我国对公支付需求市场规模巨大,场景相对简单,属于蓝海市场。目前国内对公支付服务主要经央行大小额支付系统、超级网银、非银行支付机构自联平台、以及银企直联处理,但效率不高。作为卡组织,银联基于银行卡为企业客户提供了客户资金结算、供应链、农林牧渔收购等支付服务,但客户需针对账户另外开通银行卡,手续繁琐,且受限于开通渠道等问题,存在银行卡在单位账户中覆盖率低、活卡率不高、企业客户用卡粘性极低等问题。
总的来说,现阶段对于不同银行的单位账户之间的交易,处理效率较低,不够便捷。

本发明实施例中,服务器接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,第 一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识。服务器可以根据交易单位的账户标识,确定交易单位的支付标记,该支付标记与账户标识相对应。服务器向第二处理机构设备发送携带支付标记的第二交易请求,这样第二处理机构设备可以利用该支付标记进行交易。本发明实施例中,服务器为交易单位对应的账户标识分配了支付标记,则服务器可以利用该支付标记处理单位账户相关的交易,尤其是处理不同银行的单位账户之间的交易,将对公交易纳入了服务器的处理范围,可广泛应用于服务器的已有业务。此外,对于用户层面,由于用户无需针对交易单位的账户再另行申请银行卡,可以对账户直接发起交易,即用户无感知,增加了用户处理单位账户的便捷性,优化了用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部份实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的 范围。
现有对公支付结算主要通过如下途径实现需求:央行大小额支付系统和超级网银、非银行支付机构自联平台、银企直联、卡组织单位结算卡。
上述几种实现方法存在局限性:
(1)央行大额支付系统提供5*21小时运行窗口,对于非工作时间的跨行对公支付需求,对公企业需要将拆分为多笔,方能通过单笔交易限额较低的央行小额支付系统和超级网银实现,成本较高,效率较低。
(2)在央行为防范结算资金风险而提出的断直连监管要求下,非银行支付机构自联银行的平台业务将属于违规行为,需要取缔。
(3)银企直联通道仅可以支持同行的单位账户的支付结算,无法满足跨行需求。
(4)对于卡组织针对对公客户市场推出的单位结算卡,其持卡用户仍习惯于提供单位账户,并未养成提供单位结算卡的用户习惯,且单位结算卡用户规模小、尚未覆盖现有对公用户市场。
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种单位账户的交易方法。该方法所适用的一种可能的系统构架,如图1所示,包括终端101、处理机构设备102、以及服务器103。其中,终端101可以是手机、平板电脑或者是专用的手持设备如POS(point of sale,销售终端)机、NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯技术)等具有处理交易功能的电子设备,也可以是个人计算机(personal computer,简称PC),笔记本电脑,服务器等其它可以进行支付的设备。
处理机构设备102可以是处理各种交易的机构中的设备,如各银行系统的服务器,可以是一个独立的设备,也可以是多个服务器所形成的服务器集群。优选地,处理机构设备102可以采用云计算技术进行信息处理。服务器103可以是一个独立的设备,也可以是多个服务器所形成的服务器集群。优选地,服务器103可以采用云计算技术进行信息处理。
服务器103可以连接多个处理机构设备102,一个处理机构设备102可以 连接多个终端101,一个终端101也可以与多个处理机构设备102相连。
本发明实施例中的单位账户的交易方法基于支付标记化技术为单位账户分配支付一个支付标记,通过支付标记将企业对公支付需求纳入服务器的处理范围。其典型的应用场景包括:
1、付款类业务
银行通过为单位账户申请单位TOKEN(Payment Token,支付标记),并生成标准二维码展示,可用于手机网银二维码扫码支付或通过POS扫码支付、NFC绑定等面对面付款类应用场景。比如,在供应链采购付款业务中,可通过POS扫单位TOKEN二维码实现单位账户支付采购款项。
2、收款类业务
单位TOKEN也可广泛应用于企业对公收款业务,如客户资金结算业务中,收单机构通过向客户的单位账户发起单位TOKEN贷记入账交易,可支持7*24小时实时客户资金入账,提供高效资金结算服务。
图2示例性示出了本发明实施例提供的一种单位账户的交易方法的流程示意图。
基于前述内容,如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的在服务器侧实现的一种单位账户的交易方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201、服务器接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识;
步骤202、服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定交易单位的支付标记,支付标记与账户标识相对应;
