激光扫描投影设备及其投影方法 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种激光扫描投影设备及其投影方法。
背景技术
相比常见的LCD(液晶微型投影技术)透射微投影、DLP(数字光学处理技术)反射式微投影及LCOS(硅基液晶)反射式微投影,激光扫描投影仪(LBS)具有结构简单、体积小、光路损耗小、功耗低、色彩范围广、对比度大、分辨率高、无需对焦等优点。
LBS投影系统中,扫描镜与激光光源是主要的组成部件。其中,扫描镜分别以正交的两个轴为轴线往复旋转,将合束后的光束沿垂直的两个方向偏转后投影到预定区域,生成投影图像。扫描镜包括微电机系统(即MEMS),微电机系统驱动该扫描镜以正交的两个轴为轴线往复旋转。
扫描镜的第一方向(通常称为横向)上的运转为投影图像的行信号HS;第二方向(通常称为纵向)上的运转为投影图像的帧信号VS。为降低系统的功耗,第一方向上的运转频率采用MEMS的共振频率。然而,在生产中MEMS存在一定差异性,各MEMS的横向共振频率存在差异性;且MEMS长时间运转会因为温度变化等出现共振频率偏移现象。共振频率存在的差异或共振频率偏移的现象,会致使投影图像畸变异常。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本申请以提供一种解决上述问题或至少部分地 解决上述问题的一种激光扫描投影设备及其投影方法。
在本申请的一个实施例中,提供了一种激光扫描投影设备的投影方法。该方法,包括:
获取扫描镜的共振频率;
结合参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号;
根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源;
其中,所述扫描镜用来反射来自所述激光光源的光以实现投影。
可选地,上述方法,还包括:
结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号;
根据所述横向驱动信号驱动所述扫描镜作横向扫描。
可选地,结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号,包括:
根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数;
按照所述第一分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第一分频时钟信号;

第二信号发生模块,分别与所述第一信号发生模块连接,用于获取扫描镜的共振频率;并结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号;
光源驱动模块,与激光光源连接,用于根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源;
其中,所述扫描镜用来反射来自所述激光光源的光以实现投影。
可选地,第二信号发生模块,还用于:结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号;
所述扫描镜,与所述第二信号发生模块连接,用于在所述横向驱动信号的驱动下作横向扫描。

本申请实施例提供的技术方案,根据获取到的扫描镜的实际共振频率来生成相应的像素时钟信号,该像素时钟信号精确,稳定;并根据该像素 时钟信号来驱动激光光源发出像素点的光。可见,本申请实施例能够自动根据不同扫描镜的实际共振频率来调整驱动激光光源的像素时钟信号,以降低因设备硬件存在的差异性或运转时因温度变化等因素对图像投影效果的影响,提高设备性能。另外,采用本申请实施例提供的技术方案,是通过软件方式实现的扫描镜的振动位置与激光光源点亮的同步,不仅精简了硬件电路,还有利于系统的微型化,降低生产成本。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
在本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的描述的一些流程中,包含了按照特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些操作可以不按照其在本文中出现的顺序来执行或并行执行,操作的序号如101、102等,仅仅是用于区分开各个不同的操作,序号本身不代表任何的执行顺序。另外,这些流程可以包括更多或更少的操作,并且这些操作可以按顺序执行或并行执行。需要说明的是,本文中的“第一”、“第二”等描述,是用于区分不同的 消息、设备、模块等,不代表先后顺序,也不限定“第一”和“第二”是不同的类型。

