Description

一种多功能护理设备及制造方法 技术领域
本发明属于护理设备技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种多功能护理设备及制造方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,生活节奏却在进一步加快,对于那些长期伏案工作的人群来说,颈椎因为长期处于一种状态,很容易产生颈椎疾病。颈部护理设备因为能够起到放松颈部肌肉的作用,对预防颈椎疾病非常有利。
目前,颈部护理设备一般包括有护理设备主体,主支架,以及设于主支架上的按摩组件,主支架至少包括有动力源,动力源用于驱动按摩组件进行按摩动作,按摩组件一般在护理设备主体上的位置固定且凸出护理设备主体的外表面,从而使颈部护理设备仅能当颈部护理设备使用,功能单一。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于:第一方面,提供一种多功能护理设备,旨在解决现有技术中护理设备因按摩组件位置固定,而使护理设备功能单一的技术问题。
第二方面,提供一种多功能护理设备的制造方法,用以解决现有技术中存在护理设备组装工艺复杂的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种多功能护理设备,该多功能护理设备,包括:
整体呈U型的、可充放气的外气袋,动力源,主支架,以及若干设于所述主支架上的按摩组件;
在所述外气袋的内侧设有第一开口;
在所述外气袋内设有具有第二开口的内气袋;
所述内气袋与所述外气袋在所述第一开口与所述第二开口处密封装配;
所述主支架设于所述内气袋内;
所述主支架上还设有用于驱动所述按摩组件置于所述内气袋内或置于所述内气袋外的驱动组件。
第二方面,提供了一种多功能护理设备的制作方法,该制造方法包括:
获取外气袋,并在所述外气袋的一侧开设第一开口;
获取内气袋,并在所述内气袋上开设第二开口;
将所述内气袋置于所述外气袋内,并在所述第一开口和所述第二开口处密封装配;
获取气袋连接件,将所述气袋连接件与所述外气袋、所述内气袋在所述第一开口和所述第二开口处密封装配;
获取安装有动力源、按摩组件、驱动组件及安装支架的主支架,将所述主支架放入至所述内气袋中并使所述安装支架与所述气袋连接件可拆卸式连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的一种多功能护理设备的有益效果在于:该多功能护理设备,通过可充放气的外气袋,使多功能护理设备在收纳时具有占用空间小的优点,通过内气袋将主支架、按摩组件,驱动组件与外气袋隔开,有效保证了外气袋的气密性和使用寿命;同时,通过驱动组件使按摩组件收容在内气袋中,以使多功能护理设备具有当枕垫、靠垫等作用;或使按摩组件伸出内气袋,以使按摩组件进行按摩作用,相对于现有技术来说,具有收纳空间小、功能多、维修方便、生产效率高的优点
本发明实施例提供的一种多功能护理设备的制造方法的有益效果在于:该制造方法使得该多功能护理设备具有组装工艺简单、维修方便,生产效率高的优点。

在本实施例中,护理设备可以是颈部按摩器、眼部按摩器、头部按摩器或其他用于对人体各部位进行按摩护理的按摩器,在本实施例中,该护理设备主要以作颈部按摩器来进行说明。
请参考图1-图4所示,一种多功能护理设备,包括:可充放气的外气袋1,动力源,主支架3,以及若干设于主支架3上的按摩组件4。具体地,在外气袋1的一侧设有第一开口;在外气袋1内设有具有第二开口的内气袋2;其中,内气袋2与外气袋1在第一开口与第二开口处密封装配。具体地,主支架3设于内气袋2内,主支架3上还设有用于驱动按摩组件4置于内气袋2内或置于内气袋2外的驱动组件8。
其中,在本实施例中,动力源安装在主支架3上,其中,主支架3主要起安装和定位作用,用于将动力源、按摩组件4和驱动组件8传动连接在一起,以便将主支架3安装在内气袋2内。其中,内气袋2与外气袋1密封装配,用于保证外气袋1的气密性,同时,也用于将外气袋1与主支架3隔开,以便保证外气袋1在充放气过程中不与主支架3进行摩擦,提高外气袋1的使用寿命。其中,第一开口与第二开口的作用便于主支架3的安装,以提高颈部多功能护理设备的生产效率。
