作为优选方案,所述拨杆72上设有卡孔722,转换开关71的触头711朝上安装,拨杆72通过卡孔722与触头711连接,拨槽201沿第二壳体2侧壁周向延伸。
参见图1、图2和图4,作为优选方案,所述第一加热元件31连接在第一烤盘3下侧,所述第二加热元件41连接在第二烤盘4的上侧,第一加热元件31与第一壳体1底部之间设有第一阻隔件32,所述第二加热元件41与第二壳体2顶部之间设有第二阻隔件42;所述第一阻隔件32上设有第一过孔321,所述第一加热元件31的连接端穿过所述第一过孔321与电路连接,所述第二阻隔件42上设有第二过孔421,所述第二加热元件41的连接端穿过所述第二过孔421与电路连接,第一阻隔件32和第二阻隔件42用于分开发热管与内部线路,保证产品的使用安全。
参见图4,作为优选方案,所述第二阻隔件42上设有两个第三过孔422,第一温控器5和第二温控器6分别穿过两个第三过孔422与第二烤盘4接触。
参见图2,作为优选方案,所述第一阻隔件32与第一壳体1的开口之间形成第一安装槽33,第一烤盘3设置在所述第一安装槽33内,所述第二阻隔件42与第二壳体2的开口之间形成第二安装槽43,所述第二烤盘4设置在所述第二安装槽43内。
参见图8,作为优选方案,所述第二烤盘4的底部对应第一温控器5和第二温控器6设有两个凸台44,所述第一温控器5和第二温控器6与对应的凸台44接触,以方便温控器精准地感应烤盘的温度。
参见图8,作为优选方案,所述第一烤盘3和第二烤盘4底部设有分别与第一加热组件31和第二加热组件41形状对应的聚热槽1001,该聚热槽1001可使得发热组件与烤盘尽量接近以提高发热利率,同时可保证烤盘盘温的均匀度。
作为优选方案,所述第一温控器5的触发阈值为190℃-220℃,所述第二温控器6的触发阈值为150℃-190℃。
参见图1至图4,作为优选方案,还包括控制面板组件,所述第二壳体2相对其与第一壳体1铰接的一侧以及第一壳体1相对其与第二壳体2铰接的一侧均设有安装口1002,控制面板组件包括第一控制面板11和第二控制面板21,所述第一控制面板11安装在第一壳体1的安装口1002上,第二控制面板21安装在第二壳体2的安装口1002上,所述拨槽201设于第二控制面板21上。
参见图1和图2,作为优选方案,所述第一控制面板11上设有提手部111,其方便用户相对打开第一壳体1。
参见图8至图15,作为优选方案,所述第一烤盘3和第二烤盘4均通过锁定机构可拆卸地设于第一壳体1和第二壳体2上,所述锁定机构分别安装在第一壳体1和第二壳体2的侧部,所述锁定机构包括按键组件8和弹性元件9,所述按键组件8外端穿出第一壳体1/第二壳体2外侧,内端朝向第一烤盘3/第二烤盘4的一侧设有扣钩81,弹性元件9弹性 连接按键组件8和第一壳体1/第二壳体2,其使按键组件8向第一壳体1/第二壳体2外侧方向复位,第一烤盘3和第二烤盘4侧部对应扣钩81设有扣合部1003,在弹性元件9的作用下,扣钩81扣在扣合部1003上使烤盘与壳体锁定,按下按键组件8外端使扣钩81脱离扣合部1003可使烤盘与壳体解锁,其操作简单,方便装拆烤盘。
参见图12、图13和图15,作为优选方案,所述扣钩81末端朝向扣合部1003的一侧设有导引斜面801,扣合部1003抵压导引斜面801可使扣钩81朝解锁方向移动,以使烤盘可以安装配入壳体内。
参见图12、图13和图15,作为优选方案,扣合部1003包括扣片131,锁定时扣钩81扣在扣片131上侧,扣片131末端设有向上倾斜的导引部1301,导引部1301抵压导引斜面801可使扣钩81朝解锁方向移动,所述扣131片采用五金件,其强度和耐磨性好,可增长锁定机构的使用寿命。
参见图9和图15,作为优选方案,所述按键组件8包括按键82和钩件83,所述按键82安装在钩件83外侧,所述钩件83包括钩件主体84和所述扣钩81,所述弹性元件9弹性连接钩件83和第一壳体1/第二壳体2,其使钩件83向第一壳体1/第二壳体2外侧方向复位,按键82穿出第一壳体1/第二壳体2外侧,按下按键82可使烤盘与壳体解锁。
参见图3和图9,作为优选方案,所述第一控制面板11和第二控制面板21上均设有按键槽101,按键82安装在按键槽101内,按键82内端侧部设有防止其脱出按键槽101的限位结构821。
参见图10和图11,作为优选方案,所述弹性元件9为弹簧,钩件主体84内端设有弹簧安装槽841,弹簧一端安装在弹簧安装槽841内,另一端通过弹簧固定件85安装在第一壳体1/第二壳体2上。