在介绍本申请实施例提供的技术方案之前,先对激光扫描投影设备的结构作一个简单介绍。
如图1所示的激光扫描投影设备,包括:激光光源1、光学组件2和扫描镜3。其中,激光光源1用于发射激光。具体实施时,激光光源1可为三个,分别为红绿蓝三色激光光源,用于提供红绿蓝三种衍射的激光束以投影生成彩色图像。光学组件2可用于将激光光源发出的激光光束按照设定光路至扫描镜3,再经扫描镜3偏转后,投影到预定区域生成投影图像。扫描镜3分别以正交的两个轴为轴线往复旋转,将投射来的光束沿垂直的两个方向偏转后投影到预定区域,生成投影图像。扫描镜3包括微电机系统(MEMS),MEMS根据接收到的驱动信号,驱动扫描镜3以正交的两个轴为轴线往复旋转,即上述内容中提及的第一方向上的运转及第二方向上的运转。
这里需要说明的是:光学组件2可包括:聚焦透镜4、组合型棱镜5、反射镜6等等,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
由于扫描镜3在第一方向上的运转频率采用的是MEMS的共振频率;不同MEMS的共振频率存在差异、受温度变化影响等等,使得扫描镜运转位置与激光光源点亮难以同步。因此,需要对扫描镜的共振频率进行监控,以便根据获取到的共振频率调整驱动激光光源的像素时钟信号,以使扫描镜的运转位置与激光光源点亮保持同步。
图2示出了像素时钟信号Pclk、横向驱动信号HS以及纵向驱动信号 VS的信号图。
图3示出了本申请一实施例提供的激光扫描投影设备的投影方法的流程示意图。如图3所示,该方法包括:
101、获取扫描镜的共振频率。
102、结合参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号。
103、根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源。
其中,所述扫描镜用来反射来自所述激光光源的光以实现投影。
上述101中,扫描镜的共振频率可以是在投影前测试得到,例如:让扫描镜分别在具有相同振幅的不同频率的驱动信号的驱动下振动,将扫描镜的最大运动幅度所对应的驱动信号的频率确定为扫描镜的共振频率;或者,在投影过程中检测得到。
由于扫描镜在运转过程中会因为温度变化等出现共振频率偏移现象,为了在整个投影过程中确保扫描镜的扫描位置和激光光源点亮的同步性,可在投影过程中实时去检测扫描镜的共振频率,以便根据实时检测到的扫描镜的共振频率来实时调整驱动激光光源的像素时钟信号。
在投影过程中检测共振频率的具体实现将在下述实施例中详细介绍。
上述102中,激光扫描投影设备中设置有晶体振荡器,由晶体振荡器为激光扫描投影设备提供基准时钟信号f 1。可将基准时钟信号f 1作为上述参考时钟信号f 2;或者,对基准时钟信号f 1进行倍频处理,将倍频处理后的时钟信号作为上述参考时钟信号f 2。对基准时钟信号f 1进行倍频处理所使用的第二倍频倍数为k 2,k 2的值可根据实际需要进行设置,本申请对此不作具体限定。即参考时钟信号f 2与基准时钟信号f 1满足以下关系:

需要说明的是,将倍频处理后的时钟信号,即较高频率的时钟信号作为上述参考时钟信号,可有效提高基于参考时钟信号生成的像素时钟信号的精度。
扫描镜按照其共振频率做横向运转,为了实现扫描镜的扫描位置与激光光源点亮的同步性,所生成的像素时钟信号的频率f pclk与共振频率f 0需满足以下关系:

