Description

衣類のストラップタブ
  本発明は、ブラジャーなどの衣類に使用されるストラップを、連結具を介して衣類本体側に連結するため当該衣類本体側に固定されるループ状のストラップタブに関する。
  ブラジャーなどの衣類は、最近無縫製タイプのものが好まれる傾向にある（例えば特許第３７９２２０４号公報の無縫製ブラジャー）。無縫製タイプの衣類は肌に対し低刺激性（チクチク感が少ない）で動きやすく、また縫い目による段差がないのでゴロツキにくく肌によくなじんでフィット感もよい。
  一方、ブラジャーなどの衣類は肩紐にストラップを使用したものがある。当該ストラップは、例えば特許文献１（特開２０１４－１８１４１２号公報）の図２に記載のように、衣類本体側に接着されたストラップタブに連結具（丸環や角環）を係合し、この連結具にストラップの端部を掛け回すことで衣類本体側に連結される。
  ストラップタブは、一般的に短冊状の布片を長手方向中央部分で単純に折り返してループ状にしたものが多い。そして、ストラップタブの基端側は衣類本体側との接着部分が４層（ストラップタブの２層＋表生地＋裏生地）になって分厚くなるのに対し、ストラップタブの先端側ではループ状の折り返し部分が２層のため薄くなっている。
  このためストラップタブの部分で段差が出来やすく、当該段差によって着用時に違和感（ゴロツキ感）を感じたり、ブラウスなどの薄着を着用する季節では当該段差が外側から目立って体裁がよくないという課題があった。

  そこで本発明の目的は、段差を少なくしてゴロツキ感を抑制し外見上の体裁も向上したストラップタブを提供することにある。
  前記課題を解決するため本発明のストラップタブは、ブラジャーなどの衣類に使用されるストラップを連結具を介して衣類本体側に連結するため当該衣類本体側に固定されるループ状のストラップタブであって、片面に接着層を有し所定長さを有する短冊状の本体部と、当該本体部の長手方向中間部から当該長手方向を横断する方向に所定長さで延びた突出部とを有し、前記突出部が前記接着層と重なるように折り曲げられて前記本体部に接着され、さらに前記本体部が前記突出部を谷側にして二つ折りされ、当該二つ折り状態の前記本体部の山側とは反対側の端部を衣類本体側に固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。
  また本発明の他のストラップタブは、ブラジャーなどの衣類に使用されるストラップを連結具を介して衣類本体側に連結するため当該衣類本体側に固定されるループ状のストラップタブであって、片面に接着層を有し所定長さを有する短冊状の本体部と、当該本体部の長手方向中間部から当該長手方向を横断する方向に所定長さで対称的に延びた一対の突出部とを有し、前記一対の突出部が前記接着層と重なるように折り曲げられて前記本体部に接着され、さらに前記本体部が前記一対の突出部を谷側にして二つ折りされ、当該二つ折り状態の前記本体部の山側とは反対側の端部を衣類本体側に固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。
  本発明のストラップタブは、本体部から突出した突出部が二つ折りされて先端側（ループ側）の厚みが増大するので、ストラップタブの基端側（衣類本体側）と先端側（ループ側）の段差を少なくしてゴロツキ感を抑制し外見上の体裁を向上することができる。また二つ折りされた突出部で先端側（ループ側）の補強効果が得られるから、ストラップタブの耐久性を向上することができる。

