本实用新型目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进 一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
需要说明,若本实用新型实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本实用新型实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本实用新型要求的保护范围之内。
本实用新型提出一种扬声器模组,该扬声器模组能够用于耳机、手机等能够发声的设备。
请结合参考图1至图3,扬声器模组包括外壳10和扬声器单体20,外壳10内形成有收容腔13,且外壳10设有与收容腔13连通的出声孔113,扬声器单体20设于收容腔13内,并将收容腔13隔设为前声腔131和后声腔132,出声孔113设于前声腔131。本实施例中,扬声器单体20包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括振膜以及固定于振膜一侧的音圈,振膜包括中心部、围绕中心部设置的折环部以及围绕折环部设置的固定部,振膜还可以包括结合于中心部的复合层。磁路系统包括导磁轭,导磁轭上设有内磁路部分和外磁路部分,两者之间形成容纳音圈的磁间隙。其中,一种情况下,内磁路部 分包括设于导磁轭的中央位置的中心磁铁和设于中心磁铁上的中心导磁板,外磁路部分包括设于导磁轭的边缘位置的边磁铁和设于边磁铁上的边导磁板。扬声器单体20还可包括辅助系统,辅助系统包括壳体,壳体用于收容固定振动系统和磁路系统。此外,辅助系统还可包括前盖,前盖结合于壳体的上方,前盖和壳体围合成扬声器单体20的保护框架。当然,在一些情况下,扬声器单体20也可不包括辅助系统。
进一步地,扬声器模组还包括隔离组件30,隔离组件30设于后声腔132,并将后声腔132隔设为第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322,扬声器单体20位于第一后腔1321,第二后腔1322填充有吸音颗粒,隔离组件30将吸音颗粒封装在第二后腔1322内,从而阻止吸音颗粒进入第一后腔1321。可以想到的是,由于第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322是连通的,故在隔离组件30上设有通孔以起到连通作用。该实施例中,吸音颗粒为天然沸石粉、白炭黑、活性炭等其中的一者或多者的混合物,当然,吸音颗粒还可采用其它的材质,只要能够起到吸音效果即可。
请结合参考图4,具体而言,隔离组件30包括两隔离框31,两隔离框31相互连接并相对且间隔设置,两隔离框31共同将后声腔132隔设为第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322。本实施例中,隔离框31呈框体状设置,例如隔离框31为方框、圆框等形状,隔离框31所围设形成的窗口作为透气窗口311,透气窗口311供第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322之间的空气流通,在两隔离框31相对设置时,两个透气窗口311是相对的,并且两者相互连通,供第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322之间的空气流通。
进一步地,隔离组件30还包括隔离网32,隔离网32位于两隔离框31之间,并由两隔离框31夹持固定,从而实现对隔离网32的夹持,避免隔离网32和隔离框31之间脱离。本实施例中,隔离网32覆盖隔离框31的透气窗口311设置,从而阻止吸音颗粒从透气窗口311穿过。另外,隔离网32为金属网或网布等,隔离网32的网孔小于吸音颗粒的外径,从而避免吸音颗粒从网孔钻入第一后腔1321。
