Description
本发明涉及洁具卫浴领域，具体涉及一种开放式卫生间一体柜。
现有技术中卫生间内部卫浴洁具的摆放位置都要留出人们使用的空间，比如洗手盆前方留出人们站立、转身、洗手的空间，淋浴下方也要留出部分洗澡的空间，马桶周围如厕的空间以及卫生间门开关的空间，这些空间是卫生间使用所必须的。现有技术CN101871232B公开了一种多用途洁具柜，其在现有的组合柜中增设可伸缩隐藏于柜体内的坐便器，并使用控制开关通过滑轨使坐便器平稳移出，增强卫生间的美感，节省空间。然而随着人们对于空间利用率要求的提升，或者一些小型特定区域的空间的限制，如何实现在提高空间利用率的同时，能够满足多人使用以及干湿分离，是所要解决的技术问题。上述洁具柜只是节省马桶的空间，功能简单，并没有从解决上述共用及干湿分离的问题。
此外，一般卫生间均设有门将卫生间进行分隔，这样进一步减少空间，不利于利用。现有技术中存在实现马桶旋转开闭，实现折叠收纳的马桶，如CN105155643A，提供一种旋转封口装置及采用该装置的坐便器，但是这样的设计还无法满足充分利用空间的要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中功能简单，无法实现共用的缺陷，提供一种功能多样，使用方便，占空间更小的同时，满足多人使用需要，实现干湿分离的，无需特定门遮蔽而自带遮挡功能的开放式卫生间一体柜。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现，开放式卫生间一体柜，包括位于一侧或两侧开放的卫生间内的柜体，柜体的侧面固定有可转动的立柱，所述柜体的设有竖直的立板，所述立板的前侧设有洗手盆部及位于竖直安装的镜子部，立板的后侧设有淋浴头部及水温调节部，柜体的后侧下方设有容纳可旋转坐便器的收纳槽，所述坐便器后侧连接水平转动的支臂，支臂内设有排污管道；位于所述立柱对侧的柜体上可折叠设有若干组挡板，挡板与柜体垂直可转动连接，挡板与旋转后柜体的后侧、卫生间的墙壁共同组成封闭空间。
优选的，所述淋浴头可折叠地位于立板的顶端，立板的后侧设有容纳淋浴头的凹槽，凹槽内设有控制水温及水流开闭的阀门，所述立板与墙壁紧贴设置。
优选的，所述坐便器的支臂与立柱可转动连接。
优选的，所述立柱的上下均设有滑轨，立柱沿着滑轨水平滑动连接。
优选的，所述挡板折叠收纳在柜体的一侧，挡板的宽度与柜体宽度之和与卫生间的开口长度相等。
本发明的有益之处在于，本申请将卫生间内的洗手盆、马桶、淋浴、卫生间门利用空间折叠原理集成为一体，所有卫生间预留空间共用，节省了卫生间内的预留空间，并通过旋转集成，更合理的安排了洁具摆放的位置，使其卫生间达到最小面积，当人们上卫生间时，可根据需要选择对应的洁具，本产品和市面上以有的产品对比，更省空间，并可以干湿分离2个人同时使用。

如图1所示，本申请提供一种开放式卫生间一体柜，包括位于开放的卫生间内的柜体3，卫生间所占底面为矩形结构，其中卫生间墙板1为单侧开口或者L形开口，形成开放式结构，卫生间所占空间内安装有柜体，柜体整体呈长方体，柜体的侧面固定有可转动的立柱4，柜体与立柱固定后，由于立柱可转动，形成柜体绕着立柱转动的结构。如图2所示，柜体的前侧和后侧均安装有功能部件，柜体的中部安装有竖直的立板，立板的前侧设有洗手盆部6及位于竖直安装的镜子部5，其中洗手盆部设置有洗手盆及水龙头，镜子部安装竖直的镜子。立板的后侧设有淋浴头部31及水温调节部33，淋浴头部设置向下喷水的淋浴头，水温调节部则是由冷水阀和热水阀共同组成控制淋浴头开闭及水温调节的部件。