在本实施例中,多功能护理设备主要用于对颈部进行按摩,外气袋1整体呈U型,第一开口设置在外气袋1靠近人体颈部的内侧。在其他实施例中,多功能护理设备可以根据对人体不同位置进行按摩来设计外气袋1的形状,这里不做限制。
因此,本发明提供的一种多功能护理设备,通过可充放气的外气袋1,使多功能护理设备在收纳时具有占用空间小的优点,通过内气袋2将主支架3、按摩组件4,驱动组件8与外气袋1隔开,有效保证了外气袋1的气密性和使用寿命;同时,通过驱动组件8使按摩组件4收容在内气袋2中,以使多功能护理设备具有当枕垫、靠垫等作用;或使按摩组件4伸出内气袋2,以使按摩组件4进行按摩作用,相对于现有技术来说,具有收纳空间小、功能多的优点。
具体地,在本实施例中,外气袋1与内气袋2在第一开口与第二开口处通过气袋连接件5密封装配。气袋连接件5采用塑胶或硅胶或橡胶材料制成,气袋连接件5的作用是进一步保证外气袋1与内气袋2在第一开口与第二开口处的密封性,同时因气袋连接件5具有一定的刚性,有效保证了第二开口处于打开状态,从而方便主支架3的安装。
具体地,在本实施例中,主支架3还包括有若干与气袋连接件5可拆卸式连接的安装支架6。在本实施例中,按摩组件4设置有两个,安装支架6设置有两个,每个安装支架6与气袋连接件5可拆卸式连接。具体地,在气袋连接件5上设有四个具有内螺纹孔的螺柱51,安装支架6上设有供螺丝穿过的安装孔,气袋连接件5通过螺丝穿过安装孔与螺柱51螺纹连接固定在一起。气袋连接件5与安装支架6采用螺丝固定的方式,具有固定牢固,方便拆卸的优点。通过气袋连接件5与安装支架6进一步地提高主支架3的安装效率。
进一步地,在本实施例中,安装支架6的形状大致呈筒状,安装支架6的轴线剖面呈U型,因此,安装支架6具有容置腔,其中,驱动组件8和按摩组件4均可收容在容置腔内。安装支架6的上端面基本与气袋连接件5齐平,当需要使用按摩组件4进行按摩时,通过驱动组件8驱动按摩组件4伸出容置腔,使多功能护理设备以起到按摩作用,当不需要使用按摩组件4进行按摩时,通过驱动组件8将按摩组件4收容在容置腔中,以使多功能护理设备可当普通颈枕使用,从而使本实施例的多功能护理设备具有功能多样性。
具体地,如图3与图4所示,在本实施例中,动力源包括:气泵,驱动组件8包括:导柱82和驱动气袋81;其中气泵和导柱82均设于主支架3上,按摩组件4套设在导柱82上,驱动气袋81套设在导柱82上且位于主支架3与按摩组件4之间,驱动气袋81的气嘴通过气管与气泵连通;导柱82上远离驱动气袋81的一端设有径向外凸的凸出部83,导柱82上套设有复位件84,复位件84的一端抵接在按摩组件4上,另一端抵接在凸出部83上。在其他实施例中,气泵可设置在外气袋外1。
当需要按摩组件4起按摩作用时,气泵向驱动气袋81内供气,使驱动气袋81鼓起,驱动气袋81鼓起的同时推动按摩组件4沿导柱82的轴线方向上升,从而伸出容置腔。当不需要按摩组件4起按摩作用时,通过气泵使驱动气袋81放气,同时通过复位件84使按摩组件4沿导柱82的轴线向靠近主支架3的方向运动,以使按摩组件4收容在容置腔内。
具体地,在本实施例中,复位件84为弹簧,弹簧的一端抵接在凸出部83上,另一端抵接在按摩组件4上,当按摩组件4收容在容置腔内时,弹簧处于松弛状态,当按摩组件4伸出容置腔时,弹簧处于压缩状态。在其他实施例中,复位件84同样为驱动气袋81,并与气泵连接。
具体地,驱动气袋81与按摩组件4之间的导柱82上套设有托盘9,托盘9与导柱82之间设有限制托盘9绕导柱82转动的限位件7。其中,托盘9用于将驱动气袋81与按摩组件4隔开,用于避免按摩组件4在按摩过程中对驱动气袋81造成磨损,限位件7用于限制托盘9转动,从而减少托盘9与气袋之间的摩擦力,对气袋起保护作用。
更具体地:在本实施例中,限位件7包括:通过螺丝固定在主支架3上的底盘71,设于底盘71上的、以供托盘9套设的中空柱72,若干设于中空柱72外周面上的、延长方向与中空柱72的轴线同向的凸起73,以及,若干设于托盘9上的、用于与各凸起73滑动装配的滑槽74;导柱82与中空柱72同轴线设置,驱动气袋81套设在中空柱72上。