其中,G为投影水平分辨率。即像素时钟信号的频率f pclk是共振频率f 0的K倍。
通常,投影分辨率包括投影水平分辨率和投影垂直分辨率。投影水平分辨率等于水平方向上的有效区域的像素点数与水平方向上的前沿和后沿的补偿点数的和值;投影垂直分辨率等于垂直方向上的有效区域的像素点数与垂直方向上的前沿和后沿的补偿点数的和值。需要说明的是,在前沿和后沿添加补偿点数的目的是为了避免投影图像边缘的畸变。
上述103中,根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源,也即是:激光光源在像素时钟信号的驱动下,依次读取待投影图像的像素点信息,并根据读取到的像素点信息调制激光束,并发射出调制后的激光束。激光光源发射出的激光束会被扫描镜发射至投影区域以实现投影。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案,根据获取到的扫描镜的实际共振频率来生成相应的像素时钟信号,该像素时钟信号精确,稳定;并根据该像素时钟信号来驱动激光光源发出像素点的光。可见,本申请实施例能够自动根据不同扫描镜的实际共振频率来调整驱动激光光源的像素时钟信号,以降低因设备硬件存在的差异性或运转时因温度变化等因素对图像投影效果的影响,提高设备性能。另外,采用本申请实施例提供的技术方案,是通过软件方式实现的扫描镜的振动位置与激光光源点亮的同步,不仅精简了硬件电路,还有利于系统的微型化,降低生产成本。
实际应用时,驱动扫描镜作横向扫描的横向驱动信号也可结合上述参考时钟信号生成。这样,可确保横向驱动信号和像素时钟信号的相位同步。具 体地,上述方法,还可包括:
104、结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号。
105、根据所述横向驱动信号驱动所述扫描镜作横向扫描。
上述104中,所产生的横向驱动信号的频率等于扫描镜的共振频率。横向驱动信号可以是正弦波信号、也可以是方波信号等等,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
在一种可实现的方案中,上述104中“结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号”,具体可采用如下步骤来实现:
1041、根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数。
1042、按照所述第一分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第一分频时钟信号。
1043、基于所述第一分频时钟信号,查找正弦波波形表,以生成所述横向驱动信号。
其中,所述横向驱动信号的频率等于所述共振频率。
本实施例中,通过查表法来产生横向驱动信号。根据扫描镜的共振频率可事先确定欲产生的横向驱动信号的频率。根据欲产生的横向驱动信号的频率(即共振频率f 0)以及正弦波波形表的采样点个数,可确定出查表所需的第一查表时钟信号,即上述第一分频时钟信号的频率。将第一分频时钟信号的频率与参考时钟信号的频率的比值确定为第一分频系数m/n,也即第一分频时钟信号的频率f 3与参考时钟信号的频率f 2满足如下关系:

上述1042的步骤可任意分频单元来实现,即将参考时钟信号作为任意分频单元的输入信号,由任意分频单元按照第一分频系数,对参考时钟信号进行分频处理,以得到第一分频时钟信号。任意分频单元的具体实现可参见现有技术,在此不再详述。
上述1043中,可由第一分频时钟信号来驱动查表计数器查找正弦波波形表,并通过直接数字式频率合成器(Direct Digital Synthesizer,DDS)原理输出横向驱动信号。查表计数器具体用于:对任意分频输出的第一分频时钟进行计数,根据计数值查正弦波波形表,从而实现横向驱动信号的输出。其中,正弦波波形表内存储着正弦波的波形数据。
进一步的,上述102中“结合参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号”,具体可采用如下步骤来实现:

激光扫描投影设备在投影时,扫描镜不仅作横向扫描,还作纵向扫描。 驱动扫描镜作纵向扫描的纵向驱动信号也可根据参考时钟信号来生成。具体地,上述方法,还可包括:
106、结合所述参考时钟信号,根据投影帧频率生成纵向驱动信号。

上述106中,所产生的纵向驱动信号的频率等于投影帧频率。通常,投影帧频率为一固定值,例如:60Hz。

上述1063中,可由第二分频时钟信号来驱动查表计数器查找锯齿波波形表,并通过直接数字式频率合成器(Direct Digital Synthesizer,DDS)原理输出纵向驱动信号。查表计数器具体用于:对任意分频输出的第二分频时钟进行计数,根据计数值查锯齿波波形表,从而实现纵向驱动信号的输出。其中,锯齿波波形表内存储着锯齿波的波形数据。
下面将介绍在投影过程中,对扫描镜的共振频率的检测过程。即上述101中“获取扫描镜的共振频率”,具体可采用如下步骤来实现:
1011、采集扫描镜的横向运转信号。
1012、基于所述扫描镜的当前横向驱动信号,确定所述横向运转信号与所述当前横向驱动信号的时间差。
1013、根据所述时间差,计算得到所述扫描镜的共振频率。
上述1011中,横向运转信号可以是设置在激光扫描投影设备中用于监测扫描镜在横向方向上运转情况的传感器生成的。例如,该传感器为压电传感器,扫描镜在横向运转到不同位置,压电传感器会产生相应的形变,进而生成相应的电压信号。
当所述横向运转信号为传感器采集到的电压信号时,上述1012“基于所述扫描镜的当前横向驱动信号,确定所述横向运转信号与所述当前横向驱动信号的时间差”可具体采用如下步骤实现:
S11、将所述电压信号与预置电压信号进行比较。
S12、根据比较结果,生成第一脉冲信号。
S13、获取与所述当前横向驱动信号相位同步的第二脉冲信号。
S14、根据所述第一脉冲信号及所述第二脉冲信号,确定所述时间差。
上述1013可采用如下步骤来实现:
S21、获取硬件电路固有的相移等效时间。
S22、计算所述时间差与所述相移等效时间的差值。
S23、根据所述差值及当前驱动信号的频率,计算得到所述扫描镜的共振频率。

