发明人已根据目前的按摩保健需求,提出了可穿戴式的保健按摩装置。该保健按摩装置能够安装在人体腿部,并利用搭载在按摩组件搭载支架上的按摩组件对人体的穴位或穴位附近的皮肤和肌肉进行按压和摩擦按摩,促进局部的血液循环,从而对使用者的疾病康复加以辅助。
发明内容
经发明人的持续研究,发现该保健按摩装置对人体肛门附近的穴位的按摩方式和按摩效果较为单一,尚存在进一步改善的空间。
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种按摩组件、人体按摩装置及其操作方法,能够根据需要调整肛门附近穴位的按摩方式,改善按摩效果。
在本公开的一个方面,提供一种按摩组件,包括:
第一按摩臂;
第一按摩头,与所述第一按摩臂形成可转动的连接,用于随所述第一按摩臂相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按摩;和
转动锁定结构,设于所述第一按摩臂和所述第一按摩头之间,用于对所述第一按摩头相对于所述第一按摩臂的转动角度进行调节、锁定或解锁。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成单凸点按压接触;
在所述转动锁定结构处于锁定状态下,所述第一按摩头能够随所述第一按摩臂相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩;
在所述转动锁定结构处于解锁状态下,所述第一按摩头能够随所述第一按摩臂相对于人体的运动而产生相对于肛门附近穴位及皮肤的摆动,以实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的揉搓按摩。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头被构造为沿人体中线的前后方向分别与会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成双凸点按压接触;
在所述转动锁定结构处于锁定状态下,所述第一按摩头能够随所述第一按摩臂相对于人体的运动,实现对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩;
在所述转动锁定结构处于解锁状态下,所述第一按摩头能够根据会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的形状随所述第一按摩臂相对于人体的运动自适应地调整按摩角度,以实现对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的同步地或交替地按压和摩擦按摩。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头还包括第一贴合曲面,所述第一贴合曲面被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头还包括第一贴合曲面和第二贴合曲面,所述第一贴合曲面被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合,所述第二贴合曲面被构造为与肛门附近穴位及附近皮肤、会阴穴及周围皮肤和/或人体大腿根部内侧皮肤贴合。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头包括:
按摩头座,通过所述转动锁定结构安装在所述第一按摩臂上;和
按摩结构,设置在所述按摩头座上,用于对至少包括肛门附近穴位及皮肤的人体 部位进行按摩。
在一些实施例中,所述按摩结构包括:
旋转盘,具有多种凸点形式的接触结构,并可转动地设置在所述按摩头座上;
其中,所述多种凸点形式的接触结构分布在所述旋转盘的不同的转动角度。
在一些实施例中,所述转动锁定结构包括:
套筒,沿所述第一按摩臂的长度方向可移动地套设在所述第一按摩臂上;
枢接轴座,固定在所述套筒的外部,且与所述按摩头座通过枢轴连接;和
锁定/解锁机构,设置在所述枢接轴座和所述按摩头座之间,能够对所述按摩头座相对于所述枢接轴座的角度进行锁定或解锁。
在一些实施例中,所述按摩头座上设有多个对应于不同转动角度的调节孔,所述锁定/解锁机构包括:按钮、滑键结构和弹性部件,所述按钮的内侧端部插入在所述调节孔的任意一个内;所述滑键结构设置在所述弹性部件和所述按钮之间,所述滑键结构上的凸起结构在所述弹性部件的作用下,能够插入到所述按钮的侧壁孔来锁定所述按钮在调节孔的插入方向的运动。
在一些实施例中,所述第一按摩头还包括:
动力驱动机构,设置在所述按摩头座和所述枢接轴座之间,用于通过动力驱动所述按摩头座相对于所述第一按摩臂在人体的正中矢状面和/或冠状面内摆动。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
