From the viewpoint of reduction, it is preferable that at least one of the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 of the bottom gill portion 103 constitutes the bottom gland portion 103. In the present embodiment, the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 together form the bottom gill portion 103. That is, the bottom gusset portion 103 is configured by a single film member that constitutes the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the bottom gullet portion 103 is formed by being folded inside the pouch container 100 so that a valley fold extending along the width direction of the pouch container 100 is formed. ing. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the length of the bottom gill portion 103 in the width direction of the pouch container 100 is substantially the same as the length of the first wall portion 110 and the length of the second wall portion 120. ..
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the upper end joint portion 130 is formed by joining the upper end of the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 of the portion superposed on the upper end portion to each other. ing.
The pouring part 140 is capable of pouring out the contents, and is provided at the upper end joint part 130. In the present embodiment, the pouring portion 140 is provided by forming a gap between the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 in a part of the upper end joint portion 130. The gap is formed so that the outer side and the inner side of the pouch container 100 communicate with each other.
In the pouch container 100 according to this embodiment, the spout 141 is provided in the spout 140. The spout 141 is joined to the inner surface of the spout 140 while being inserted into the spout 140. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spout 141 is provided with a detachable cap 142. The cap 142 is not shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.
It should be noted that the spout 140 may be provided so that a part of the upper end joint 130 is a projecting part that is convexly curved upward of the pouch container 100. In this case, the projecting portion that is the pouring portion 140 is configured to be capable of pouring out the content by cutting the projecting portion.
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper end joint 130 extends obliquely downward from the vicinity of the center of the pouch container 100 in the width direction toward both ends of the pouch container 100 in the width direction.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the lower end of the upper end joint portion 130 at the widthwise central portion of the pouch container 100 is the lower end of the upper end joint portion 130 at both widthwise ends of the pouch container 100. Therefore, it is configured to be located above. As a result, when the pouch container 100 is filled with the content from the pouring portion 140, the tabletop portion 102 swells from the center portion in the width direction. That is, the second fold 152 first rises upward at the central portion in the extending direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the crepe part 102 swells symmetrically in the width direction. As described above, since the lower end of the upper end joint portion 130 is configured as described above, it is possible to stably obtain the pouch container 100 that is filled with the contents and has an excellent appearance.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the first fold 151 is a boundary between the folds 102 and the body 101, and is formed on the second wall 120. There is. The first fold 151 is formed by bending the second wall 120 along the width direction of the second wall 120 such that the second wall 120 partially projects toward the side opposite to the first wall 110 side. Has been done. Thus, the first fold 151 extends along the width direction of the second wall portion 120 and projects toward the side opposite to the first wall portion 110 side.
As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the second folds 152 are located between the first folds 151 and the upper end joints 130. Is formed in. That is, the second fold line 152 is formed on the tentacle part 102. The second fold 152 is formed by bending the second wall 120 along the width direction of the second wall 120 such that the second wall 120 partially protrudes toward the first wall 110 side. In this way, the second folds 152 extend along the width direction of the second wall portion 120 and project toward the side opposite to the side on which the first folds 151 project.
As described above, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the body portion 101 configured by the second wall portion 120 and the portion 150b from the first fold 151 to the second fold 152 in the second wall portion 120. The mountain fold portion 150 is formed by the portion 150b facing the portion 150b.
As shown in FIG. 3, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the distance D1 from the second fold 152 to the first fold 151 is smaller than the distance D2 from the second fold 152 to the upper end joint 130. Is configured to be. If the upper end joint 130 has a width in the vertical direction as in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the distance D2 is the distance from the second fold 152 to the lower end of the upper end joint 130. is there.
Further, in the present embodiment, each of the first fold 151 and the second fold 152 is located above the center in the height direction of the entire pouch container 100. The distance from the first fold 151 to the lower end 180 of the pouch container 100 on the second wall 120 is the distance D1 from the first fold 151 to the second fold 152 and the upper fold joint 130 from the second fold 152. Longer than each of the distances D2 to.
The pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment can be stored in a specific storage container by being configured so that the distance D1 is smaller than the distance D2. The specific storage container is a storage container that stores a plurality of pouch containers 100 that are not filled with contents and that are flatly folded, and that can be engaged with the spout 141 of the pouch container 100. It is a storage container having a rail part that can be formed. In the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, each of the plurality of pouch containers 100 can be sequentially engaged with the rail portion without being filled with the contents. Thereby, the plurality of pouch containers 100 can be stored in the storage container so that the plurality of pouch containers 100 are arranged along the extending direction of the rail portion.
Further, the above-mentioned storage container includes a plurality of rail portions arranged so as to be parallel to each other, and each of the plurality of rail portions is joined to each other along the extending direction of the rail portion to form a plurality of rail portions. May form a substantially cylindrical outer shape as a whole. In this case, each of the plurality of rail portions is configured such that the engaging portion with the spout 141 faces the inside of the substantially cylindrical shape.
Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the upper end joint portion 130 is oblique from the vicinity of the central portion in the width direction of the pouch container 100 toward both ends of the pouch container. It extends downward. Therefore, even when the storage container is provided with the plurality of rail portions, the upper end joint portion 130 does not come into contact with another rail portion adjacent to the rail portion to be engaged with the plurality of rail portions. Each of the pouch containers 100 can be engaged with the rail portion.
Next, details of the joints other than the upper end joint 130 in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, both widthwise end portions of the portion from the first fold 151 to the second fold 152 of the second wall portion 120 are The end joining portion 160 is formed by joining the two wall portions 120 at both ends in the width direction of the portion forming the body portion 101. That is, at both ends in the width direction of the pouch container 100, a portion 150a of the mountain folding portion 150 on the body portion 101 side and a portion 150b of the mountain folding portion 150 on the sky gusset portion 102 side are joined to each other, thereby forming an end joint portion. 160 is formed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the contents from leaking out from the mountain folds 150 of the both ends of the pouch container 100 in the width direction.
In addition, in the present embodiment, a portion of both end portions in the width direction of the second wall portion 120, which is a portion other than the end joint portion 160 and which directly faces the first wall portion 110, is the first portion. The side joining portion 170 is formed by joining the both ends of the wall portion 110 in the width direction. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, the first wall portion 110 extends from the upper end of the second wall portion 120 to the second fold 152 at both widthwise end portions of the pouch container 100. The parts are joined together. The first wall portion 110 is joined to both end portions in the width direction of the pouch container 100 with a portion of the second wall portion 120 that constitutes the body portion 101 and directly faces the first wall portion 110. ing.
It should be noted that, in each of both widthwise ends of the pouch container 100, a part of the widthwise both ends of the second wall 120 other than the end joint 160 is directly opposed to the first wall 110. That portion may be indirectly connected to both widthwise end portions of the first wall portion 110 via the side wall portions. The side wall portion may be formed of a member different from the member forming each of the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120. When the pouch container 100 includes the above-mentioned side wall portion, the side wall portion constitutes a part of the body portion 101.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, at least a part of the end joint 160 is fixed to the side joint 170 to form a fixing portion 161. In the present embodiment, in the second wall portion 120, a cutout portion is provided at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 161 in the portion 150b of the mountain folding portion 150 on the side of the sky gusset portion 102. In the second wall portion 120, a cutout portion is also provided at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 161 in a portion that constitutes the side joint portion 170 of the roof gusset portion 102. The first wall portion 110 and the portion of the second wall portion 120 that forms the body portion 101 are joined to each other through the two cutout portions, so that the fixing portion 161 is formed.