步骤203、服务器向第二处理机构设备发送携带支付标记的第二交易请求,以使第二处理机构设备利用支付标记进行交易。
本发明实施例中,服务器接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识。服务器可以根据交易单位的账户标识,确定交易单位的支付标记,该支付标记与账户标识相对应。服务器向第二处理机构设备发送携带支付标记的第二交易请求,这样第二处理机构设备 可以利用该支付标记进行交易。本发明实施例中,服务器为交易单位对应的账户标识分配了支付标记,则服务器可以利用该支付标记处理单位账户相关的交易,尤其是处理不同银行的单位账户之间的交易,将对公交易纳入了服务器的处理范围,可广泛应用于服务器的已有业务。此外,对于用户层面,由于用户无需针对交易单位的账户再另行申请银行卡,可以对账户直接发起交易,即用户无感知,增加了用户处理单位账户的便捷性,优化了用户体验。
本发明实施例中的支付标记,可以是通过支付标记化技术为交易单位的账户生成一个单位TOKEN号。该单位TOKEN是与企业客户的单位账户相关联,基于TOKEN技术,为单位账户生成的支付结算工具。具体的,单位TOKEN可以是一个62开头的13至19位数字,符合银行卡BIN号基本规则,与单位账户一一对应。当然,单位TOKEN也可以为3或4等其它数字开头的数字,或者为一串英文字符组成的字符串,或者为包含数字和英文字符的混合字符串,本发明实施例对单位TOKEN的具体形式以及具体内容不做限制。在交易中使用单位TOKEN号替换传统的账号,从而满足单位账户移动化、无卡化支付需求。
本发明实施例中的支付标记,为了与单位账户一一对应,可以由服务器根据单位账户的账号生成一个唯一的数字,作为该账号对应的支付标记。具体来说,上述步骤201中,服务器根据交易单位的账户标识,确定交易单位的支付标记,包括:
所述服务器确定未存有所述账户标识对应的支付标记;
所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
在具体实施过程中,服务器接收到处理机构设备发送的交易请求后,确定交易请求中携带了交易单位的账户标识,则查询是否存有该账户标识对应的支付标记。若服务器确定已存有该账户标识对应的支付标记,则服务器可以直接利用该支付标记对交易请求进行处理。若服务器确定未存有该账户标识对应的支付标记,则服务器根据该交易单位的账户标识,生成对应的支付 标记,具体可以是与单位账户的账户标识唯一对应的一个多位数字。
进一步,服务器根据交易单位的账户标识,生成账户标识对应的支付标记之后,还包括:
所述服务器保存所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系,并将所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系发送至所述第二处理机构设备。
具体的,服务器生成支付标记之后,为了便于后续对同一个账户的交易进行处理,将账户标识与支付标记的对应关系进行存储。这样,当服务器再次接收到同一个账户的交易请求时,无需重复支付标记的生成过程,只需根据账户标识查找对应关系,即可确定支付标记。同时,服务器还将账户标识与支付标记的对应关系发送至第二处理机构设备。可以使第二处理机构设备将账户标识与支付标记的对应关系进行存储。这样,服务器与第二处理结构之间即可利用该支付标记替代账号,来唯一标识单位账户。
对应于处理机构侧,本发明实施例中的单位账户的交易方法,包括:
处理机构设备接收服务器发送的第二交易请求,第二交易请求携带有交易单位的支付标记,支付标记为服务器根据交易单位的账户标识确定的;
处理机构设备根据支付标记,确定支付标记对应的交易单位的账户;
处理机构设备对交易单位的账户执行第二交易请求。
对于处理机构而言,处理机构设备可以根据接收到的第二交易请求中携带的支付标记,确定该第二交易请求为对公交易,即与单位账户相关。这样,处理机构按照处理对公交易的方式处理第二交易请求,根据支付标记确定交易单位的账户,从而对交易单位的账户执行第二交易请求。
处理机构设备可以主动向服务器请求支付标记,也可以向服务器发送一般的交易请求,由服务器决定为交易单位生产对应的支付标记。
本发明实施例中,还包括:
所述处理机构设备向所述服务器发送第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识,以使所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
这里,发送第一交易请求的处理机构设备与接收第二交易处理请求的处理机构设备可以是同一个处理机构设备,也可以是不同的处理结构设备。当两者为同一个的处理机构设备时,为处理机构主动向服务器请求,请求服务器为单位账户确定唯一的支付标记,便于该处理机构利用支付标记处理交易任务。当两者为不同处理机构设备时,处理机构向服务器发送第一交易请求时,该第一交易请求为普通的交易请求,即不包含支付标记的相关内容。服务器根据第一交易请求确定支付标记,从而将对公交易纳入服务器的处理范围,增加服务器进行交易处理的范围。
所述处理机构设备根据所述支付标记,确定所述支付标记对应的交易单位的账户,包括:
所述处理机构设备存储有账户标识与支付标记的对应关系,所述对应关系是所述服务器确定并发送给所述处理机构设备的;
所述处理机构设备根据所述对应关系和所述支付标记,确定所述支付标记对应的交易单位的账户。
在具体实施过程中,处理机构设备中可以存储有账户标识与支付标记的对应关系,该对应关系为服务器发送给处理机构设备。这样,之后服务器即可向处理机构设备发送该支付标记,处理机构设备通过查找存储的数据,确定支付标记对应的账户标识。
为了更清楚地理解本发明,下面以具体实施例对上述流程进行详细描述,实施例一中,付款方终端与第一处理机构设备相连,收款方终端与第二处理机构设备相连,第一处理机构设备与第二处理机构设备均与服务器相连。其中,第一处理机构设备为A银行中的服务器,第二处理机构设备为B银行中的服务器。
具体步骤如图3所示,包括:
步骤301:付款方终端向第一处理机构设备发起付款(或转账)交易请求,该交易请求中包含了收款方单位账户的账号。
步骤302:第一处理机构设备将付款交易请求发送给服务器。
步骤303:服务器根据收款方单位的账号,查询是否存储有单位TOKEN,若是,则执行步骤307,否则执行步骤304。
步骤304:服务器根据收款方单位的账号,生成收款方单位TOKEN,并将账号与TOKEN的对应关系进行保存。
步骤305:服务器生成收款方单位TOKEN后,组建单位TOKEN贷记第一交易报文,并将第一交易报文向第二处理机构设备发送。其中第一交易报文包含内容如下:
(1)主账号域,填写收到的单位TOKEN号;
(2)账号所有人类型标识(60.2.1域),填写为“3-单位TOKEN”;
(3)收款方信息(104域),填写辅助验证信息,包括账户名称、账号、营业执照注册号(或统一社会信用代码)。
步骤306:第二处理机构设备接收到第一交易报文后,识别“账户所有人类型”为“3-单位TOKEN”,读取收款方信息,并保存单位TOKEN与收款方信息的对应关系。
步骤307:将单位TOKEN账户验证通过后实时为该收款方账户贷记入账。之后执行步骤3010。
步骤308:服务器根据单位TOKEN,组建单位TOKEN贷记第二交易报文,并将第二交易报文向第二处理机构设备发送。其中第二交易报文中包括主账号域,填写收到的单位TOKEN号。
步骤309:第二处理机构设备接收到第二交易报文后,识别“账户所有人类型”为“3-单位TOKEN”,从存储的数据中查询到收款方信息,为该收款方账户贷记入账。
步骤310:第二处理机构设备通知收款方终端入账信息。
实施例二为处理机构设备主动申请单位TOKEN,并将单位TOKEN与应用APP绑定,在支付时直接以TOKEN(或基于TOKEN的二维码)发起支付需求,可以为企业客户发起的申请,也可以为企业客户无感知。下面以企业客户申请对公二维码为例,具体步骤如图4所示,包括:
步骤401:企业客户在客户端(手机企业网银或商户APP)上发起绑定账户并申请对公二维码的申请请求,申请请求中包括该企业客户的账号。
步骤402:处理机构向服务器发起申请请求,以申请二维码,该申请请求中包括该企业客户的账号。
步骤403:服务器根据企业客户的账号进行查询,如查到对应的单位TOKEN,则直接执行步骤405;如查不到单位TOKEN,则执行步骤404。
步骤404:服务器为该企业客户的账号生成银联标准单位TOKEN,并进行保存。
步骤405:服务器根据单位TOKEN生成银联标准二维码。
步骤406:服务器将二维码返回给处理机构设备。
步骤407:处理机构设备将二维码发送给客户端。
步骤408:客户端向企业客户进行展示。
企业客户通过二维码,可在银联网络开展消费、面对面企业付款等业务。
本发明实施例还提供了一种单位账户的交易装置,如图5所示,包括:
接收单元501,用于接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识;
标记单元502,用于根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识相对应;
发送单元503,用于向第二处理机构设备发送携带所述支付标记的第二交易请求,以使所述第二处理机构设备利用所述支付标记进行交易。
进一步,所述标记单元502,具体用于:
确定未存有所述账户标识对应的支付标记;
根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
进一步,所述标记单元502,还用于保存所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系;
所述发送单元503,还用于将所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系发 送至所述第二处理机构设备。
在此,服务器可以为银联服务器,也可以为其余卡组织的服务器,在此不做限定。
基于相同的原理,本发明还提供一种电子设备,如图6所示,包括:
包括处理器601、存储器602、收发机603、总线接口604,其中处理器601、存储器602与收发机603之间通过总线接口604连接;
所述处理器601,用于读取所述存储器602中的程序,执行下列方法:
接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识;