参见图16,作为优选方案,还包括第一煎盘301和第二煎盘402,第一煎盘可选择性替换第一烤盘3和/或第二煎盘可选择性替换第二烤盘4,其中,第一煎盘301和第二煎盘401为带平滑面的盘,第一煎盘301和第二煎盘401上均设有与第一烤盘3和第二烤盘4一样的扣合部1003以及凸台,将煎盘替换掉烤盘,可使得该华夫饼机实现烤饼或者烤肉的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 华夫饼机,其包括一侧铰接的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体内设有第一烤盘,第二壳体内设有第二烤盘,第一烤盘连接有第一加热元件,第二烤盘连接有第二加热元件,第一加热元件和第二加热元件并联连接,其特征在于:还包括第一温控器、第二温控器和换档开关,第一温控器和第二温控器用于检测第一烤盘或第二烤盘的温度,第一加热元件和第二加热元件的一端分别与第一温控器和第二温控器的一端电连接,第一温控器和第二温控器的另一端通过换档开关与电路连接,通过换档开关可选择第一温控器或者第二温控器与所述第一加热元件和第二加热元件的电路串联,第一温控器的触发阈值大于第二温控器的触发阈值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述换档开关包括转换开关和拨杆,所述转换开关安装在第二壳体内,转换开关上设有触头,所述拨杆的内端与第二壳体铰接,第二壳体设有拨槽,拨杆的外端通过拨槽延伸至第二壳体外侧,所述拨杆两端之间与触头连接,通过拨动拨杆可切换转换开关使第一温控器或第二温控器所述第一加热元件和第二加热元件的电路串联。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述拨杆上设有卡孔,转换开关的触头朝上安装,拨杆通过卡孔与触头连接,拨槽沿第二壳体侧壁周向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述第一加热元件连接在第一烤盘下侧,所述第二加热元件连接在第二烤盘的上侧,第一加热元件与第一壳体底部之间设有第一阻隔件,所述第二加热元件与第二壳体顶部之间设有第二阻隔件;所述第一阻隔件上设有第一过孔,所述第一加热元件的连接端穿过所述第一过孔与电路连接,所述第二阻隔件上设有第二过孔,所述第二加热元件的连接端穿过所述第二过孔与电路连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述第二阻隔件上设有两个第三过孔,第一温控器和第二温控器分别穿过两个第三过孔与第二烤盘接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述第二烤盘的底部对应第一温控器和第二温控器设有两个凸台,所述第一温控器和第二温控器与对应的凸台接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述第一温控器的触发阈值为190℃-220℃,所述第二温控器的触发阈值为150℃-190℃。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:还包括控制面板组件,所述第二壳体相对其与第一壳体铰接的一侧设有安装口,控制面板组件安装在安装口上,所述拨槽设于控制面板组件上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:所述第一烤盘和第二烤盘均通过锁定机构可拆卸地设于第一壳体和第二壳体上,所述锁定机构分别安装在第一壳体和第二壳体的侧部,所述锁定机构包括按键组件和弹性元件,所述按键组件外端穿出第一壳体/第二壳体外侧,内端朝向第一烤盘/第二烤盘的一侧设有扣钩,弹性元件弹性连接按键组件和第一壳体/第二壳体,其使按键组件向第一壳体/第二壳体外侧方向复位,第一烤盘和第二烤 盘侧部对应扣钩设有扣合部,在弹性元件的作用下,扣钩扣在扣合部上使烤盘与壳体锁定,按下按键组件外端使扣钩脱离扣合部可使烤盘与壳体解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的华夫饼机,其特征在于:还包括第一煎盘和第二煎盘,第一煎盘可选择性替换第一烤盘和/或第二煎盘可选择性替换第二烤盘。
