Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce (20) comportant une formation de couches métalliques successives (201...20n), superposées les unes aux autres, chaque couche étant formée par le dépôt d'un métal d'apport (15, 25), le métal d'apport étant soumis à un apport d'énergie de façon à entrer en fusion et à constituer, en se solidifiant, ladite couche, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le métal d'apport (15, 25) est un alliage d'aluminium comportant les éléments d'alliage suivant (% en poids) : - Zr : 0,5 % à 2,5 %, de préférence selon une première variante 0,8 à 2,5 %, plus préférentiellement 1 à 2,5 %, encore plus préférentiellement 1,3 à 2,5 %.; ou de préférence selon une deuxième variante 0,5 à 2 %, plus préférentiellement 0,6 à 1,8 %, plus préférentiellement 0,6 à 1,6 %, plus préférentiellement 0,7 à 1,5 %, plus préférentiellement 0,8 à 1,5 % plus préférentiellement 0,9 à 1,5 %, encore plus préférentiellement 1 à 1,4 %; - Fe : 0 % à 3 %, de préférence 0,5 % à 2,5 %; préférentiellement selon une première variante 0,8 à 2,5 %, préférentiellement 0,8 à 2 %, plus préférentiellement 0,8 à 1,2; ou préférentiellement selon une deuxième variante 1,5 à 2,5 %, préférentiellement 1,6 à 2,4 %, plus préférentiellement 1,7 à 2,3 %; - éventuellement Si : ≤ 0,3 %, de préférence < 0,2 %, plus préférentiellement < 0,1 %; - éventuellement Cu : ≤ 0,5 %, de préférence 0,05 à 0,5 %, préférentiellement 0,1 à 0,4 %; - éventuellement Mg : ≤ 0,2 %, de préférence < 0,1 % de préférence < 0,05 %; - autres éléments d'alliage < 0,1 % individuellement, et au total < 0,5 %; - impuretés : < 0,05 % individuellement, et au total < 0,15 %; reste aluminium.
