翻转装置及包含其的无槽卷帘门 技术领域
本发明涉及一种翻转装置及包含其的无槽卷帘门。
背景技术
现有的用于商业门面、车库、商场、医院、厂矿企业等公共场所的卷帘门,两侧都需要固定的滑道,即需要在墙体上安装内凹的门槽,才能保证卷帘门的正常使用,墙体上开设门槽既提高了卷帘门的安装成本,也会使门面不美观,使用时间久了,门槽内部会积累很多脏物或灰尘,滋生细菌,而且很难清理。
现有卷帘门的抗冲击力是依靠卷帘门两侧固定在门槽中实现的,但是卷帘门越宽,门体晃动会越大,卷帘门能承受的抗冲击力就会越小,这就给安全带来很大的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种翻转装置及包含其的无槽卷帘门,以解决上述技术问题中的至少一个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种翻转装置,包括第一翻转件、第二翻转件、第一拉杆和第二拉杆,第一翻转件和第二翻转件的截面均呈U型,第一翻转件的一端插入在第二翻转件的一端内,第一翻转件通过轴A与第二翻转件铰接,第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时,第一翻转件一端的下部边缘和第二翻转件一端的下部边缘抵靠在一起,第一拉杆位于第一翻转件中,第一拉杆的一端设有第一铰件,第一铰件绕着轴A转动,第一铰件绕着轴A转动的转动孔呈长圆形,第一铰件与第一拉杆转动连接,第二拉杆位于第二翻转件中,第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时,第一拉杆的一端与第二拉杆的一端抵靠在一起。
本发明中,当第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时,由于第一翻转件一端的下部边缘和第二翻转件一端的下部边缘抵靠在一起,垂直推动第一翻转件的底部、第二翻转件的底部或者第一翻转件和第二翻转件底部结合位置处时,第一翻转件和第二翻转件之间是无法翻转的,此时翻转装置在底部受到外界的冲击力时是固定不动的,同时,当第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时,由于第一拉杆的一端与第二拉杆的一端抵靠在一起,垂直推动第一翻转件的顶部、第二翻转件的顶部或者第一翻转件和第二翻转件顶部结合位置处时,第一翻转件和第二翻转件之间是无法翻转的,此时翻转装置顶部受到外界的冲击力时也 是固定不动的,从而确保翻转装置无论是受到底部的冲击力还是底部的拉力都是固定不动的;第一翻转件和第二翻转件之间需要转动时,拉动第二拉杆,使第二拉杆的一端与第一拉杆的一端分离,此时,第二翻转件可以绕着轴A转动,实现第二翻转件与第一翻转件之间的转动,第二翻转件转动的同时,第一铰件也绕着轴A转动,第一铰件转动时,第一铰件会带着第一拉杆向第二拉杆方向移动,当第一翻转件的另一端也安装一个第二翻转件时,第一拉杆的另一端也会与另一个第二翻转件中的第二拉杆分离,此时,可以实现第一翻转件与另一个第二翻转件之间的转动,依次类推,当多个第一翻转件和多个第二翻转件依次间隔连接时,可以逐一依次翻转第二翻转件、第一翻转件,最终实现整个部件的翻转收纳,翻转装置可以使用在卷帘门上,两组翻转装置安装在门体的两侧,门体无论是受到外界的冲击力还是拉力都是固定不动的,即卷帘门两侧的翻转装置可以代替现有墙体上开设的门槽,对门体进行固定,既降低了卷帘门的安装成本(即无需在墙体上安装门槽),也可以提高卷帘门的整体美观度,本发明的翻转装置也可以延伸使用,并演变成多种形态的工具,如梯子、工作平台、桥梁或道路断裂时的搭接梁等,也可以用在传送带上,在两组翻转装置之间安装平行排布的传送板即可。
在一些实施方式中,第一拉杆的一端可以设有第一凸起,第二拉杆上设有与第一凸起配合的第一凹部。由此,当第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时,第一拉杆的一端与第二拉杆的一端抵靠在一起,此时第一拉杆上的第一凸起插接在第二拉杆上的第一凹部中,确保第一拉杆和第二拉杆抵靠牢固,当垂直推动第一翻转件的顶部、第二翻转件的顶部或者第一翻转件和第二翻转件顶部结合位置处时,第一翻转件和第二翻转件之间是根本无法翻转的,进一步确保翻转装置顶部受到外界的冲击力时是固定不动的,第一凸起和第一凹部的插接配合进一步提高了第一翻转件和第二翻转件呈直线状态时顶部受到冲击力时的稳固度。

