Description
Technical Field
The jewelry industry utility model sample, which relates to the design of jewelry, can replace decorative inserts.
Background
Known ornaments have at least one replaceable ornamental element comprising a base, a seat connected to the at least one ornamental element, wherein at least one through hole is formed at the base, and each ornamental element has a leg hingeably connected thereto, and when the leg and the hinge are formed, it is possible to pass through the through hole of the base and rotate the axis of the leg and/or the hinge, and then fix the hinge to the base (see RU 2243711C1, published 1/10 2005).
Known ornaments are provided with at least one annular segment and at least one hollow part with a removable ornamental element, shaped so as to fit snugly on a portion of the annular segment, with the tool being set on two opposite walls of said hollow part, in said portion of the ring segment being made radially from its thickness a radial groove made circumferentially so as to form a groove approximately in the form of the letter L, a single elastically deformable element being mounted on the lower surface of the ring segment and being arranged to lock the ornamental element in position on the ring segment after the rod has been introduced at the bottom of the L-letter shaped groove (see RU 2185766C2, published 7/27/2002).
A disadvantage of these analogues is the complexity of the construction of the decoration, as a result of which the replacement of the decorative element is more complicated and therefore the complexity of its manufacture. The complication is that the fastening means are mechanical fastening means consisting of several elements, and that a considerable number of operations must be performed with the fastening means in order to replace the decorative element.
A known jewelry item consisting of a base (1), in the wall (3) of its lower part (2), a hole (7) for a button; a magnet (5) located within the base (1); an intermediate element (8) on which the lower surface of the decorative element (12) is located; at least partially made of a metal that is sensitive to magnetic fields (see EP0113316(a1), published in 1984-07-11).
A drawback of the analogous is the complexity of completing its structure, resulting in complexity of its production and insufficient rigidity and strength of the decorative element.
The closest technical nature is a frame-containing jewelry item comprising a recessed central portion, a decorative element having a form for positioning inside said recessed portion of said frame, a first magnet attached to a lower portion of the decorative element, at least one other magnet attached and located within said recessed portion of the frame for securing said decorative element to said frame, and an open frame through the bottom of said recessed portion providing access for contact pins to select movement of said decorative element from said frame (see US2002112322(a1), published as 2002-08-22).
The closest counterpart has the disadvantage that it is difficult to extract the decorative element, which can only be achieved with the aid of an auxiliary tool.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to manufacture a reliable simple jewelry product, and jewelry can be manually replaced.
The technical result achieved in the jewellery production is that the replacement of the decorative element is recommended without the use of auxiliary tools, while having the stability of the magnetized decorative element.
The jewelry item according to the present invention, comprising a decorative part consisting of a base and a replaceable decorative element, characterized in that said base is made in the form of a body with a cavity, in the middle part of which magnets are fixed in elongated shape, forming two spaces along its long edges, while the replaceable decorative element contains a base plate in the form of a metal plate for the elongated shaped magnets. The jewelry comprises a decorative part consisting of a base made in the form of a body with a cavity, in the middle of which a magnet of elongated shape is fixed, forming two spaces along its long sides, and an interchangeable decorative element containing a base plate in the form of a metal plate for magnetization into an elongated magnet.
A base in the form of a hollow shell, in the middle part of which the magnet is fixed with an elongated shape forming two spaces along its long sides, the space being usable on one side on its long sides to press the decorative element so that a part of it is below the level of an ellipse, so that the opposite part of it rises above the height of the body, can be easily picked up and removed with the fingers, i.e. using the principle of oscillation, where the ellipse magnet performs the function of a support point. On the other hand, there is no space on the short side, thus ensuring the stability of the magnetic decoration element, and the principle of oscillation on the short side of the elongated magnet cannot be applied, thus preventing an unintended movement of the decoration element.
In one embodiment, the compartment having the oval shaped magnet affixed thereto is formed by parallel walls.
In order to reliably and stably fasten in the housing cavity of the elongated magnet, the portion formed by the parallel walls is made. This structural design increases the strength of the product. Also when the removable decorative element is tilted and absorbs loads therefrom, the parallel walls act as support points, protecting the magnets from damaging effects.
In one embodiment, the depth of the cavity is greater than the height of the magnet.
The depth of the body cavity should be greater than the height of the elongated magnet in order to protect the side walls of the ornamental element. The decorative elements are nearly aligned with only the upper portion protruding.
Drawings

Detailed Description
The jewelry item comprises a decorative part 1 consisting of a base 2 made in the form of a body 4 with a cavity 5 and a replaceable decorative element 3, in the middle part of which magnets 6 are elongated to form two spaces 7 along its long sides, while the decorative element comprises a base plate 8 in the form of a metal plate and a magnet of elongated shape. The compartment consists of a rectangular magnet fixed to its parallel walls 9. The depth of the cavity is greater than the height of the elongated magnet.
Noble metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, can be used in the manufacture of the trim part. Other metals may also be used: cupronickel, german silver, brass, copper, tin, steel, aluminum, copper-zinc alloy, titanium, tin-lead, bronze, zinc, nickel.
In the manufacture of the replaceable decorative element, precious stones, inferior precious stones, colored stones, organic stones, such as amber, pearl, nacre, coal jade, coral, mottled colored stones may be used. The replaceable decorative element may also be made of metal, such as gold, silver, platinum, cupronickel, german silver, brass, copper, tin, steel, aluminum, copper-zinc alloy, titanium, tin-lead, bronze, zinc, nickel. Materials which can be used as decorative elements are enamels, leather, wood, bone, epoxy, murano glass, clay polymers, ceramics, plastics, rubber, textiles, designer paper.
The above materials may also be combined in the manufacture of the decorative element. In this case, the decorative element can be made, for example, of metal, with an insert of stone or other decorative material: steel, enamel-bearing inserts; silver, stone-bearing inserts, and the like.
To add decorative effects and to designate the manufacturer to apply an engraving or uv stamp on the base or on the removable composite link decorative element. Also, to enhance the decorative effect, additional decorative elements may be mounted on the base.
The claimed jewelry item functions as follows.
The magnetic attachment of the mount and the interchangeable ornamental element ensures that they are securely bonded to form the ornamental portion of the gemstone. If it is desired to change the appearance of the declared article, the user clicks on either of the two edges of the interchangeable decorative element, there being a space beneath the two edges. Due to the shape of the magnet, the space formed between the elongated magnet (e.g., 1 millimeter high) and the body wall allows the edge of the interchangeable decorative element applying the force to sink into one of them. The other, opposite edge, in contrast, rises above the base using the oscillation principle, wherein the edge or parallel walls of the magnet (in the case of their additional presence) act as support points. The user then picks up the raised edge with the fingers and pulls out the replaceable decorative element for replacement.
