一种金属膜加热杯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子加热烟具技术领域,具体涉及一种金属膜加热杯。
背景技术
随着新型烟草产品在世界范围内的兴起,尤其是在日韩地区销量的快速增长,低温不燃烧烟具的加热技术已成为行业内的研究热点。目前,市场上主要的加热技术有MCH陶瓷加热技术、加热膜或电热丝缠绕管体加热技术。其中,MCH陶瓷加热技术由于以氧化铝等陶瓷材料做基材,制成杯形时,为了易加工成型且保持加热杯坚固性,一般壁厚较厚且基材密度较大,导致整个发热体重量较重,增加加热能耗且不利于产品隔热;而加热膜和电热丝缠绕管体加热技术,需要其他材料制成杯型,与其缠绕包裹使用,该技术由于发热元件与被缠绕基材物理形式上分离,热转换效率较低,影响加热速度,同时增加了产品组装难度。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提出一种金属膜加热杯,通过将金属膜发热涂层固结附着于覆有绝缘层的金属杯体表面形成加热杯,以解决现有的杯体加热技术所存在的上述技术问题。
本实用新型为达上述目的提供以下技术方案:
一种金属膜加热杯,包括金属杯体以及附着于所述金属杯体表面的发热层;所述发热层包括:附着于所述金属杯体表面的绝缘层、附着于所述绝缘层表面的至少一段金属膜发热涂层以及附着于所述金属膜发热涂层表面的保 护层;其中,当所述绝缘层表面具有两段以上金属膜发热涂层时,各金属膜发热涂层分别独立地与加热控制电路连接,实现分段加热控制。
本实用新型上述技术方案所提供的金属膜加热杯,通过高温烧结工艺,将金属膜发热涂层固结附着于覆有绝缘层的金属杯体表面,达到MCH陶瓷一体成型工艺标准,金属膜发热涂层通电后即可发热,金属膜发热涂层与金属杯体的表面间热阻小,热效率高,热辐射低,有利于降低烟具外壳机身温度,且组装方便;同时由于采用金属材料制作加热杯的杯体,因此杯体的杯壁较薄,重量轻,能够减少加热能耗,增加烟具续航时间;另外,采用多段金属膜发热涂层加热技术,能够实现对气溶胶材料不同位置加热温度的精准控制,延长抽吸时间,醇化口感。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图并结合优选的实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型的具体实施方式提供一种金属膜加热杯,可以用于加热气溶胶材料,例如应用于电子烟中加热烟丝。参考图1,该金属膜加热杯包括金属杯体10以及附着于金属杯体10表面的发热层;所述发热层包括:附着于所述金属杯体10表面的绝缘层20、附着于所述绝缘层20表面的至少一段金属膜发热涂层30以及附着于所述金属膜发热涂层30表面的保护层40;其中, 当所述绝缘层20表面具有两段以上金属膜发热涂层30时,各金属膜发热涂层30分别独立地与加热控制电路连接,实现分段加热控制。其中,发热层可以附着于金属杯体的内表面,也可以附着于外表面;可以只附着于侧壁,也可以只附着于杯底,还可以杯底和侧壁都附着有该发热层。
金属杯体10可以是铜、铝、不锈钢、铁等高导热材料,杯体的厚度优选为0.01~0.5mm,相较于陶瓷杯体,厚度减少了200%~500%。绝缘层20通过高温烧结覆盖于金属杯体10的表面,防止金属膜发热涂层30与金属杯体10的表面接触造成短路,该绝缘层20可以是陶瓷纤维类、硅酸盐类、聚酰亚胺类、聚苯硫醚类等耐高温材料。作为发热部件的金属膜发热涂层30通过印刷和高温烧结工艺将电阻浆料固化附着于绝缘层上形成。保护层40通过高温烧结覆盖于金属膜发热涂层30上,其可以是绝缘涂层,用于保护金属膜发热涂层;也可以是绝缘的低辐射材料涂层,用于减少金属杯体外壁向外的热辐射作用,有利于降低烟具表面温度。
图1所示例的是一种在金属杯体10侧壁外表面上附有发热层的金属膜加热杯;图3所示例的是金属杯体10侧壁外表面上附有发热层且具有两段金属膜发热涂层30的金属膜加热杯,每段金属膜发热涂层可以各自与其加热控制电路连接,单独进行加热控制;图2所示例的是一种在金属杯体10底部外表面上附有发热层的金属膜加热杯。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,所述金属杯体10的底部具有至少一个气孔11,尤其适用于固体烟油、烟丝,图中带箭头线表示气流方向。
在另一些实施例中,如图5所示,金属杯体10的底部是密封的,金属杯体内设置有防止固体被加热物下沉至杯底的支撑部12,支撑部12为一个或 多个,主要设置在杯体底部,呈凸出状,可将被加热物抬离底部约0.5~2mm。当用于加热烟丝时,如图5所示的箭头线代表了气流方向。
在一些实施例中,采用具有TCR特性的电阻浆料制作金属膜发热涂层30,从而,在加热杯的应用中,可以将加热杯与锂电池和电路板连接,通过电路板与软件程序监控金属膜发热涂层的电阻值变化,实现加热杯的加热温度控制。
在本实用新型的加热体的另一些应用实例中,可以将加热杯与温度传感器、锂电池和电路板连接,通过温度传感器实时获取加热杯的温度并反馈至电路板,通过电路板对加热杯的加热温度进行控制。

  1. 一种金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:包括金属杯体以及附着于所述金属杯体表面的发热层;所述发热层包括:附着于所述金属杯体表面的绝缘层、附着于所述绝缘层表面的至少一段金属膜发热涂层以及附着于所述金属膜发热涂层表面的保护层;其中,当所述绝缘层表面具有两段以上金属膜发热涂层时,各金属膜发热涂层分别独立地与加热控制电路连接,实现分段加热控制。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述发热层附着于所述金属杯体的内表面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述发热层附着于所述金属杯体的内壁和/或内底面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述发热层附着于所述金属杯体的外表面上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述发热层附着于所述金属杯体的外壁和/或外底面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述金属杯体的厚度为0.01~0.5mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述金属杯体的底部具有至少一个气孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述金属杯体的底部密封。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的金属膜加热杯,其特征在于:所述金属杯体内设置有防止固体被加热物下沉至杯底的支撑部。