在一些实施方式中,第一拉杆的另一端可以设有第二凹部,第二拉杆的另一端可以设有第二凸起。由此,当多个第一翻转件、第二翻转件间隔排布,多个第一翻转件、第二翻转件呈直线状态时,第一拉杆一端的第一凸起插接在第二拉杆一端上的第一凹部中,第二拉杆另一端上的第二凸起插接在相邻第一拉杆(后续第一拉杆)另一端上的第二凹部中,第一拉杆另一端上的第二凹部可以容纳相邻第二拉杆(前续第二拉杆)另一端上的第二凸起,这样间隔排布的第一拉杆、第二拉杆之间都是通过第一凸起与第一凹部的插接配合、第二凸起与第二凹部的插接配合依次抵靠在一起,从而确保整个翻转装置呈直线状态时顶部受到冲击力时的稳固度。
在一些实施方式中,第一翻转件的侧壁上可以设有横向的第一连接板,第二翻转件的侧壁上可以设有横向的第二连接板。由此,翻转装置安装在卷帘门体的两侧时,第一连接板上可以固定门体的门片(如通过螺钉、铆钉等),第二连接板上也可以固定门体的门片(如通过螺钉、铆钉等),门片与翻转装置的安装非常方便和快捷。

根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种无槽卷帘门,包括至少两组上述翻转装置,还包括门体和门体卷合装置,门体包括至少两节门片,门片位于两组翻转装置之间,第一节门片的一端设在一个第一翻转件的侧壁上,另一端设在另一个第一翻转件的侧壁上,第二节门片的一端设在一个第二翻转件的侧壁上,另一端设在另一个第二翻转件的侧壁上,相邻两节门片平行排布,门体卷 合装置设在门体的顶部。
这样,无槽卷帘门的门体无论是受到外界的冲击力还是拉力都是固定不动的,即门体两侧的翻转装置可以代替现有墙体上开设的门槽,对门体进行固定,既降低了卷帘门的安装成本,即:无需在墙体上安装门槽,也可以提高门体的整体美观度,同时,对门体尺寸要求很宽时,可以安装多组平行排布的翻转装置,也可以将多个无槽卷帘门并排拼接在一起,防止因为门体太宽造成门体晃动,需要打开门体时,门体卷合装置可以由上到下依次卷合翻转装置和门片,最终将门体和翻转装置都收纳到门体卷合装置中,另外,门片采用防弹钢板时,可以实现防弹防爆,安全性得到了很大的保证,门体横向放置时,门片可上下卷合活动,门体纵向放置时,门片可左右卷合活动。
在一些实施方式中,门体的底部可以设有锁体。由此,当门体处于闭合状态时,锁体的存在可以确保门体不会被第三人卷起,达到防盗的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
图1至图5示意性地显示了本发明一种实施方式的翻转装置的结构。
如图1至图5所示,翻转装置,包括第一翻转件1、第二翻转件2、第一拉杆3、第二拉杆4和轴A5。此外,翻转装置还可以包括第一限位轴6、轴B7、第二限位轴8和轴C9。
如图3和图4所示,第一翻转件1和第二翻转件2呈U形状。
第一翻转件1和第二翻转件2的形状相同,横向尺寸不同,第二翻转件2的横向尺寸大于第一翻转件1的横向尺寸,确保第一翻转件1的一端可以插入在第二翻转件2中。
如图1所示,第一翻转件1的右端插入在位于右边的第二翻转件2的左端 内,第一翻转件1通过轴A5与第二翻转件2铰接,即第二翻转件2可以绕着第一翻转件1转动。

如图1至图3所示,第一拉杆3位于第一翻转件1中。
如图5所示,第一拉杆3的右端安装有第一铰件31,第一铰件31与第一拉杆3转动连接,即第一铰件31可以在第一拉杆3上翻转,第一铰件31位于第一翻转件1和第二翻转件2之间的结合位置处(图2所示)。
如图1和图3所示,轴A5穿插在第一铰件31中,第一铰件31可以绕着轴A5转动。
如图3所示,轴B7的两端分别固定在第二翻转件2的两侧壁上,轴B7穿插在第一铰件31中,第一铰件31可以绕着轴B7转动。
如图5所示,第一铰件31绕着轴A5转动的转动孔311呈长圆形,这样,当第二翻转件2绕着轴A5转动时,第二翻转件2带动轴B7同步转动,呈长圆形的转动孔311可以确保第一铰件31也可以绕着轴A5转动,第一铰件31转动时,第一铰件31会带着第一拉杆3横向移动。

