的内径尺寸大于 该第一内径的内径尺寸, 该内螺纹位于第一内径部位。
