- the synthetic gas is a mixed gas composed of carbon monoxide and hydrogen, and is a chemical base material capable of producing high value-added chemicals such as acetic acid, dimethyl ether, and oxo-alcohols through a post-process. Is a substance.
- the carbon dioxide reforming process consumes more energy than the SMR process, but its importance is gradually highlighted in that it recycles the global warming gas CO 2 and can be applied to an oxo synthesis process or a chemical energy transmission system. have.
- the active material is one of the components of the catalyst, and is the most important component in the catalyst because a catalytic reaction occurs on the surface of the active material.
- Coke deposition occurs on the catalyst surface from the direct decomposition reaction of methane (CH 4 decomposition: CH 4 ⁇ C (s) + 2H 2 ), which is advantageous at high temperatures.
- CH 4 decomposition CH 4 ⁇ C (s) + 2H 2
- the heated reaction gas is reacted with the catalyst.
- the temperature in the reactor dropped below the appropriate reaction temperature, and there was a problem that coke was generated due to the decomposition reaction of methane or the disproportionation reaction of carbon monoxide.
- the present invention is to prevent the catalyst from being deactivated by coke generated while the temperature decrease of the reaction gas is reduced by heat absorption during CDR reaction, the CDR catalyst in the reactor has a multi-layer structure of multiple layers.
- a technique is provided for a new CDR reactor that places a space without the CDR reaction catalyst between the catalyst layer and the catalyst layer, so that the temperature of the reduced reaction gas can be recovered by the endothermic reaction in the space between the catalyst layer and the catalyst layer. I want to.
- Korean Patent Publication No. KR 10-2014-0140562 A (published on Dec. 09, 2014) relates to a method for producing carbon monoxide and / or hydrogen by alternating operation between two operation modes, more specifically, hydrocarbon, water and Technology for forming at least carbon monoxide as a product under the effect of heat generated by one or more heating elements by performing endothermic reaction of hydrogen and carbon dioxide in a fluidized reactor and exothermic reaction of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and / or hydrogen as reactants in the fluidized reactor This is described.
- JP 2003-212507 A (2003.07.30. Published) discloses a technique in which the temperature in the reactor is constant by dividing the combustion catalyst according to the characteristics of the reforming reaction in a plate plate reformer catalyzing the heat transfer surface. More specifically, to catalyze both surfaces of the heat transfer wall surface, the gas passage is formed on one side of the catalyst for the exothermic reaction and the gas passage is formed on the other side of the catalyst, the reaction heat of the exothermic reaction is the heat source of the endothermic reaction Technology for a reactor characterized in that the reaction heat is balanced by dividing and arranging only the catalyst for the exothermic reaction at intervals in the gas flow direction so that the amount of heat generated through the heat transfer wall in one reactor coincides with the endothermic reaction amount. This is described.
- Korean Patent Publication No. KR 10-2014-0140562 A and Japanese Patent Publication No. JP 2003-212507 A are methods for recovering a temperature reduced by an endothermic reaction in a methane reforming reactor, endothermic reaction inside the reactor