当凸起73与滑槽74滑动装配后,托盘9仅能沿中空柱72的延长方向移动,而不能绕中空柱72进行旋转,从而使托盘9与气袋直径相对静止,以减少托盘9与气袋之间的摩擦力。而且,采用凸起73与滑槽74的装配方式,使托盘9具有安装方便的优点。
在其他实施例中,凸起73设置在托盘9上,滑槽74设置在中空柱72上。
具体地,在托盘9上设有环槽91,环槽91内设有若干部分凸出托盘9表面的滚珠92,按摩组件4滚动抵接在若干滚珠92上。滚珠92的作用是用于减少按摩组件4与托盘9之间的摩擦力,以便按摩组件4更好的进行按摩。
在本实施例中,按摩组件4包括:按摩支架41,设于按摩支架41上的若干中心轴42,以及设于中心轴42上且可绕中心轴42旋转的按摩头43。
更具体地,在本实施例中,按摩支架41为筒状,按摩支架41与中空柱72套设,按摩支架41与导柱82套设,中心轴42设置有两根,每根中心轴42上设有一个按摩头43,按摩头43以按摩支架41的轴线对称设置。在其他实施例中,按摩头43可设置3个或4个。
具体地,在本实施例中,滚珠92设置有四颗,在按摩支架41上设有圆盘,在圆盘上设有四个分别用于容置部分滚珠92的凹口411,四个凹口411以导柱82的轴线对称设置。凹口411的作用是使托盘9与滚珠92稳定滚动抵接。在本实施例中,圆盘包括两个半圆盘,一个半圆盘上设有两个凹口411。在本实施例中,滚珠92为钢珠。
在其他实施例中,驱动组件8可采用丝杠原理的丝杠结构驱动按摩组件4进行升降。
在本实施例中,主支架1上的动力源包括有:电机和齿轮减速组,齿轮减速组最后一个齿轮的转轴与导柱82固定连接,从而使导柱82转动设置在主支架1上,在按摩支架41与导柱82之间同样采用凸起73与滑槽74的装配方式来使按摩组件4与导柱82同步转动,从而使按摩组件4在升降过程中还能进行旋转,以便更有效地对人体颈部进行按摩。
本实施例还提供一种多功能护理设备的制造方法,包括:获取外气袋1,并在外气袋1的一侧开设第一开口;获取内气袋2,并在内气袋2上开设第二开口;将内气袋2置于外气袋1内,并在第一开口和第二开口处密封装配;获取气袋连接件5,将气袋连接件5与外气袋1、内气袋2在第一开口和第二开口处密封装配;获取安装有动力源、按摩组件4、驱动组件8及安装支架6的主支架3,将主支架3放入至内气袋2中并使安装支架6与气袋连接件5可拆卸式连接。
具体地,在本实施例中,外气袋1与内气袋2在第一开口和第二开口处通过热压合的方式进行密封,在其他实施例中,可采用胶粘的方式进行密封装配,或者采用胶粘与热压合结合的方式进行密封装配。
更具体地,外气袋1与内气袋2热压合后,气袋连接件5通过胶粘的方式固定在第一开口与第二开口的结合处,气袋连接件5对第一开口和第二开口的结合处具有密封和保护作用。
通过上述制造方法,使得本实施例的多功能护理设备具有组装工艺简单,维修方便,生产效率高的优点。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    整体呈U型的、可充放气的外气袋(1),动力源,主支架(3),以及若干设于所述主支架(3)上的按摩组件(4);
    在所述外气袋(1)的内侧设有第一开口;
    在所述外气袋(1)内设有具有第二开口的内气袋(2);
    所述内气袋(2)与所述外气袋(1)在所述第一开口与所述第二开口处密封装配;
    所述主支架(3)设于所述内气袋(2)内;
    所述主支架(3)上还设有用于驱动所述按摩组件(4)置于所述内气袋(2)内,或置于所述内气袋(2)外的驱动组件(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述外气袋(1)与所述内气袋(2)在所述第一开口与所述第二开口处通过气袋连接件(5)密封装配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述主支架(3)还包括有若干与所述气袋连接件(5)可拆卸式连接的安装支架(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述安装支架(6)的轴线剖面呈U型,所述安装支架(6)上具有容置腔,所述驱动组件(8)和所述按摩组件(4)均可收容在所述容置腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