如图1所示,需要翻转收纳时,必须先从右边的第二翻转件2开始转动,否则中间的第一翻转件1和左边的第二翻转件2之间是无法实现转动的。沿C方向转动右边的第二铰件42(当右边的第二翻转件2右侧再安装一个第一翻转件1时,右边的第二铰件42的转动也可以通过转动第一翻转件1实现),第二铰件42转动时带动右边的第二拉杆4沿D方向移动,此时右边的第二拉杆4的左端与第一拉杆3分离,沿E方向可以转动右边的第二翻转件2,右边的第二翻转件2沿E方向转动时,通过轴B7带动第一铰件31也转动,第一铰件31转动时带动第一拉杆3沿F方向移动,此时第一拉杆3的左端与左边的第二拉杆4分离,沿G方向可以转动第一翻转件1,第一翻转件1沿G方向转动时,通过轴D14带动左边的第二铰件42也转动,左边的第二铰件42转动时带动左边的第二拉杆4沿H方向移动,当左边的第二翻转件2的左侧再安装一个第一翻转件1、第一拉杆3和第一铰件31时,此时,左边的第二翻转件2也可以沿I方向转动,依次类推,当多个第一翻转件1和多个第二翻转件2依次间隔连接时,从右到左可以逐一依次翻转第二翻转件2、第一翻转件1、第二翻转件2、第一翻转件1、第二翻转件2···,最终实现整个部件的翻转收纳。
本发明的翻转装置可以使用在卷帘门上,两组翻转装置安装在门体的两侧,门体无论是受到外界的冲击力还是拉力都是固定不动的,即卷帘门两侧的翻转装置可以代替现有墙体上开设的门槽,对门体进行固定,既降低了卷帘门的安装成本(即无需在墙体上安装门槽),也可以提高卷帘门的整体美观度。
本发明的翻转装置也可以运用在传送带上,在两组翻转装置之间安装平行排布的传送板即可。
图6示意性地显示了本发明一种实施方式的无槽卷帘门的结构。
如图6所示,无槽卷帘门,包括两组前述翻转装置、门体和门体卷合装置10。
如图6所示,门体包括多节门片11,门片11位于两组翻转装置之间,由上至下,第一节门片11的左端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在左侧第一翻转件1的第一连接板101上,第一节门片11的右端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在右侧第一翻转件1的第一连接板101上,第二节门片11的左端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在左侧第二翻转件2的第二连接板201上,第二节门片11的右端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在右侧第二翻转件2的第二连接板201上,第三节门片11的左端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在左侧第一翻转件1的第一连接板101上,第三节门片11的右端通过铆钉(或螺钉)固定在右侧第一翻转件1的第一连接板101上,多节门片11的左右两端按照上述方法与两组翻转装置连接起来,相邻两节门片11平行排布。
如图6所示,门体卷合装置10安装在门体的顶部。
本实施例中,门体卷合装置10是电动式。在其他实施例中,门体卷合装置 10也可以设置成手动式。
如图6所示,门体的底部(最下面的门片11上)安装有锁体12,当门体处于闭合状态时,锁体12的存在可以确保门体不会被第三人卷起,达到防盗的目的。
如图6所示,门体的底端(最下面的门片11上)也可以安装两个插脚13,当门体处于闭合状态时,门体底端的插脚13可以插入在地面上设置的孔位中,进一步提高门体的抗冲击力。在其他实施例中,插脚13的数量可以根据门体的宽窄进行变更,也可以不设置插脚13。在其他实施例中,插脚13也可以设计成圆弧状,并与门体(最下面的门片11)铰接,当门体的底端与地面接触时,地面推动插脚13的一端使插脚13发生转动,插脚13的另一端可以插入在墙体上设置好的孔位中,提高门体的抗冲击力。
如图6所示,无槽卷帘门的门体无论是受到外界的冲击力还是拉力都是固定不动的,即门体两侧的翻转装置可以代替现有墙体上开设的门槽,对门体进行固定,既降低了卷帘门的安装成本,即:无需在墙体上安装门槽,也可以提高门体的整体美观度,需要打开门体时,门体卷合装置10可以由上到下依次卷合翻转装置和门片11,最终将门体和翻转装置都收纳到门体卷合装置10中,同时,对门体尺寸要求很宽时,可以将多个无槽卷帘门并排拼接在一起,防止因为门体太宽造成门体晃动。另外,门片11采用防弹钢板时,可以实现防弹防爆,安全性得到了很大的保证,门体横向放置时,门片11可上下卷合活动,门体纵向放置时,门片11可左右卷合活动。
图7示意性地显示了本发明另一种实施方式的无槽卷帘门的结构。
如图7所示,当门体的左右方向尺寸要求很宽时,可以将四组翻转装置和三组门体间隔排布,这样就可以进一步防止因为门体尺寸太宽造成的晃动,进一步提高安全性,处于中间的两组翻转装置中,可以在第一翻转件1的两侧均设置第一连接板101,第二翻转件2的两侧均设置第二连接板201,这样,处于中间的两组翻转装置的左右两侧均可以安装门片11,门片11的安装方法同图6相同。