轴盘安装壳;
旋转轴盘,与所述第一按摩臂固定连接,并可转动的设置在所述轴盘安装壳内;和
扭簧结构,设置在所述轴盘安装壳的内部,一端与所述第一按摩臂或所述旋转轴盘连接,另一端与所述轴盘安装壳抵接或固定。

按摩组件搭载支架,用于搭载所述按摩组件;和
腿部夹持结构,安装在所述按摩组件搭载支架上,用于对人体的腿部进行夹持固定。
在一些实施例中,所述腿部夹持结构包括:
多个横臂,连接在所述按摩组件搭载支架上,用于对人体的大腿前侧和后侧同时 施加挤压力来进行夹持固定。
在一些实施例中,在所述横臂上设有垫块,所述垫块相对于所述横臂的长度方向位置可调,并能够垫在所述横臂与人体的腿部之间。
在一些实施例中,所述按摩组件搭载支架包括:
第一支架杆;
第二支架杆,套设在所述第一支架杆外,并相对于所述第一支架杆可滑动,以实现伸缩;和
滑动锁定结构,设置在所述第一支架杆和所述第二支架杆之间,用于对所述第二支架杆相对于所述第一支架杆的滑动进行锁定或解锁。
在一些实施例中,所述按摩组件还包括:轴盘安装壳、旋转轴盘和扭簧结构,所述旋转轴盘和扭簧结构均设置在所述轴盘安装壳内,所述旋转轴盘与所述第一按摩臂固定连接或一体制成,通过所述扭簧结构形成所述第一按摩臂相对于所述轴盘安装壳的弹性旋转结构;
在所述按摩组件搭载支架上设有轴盘固定槽,所述轴盘安装壳可拆地安装在所述轴盘固定槽内。
在一些实施例中,在所述按摩组件搭载支架上还设有扭力调节机构,用于对所述扭簧结构的预紧力进行调节。
在一些实施例中,在所述按摩组件搭载支架上还设有限位卡爪,所述限位卡爪用于对所述第一按摩臂相对于所述按摩组件搭载支架的旋转角度进行限位固定。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
第二按摩臂,安装在所述按摩组件搭载支架上,并沿所述按摩组件搭载支架的长度方向位于所述按摩组件的前侧;和
第二按摩头,安装在所述第二按摩臂上,用于对人体小腹上的穴位进行按压和/或摩擦按摩。

角度调节机构,设置在所述第二按摩臂和所述按摩组件搭载支架之间,用于调整所述第二按摩臂相对于所述按摩组件搭载支架的夹角;

在一些实施例中,所述角度调节机构包括棘轮棘爪配合结构,能够实现所述第二 按摩臂朝向所述按摩组件的方向的单向角度可调。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
腰带,用于系在人体的腰部;和
多个吊装带,一端连接在所述腰带上,另一端连接在所述按摩组件搭载支架和/或所述腿部夹持结构。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种前述人体按摩装置的操作方法,包括:
将腿部夹持结构夹持固定在人体的腿部上,并使搭载在按摩组件搭载支架上的按摩组件中的第一按摩头抵靠在人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤;
通过转动锁定结构调整并锁定所述第一按摩头相对于所述第一按摩臂的转动角度,或者解除转动锁定结构对所述第一按摩头相对于所述第一按摩臂的转动角度的锁定;
通过人体进行的预设重复动作使所述第一按摩头对人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行按摩。
因此,根据本公开实施例,通过在第一按摩臂和第一按摩头之间设置转动锁定结构,对第一按摩头相对于第一按摩臂的转动角度进行调节、锁定或解锁,从而实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤基于不同的锁定/解锁状态的按摩方式及效果,从而改善了按摩效果。使用者可以根据需要操作转动锁定结构来调整按摩方式,使用方便。

如图1所示,是根据本公开人体按摩装置的一些实施例的结构示意图。在本实施例中,人体按摩装置包括:按摩组件100、按摩组件搭载支架200和腿部夹持结构400。按摩组件搭载支架200用于搭载所述按摩组件100。腿部夹持结构400安装在所述按摩组件搭载支架200上,用于对人体的腿部进行夹持固定。
参考图1,在一些实施例中,按摩组件100包括:第一按摩臂120、第一按摩头110和转动锁定结构130。第一按摩臂120可安装在按摩组件搭载支架200上,并能够随着人体的特定动作或者在被驱动下相对于人体运动。第一按摩头110与第一按摩臂120形成可转动的连接,可随所述第一按摩臂120相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按摩。