述动力源包括:气泵;所述驱动组件(8)包括:导柱(82)和驱动气袋(81);所述导柱(82)设于所述主支架(3)上,所述按摩组件(4)套设在所述导柱(82)上,所述驱动气袋(81)套设在所述导柱(82)上且位于所述主支架(3)与按摩组件(4)之间,所述驱动气袋(81)的气嘴通过气管与所述气泵连通;所述导柱(82)上远离所述驱动气袋(81)的一端设有径向外凸的凸出部(83),所述导柱(82)上套设有复位件(84),所述复位件(84)的一端抵接在所述按摩组件(4)上,另一端抵接在所述凸出部(83)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述驱动气袋(81)与所述按摩组件(4)之间的所述导柱(82)上套设有托盘(9),所述托盘(9)与所述导柱(82)之间设有限制所述托盘(9)绕所述导柱(82)转动的限位件(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述托盘(9)上设有环槽(91),所述环槽(91)内设有若干部分凸出所述托盘(9)表面的滚珠(92),所述按摩组件(4)滚动抵接在若干所述滚珠(92)上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述按摩组件(4)包括:套设在所述导柱(82)上的按摩支架(41),设于所述按摩支架(41)上的若干中心轴(42),以及套设在各所述中心轴(42)上且可绕所述中心轴(42)旋转的的按摩头(43)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述限位件(7)包括:固定在所述主支架(3)上的底盘(71),设于所述底盘(71)上的、以供所述托盘(9)套设的中空柱(72),若干设于所述中空柱(72)外周面上的、延长方向与所述中空柱(72)的轴线同向的凸起(73),以及,若干设于所述托盘(9)上的、用于与各所述凸起(73)滑动装配的滑槽(74);所述导柱(82)与所述中空柱(72)同轴线设置,所述驱动气袋(81)套设在所述中空柱(72)上。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述滚珠(92)设置有四颗,所述按摩组件(4)上设有四个分别用于容置部分所述滚珠(92)的凹口(411),四个所述凹口(411)以所述导柱(82)的轴线对称设置。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述气袋连接件(5)与所述安装支架(6)通过若干螺丝固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能护理设备,其特征在于:所述复位件(84)为弹簧或驱动气袋。
  13. 一种多功能护理设备的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取外气袋(1),并在所述外气袋(1)的内侧开设第一开口;
    获取内气袋(2),并在所述内气袋(2)上开设第二开口;
    将所述内气袋(2)置于所述外气袋(1)内,并在所述第一开口和所述第二开口处密封装配;
    获取气袋连接件(5),将所述气袋连接件(5)与所述外气袋(1)、所述内气袋(2)在所述第一开口和所述第二开口处密封装配;
    获取安装有动力源、按摩组件(4)、驱动组件(8)及安装支架(6)的主支架(3),将所述主支架(3)放入至所述内气袋(2)中并使所述安装支架(6)与所述气袋连接件(5)可拆卸式连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的制造方法,其特征在于:所述外气袋(1)与所述内气袋(2)在所述第一开口和所述第二开口处通过热压合和/或胶粘的方式进行密封装配。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的制造方法,其特征在于:所述气袋连接件(5)通过胶粘的方式固定在所述第一开口和所述第二开口的结合处。