如图7所示,门体卷合装置10安装在门体的顶部。
本实施例中,门体卷合装置10是电动式。在其他实施例中,门体卷合装置10也可以设置成手动式。
如图7所示,门体的底部(最下面的门片11上)安装有锁体12,当门体处于闭合状态时,锁体12的存在可以确保门体不会被第三人卷起,达到防盗的目的。

Claims (10)

  1. 翻转装置,其特征在于,包括第一翻转件(1)、第二翻转件(2)、第一拉杆(3)和第二拉杆(4),第一翻转件(1)和第二翻转件(2)的截面均呈U型,第一翻转件(1)的一端插入在第二翻转件(2)的一端内,第一翻转件(1)通过轴A(5)与第二翻转件(2)铰接,第一翻转件(1)和第二翻转件(2)呈直线状态时,第一翻转件(1)一端的下部边缘和第二翻转件(2)一端的下部边缘抵靠在一起,第一拉杆(3)位于第一翻转件(1)中,第一拉杆(3)的一端设有第一铰件(31),第一铰件(31)绕着轴A(5)转动,第一铰件(31)绕着轴A(5)转动的转动孔(311)呈长圆形,第一铰件(31)与第一拉杆(3)转动连接,第二拉杆(4)位于第二翻转件(2)中,第一翻转件(1)和第二翻转件(2)呈直线状态时,第一拉杆(3)的一端与第二拉杆(4)的一端抵靠在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,所述第一拉杆(3)的一端设有第一凸起(32),第二拉杆(4)上设有与第一凸起(32)配合的第一凹部(41)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,还包括第一限位轴(6),第一限位轴(6)的两端分别设在第一翻转件(1)的两侧壁上,第一拉杆(3)位于第一限位轴(6)的下方,第一拉杆(3)的上端面与第一限位轴(6)接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,还包括轴B(7),所述轴B(7)的两端分别设在第二翻转件(2)的两侧壁上,轴B(7)穿插在第一铰件(31)中,第一铰件(31)绕着轴B(7)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,还包括第二限位轴(8)和轴C(9),轴C(9)的两端分别设在第二翻转件(2)另一端的两侧壁上,第二拉杆(4)的另一端设有第二铰件(42),第二铰件(42)与第二拉杆(4)转动连接,第二铰件(42)绕着轴C(9)转动,第二限位轴(8)的两端分别设在第二翻转件(2)的两侧壁上,第二拉杆(4)位于第二限位轴(8)的下方,第二拉杆(4)的上端面与第二限位轴(8)接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,所述第一拉杆(3)的另一端设有第二凹部(33),第二拉杆(4)的另一端设有第二凸起(43)。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,所述第一翻转件(1)的侧壁上设有横向的第一连接板(101),第二翻转件(2)的侧壁上设有横向 的第二连接板(201)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的翻转装置,其特征在于,所述第一翻转件(1)的数量为N,第二翻转件(2)的数量为M,N为1以上的自然数,M为2以上的自然数,所述第一翻转件(1)和第二翻转件(2)依次间隔连接,第一翻转件(1)的一端通过轴A(5)和第一个第二翻转件(2)的一端铰接,第一翻转件(1)的另一端通过轴C(9)与第二个第二翻转件(2)的一端铰接,第一翻转件(1)的一端插入在第一个第二翻转件(2)的一端内,第一翻转件(1)的另一端插入在第二个第二翻转件(2)的一端内。
  9. 无槽卷帘门,其特征在于,包括至少两组权利要求1~8中任一项所述的翻转装置,还包括门体和门体卷合装置(10),所述门体包括至少两节门片(11),门片(11)位于两组翻转装置之间,
    第一节门片(11)的一端设在一个第一翻转件(1)的侧壁上,另一端设在另一个第一翻转件(1)的侧壁上,
    第二节门片(11)的一端设在一个第二翻转件(2)的侧壁上,另一端设在另一个第二翻转件(2)的侧壁上,
    相邻两节门片(11)平行排布,
    所述门体卷合装置(10)设在门体的顶部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的无槽卷帘门,其特征在于,所述门体的底部设有锁体(12)。