转动锁定结构130设于所述第一按摩臂120和所述第一按摩头110之间,用于对所述第一按摩头110相对于所述第一按摩臂120的转动角度进行调节、锁定或解锁,从而调节第一按摩头110与肛门附近穴位及皮肤之间的按摩角度。当利用转动锁定结构130锁定第一按摩臂120和第一按摩头110时,可调整并锁定第一按摩头相对于肛门的按摩角度,同时使得第一按摩头110与第一按摩臂120同步运动;当利用转动锁定结构130解锁第一按摩臂120和第一按摩头110时,可使得第一按摩头110随第一按摩臂120运动的同时,还能够相对于第一按摩臂120转动。
对于不同的第一按摩头的构造,结合其相对于第一按摩臂的锁定状态或者解锁状态,可实现不同的按摩方式。
参考图2和图3,在一些实施例中,第一按摩头110被构造为沿人体中线的前后方向分别与会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成双凸点按压接触。在图2中,第一按摩头包括按摩头座112和按摩结构111。按摩头座112通过转动锁定结构130安装在所述第一按摩臂120上。按摩结构111设置在所述按摩头座112上,用于对至少包括肛门附近穴位及皮肤的人体部位进行按摩。例如,按摩结构111还用于对会阴穴及周围皮肤进行按摩。
在按摩结构111上沿人体中线的前后方向具有两个凸点,其中一个凸点是前凸点116,该前凸点116可以与会阴穴及周围皮肤形成凸点按压接触。另一个凸点是后凸点117,该后凸点117可以与肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成凸点按压接触。这样,前凸点116和后凸点117实现了双凸点按压接触的效果。
调整第一按摩头相对于肛门的角度至舒适位置后,如果转动锁定结构130处于锁 定状态下,则第一按摩头110能够随第一按摩臂120相对于人体的运动而同步运动。第一按摩头110的前凸点116可对会阴穴及周围皮肤进行按压按摩,还会相对于会阴穴及周围皮肤形成摩擦按摩。而后凸点117可对肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行按压按摩和摩擦按摩。
当转动锁定结构130处于解锁状态下,第一按摩头110能够根据会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的形状随第一按摩臂120相对于人体的运动自适应地调整按摩角度,以相对于第一按摩臂120摆动。前凸点116对会阴穴及周围皮肤可实现按压和摩擦按摩,而后凸点117对肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行按压和摩擦按摩。而随着第一按摩头110的摆动,前凸点116和后凸点117则会同步地或交替地进行按压和摩擦按摩,以实现轻重变化的按摩效果。
基于第一按摩头110的这种结构,第一按摩头110还可以包括第一贴合曲面114和第二贴合曲面113。其中,第一贴合曲面114可被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合,第二贴合曲面113可被构造为与肛门附近穴位及附近皮肤、会阴穴及周围皮肤和/或人体大腿根部内侧皮肤贴合。这样第一按摩头110在运动时,还通过第一贴合曲面114和第二贴合曲面113同时对肛门附近穴位及皮肤、会阴穴及周围皮肤和/或大腿根部内侧皮肤均进行摩擦按摩,从而获得更好的按摩效果。
在第一贴合曲面114上可设置多个连续的球形凸起,以形成立体波纹式的曲面结构。当第一贴合曲面114在肛门附近穴位及皮肤上按压摩擦时,可实现不同部位的按压摩擦的轻重变化。在第二贴合曲面113上可设置多个横向条形凸纹115,并在肛门附近穴位及皮肤、会阴穴及周围皮肤和/或大腿根部内侧皮肤滑动时形成轻微的刮擦按摩效果。
在另一些实施例中,第一按摩头110还可以被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成单凸点按压接触。即第一按摩头110上只设置一个凸点(例如后凸点117),该凸点与肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成单凸点按压接触。当转动锁定结构130处于锁定状态下,第一按摩头110能够随第一按摩臂120相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩。而当转动锁定结构130处于解锁状态下,第一按摩头110能够随第一按摩臂120相对于人体的运动而产生相对于肛门附近穴位及皮肤的摆动,以实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的揉搓按摩。
在这种结构的第一按摩头110上还可以包括第一贴合曲面114。该第一贴合曲面114可被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合,这样随着第一按摩头110相对于人体的 运动,也同时通过第一贴合曲面114对肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行摩擦按摩,来获得更好的按摩效果。
