除霜防冻新风净化机 技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种除霜防冻新风净化机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,室内环境的质量越来越受到重视。新风净化机就是一种将室内外空气进行交换,达到净化室内空气的目的。但是,在冬天使用中,特别是在高寒地区,室外的空气温度很低,新风净化机在使用时,室内的低温新风通过机体,机体内的滤芯容易结霜,如果不及时清除,容易造成滤网堵塞,通风量下降,净化效率下降。
发明内容
本发明旨在一定程度上解决上述技术问题。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种除霜防冻新风净化机,有效解决在寒冷地区新风机的结霜问题,保证新风机在寒冷天气能够正常工作,保持高效的交换效率,给人们的生活带来了便利。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种除霜防冻新风净化机,包括壳体、全热交换器芯体、过滤网和除霜防冻装置,所述壳体的一侧具有新风进风口和回风排风口,所述壳体的另一侧具有新风排风口和回风进风口,所述全热交换器芯体设在所述壳体内,所述全热交换器芯体内设有室外空气通道和室内空气通道,所述室外空气通道的两端分别连通所述新风进风口与所述新风排风口,所述室内空气通道两端分别连通所述回风进风口与所述回风排风口,所述室外空气通道设有过滤网,临近所述过滤网设有所述除霜防冻装置。
进一步,所述所述除霜防冻装置包括电加热板、排水管和承接水槽,所述电加热板靠近所述过滤网设置,所述室外空气通道连通有所述排水管,所述排水管的出水端设有所述承接水槽,所述承接水槽固定在所述壳体内。
进一步,所述过滤网设有电容式结霜厚度传感器。
进一步,所述电加热板设置在靠近所述新风排风口的一侧。

本发明的技术效果在于:室内的气体通过回风进风口进入壳体内,并由全热交换器芯体进行热交换后由回风排风口排出,室外的气体通过新风进风口进入壳体内,经过过滤网的过滤后进入全热交换器芯体,全热交换器芯体对室外的气体进行换热后由新风排风口进入室内,过滤网设有除霜防冻装置,能够有效清除过滤网内所结的霜,达到新风净化机在极寒天气也能顺利运行的目的。

如图1所示,一种除霜防冻新风净化机,包括壳体1、全热交换器芯体2、过滤网3和除霜防冻装置4,壳体1的一侧具有新风进风口11和回风排风口12,壳体1的另一侧具有新风排风口13和回风进风口14,全热交换器芯体2设置在壳体1内,全热交换器芯体2内设有室外空气通道和室内空气通道,室外空气通道的两端分别连通新风进风口11与新风排风口13,室内空气通道两端分别连通回风进风口14与回风排风口12,室外空气通道设有过滤网3,临近过滤网3设有除霜防冻装置4。
根据本发明的具体实施例,室内的气体通过回风进风口14进入壳体1内,并由全热交换器芯体2进行热交换后由回风排风口12排出,室外的气体通过新风进风口11进入壳体1内,经过过滤网3的过滤后进入全热交换器芯体2,全热交换器芯体2对室外的气体进行换热后由新风排风口13进入室内,临近过滤网3设有除霜防冻装置4,能够有效清除过滤网3内所结的霜,达到新风净化机在极寒天气也能顺利运行的目的。
如图1和图3所示,除霜防冻装置4包括电加热板41、排水管42和承接水槽,电加热板41靠近过滤网3设置,室外空气通道连通有排水管42,排水管42的出水端设有承接 水槽,承接水槽固定在壳体1内。
根据本发明的具体实施例,电加热板41对过滤网3进行加热,过滤网3所结的霜被加热后落入壳体1内,并由排水管42排入承接水槽内,由此,保证设备的正常运行。
如图1所示,过滤网3设有电容式结霜厚度传感器。
根据本发明的具体实施例,结霜厚度传感器对过滤网3所结的霜的厚度进行检测,实现了对过滤网3所结的霜的厚度的实时监控,方便快捷。
如图1和图3所示,电加热板41设置在靠近新风排风口13的一侧。
根据本发明的具体实施例,电加热板41设置在靠近新风排风口13的一侧,避免室外空气先经过电加热板41而造成能源的浪费,降低成本。
如图3所示,排水管42设置在电加热板41的下方。
根据本发明的具体实施例,使电加热板41加热过滤网3后产生的液体顺利进入排水管42,保证设备的正常运行。
如图1和图2所示,室外空气通道设有允许室内气体进入的进风通孔211。
根据本发明的具体实施例,室内的气体由进风通孔211进入壳体1内,提高壳体1内的温度,避免过滤网3结霜,提高过滤网3的净化效果。

室内的气体由室内空气通道进入室外,室外的气体由室外空气通道进入室内;
电加热板41对过滤网3进行加热,过滤网3所结的霜被加热后落入壳体1内,并由排水管42排入承接水槽内,实现对过滤网3的净化;
同时,室内气体由进风通孔211进入壳体1内,提高壳体1内的温度,提高过滤网3的净化 效果。