如图3和图4所示，柜体的后侧下方设有容纳可旋转坐便器8的收纳槽71，坐便器与地面设有间隙，且能够水平旋转，具体地说坐便器后侧连接水平转动的支臂81，支臂内 设有排污管道，排污管道通过软管或者旋转接头实现与卫生间内污水管道连接，其中软管连接是在支臂内设软管，分别连通坐便器排污口和污水管，而旋转接头可采用现有技术中的旋转封口装置。
如图1所示，位于柜体的一侧设有折叠的挡板2，挡板位于柜体与立柱分别位于对侧，挡板能够沿着竖直的转轴转动形成屏风结构，挡板与柜体通过铰链垂直可转动连接，挡板之间也能够相对转动，依次折叠收纳展开。如图5所示，挡板与旋转后柜体的后侧、卫生间的墙壁共同组成封闭空间。
实施例一
如图1至图5所示，针对卫生间墙板两侧开放的结构，本申请将卫生间内的洗手盆、坐便器、淋浴、卫生间门重新布置，集成为一体，如图1所示，以一侧卫生间墙板安装为例，将卫生间一体柜靠卫生间墙板安装，立柱配置在远离拐角的一侧，柜体预留出间隙保证能够在转动时不会与另一侧墙面发生干涉。本申请具有以下三种状态：
洗漱状态：如图1所示，本状态中柜体的后侧与卫生间墙板贴合，柜体的前侧朝向外侧，人员直接进入洗漱，洗手盆部和镜子部在外，洗手盆的废水通过下方的柔性排水管排入卫生间废水管。
淋浴状态：人员进入卫生间区域后，操作柜体旋转一定角度，例如90°，坐便器跟随柜体一起转动或者人为将其推入收纳槽内，并操作柜体一侧的挡板将空隙挡住，如图5所示挡板形成直角遮挡部，而倾斜遮挡也是可行的。挡板、柜体及两侧卫生间墒板形成封闭空间，人员打开上方淋浴头，操作后方的水温调节部进行调节水温进行淋浴洗澡，废水经过下方预置地漏排出，而此时洗手盆部位于外侧，通过柜体分离分隔，不影响内外两侧同时使用，使用完成后将柜体转动至图1位置即可。
上厕所状态：如图7所示，与上述淋浴状态相类似，人员进入卫生间区域后，操作柜体旋转一定角度，若坐便器设计成跟随柜体一起转动，则需要将其拉出至合适角度进行使用，如果非联动状态则柜体转动后与坐便器自动分离，人员操作坐便器至合适角度，使用后废水经过支臂内排污管排走，而柜体一侧的挡板将空隙挡住。挡板、柜体及两侧卫生间墙板形成封闭空间，不影响内外两侧同时使用，使用完成后将柜体转动至图1位置即可，收纳槽71带动坐便器靠墙贴紧。
本实施例中减少卫生间所占面积，使面积达到最小化，因此卫生间两侧开放也完全不影响两人同时使用。
实施例二
如图6所示，本实施例中针对单侧开口的卫生间，即卫生间具有三块卫生间墙板，图6最下方开口，此时柜体的宽度不但要适应该安装墒面的宽度避免转动时的干涉，也要小于该开口的宽度，预留出人员站立及转动的空间，该实时状态下，柜体转动至开口位置时，由于挡板的宽度仅为柜体与开口的长度差，可以减少挡板的数量，该实施结构的变化与实施例一的结构变化过程相类似，同样具有洗漱状态、淋浴状态及上厕所状态三种变化方式。
实施例三
本实施例中，为了解决实施例二中柜体宽度适应性的问题，使得柜体能够实现平移，实现间距调节，本实施例中，立柱的上下均设有滑轨，立柱沿着滑轨水平滑动连接，滑轨与柜体的安装墙面平行，柜体能够与立柱转动的同时实现水平间距的调节。此时下方收纳槽与预留出足够间隙保证柜体的移动。
实施例四
本实施例中与实施例一和实施例二的区别之处在于，为了进一步提高配置的合理性，立柱套装在卫生间排污口外侧，采用该结构则需要使用旋转接头，坐便器的支臂与立柱可转动连接，通过支臂将排污管卫生间排污口旋转密封连接，此时支臂的作用不但能够支撑坐便器，而且能够与立柱转动，实现排污的功能，使得坐便器能够与柜体同轴转动，配置更加合理。为了增加强度，支臂上方还固定有与支臂平行设置的辅助支臂82，以提高支撑强度。
实施例五
如图8所示，本实施中，卫生间墙上设有可转动的卫生间挡板21，卫生间挡板21与柜体上的挡板共同形成围挡，而使用时也只需要推开卫生间挡板21即可进入，无需转动柜体也可实现干湿分离使用。