在另一些实施例中,按摩结构111还可以包括旋转盘。旋转盘上可设置多种凸点形式的接触结构,且可转动地设置在按摩头座112上,而多种凸点形式的接触结构分布在旋转盘的不同的转动角度。这样,使用者可以根据需要转动旋转盘,将某个凸点形式的按摩结构旋转到能够与皮肤接触的位置,从而使使用者获得不同的按摩效果。
参考图2,在一些实施例中,转动锁定结构130可具体包括:套筒131、枢接轴座132和锁定/解锁机构。套筒131沿第一按摩臂120的长度方向可移动地套设在第一按摩臂120上。在套筒131上还可以设置锁定扳手136,当套筒131调整到第一按摩臂120的某个部位后,可通过锁定扳手136将套筒131锁定在第一按摩臂120上。枢接轴座132固定在套筒131的外部,且与按摩头座112通过枢轴135连接。
参考图3,锁定/解锁机构可设置在枢接轴座132和按摩头座112之间,且具有用于手动锁定/解锁的按钮或滑键。在图3中,按摩头座112上设有多个对应于不同的转动角度的调节孔。锁定/解锁机构可包括按钮133、滑键结构134和弹性部件137,按钮133的内侧端部可插入在任何一个调节孔内。滑键结构134设置在弹性部件137和按钮133之间,在弹性部件的作用下,滑键结构134上的凸起结构能够插入到按钮133的侧壁孔,来锁定按钮133在调节孔的插入方向的运动。
当使用者需要解除按钮133对按摩头座112的限制时,需要按钮133从调节孔中脱离。而为了使按钮133从调节孔中脱离,则需要解除滑键结构134对按钮133的限制。因此,使用者可以操作滑键结构134克服弹性部件137的弹性力,使滑键结构134的凸起结构脱离按钮133的侧壁孔。这样,按钮133在使用者的拔出动作或者另一弹性结构的作用下从调节孔中脱出。
在一些实施例中,按摩头座112可随着人体的预设动作而相对于第一按摩臂120摆动。而在另一些实施例中,为了提高按摩效果,节省使用者的体力,第一按摩头110还可包括设置在按摩头座112和枢接轴座132之间的动力驱动机构。动力驱动机构可通过动力驱动按摩头座112相对于第一按摩臂120在人体的正中矢状面和/或冠状面内摆动。动力驱动机构可以采用电机或气缸等。
参考图4,在一些实施例中,按摩组件100还可包括:轴盘安装壳125、旋转轴盘123和扭簧结构128。旋转轴盘123与第一按摩臂120固定连接,并可转动的设置在轴盘安装壳125内。旋转轴盘123的转轴124设置在轴盘安装壳125上。在另一些 实施例中,旋转轴盘123也可以与第一按摩臂120一体制成。
扭簧结构128可设置在轴盘安装壳125的内部。扭簧结构128的一端与第一按摩臂120或旋转轴盘123连接,另一端128a与轴盘安装壳125抵接或固定,以使第一按摩臂120和旋转轴盘123相对于轴盘安装壳125弹性摆动。
参考图4和图5,轴盘安装壳125上可设置用于与按摩组件搭载支架200进行固定的安装孔126。在按摩组件搭载支架200上设有轴盘固定槽230,轴盘安装壳125通过安装件231可拆地安装在轴盘固定槽230内。安装件231可通过螺杆穿过按摩组件搭载支架200,与轴盘安装壳125的安装孔126进行螺纹连接,在安装件231上可设置便于操作的转动手柄。
在轴盘安装壳125上可设置调整孔127,可与扭力调节机构232配合。通过扭力调节机构232对扭簧结构128的另一端128a的位置调整,可以实现扭簧结构128的预紧力的调节。扭力调节机构232可通过螺杆穿过按摩组件搭载支架200,并在调整孔127内运动,并带动扭簧结构128的另一端128a改变位置。
另外,参考图5,在按摩组件搭载支架200上可设置限位卡爪250。限位卡爪250用于对第一按摩臂120相对于按摩组件搭载支架200的旋转角度进行限位固定,以便在穿戴过程中保持第一按摩臂的稳定。在第一按摩臂120上可设置能够与限位卡爪250配合的凸起129。使用者可将第一按摩臂120压到靠近按摩组件搭载支架200的位置,然后通过限位卡爪250卡住凸起129,以免第一按摩臂120对使用者穿戴人体按摩装置造成干扰。
参考图1和图5,按摩组件搭载支架200包括:第一支架杆210、第二支架杆220和滑动锁定结构240。第二支架杆220可套设在第一支架杆210外,并相对于第一支架杆210可滑动,以实现伸缩。使用者可使第二支架杆220相对于第一支架杆210伸出或缩回,以使腿部夹持结构400符合使用者的腿部尺寸。