In the end joint portion 160, the length in the width direction of the end joint portion 160 at the height at which the fixing portion 161 is located is longer than the length in the width direction of the side joint portion 170 in the portion forming the body portion 101. So that it is formed. Further, in the side joint portion 170, the width direction length of the side joint portion 170 at the height at which the fixing portion 161 is located is greater than the width direction length of the side joint portion 170 in the portion forming the body portion 101. It is formed to be long. Accordingly, when the fixing portion 161 is formed by the plurality of cutout portions of the second wall portion 120 as in the present embodiment, at the height at which the fixing portion 161 is located, the cutout portion of the end joint portion 160. It is possible to sufficiently secure the length in the width direction of the portion excluding the portion and the length in the width direction of the portion of the side joint portion 170 excluding the cutout portion, and thus the end joint portion 160 and the side joint portion. It is possible to prevent each of the portions 170 from peeling off.
Further, in the present embodiment, the length of the end joint portion 160 in the width direction of the pouch container 100 is configured to increase as it goes upward. The length in the width direction of the pouch container 100 of the portion of the side joint portion 170 located above the second fold 152 is configured to increase as it extends upward.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, in the lower end portion 180 and the lower end corner portion 181 of the pouch container 100, the first wall portion 110 and the portion of the bottom gill portion 103 on the first wall portion 110 side. 103a are joined to each other, and the second wall portion 120 and the portion 103b of the bottom gill portion 103 on the second wall portion 120 side are joined to each other. By these joining, the pouch container 100 can be easily self-supported.
Further, at both ends in the width direction of the pouch container 100, there are provided restriction portions 171 for restricting the deformation of the bottom gill portion 103 at both ends in the width direction of the pouch container 100. At a position corresponding to the restricting portion 171, a cutout portion is provided in each of the portion 103a on the first wall portion 110 side and the portion 103b on the second wall portion 120 side of the bottom gill portion 103. Then, in the restricting portion 171, the first wall portion 110 and the portion of the second wall portion 120 that forms the body portion 101 are joined to each other through the two notches. Thereby, when pouring out the contents of the pouch container 100, from the boundary between the joint part forming the body part 101 and the joint part forming the bottom gullet part 103 of both widthwise ends of the pouch container 100. It is possible to prevent the contents from being ejected.
In the present embodiment, each of the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 is made of a film member. The surface of the film member forming the inner side of the pouch container 100 is configured to be welded to another member. The film member is composed of, for example, a multilayer film including a base film layer and a weldable sealant layer laminated on the base film layer.
Next, a method for manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which a plurality of holes are formed in a single film member in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the single film member in the state of FIG. 6 seen from the direction of the arrow along line VII-VII.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the single film member 10 includes a first film portion 11 including a portion forming the first wall portion 110 and a second film including a portion forming the second wall portion 120. And a section 12. Thus, in the present embodiment, the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 are arranged so that the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 are continuous with each other on the lower side of the pouch container 100. It is composed of a single film member 10. The single film member 10 includes a portion forming the bottom gusset portion 103 between the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which each of the first fold and the second fold is formed on a single film member in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the single film member in the state of FIG. 8 as seen from the direction of arrows along the line IX-IX.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the second film portion 12 including the portion forming the second wall portion 120 is folded so as to make a crease along the widthwise direction of the pouch container 100. The first fold 151 and the second fold 152 are formed.
In the present embodiment, the second film is formed such that the distance D1 from the second fold 152 to the first fold 151 is smaller than the distance D2 from the second fold 152 to the portion forming the upper end joint 130. The part 12 is folded.
FIG. 10: is a figure which shows the state which folded the single film member in the manufacturing method of the pouch container which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention, and is arrange | positioned so that a 1st film part and a 2nd film part may oppose. is there. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the single film member in the state of FIG. 10 as seen from the direction of the arrow XI-XI.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the first film portion 11 including the portion forming the first wall portion 110 and the second film portion 12 including the portion forming the second wall portion 120 face each other. Are arranged. In the present embodiment, the single film member 10 is folded back so that the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 are arranged to face each other.
At the same time, in the portion where the single film member 10 is folded back, the single film member 10 is folded in a valley fold shape to form a portion that constitutes the bottom gusset portion 103.
Thus, in the present embodiment, at least one of the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 arranged so as to face each other is folded at the end portion located on the lower side of the pouch container 100. , A portion forming the bottom gusset portion 103 is formed.