本实用新型中,通过设置隔离框31和隔离网32将扬声器模组的后声腔132隔设为第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322,吸音颗粒是直接填充到第二后腔1322内的,吸音颗粒不用经过单独封装,因此能够保证吸音颗粒填充到第二 后腔1322内的各个角落,可大大提高吸音颗粒的数量,增强吸音效果。并且,第二后腔1322通过隔离框31和隔离网32而与第一后腔1321隔离,隔离框31和隔离网32将吸音颗粒阻挡在第二后腔1322内,可防止吸音颗粒进入第一后腔1321进而进入扬声器单体20。另外,由于隔离网32是卡持在两个隔离框31之间的,该卡接的方式安装简单,只需要将隔离网32卡入两隔离框31之间的间隔即可,方便更换隔离网32,相较于隔离网32作为嵌件而与隔离框31注塑成型的方式而言,由于不受到注塑材料的影响,故能够避免隔离网32的网孔堵塞;再者,两个隔离框31的加工方式简单,因此能够避免生产成本的升高。
请结合参考图5,本实施例中,两隔离框31一体成型,具体地,隔离组件30还包括连接壁312,连接壁312分别连接两隔离框31的同一侧的侧缘,两个隔离框31是通过连接壁312进行连接的,在隔离框31上不需要再额外设置其它的连接件,即可将两个隔离框31之间的间距限定在较小的范围内以供隔离网32紧配插合,该一体成型的方式免去了两个隔离框31之间的安装工序,既有利于安装步骤的简化,也方便隔离网32的插入。可选地,隔离框31为金属框,两隔离框31由同一板材一体弯折形成,连接壁312为该板材弯折时所形成的翻边。该板材上设两个透气窗口311,并且两个透气窗口311是以板材的中线为中心对称设置的,故在沿着板状的中线弯折后能够形成两个完全一样的隔离框31。采用一体弯折形成的方式,成型工艺简单,且不需要去除废料,能够减少材料的浪费。在进行具体成型时,可将隔离网32与其中一个隔离框31叠加放置,然后将另一个隔离框31进行弯折,直至另一隔离框31与隔离网32抵接;或者也可先弯折成型两个隔离框31,再将隔离网32卡入两个隔离框31之间的缝隙。当然,隔离框31也可为注塑件,两隔离框31一体注塑成型。其它实施例中,两个隔离框31也可分体设置,并且两个隔离框31通过螺钉或是卡扣等固定在一起。
本实施例中,两隔离框31以连接壁312为中心呈对称设置,相当于两个隔离框31是完全重叠的,如此能够减小两个隔离框31在后声腔132内的占用空间;另外,两个透气窗口311是完全重叠的,隔离网32只要覆盖其中一个透气窗口311即可,因此能够减小隔离网32的尺寸,节省材料;再者,对 称设置的两个隔离框31能够形成最大的夹持间隙,对隔离网32的夹持效果更好。
本实施例中,外壳10的内壁上设有插槽,隔离组件30插装固定于插槽内。通过设置插槽供隔离框31插接的方式,能够对隔离框31起到限位作用,避免隔离框31发生偏移,可以起到更好的隔离效果。具体而言,外壳10包括上壳11和下壳12,上壳11和下壳12围合形成收容腔13,扬声器单体20与上壳11共同围成前声腔131,扬声器单体20、下壳12和上壳11共同围合形成后声腔132。可选地,扬声器单体20与上壳11之间粘接固定。请结合参考图6和图7,为实现隔离框31与上壳11的固定,插槽包括设于上壳11上的第一插槽,隔离组件30插装于第一插槽112内,从而限制隔离框31在上壳11上移动,确保隔离框31与上壳11对位准确。
本实用新型中,在上壳11上设有第一插槽112,下壳12设有第二插槽123,隔离框31分别与第一插槽112和第二插槽123插接。通过设置第一插槽112和第二插槽123供隔离框31插接的方式,能够对隔离框31起到限位作用,避免隔离框31发生偏移,可以起到更好的隔离效果。可选地,隔离框31与第一插槽112紧配插合,且隔离框31与第二插槽123紧配插合,从而实现更好的密封,阻止吸音颗粒从隔离框31与外壳10的连接缝隙通过。
本实施例中,下壳12呈板状设置,上壳11呈朝下壳12敞口的空腔状,并包括相互连接的底壁114和周壁115,底壁114与下壳12相对设置,周壁115围设于底壁114的周缘,并沿着底壁114的周缘延伸而呈环状,下壳12盖设于周壁115的远离底壁114的一端。可选地,第一插槽112包括位于底壁114上的部分;和/或,第一插槽112包括位于周壁115的相对的两个壁面上的部分。例如,在一些实施例中,第一插槽112包括位于底壁114上的部分、以及位于周壁115的相对的两个壁面上的部分,如此相当于在底壁114和周壁115上均设有第一插槽112,第一插槽112将隔离框31的显露在上壳11内的所有侧边包裹,从而实现更好密封效果。在另一些实施例中,第一插槽112包括位于底壁114上的部分;在其它实施例中,第一插槽112包括位于周壁115的相对的两个壁面上的部分。