其中,t为上述时间差;Δt为硬件电路固有的相移等效时间;m为正弦波波形表的采样点个数;F n为所述扫描镜的共振频率,F n-1为当前横向驱动信号的频率。f()为预置函数。具体实施时,f()的具体公式实现可基于现有技术中的基础理论推导得到,或者为一个经验公式,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案能够在投影过程中自动根据各扫描镜的实际共振频率来调整驱动激光光源的像素时钟信号,以降低因设备硬件存在的差异性或运转时因温度变化等因素对图像投影效果的影响,提高设备性能。另外,采用本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可通过FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)程序即可实现,无需增加硬件电路,减少硬件电路复杂度,从而实现硬件电路的微型化。
图4示出了本申请又一实施例提供的激光扫描投影设备的电路原理图。如图4所示,所述激光扫描投影设备,包括:第一信号发生模块20、第二信号发生模块30、光源驱动模块40、激光光源50和扫描镜60。其中,
第一信号发生模块20,用于产生参考时钟信号;
第二信号发生模块30,与所述第一信号发生模块20连接,用于获取扫 描镜的共振频率;并结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号;
光源驱动模块40,与激光光源50连接,用于根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源;
其中,所述扫描镜60用来反射来自所述激光光源50的光以实现投影。

第一任意分频单元301,用于根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数;按照所述第一分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第一分频时钟信号;
第一信号发生单元302,与所述第一任意分频单元301连接,用于基于所述第一分频时钟信号,查找正弦波波形表,以生成所述横向驱动信号。
其中,第一信号发生单元302包括第一查表计数器3021以及正弦波波形表3022。第一查表计数器3021通过对第一任意分频单元301输出的第一分 频时钟信号进行计数,根据计数值查找正弦波波形表3022,从而实现横向驱动信号的输出。
第一任意分频单元301,具体用于:将所述正弦波波形表的采样点个数和所述共振频率的乘积与所述参考时钟信号的时钟频率的比值作为第一分频系数。
进一步的,所述第二信号发生模块30,还包括:
第一倍频单元303,与所述第一任意分频单元301连接,用于根据投影分辨率以及所述正弦波波形表的采样点个数,确定第一倍频倍数;基于所述第一倍频倍数,对所述第一分频时钟信号进行倍频处理,得到所述像素时钟信号。
进一步的,第二信号发生模块30,还用于:
结合所述参考时钟信号,根据投影帧频率生成纵向驱动信号;
所述扫描镜,还用于在所述纵向驱动信号的驱动下作纵向扫描。
具体地,第二信号发生模块30,包括:
第二任意分频单元304,用于根据投影帧频率,确定第二分频系数;按照所述第二分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第二分频时钟信号;
第二信号发生单元305,与所述第二任意分频单元连接,用于基于所述第二分频时钟信号,查找锯齿波波形表,以生成纵向驱动信号。
其中,第二信号发生单元305包括:第二查表计数器3051和锯齿波波形表3052。
需要补充说明的是,为了简化电路以及确保横向驱动信号、纵向驱动信号以及像素时钟信号的相位同步,上述第一任意分频单元301和第二任意分频单元304为同一单元。
第二任意分频单元304,具体用于:将投影帧频率和所述锯齿波波形表的采样点个数的乘积与所述参考时钟信号的时钟频率的比值作为第二分频系 数。
进一步的,所述激光扫描投影设备,还可包括:检测模块(未图示)。所述检测模块,与所述第二信号发生模块30连接,用于采集扫描镜的横向运转信号;基于所述扫描镜的当前横向驱动信号,确定所述横向运转信号与所述当前横向驱动信号的时间差;根据所述时间差,计算得到所述扫描镜的共振频率,并将所述扫描镜的共振频率提供给所述第二信号发生模块30。
进一步的,上述第一信号发生模块20可包括:晶体振荡器201和第二倍频单元202。
这里需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的激光扫描投影设备可实现上述各方法实施例中描述的技术方案,上述各模块或单元具体实现的原理可参见上述各方法实施例中的相应内容,此处不再赘述。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种激光扫描投影设备的投影方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取扫描镜的共振频率;
    结合参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号;
    根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述激光光源;
    其中,所述扫描镜用来反射来自所述激光光源的光以实现投影。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号;