滑动锁定结构240设置在第一支架杆210和第二支架杆220之间,用于对第二支架杆220相对于第一支架杆210的滑动进行锁定或解锁。在第一支架杆210上可设置多个调节齿211。滑动锁定结构240包括能够与调节齿211配合的弹性凸齿242和调整手柄241。调整手柄241可采用凸轮的形式,通过改变调整手柄241的转动角度可使弹性凸齿242紧嵌在某调节齿211中或者脱离调节齿211,从而实现第二支架杆220相对于第一支架杆210的位置进行调整,进而实现腿部夹持结构400对腿部的夹紧力和舒适度。
参考图6,在一些实施例中,腿部夹持结构400包括:多个横臂410。多个横臂410连接在按摩组件搭载支架200上,用于对人体的大腿前侧和后侧同时施加挤压力来进行夹持固定。横臂410能够被配置为可折叠的,例如横臂410通过转动结构450与按摩组件搭载支架200连接。这样使用者可在不使用人体按摩装置时,可将横臂410折叠到贴近按摩组件搭载支架200的位置,从而实现人体按摩装置的收合,以减少占用空间。对于前后两排横臂410可相向折叠,并贴近按摩组件搭载支架200,这样可以有效地减小收合后的尺寸,方便收存。
在图6中,在横臂410上设有垫块420,且相对于横臂410的长度方向位置可调。垫块420可相比于横臂410具有更大的接触表面,其能够垫在横臂410与人体的腿部之间,以增加腿部夹持结构400夹持腿部时的舒适度。在垫块420上可设置锁紧件430,用于对垫块420在横臂410上的不同位置进行锁紧和解锁,以便根据腿部曲线进行调节。
参考图1和图7,在一些实施例中,人体按摩装置还可包括:第二按摩臂310和第二按摩头(图中未示出)。第二按摩臂310安装在按摩组件搭载支架200上,并沿按摩组件搭载支架200的长度方向位于按摩组件100的前侧。第二按摩头安装在第二按摩臂310上,可用于对人体小腹上的穴位进行按压和/或摩擦按摩。
为了方便使用者对第二按摩臂的调整,人体按摩装置可进一步包括角度调节机构340。角度调节机构340,设置在第二按摩臂310和按摩组件搭载支架200之间,用于调整第二按摩臂310相对于按摩组件搭载支架200的夹角。角度调节机构340包括棘轮棘爪配合结构,能够实现第二按摩臂310朝向按摩组件100的方向的单向角度可调,这样就能够改变第二按摩臂310相对于人体的倾角,以满足使用者的使用需求。
例如,在图7中的角度调节机构340包括棘轮件341、棘爪件342和角度调整按钮343。棘轮件341、棘爪件342和角度调整按钮343可设置在壳体320内,棘轮件341的一端枢接在壳体320内,且具有多个棘齿,另一端可拆地固定在按摩组件搭载支架200上。棘爪件342与棘轮件341的多个棘齿单向配合,以使第二按摩臂310及第二按摩头只能向使用者腹部一侧(即人体的后向)缩小夹角,而不能反向扩大该夹角。角度调整按钮343的一端与棘爪件342接触,通过操作角度调整按钮343,可驱动棘爪件342脱离棘轮件341,从而使第二按摩臂310能够相对于按摩组件搭载支架200在人体的前向和后向都能调整。
为了方便使用者对第二按摩臂长度的调整,人体按摩装置可进一步包括长度调节 机构330。长度调节机构330可设置在第二按摩臂310和按摩组件搭载支架200之间,用于调整第二按摩臂310相对于其与按摩组件搭载支架200的安装位置的伸出长度。
例如,在图7中的长度调节机构330包括套筒332、锁紧手柄331和弹性元件333。套筒332和弹性元件333可设置在壳体320内,弹性元件333可在套筒332一侧抵靠套筒332。第二按摩臂310穿设在套筒332中,锁紧手柄331的一端可穿过套筒332抵紧第二按摩臂310。当使用者扳动锁紧手柄331时,可解除锁紧手柄331对第二按摩臂310的锁紧状态。这样,第二按摩臂310就可以在套筒332内运动,改变第二按摩臂310相对于其与按摩组件搭载支架200的安装位置的伸出长度,以满足使用者的使用需求。
对于使用者来说,利用腿部夹持结构400可实现人体按摩装置在腿部的固定。而为了进一步加强固定效果,避免使用时人体按摩装置滑落,人体按摩装置还可以包括腰带和多个吊装带。腰带可系在人体的腰部,而多个吊装带的一端连接在腰带上,另一端可连接在按摩组件搭载支架200和/或腿部夹持结构400。例如在图6中,垫块420(或者横臂410)上可设置吊环440,用于连接吊装带,这样四个横臂410上的垫块420各连接一个吊装带,从而实现了更加稳定的吊装作用。
基于上述的各个人体按摩装置的实施例,本公开还提供了对应的操作方法。如图8所示,是根据本公开人体按摩装置的操作方法的一些实施例的流程示意图。在图8中,人体按摩装置的操作方法包括:
步骤S100、将腿部夹持结构200夹持固定在人体的腿部上,并使搭载在按摩组件搭载支架200上的按摩组件100中的第一按摩头110抵靠在人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤;
步骤S200、通过转动锁定结构130调整并锁定所述第一按摩头110相对于所述第一按摩臂120的转动角度,或者解除转动锁定结构130对所述第一按摩头110相对于所述第一按摩臂120的转动角度的锁定;