具体地,在上壳11的底壁114设有两夹持壁111,两夹持壁111相对且 间隔设置,两夹持壁111之间的间隔构成第一插槽112,夹持壁111的两端沿着周壁115朝向下壳12延伸,并延伸至周壁115的端面。此外,也可在上壳11上通过去除表面材料的形式形成第一插槽112。同理,第二插槽123呈长条状,并将隔离框31的朝向下壳12的一侧包裹,由此隔离框31的整个周缘均被第二插槽123和第一插槽112共同包裹。
上述中,上壳11和下壳12粘接或焊接,采用粘接或焊接的方式能够消除上壳11和下壳12的连接处的缝隙,实现两者更好的密封效果。另外,上壳11和下壳12也可采用卡扣进行连接。
进一步地,下壳12上设有灌装孔122,灌装孔122与第二后腔1322连通,扬声器模组还包括盖板121,盖板121盖合灌装孔122。本实施例中,在将上壳11和下壳12组装好之后,能够将吸音颗粒从灌装孔122中灌入第二后腔1322,可以保证整个第二后腔1322填充满吸音颗粒;另外,盖板121将灌装孔122盖合,避免了吸音颗粒漏出。可选地,盖板121与下壳12可拆卸连接,从而方便打开盖板121来更换吸音颗粒。具体地,盖板121以及灌装孔122的孔缘处均可设置螺纹,以使盖板121与下壳12通过螺纹拧紧;另外,盖板121和下壳12还可通过卡扣或是螺钉等进行连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,具有一收容腔;
    扬声器单体,设于所述收容腔内,并将所述收容腔隔设为前声腔和后声腔,所述外壳上设有出声孔,所述前声腔与所述出声孔连通;以及
    隔离组件,设于所述后声腔,并将所述后声腔隔设为第一后腔和第二后腔,所述扬声器单体位于所述第一后腔,所述第二后腔填充有吸音颗粒,所述隔离组件包括两隔离框和隔离网,两所述隔离框相互连接并相对且间隔设置,所述隔离网位于两所述隔离框之间,并由两所述隔离框夹持固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔离组件还包括连接壁,所述连接壁分别连接两所述隔离框的同一侧的侧缘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔离框为金属框,两所述隔离框由同一板材一体弯折形成。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,两所述隔离框以所述连接壁为中心呈对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳的内壁上设有插槽,所述隔离组件插装固定于所述插槽内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳包括上壳和下壳,所述上壳和所述下壳围合形成所述收容腔,所述扬声器单体与所述上壳共同围成所述前声腔,所述扬声器单体、所述下壳和所述上壳共同围合形成所述后声腔;
    所述插槽包括设于所述上壳上的第一插槽,所述隔离组件插装于所述第一插槽内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述上壳包括底壁和周壁,所述底壁与所述下壳相对设置,所述周壁围设于所述底壁的周缘,所述下壳盖设于所述周壁的远离所述底壁的一端,
    所述第一插槽包括位于所述底壁上的部分;
    和/或,所述第一插槽包括位于所述周壁的相对的两个壁面上的部分。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述插槽还包括位于所述下壳上的第二插槽,所述隔离组件插装于所述第一插槽和所述第二插槽中。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述下壳上设有灌装孔,所述灌装孔与所述第二后腔连通,所述扬声器模组还包括盖板,所述盖板盖合所述灌装孔,且所述盖板与所述下壳可拆卸连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔离网为金属网或网布。