    根据所述横向驱动信号驱动所述扫描镜作横向扫描。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号,包括:
    根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数;
    按照所述第一分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第一分频时钟信号;
    基于所述第一分频时钟信号,查找正弦波波形表,以生成所述横向驱动信号,其中,所述横向驱动信号的频率等于所述共振频率。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数,包括:
    将所述正弦波波形表的采样点个数和所述共振频率的乘积与所述参考时钟信号的时钟频率的比值作为第一分频系数。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,结合参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号,包括:
    根据投影分辨率以及所述正弦波波形表的采样点个数,确定第一倍频倍数;
    基于所述第一倍频倍数,对所述第一分频时钟信号进行倍频处理,得到 所述像素时钟信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    结合所述参考时钟信号,根据投影帧频率生成纵向驱动信号;
    根据所述纵向驱动信号驱动所述扫描镜作纵向扫描。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,结合所述参考时钟信号,根据投影帧频率生成纵向驱动信号,包括:
    根据投影帧频率,确定第二分频系数;
    按照所述第二分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第二分频时钟信号;
    基于所述第二分频时钟信号,查找锯齿波波形表,以生成纵向驱动信号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,根据投影帧频率,确定第二分频系数,包括:
    将投影帧频率和所述锯齿波波形表的采样点个数的乘积与所述参考时钟信号的时钟频率的比值作为第二分频系数。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取扫描镜的共振频率,包括:
    采集扫描镜的横向运转信号;
    基于所述扫描镜的当前横向驱动信号,确定所述横向运转信号与所述当前横向驱动信号的时间差;
    根据所述时间差,计算得到所述扫描镜的共振频率。
  10. 一种激光扫描投影设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一信号发生模块,用于产生参考时钟信号;
    第二信号发生模块,与所述第一信号发生模块连接,用于获取扫描镜的共振频率;并结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成像素时钟信号;
    光源驱动模块,与激光光源连接,用于根据所述像素时钟信号驱动所述 激光光源;
    其中,所述扫描镜用来反射来自所述激光光源的光以实现投影。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,第二信号发生模块,还用于:结合所述参考时钟信号,根据所述共振频率生成横向驱动信号;
    所述扫描镜,与所述第二信号发生模块连接,用于在所述横向驱动信号的驱动下作横向扫描。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二信号发生模块,包括:
    第一任意分频单元,用于根据所述共振频率,确定第一分频系数;按照所述第一分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第一分频时钟信号;
    第一信号发生单元,与所述第一任意分频单元连接,用于基于所述第一分频时钟信号,查找正弦波波形表,以生成所述横向驱动信号。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二信号发生模块,还包括:
    第一倍频单元,与所述第一任意分频单元连接,用于根据投影分辨率以及所述正弦波波形表的采样点个数,确定第一倍频倍数;基于所述第一倍频倍数,对所述第一分频时钟信号进行倍频处理,得到所述像素时钟信号。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,第二信号发生模块,还用于:
    结合所述参考时钟信号,根据投影帧频率生成纵向驱动信号;
    所述扫描镜,还用于在所述纵向驱动信号的驱动下作纵向扫描。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的设备,其特征在于,第二信号发生模块,包括:
    第二任意分频单元,用于根据投影帧频率,确定第二分频系数;按照所述第二分频系数,对所述参考时钟信号进行分频处理,得到第二分频时钟信 号;
    第二信号发生单元,与所述第二任意分频单元连接,用于基于所述第二分频时钟信号,查找锯齿波波形表,以生成纵向驱动信号。