步骤S300、通过人体进行的预设重复动作使所述第一按摩头110对人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行按摩。
在本实施例中,步骤S200可以先于步骤S100执行,即使用者可先通过转动锁定结构130进行角度调整和锁定,或者解除锁定,然后再将腿部夹持结构200夹持在腿部上。在步骤S300中,预设重复动作为人体在站立状态下进行腰部或膝部的重复屈伸动作。
使用者可根据需要更换按摩组件100中不同结构形式的第一按摩头110,并可结合转动锁定结构130的锁定和解锁来实现不同的按摩形式,例如对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的双凸点按压按摩和摩擦按摩,又例如双凸点同步地或交替地对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩等。
本说明书中多个实施例采用递进的方式描述,各实施例的重点有所不同,而各个实施例之间相同或相似的部分相互参见即可。对于方法实施例而言,由于其整体以及涉及的步骤与按摩组件和人体按摩装置实施例中的内容存在一定的对应关系,因此描述的比较简单,相关之处参见组件和装置实施例的部分说明即可。
至此,已经详细描述了本公开的各实施例。为了避免遮蔽本公开的构思,没有描述本领域所公知的一些细节。本领域技术人员根据上面的描述,完全可以明白如何实施这里公开的技术方案。
虽然已经通过示例对本公开的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本公开的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本公开的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换。本公开的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种按摩组件(100),包括:
    第一按摩臂(120);
    第一按摩头(110),与所述第一按摩臂(120)形成可转动的连接,用于随所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按摩;和
    转动锁定结构(130),设于所述第一按摩臂(120)和所述第一按摩头(110)之间,用于对所述第一按摩头(110)相对于所述第一按摩臂(120)的转动角度进行调节、锁定或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成单凸点按压接触;
    在所述转动锁定结构(130)处于锁定状态下,所述第一按摩头(110)能够随所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于人体的运动,实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩;
    在所述转动锁定结构(130)处于解锁状态下,所述第一按摩头(110)能够随所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于人体的运动而产生相对于肛门附近穴位及皮肤的摆动,以实现对肛门附近穴位及皮肤的揉搓按摩。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)被构造为沿人体中线的前后方向分别与会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤形成双凸点按压接触;
    在所述转动锁定结构(130)处于锁定状态下,所述第一按摩头(110)能够随所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于人体的运动,实现对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的按压和摩擦按摩;
    在所述转动锁定结构(130)处于解锁状态下,所述第一按摩头(110)能够根据会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的形状随所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于人体的运动自适应地调整按摩角度,以实现对会阴穴及周围皮肤和肛门附近穴位及皮肤的同步地或交替地按压和摩擦按摩。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)还包括第一贴合曲面(114),所述第一贴合曲面(114)被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)还包括第一贴合曲面(114)和第二贴合曲面(113),所述第一贴合曲面(114)被构造为与肛门附近穴位及皮肤贴合,所述第二贴合曲面(113)被构造为与肛门附近穴位及附近皮肤、会阴穴及周围皮肤和/或人体大腿根部内侧皮肤贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)包括:
    按摩头座(112),通过所述转动锁定结构(130)安装在所述第一按摩臂(120)上;和
    按摩结构(111),设置在所述按摩头座(112)上,用于对至少包括肛门附近穴位及皮肤的人体部位进行按摩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述按摩结构(111)包括:
    旋转盘,具有多种凸点形式的接触结构,并可转动地设置在所述按摩头座(112)上;
    其中,所述多种凸点形式的接触结构分布在所述旋转盘的不同的转动角度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述转动锁定结构(130)包括:
    套筒(131),沿所述第一按摩臂(120)的长度方向可移动地套设在所述第一按摩臂(120)上;
    枢接轴座(132),固定在所述套筒(131)的外部,且与所述按摩头座(112)通过枢轴(135)连接;和
    锁定/解锁机构,设置在所述枢接轴座(132)和所述按摩头座(112)之间,能够对所述按摩头座(112)相对于所述枢接轴座(132)的角度进行锁定或解锁。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述按摩头座(112)上设有多个对应于不同转动角度的调节孔,所述锁定/解锁机构包括:按钮(133)、滑键结构(134)和弹性部件(137),所述按钮(133)的内侧端部插入在所述调节孔的任意一个内;所述滑键结构(134)设置在所述弹性部件(137)和所述按钮(133)之间,所述滑键结构(134)上的凸起结构在所述弹性部件(137)的作用下,能够插入到所述按钮(133)的侧壁孔来锁定所述按钮(133)在调节孔的插入方向的运动。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩组件(100),其中,所述第一按摩头(110)还包括:
    动力驱动机构,设置在所述按摩头座(112)和所述枢接轴座(132)之间,用于通过动力驱动所述按摩头座(112)相对于所述第一按摩臂(120)在人体的正中矢状面和/或冠状面内摆动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩组件(100),还包括:
    轴盘安装壳(125);
    旋转轴盘(123),与所述第一按摩臂(120)固定连接或一体制成,并可转动的设置在所述轴盘安装壳(125)内;和
    扭簧结构(128),设置在所述轴盘安装壳(125)的内部,一端与所述第一按摩臂(120)或所述旋转轴盘(123)连接,另一端与所述轴盘安装壳(125)抵接或固定。
  12. 一种人体按摩装置,包括:
    权利要求1~11任一所述的按摩组件(100);
    按摩组件搭载支架(200),用于搭载所述按摩组件(100);和
    腿部夹持结构(400),安装在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上,用于对人体的腿部进行夹持固定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,其中,所述腿部夹持结构(400)包括:
    多个横臂(410),连接在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上,用于对人体的大腿前侧和后侧同时施加挤压力来进行夹持固定。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的人体按摩装置,其中,在所述横臂(400)上设有垫块(420),所述垫块(420)相对于所述横臂(410)的长度方向位置可调,并能够垫在所述横臂(410)与人体的腿部之间。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,其中,所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)包括:
    第一支架杆(210);
    第二支架杆(220),套设在所述第一支架杆(210)外,并相对于所述第一支架杆(210)可滑动,以实现伸缩;和