In addition, in the manufacturing method of the pouch container 100 which concerns on this embodiment, after the said process which the 1st film part 11 and the 2nd film part 12 are arrange | positioned so as to mutually oppose, the 1st fold 151 and the 2nd Each of the folds 152 may be formed. In this case, before forming each of the first folds 151 and the second folds 152, a portion that constitutes the bottom gusset 103 may be formed, or the first folds 151 and the second folds. At the same time that each of the 152 is formed, a portion that constitutes the bottom gullet 103 may be formed.
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a state in which, in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the parts forming the lower end portion and the lower end corner portion of the pouch container are joined by welding. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the single film member in the state of FIG. 12 as seen from the direction of arrows XIII-XIII.
As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the lower sealer 2 forms the first film portion 11 and the first bottom gill portion 103 in the lower end portion 180 and the lower end corner portion 181 of the pouch container 100, respectively. The portion on the film portion 11 side is welded to each other, and the second film portion 12 and the portion on the second film portion 12 side of the bottom gill portion 103 are welded to each other.
Further, due to the above welding, the regulation portion 171 in the pouch container 100 is formed. Specifically, in the above-mentioned welding, the regulation portion 171 is formed by welding the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 to each other through the plurality of holes 171H.
FIG. 14 is a diagram showing a state in which joining is performed by welding at the portions forming both ends in the width direction of the pouch container in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the single film member in the state of FIG. 14 seen from the direction of the arrow XV-XV.
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the sealers 3 at both ends perform welding by welding in a portion of the pouch container 100 including the end joint 160 and the side joint 170.
In the present embodiment, a portion of the second film portion 12 that constitutes both widthwise end portions of the pouch container 100 between the first fold 151 and the second fold 152 is the second film portion 12. By joining both end portions in the width direction of the portion forming the body portion 101 of the pouch container 100, the end joining portion 160 is formed. That is, the end portion joint portion 160 is formed by welding the portion of the mountain folding portion 150 on the body portion 101 side and the portion of the mountain folding portion 150 on the top gusset portion 102 side at both widthwise end portions of the pouch container 100 by welding. It is formed.
Further, of the widthwise both ends of the portion forming the second wall portion 120 in the second film portion 12, a portion other than the end joint portion 160 and directly facing the first film portion 11. However, the side joint portion 170 is formed by being joined to both widthwise end portions of the portion forming the first wall portion 110 in the first film portion 11.
Further, in the above welding, the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 are welded to each other through the plurality of holes 161H, so that the fixing portion 161 is formed. As described above, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 161 is formed by fixing at least a part of the end joint portion 160 to the side joint portion 170.
FIG. 16 is a plan view showing a state in which, in the method for manufacturing a pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a part of the pouch container is separated from a single film member by one cutting. FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which, in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the portion forming the pouch container is separated from the single film member by one cutting.
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the parts forming the two pouch containers 100 are separated so as to be line-symmetric with respect to the central axis C1 parallel to the transport direction of the single film member 10. In this manner, in the process, the outer shapes of the portion forming the first wall portion 110, the portion forming the second wall portion 120, and the portion forming the bottom gill portion 103 of the pouch container 100 are defined. .. Further, in the method for manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, two parts forming the pouch container 100 are sequentially manufactured in the direction in which the single film member 10 is conveyed.
Note that, in the direction in which the single film member 10 is conveyed, the parts forming the pouch container 100 may be manufactured one by one. In this case, in the single film member 10, each of the first film portion 11 and the second film portion 12 is arranged in one row along the transport direction of the single film member 10.
FIG. 18 is a diagram showing a state immediately before the spout is attached to a portion forming the pouring portion in the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 18, after the spout 141 is inserted into the portion forming the pouring portion 140, welding and welding are performed. Specifically, the portion of the first film portion 11 that constitutes the upper end of the first wall portion 110 and the second film portion 12 are joined to each other while forming the pouring portion 140, thereby joining the upper end portion. The part 130 is formed. At the same time, the inner surface of the spout 140 and the spout 141 are welded. Thus, the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment as shown in FIG. 3 is manufactured.
