Abstract

The utility model relates to the jewellery industry, in particular to the design of an item of jewellery which allows the swapping of decorative inserts. The item of jewellery comprises a decorative part consisting of a base and an interchangeable decorative element. The base is in the form of a housing with a cavity, in the middle part of which a magnet of elongated shape is fastened, with the formation of two spaces along the long sides thereof. Furthermore, the interchangeable decorative element comprises a backing in the form of a metallic plate for anchoring to the magnet of elongated shape. The technical result which can be achieved upon production of the item of jewellery consists in making it simpler to swap decorative elements without using an auxiliary instrument, with simultaneous enduring stability of the anchored decorative element.

The utility model relates to the jewelry industry, in particular to the design of jewelry made with the possibility of replacing decorative inserts.

The disadvantage of these analogues is the complexity of the structural implementation of these jewelry, the consequence of which is the complexity of replacing decorative elements and, accordingly, the complexity of their production. The difficulty lies in the fact that the fixing means are mechanical means of fixation, consisting of several elements, while for the replacement of decorative elements it is necessary to make a sufficient number of manipulations with the means of fixation.

A jewelry item is known consisting of a base (1), in the wall (3) of the lower part (2) of which a hole (7) is made for a button; a magnet (5) located inside the base (1); an intermediate element (8) on which the lower surface of the decorative element (12) is located; made, at least in part, of a metal that is sensitive to the magnetic action of a magnet (see EP0113316 (A1), publ. 1984-07-11).

The disadvantage of the analogue is the complexity of its structural implementation, the consequence of which is the complexity of its production and insufficient rigidity and strength of decorative elements.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the difficulty of extracting a decorative element, which is possible only with the help of an auxiliary tool.

The objective of the utility model is the manufacture of a reliable simple jewelry with the possibility of modifying it manually using fingers.

The technical result achieved by the sale of jewelry consists in simplifying the replacement of a decorative element without the use of an auxiliary tool with the simultaneous stable stability of a magnetized decorative element.

The technical result is achieved in that the jewelry includes a decorative part, consisting of a base and a removable decorative element, the base is made in the form of a body with a cavity, in the middle part of which an oblong magnet is fixed with the formation of two spaces along its long sides, while the removable decorative element contains a substrate in the form of a metal plate for magnetization to an elongated magnet shape.

For reliable, stable fastening in the cavity of the elongated magnet body, a compartment formed by parallel walls is made. This design embodiment increases the strength of the product. Also, parallel walls act as reference points when tilting a removable decorative element and perceive the load from it, thereby protecting the magnet from destructive effects.

The depth of the body cavity is greater than the height of the elongated shape of the magnet in order to protect the side walls of the decorative element. The decorative element is almost flush, only its upper part protrudes.

The claimed jewelry operates as follows.

Magnetic connection of the base and the interchangeable decorative element ensures their reliable fastening for the formation of the decorative part of the jewelry. If necessary, change the appearance of the claimed product, the user clicks on either of the two edges of the removable decorative element, under which there is space.