    滑动锁定结构(240),设置在所述第一支架杆(210)和所述第二支架杆(220)之间,用于对所述第二支架杆(220)相对于所述第一支架杆(210)的滑动进行锁定或解锁。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,其中,所述按摩组件(100)还包括:轴盘安装壳(125)、旋转轴盘(123)和扭簧结构(128),所述旋转轴盘(123)和扭簧结构(128)均设置在所述轴盘安装壳(125)内,所述旋转轴盘(123)与所述第一按摩臂(120)固定连接,通过所述扭簧结构(128)形成所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于所述轴盘安装壳(125)的弹性旋转结构;
    在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上设有轴盘固定槽(230),所述轴盘安装壳(125)可拆地安装在所述轴盘固定槽(230)内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的人体按摩装置,其中,在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上还设有扭力调节机构(232),用于对所述扭簧结构(128)的预紧力进行调节。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,其中,在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上还设有限位卡爪(250),所述限位卡爪(250)用于对所述第一按摩臂(120)相对于所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)的旋转角度进行限位固定。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,还包括:
    第二按摩臂(310),安装在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)上,并沿所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)的长度方向位于所述按摩组件(100)的前侧;和
    第二按摩头,安装在所述第二按摩臂(310)上,用于对人体小腹上的穴位进行按压和/或摩擦按摩。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的人体按摩装置,还包括以下的至少一种:
    角度调节机构(340),设置在所述第二按摩臂(310)和所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)之间,用于调整所述第二按摩臂(310)相对于所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)的夹角;
    长度调节机构(330),设置在所述第二按摩臂(310)和所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)之间,用于调整所述第二按摩臂(310)相对于其与所述按摩组件搭载支架(200)的安装位置的伸出长度。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的人体按摩装置,其中,所述角度调节机构(340)包括棘轮棘爪配合结构,能够实现所述第二按摩臂(310)朝向所述按摩组件(100)的方向的单向角度可调。
  22. 根据权利要求12所述的人体按摩装置,还包括:
    腰带,用于系在人体的腰部;和
    多个吊装带,一端连接在所述腰带上,另一端连接在所述按摩组件搭载支架(200) 和/或所述腿部夹持结构(400)。
  23. 一种根据权利要求12~22任一所述的人体按摩装置的操作方法,包括:
    将腿部夹持结构(200)夹持固定在人体的腿部上,并使搭载在按摩组件搭载支架(200)上的按摩组件(100)中的第一按摩头(110)抵靠在人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤;
    通过转动锁定结构(130)调整并锁定所述第一按摩头(110)相对于所述第一按摩臂(120)的转动角度,或者解除转动锁定结构(130)对所述第一按摩头(110)相对于所述第一按摩臂(120)的转动角度的锁定;
    通过人体进行的预设重复动作使所述第一按摩头(110)对人体的肛门附近穴位及皮肤进行按摩。