As described above, in the pouch container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the first fold 151 is the boundary between the folds 102 and the body 101 and is formed on the second wall 120. .. The first fold 151 extends along the width direction of the second wall portion 120 and projects toward the side opposite to the first wall portion 110 side. In the method for manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the first fold 151 is formed by folding the second film portion 12 including the portion forming the second wall portion 120.
Due to this, a part of the boundary between the body 101 and the tentacle part 102 is formed as the first fold 151, so that the feel at the boundary between the body 101 and the tentacle part 102 can be improved. Further, even if pressure is applied to the portion of the first fold 151, the content does not spout from the first fold 151. As a result, when pouring out the contents, it is possible to prevent the contents from being ejected from the boundary between the body portion 101 and the tentacles portion 102.
Further, since the welded portion is not formed in the first fold 151, it is possible to prevent the volume of the content from being reduced by the welded portion with respect to the outer shape of the pouch container 100. That is, in the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the capacity of the content can be increased by forming the first fold 151.
Furthermore, since a part of the boundary between the body part 101 and the tentacles part 102 is the first fold 151, the boundary between the body part 101 and the tentacles part 102 is entirely compared with the case where the boundary is a joint part. The border becomes soft. As a result, each of the body portion 101 and the abdomen portion 102 is flexibly deformed, so that when the pouch container 100 is filled with the contents, the pouch container 100 easily inflates and the contents are put inside the pouch container 100. Can be easily filled.
In the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, the distance D1 from the second fold 152 to the first fold 151 is smaller than the distance D2 from the second fold 152 to the upper end joint 130. The method for manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment includes a step of forming the second fold 152 by folding the second film portion 12 along the width direction.
With this, the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment can be stored in the storage container having the rail portion with which the spout 141 can be engaged. Further, when the pouch container 100 is manufactured, it is possible to prevent the upper end joint portion 130 and the mountain fold portion 150 from overlapping each other, so that the upper end joint portion 130 can be easily formed.
In the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, both widthwise end portions of the second wall portion 120 from the first fold 151 to the second fold 152 form the body portion of the second wall portion 120. The end joining portion 160 is formed by joining both end portions in the width direction of the constituent portion. In the method for manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, in the second film portion 12, between the first folds 151 to the second folds 152, the portions forming the widthwise end portions of the pouch container 100, There is provided a step of forming the end joint portions 160 by joining the both end portions in the width direction of the portion of the second film portion 12 forming the body portion 101 of the pouch container 100.
With this, at the both ends of the pouch container 100 in the width direction, it is possible to prevent the contents from leaking out from the gap formed by the mountain folds 150 by the end joints 160.
In the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, of the widthwise end portions of the second wall portion 120, the portions other than the end joint portions 160 are joined to the widthwise end portions of the first wall portion 110. Thereby, the side joint portion 170 is formed. At least a part of the end joint portion 160 is fixed to the side joint portion 170 to form the fixing portion 161. In the method of manufacturing the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, in the step of forming the end joining portion 160, of the widthwise end portions of the portion forming the second wall portion 120 in the second film portion 12, The side joining portions 170 are formed by joining the portions other than the end joining portions 160 to both ends in the width direction of the portion forming the first wall portion 110 in the first film portion 11. In the step of forming the end joint 160, at least a part of the end joint 160 is fixed to the side joint 170, so that the fixing portion 161 is formed.
As a result, at the portion where the joint interface of the end joint portion 160 is connected to the joint interface of the side joint portion 170, that is, at the lower portion of the second fold 152 at both widthwise ends of the pouch container 100, the joint interface Voids due to peeling are less likely to occur, and the content can be prevented from leaking from the relevant portion.
In the pouch container 100 according to the present embodiment, at least one of the first wall portion 110 and the second wall portion 120 constitutes the bottom gusset portion 103.