（ブラジャーの全体構成）
  以下に本発明の実施形態に係るストラップタブ８（１８）と当該ストラップタブを有するブラジャー１０を図面に基いて説明する。図１Ａと図１Ｂはブラジャー１０の正面図と裏面図である。ブラジャー１０の左右一対のカップ部１は互いにブラジャー１０の中央の連結部２によって連結されている。図示例ではカップ部１がフルカップのものを示すが、カップ部１は少なくともバストの下方から半分以上を覆うサイズがあればよく、ハーフカップないし３分の２カップでもよい。
  カップ部１は連結部２と反対側がサイドベルト３に連結されている。一方のサイドベルト３の端部にアイテープ４が取り付けられ、他方のサイドベルト３の端部にフックテープ５が取り付けられている。アイテープ４とフックテープ５は、ブラジャー１０の着用時に背中側で連結される。アイテープ４とフックテープ５に代えて、例えばスナップ、面ファスナー、紐、ボタンとボタン穴等を使用することも可能である。
  サイドベルト３の端部付近の上縁部と、カップ部１の上縁部に、肩に掛けるストラップ６の両端がそれぞれ連結されている。このストラップ６のカップ部１側の端部に、移動環７ａと固定環７ｂが取り付けられ、ストラップ６の長さ調整ができるようになっている。
  固定環７ｂは、カップ部１の上縁部に対して、ループ状のストラップタブ８で取り付けられている。このストラップタブ８は、固定環７ｂの横バーを包持するように短冊状の生地を二つ折りしてループ状に形成したもので、二枚重ねの基端部８ｅが表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂとの間に樹脂ドットで溶着されている。
  ブラジャー１０は、伸縮性を有しほぼ同一形状の表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂを、両生地間の樹脂ドットによる溶着により貼り合わせて一体化したものである。生地の種類は特に限定されないが、例えばタテ、ヨコ両方向に伸縮性を有する２ウェイトリコット生地を使用することができる。
  樹脂ドットの付着位置は、ランダム的なものでもよいし、規則正しく縦横にマトリックス状に配列したものでもよい。樹脂ドットの素材は、例えば、ポリウレタン系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリエステル系ホットメルト樹脂、ＥＶＡ系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト樹脂、スチレン系エラストマー、湿気硬化型ウレタン系ホットメルト樹脂、反応型ホットメルト樹脂等を使用可能である。
  樹脂ドットの径は、例えば０．５ｍｍ程度とすることができる。また樹脂ドットの付着密度は、例えば５～２０ドット／１０ｃｍとすることができ、生地に対する占有面積率は例えば３０％とすることができる。
  カップ部１は、モールド成形によって椀形に賦形されている。カップ部１の中央領域がモールド成形により低伸縮性の椀形に賦形される。カップ部１の内側に、裏生地１０ｂによってパッドポケット９が形成されている。このパッドポケット９は、パッド挿入口Ｃを通して内部に椀状のパッドを収容するためのものであって全体としてほぼ扁平袋状である。

  前記ストラップタブ８は、詳しくは図２Ａに示すように、カップ部１の上縁においてその基端部８ｅが表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂの間に挟み込まれる形で接着固定される。このストラップタブ８に、図２Ｂ（ａ）の連結具（固定環）としてのエイト環（８環）が連結される。連結具（固定環）としては図２Ｂ（ｂ）のゼット環（Ｚ環）も使用可能である。ストラップ６をストラップタブ８に対して着脱可能にする場合はゼット環７ｃを使用する。
  図２Ｃ、図２Ｄに示すように、ストラップタブ８の基端部８ｅが表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂの間に挟み込まれる形で接着固定される。ストラップタブ８は短冊状の布片を折り返すことでループ状に形成されている。ループ状部分は後述するように４層構造で段差を少なくし補強効果も得られるようにしている。
  次に、ストラップタブ８の製作方法を図３（ａ）～（ｆ）に基いて説明する。ストラップタブ８の製作に使用する元生地３０は、図３（ａ）のように片面に接着層３１が形成されている。当該接着層３１はウレタンエラストマーフィルム等で構成することができる。元生地３０の種類はブラジャー１０の本体部分の生地と同種の生地を使用することができるが、他の種類の生地を使用しても構わない。
  前記元生地３０から図３（ｂ）のストラップタブ８用のＴ字片を切り出す。ストラップタブ８のＴ字片は短冊状の本体部８ａと、当該本体部８ａの長手方向中央部から当該長手方向を横断する方向（ここでは直角方向）に所定長さで延びた突出部８ｂとを有する。
  このストラップタブ８用Ｔ字片を図３（ｃ）のように折曲げ線８ｃで折り曲げ、図３（ｄ）のように接着層３１の上に重ね合わせる。さらにストラップタブ８用Ｔ字片を図３（ｅ）のように突出部８ｂの長手方向に沿った中央折曲げ線８ｄで接着層３１を谷側にして折り曲げ、図３（ｆ）のように接着層３１同士を重ね合わせる。連結具にエイト環７ｂを使用する場合は当該折曲げ前にエイト環７ｂの横バーを中央折曲げ線８ｄに配置してから当該横バーを包み込むようにして折り曲げる。この状態で熱プレスを掛けて接着層３１を溶着する。
  これで突出部８ｂの折曲げ線８ｄに沿って谷折りした部分が図２Ｄのように４層に補強されたループ部となる。ループ部と反対側の端部、すなわち折曲げ線８ｄの山側とは反対側の基端部８ｅが衣類本体側に固定される。ここでは図２Ｄのように、カップ部１の縁部の表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂの間にストラップタブ８の基端部８ｅが接着固定される。
  ストラップタブ８は４層に補強されたループ部を有するので、ストラップタブ８に掛かる力を安定的に受け止めることができる。また表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂを合わせた基端部８ｅの厚さと先端側（ループ側）の厚さの段差が４層同士で少なくなるので、ゴロツキ感を抑制し外見上の体裁を向上することができる。