根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识相对应;
向第二处理机构设备发送携带所述支付标记的第二交易请求,以使所述第二处理机构设备利用所述支付标记进行交易。
进一步地,所述处理器601具体用于:
确定未存有所述账户标识对应的支付标记;
根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记。
进一步地,所述处理器601具体用于:
保存所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系,并将所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系发送至所述第二处理机构设备。

  1. 一种单位账户的交易方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识;
    所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识相对应;
    所述服务器向第二处理机构设备发送携带所述支付标记的第二交易请求,以使所述第二处理机构设备利用所述支付标记进行交易。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,包括:
    所述服务器确定未存有所述账户标识对应的支付标记;
    所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记之后,还包括:
    所述服务器保存所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系,并将所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系发送至所述第二处理机构设备。
  4. 一种单位账户的交易方法,其特征在于,包括:
    处理机构设备接收所述服务器发送的第二交易请求,所述第二交易请求携带有交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记为所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识确定的;
    所述处理机构设备根据所述支付标记,确定所述支付标记对应的交易单位的账户;
    所述处理机构设备对所述交易单位的账户执行所述第二交易请求。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述处理机构设备向所述服务器发送第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求 中包括交易单位的账户标识,以使所述服务器根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述处理机构设备根据所述支付标记,确定所述支付标记对应的交易单位的账户,包括:
    所述处理机构设备存储有账户标识与支付标记的对应关系,所述对应关系是所述服务器确定并发送给所述处理机构设备的;
    所述处理机构设备根据所述对应关系和所述支付标记,确定所述支付标记对应的交易单位的账户。
  7. 一种单位账户的交易装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一处理机构设备发送的第一交易请求,所述第一交易请求中包括交易单位的账户标识;
    标记单元,用于根据所述交易单位的账户标识,确定所述交易单位的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识相对应;
    发送单元,用于向第二处理机构设备发送携带所述支付标记的第二交易请求,以使所述第二处理机构设备利用所述支付标记进行交易。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述标记单元,具体用于:
    确定未存有所述账户标识对应的支付标记;
    根据所述交易单位的账户标识,生成所述账户标识对应的支付标记,所述支付标记与所述账户标识一一对应。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述标记单元,还用于保存所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系;
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述账户标识与所述支付标记的对应关系发送至所述第二处理机构设备。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所 述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-3任一所述的方法。
  11. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1~3任一所述方法。