  次に変形実施形態に係るストラップタブ１８とその製作方法を図４Ａ～図５に基いて説明する。このストラップタブ１８も４層に補強されたループ部を有するが、４層にするための突出部８ｂが図４Ｂ（ａ）のように本体部１８ａの両側に形成されている点が前述のストラップタブ８と異なる。突出部８ｂを接着層３１に重ね合わせるように折り曲げることや、突出部１８ｂを中央折曲げ線１８ｄで折り曲げることは前述のストラップタブ８と同じである。
  ストラップタブ１８用十字片に使用する元生地３０は図３（ａ）と同じである。当該元生地３０から図５（ａ）のストラップタブ１８用十字片を切り出す。ストラップタブ１８用十字片は短冊状の本体部１８ａと、当該本体部１８ａの長手方向中央部から当該長手方向を横断する方向（ここでは直角方向）に所定長さで左右対称に延びた一対の突出部１８ｂを有する。
  このストラップタブ１８用十字片を図５（ｂ）のように折曲げ線１８ｃで折り曲げ、図５（ｃ）のように接着層３１の上に重ね合わせる。さらにストラップタブ１８用十字片を図５（ｄ）のように中央折曲げ線１８ｄで接着層３１を谷側にして折り曲げ、図５（ｅ）のように接着層３１同士を重ね合わせる。
  これで突出部１８ｂの折曲げ線１８ｄに沿って谷折りした部分が図４Ｂのように４層に補強されたループ部となる。ループ部と反対側の端部、すなわち折曲げ線１８ｄの山側とは反対側の基端部１８ｅが衣類本体側に固定される。基端部１８ｅの固定の仕方は、表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂを２枚の端部１８ｅと互い違いに重ね合わせるように接着固定する。
  このように接着固定することで、ストラップタブ１８に掛かる力を表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂに分散することができる。勿論、図２Ｄと同じように２枚の端部１８ｅを合わせた形で表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂの間に挟み込んで接着固定しても良い。このストラップタブ１８も４層に補強されたループ部を有するので、ストラップタブ１８に掛かる力を安定的に受け止めることができる。
  以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は前記実施形態に限定されることなく種々の変形が可能である。例えば本発明はブラジャー以外の衣類のストラップタブへの適用も勿論可能である。またストラップタブ８、１８に連結する連結具もエイト環７ｂやゼット環７ｃの他に丸環なども可能である。また突出部８ｂ、１８ｂは本体部８ａ、１８ａの長手方向中間部から直角方向に突出させる他、多少斜め方向に突出させても構わない。

Claims (3)

  1. 　ブラジャーなどの衣類に使用されるストラップを連結具を介して衣類本体側に連結するため当該衣類本体側に固定されるループ状のストラップタブであって、片面に接着層を有し所定長さを有する短冊状の本体部と、当該本体部の長手方向中間部から当該長手方向を横断する方向に所定長さで延びた突出部とを有し、前記突出部が前記接着層と重なるように折り曲げられて前記本体部に接着され、さらに前記本体部が前記突出部を谷側にして二つ折りされ、当該二つ折り状態の前記本体部の山側とは反対側の端部を衣類本体側に固定するようにしたことを特徴とするストラップタブ。
  2. 　ブラジャーなどの衣類に使用されるストラップを連結具を介して衣類本体側に連結するため当該衣類本体側に固定されるループ状のストラップタブであって、片面に接着層を有し所定長さを有する短冊状の本体部と、当該本体部の長手方向中間部から当該長手方向を横断する方向に所定長さで対称的に延びた一対の突出部とを有し、前記一対の突出部が前記接着層と重なるように折り曲げられて前記本体部に接着され、さらに前記本体部が前記一対の突出部を谷側にして二つ折りされ、当該二つ折り状態の前記本体部の山側とは反対側の端部を衣類本体側に固定するようにしたことを特徴とするストラップタブ。
  3. 　前記本体部の山側とは反対側の端部が、衣類本体側の表生地と裏生地との間に接着可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２のストラップタブ。
